IRAN FOOD NIGHT 🇮🇷 Delicious Local Homemade Persian Food

what did you say good afternoon guys so I am currently in the car with my friends Hamid and Nessman and we are heading to pick up some food because we're going to be cooking some it's kind of like a traditional food right yeah [Music] well go to the supermarket grab the food and then I'll talk to you soon yeah [Music] there's the man with the vegetables so we are back at habitats and he is preparing the garlic now amazing shops as you saw there we Iranian people are the best at stacking things beautiful colors so what did we got here how much money I talk okay I'll try and remember that say one more time ba funny photo baladi balakey back alley what garlic or talk back illega talk somehow we can say is to originally from north north of you know it's very delicious so we'll have really good breath actually because if you are going to cook it it doesn't have right can you tell me all the ingredients garlic I think white buy beans yeah yeah tumeric tumeric all right ready guys when you say tumeric this coffee coffee coffee deal okay dried dill yeah and eggs and rice salt and you use chili and spices in Iran because actually not that common layer but I've kind of noticed in a run that you guys don't really use much chili compared the countries in this area is that right surrounding countries everyone used a lot more chilly than you do yeah yeah I've used my key sonic our country easier Iran can see under the dress I'm going to get to the south of Iran do all those cities Nader rattles our country's their food gets really -
