iPad Pro 11 TEST and REVIEW by DRAWING

hey guys it's me Minori and my pet baymax welcome back to my channel hi oh my god someone needs to tell her to blend in her dry shampoo so before anything you thank you guys so much for 100,000 subscribers well this is like a mirror anyway today I have something new for you guys again and here's the iPad pro and before anyone says oh my god why is she so rich oh she's letting you pet hater this is actually my brothers and he's letting me unbox this for you guys today so no this isn't mine but I will be reviewing this product today and if you know me I am NOT a tech person I really don't have any idea about tech but I will be testing this product out in my way by drawing I like testing products and ways people won't do like drawing with makeup drawing with new flip phones and today I'm going to be testing out the iPad pro by drawing this is kind of targeted towards artists as well so I think it's going to be a very necessary review so without further ado I cut through drawing test so let's get started so here's the iPad yeah oh wait okay okay let's see what's inside you have this white envelope and oh it comes with stickers I will probably never use it but yay the iPad comes pre charged and you will need to set it up so let me skip this part too not for you and voila since this is new I need to download some apps since many of you have asked me before what app I use let's download it together there are a few apps that I really like and one is called Ibis paint X this is an app for smaller tablets and phones easy and useful but with limited features and the other app I really recommend is called clip paint studio this is for more advanced tablets like for Wacom tablets it's not free but if you want to make a more professional drawing this is what I recommend let me download both and I'm going to be using ibis paint today so what should I draw today let me connect my Apple pencil so what to draw really coming up with what to draw something take longer than the actual drawing since it's just a test I don't think I'm going for a very detailed drawing how about Elsa the like and my style like an anime is Elsa snow Klee yeah you could always sketch digitally if you'd like but I like sketching with pencil and paper first you know I like the feeling when you're scratching the paper I know there are some protective sheets that are made to feel like paper so I will definitely look into that but I just never get that feeling of sketching without my pencil it's like reading with a tablet versus reading with a book kind of not really but you know there's always a sweet authentic feeling with traditional stuff again it's going to be my style so it doesn't look like the Disney Elsa but here he is now let's test the camera in Japan a lot of people say that the camera kinda looks like tapiocas so we call iPhone 11 the boba phone so I guess this is tea boba iPad it does take a really nice picture though the camera is so close and the drawing looks really precise I'm going to put this as my first layer and let's start outlining I this paint is free but to use every features and some very useful brushes you will need to watch it at first let's see what they want to advertise today it Oh again Instagram really every time I watch an add-on I this paint it's about Instagram um want to follow me a mystery girl it's really cute club by the way so I think we're all ready let's start drawing let me test to see how the tablet feels okay okay nice great pressure sensitivity I see how it goes thick and thin and let me go fast slow I see no lag let me tap gently and a little harder and it seems like picks up all the small movements great okay that did not happen with my Galaxy flip before it has some trouble picking up lines sometimes so Wow iPad is very very stress-free like I see no problem whatsoever so first thing first I'm going to put the stabilizer on Macs with the method after to do the outlining for her face I've gotten a lot of requests for more detailed tutorials but that's how I set it at first and then I go in from the jaw line and continue doing it over and over and over again until I am satisfied with the line but it's really up to you what stabilizer you want to use and set it as because everyone's different so go ahead and maybe play around with it a little I usually use a very crisp hard brush for the outlining but for the face I use a pen fade and turn off the stabilizer I'm just going to make very small strokes to make a smoother line since I made the rough draft really really light you can barely see the line so it looks like I'm just drawing out of nowhere which looks so cool but I do have the rough draft underneath turning on the stabilizer for the hair once again with the same brush as the jawline and after all this we are done with the outline hey guys guys look who's here I think she likes the iPad I wonder if there's any apps for hamsters and she's back but let's go back to the drawing next step is coloring so we're going to color block first that happens let me just erase that okay let me just say that I you see is white for the point of the eyes I mean duh but I noticed it looks so much better with like a lighter gray instead of fight it really makes the highlight pop at the end so I guess it's just a recent pro tip of mine wait me a Samar that subtle clacking of fluff and small strokes it's definitely an ASMR I dig for I don't think I've ever seen it before but I need a drawing and the details is my favorite part and here I'll show you a little magic look just by changing the color of the lines it really changes the mood of the drawing like it instantly blends everything in and makes the line so smooth protip change the color of the lines to the deepest color of the section I mean like for the hair choose a darker Brown from her hair and for her jawline choose the deepest color from her skin we don't know the color quite yet because we're not done but just keep that in mind here I'm trying to make the ice dreamy and magical again like this did you guys know that Tokyo Disneyland is currently closed husband and we still don't know when it will open again from all this pandemic and I really missed that magical feeling guys please wash your hand and stay safe let's all just stay at home and draw together hopefully this video helps and they here yeah oh yeah oh yeah oh I had a lot of fun coloring her dress today I wanted to make it kind of sparkly so I kept on adding small strokes like so I mean I made the strokes really quickly but really this iPad picked up everything I don't think that happens much with other tablets of use usually they would kind of like sometimes don't even respond and overall have some kind of issues whether it's small but hey so far so good and lastly let's just add in the background which backgrounds should I use how about this not bad but I don't think this is it let me try this one yes it's perfect there's so many to choose from it took a while for me to choose like there's even something called the fire yeah no this is perfect I mean I wanted something coming out from her hand and I think this completes the look let me finish up the drawing I'm filling in the places I forgot like her sleeves and just adding in more highlight and details here and there and guys are you ready [Music] [Music] and this is how it turned out I think it turned out okay despite this is my first time using the iPad actually it was very very easy to use like I saw no lag did you guys see any lag let me try it again let me scribble really quick hey like I see no lag what soever lagging is one of the most crucial point when drawing digitally my opinion and it happens a lot with like cheap stuff and it actually happens with my baulkham tablet too this works just by itself and it doesn't lag and it's really easy to use smooth blends really easily nicely I'm shook anyways thank you guys so much
