Introducing the new Rokoko Studio Beta

hi all sam here creative director for coco and i'm excited to announce the launch of the new rococo studio beta whether it's during previz or in real time cloud technology and machine learning have been changing the mocap game for the last few years we've been quietly rebuilding rococo studio from the ground up ultimately our goal with rococo studio is to make the entire animation workflow more intuitive more unified and more collaborative today we're releasing the new rococo studio in early beta there is a lot of work in progress but we wanted to open it up to you as early as possible over the next few years rococo studio will grow into an animation powerhouse imagine getting the ability to import custom characters and assets collaborate with colleagues in real time fine tune mocap with powerful animation tools and then retarget it in a few simple clicks today you can already leverage the new hardware upgrades of the smartsuit pro 2 including a new boost mode and upgraded performance for the smart gloves elevation tracking and virtual production tools will be coming in the near future now we want to ensure our tools support all of our creators so that's why we're shifting to a pay as you grow system if you have questions about this we've linked to an faq in the description of this video where you can find out more detailed information and don't worry indie and smaller creators will still be able to access for coco studio completely for free right now you can download the new rococo studio in early beta and we encourage you to do so as we'll be working with you and the rest of our community to refine our product roadmap and build tools to help make impressive animation faster as with all beta programs we'll ask for your patience but also your feedback and you'll still be able to use the current rococo studio installed on your computer which will be renaming rococo studio legacy to find out more head on over to our discord or download the beta right now for free from our website we can't wait to keep developing this with you and the rest of our community you
