InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort - Overwater Villa Tour 😲🏝✨

hi everyone welcome to intercontinental maldives today we're going to take you inside one of these lovely overwater villas we're on the sunrise side here we'll take you through the bedroom out to the decking out the back so you can see the lagoon and the pool and then we'll come back inside for a detailed room tour so if you want to follow me up here please this is the villa we're going to be showing you today it's number 402 it's the first one of the jetty so here we go nice big wooden door so if you want to come on in we'll walk straight through to show you the view out the back here so here we are as you can see a really nice size private swimming pool here which has panoramic views out there across the lagoon you can see a few little islands out there very private i'm going to now take a walk down these steps so this is your direct access to the lagoon here so you can either enjoy the swimming pool or you can take these steps straight down into the lagoon and swim straight out there the water village curl around that way and there's some larger rooms up the end with some more bedrooms but this is a one bedroom double so as you see lots of nice wood material used i'll um come around here we'll show you the inside of a second but first off i'm going to show you this little seating area so here's a nice area you can sit and chill out and like relax and enjoy the view have a drink or read a book and over here there's some nice colorful chairs and a table there as well so we'll take you inside now so first off we're going to show you the bedroom area this is a double bed in the middle as you can see view straight out there to the lagoon on the right here is a nice deep sofa area with some cushions and towels for swimming really nice interior design like super stylish it's a mixture of different nations kind of design so there's italian in here there's barlines there's a bit of thai singapore influences so over here is the entertainment area and a little table and chair for having a drink coffee or doing some work behind me here is the mini bar area so this is fully stocked with tea and coffee making facilities snacks drinks everything you'd expect and through here is the open wardrobe and some areas here the safe deposit box and the drawer so we can come on around here actually and show you the bathroom so this is the bath here as you can see nice big stone bath leads straight out into the lagoon with views out there you're standing where the bathroom where the toilet is over here there is the basin so all these organic toiletries that they give them here i think it's an australian brand called muay they're really nice and glass water bottles an amenity set there of different toiletries to use and as we come around here which is a nice kind of brass copper color really powerful these showers there's a rainfall one there and a handheld one there so we'll head on out again give you a slightly different view of the bathroom so there's a bathroom from the other angle and i'll meet you back over here in the bedroom so there we are that concludes our tour here we'll actually finish out on the sun deck show you the nice view so that's it this is the one bed over water villa on the sunrise side sunrise is just about over there there's also the sunset side exactly the same interior just a slightly different outlook they're both kind of panoramic outlook so you're not overlooked by any other resorts the other side has a few more passing boats and they've got more interesting sort of things to look at whereas this side is a bit more private as there's not much sort of passing boat traffic or other resorts so please let us know if you need any more information i hope that covers everything we'll put some details in the description below and uh thanks for watching
