Inside the famous £4.75M house 'The Knoll' in Nottingham (is this the coolest house in the UK?!)

hi everyone welcome back to our channel we just want to start off this tour with a massive thank you for reaching 100 000 subscribers we appreciate every single one of you and we're so so happy you're enjoying all the house tours and reviews yeah we have so much more to come so make sure you stay tuned today we're going to celebrate the occasion by showing you perhaps one of our favorite properties that we've ever seen in the uk this is the knoll by developer guy phoenix in nottingham and it's an incredible place priced at 4.75 million and listed with taiwan ash real estate so in this video you might have seen other videos of agents presenting this property but we're going to give you guys a natural walk through we actually have only been inside the hallway and kitchen yeah so you're literally going to be viewing it with us for the first time so make sure you're sitting comfortable on your sofa take off your shoes like you're viewing it with us there's going to be very few cuts and edits very much like a raw tour complete look around so if you guys are ready let's show you around [Music] starting the tour at the front this is obviously what it looks like and to this side of me we have a double garage which actually has a ferrari in at the moment i think i'd call that triple garage to be fair i think on the right move listing it said double so okay can you see the ferrari yeah i only just see it a lot more in person why don't we just go in [Applause] be good if this came with the house that would be good don't think it's included do i look good with it yeah perfect i can see you in one of them very soon amazing garage you've got like paneling around the side for acoustics and make it feel a lot nicer than a normal garage right yeah definitely now let's show the electric gate here are your electric gates at the front and your drive that sweeps in so where are we we're in colston bassett which is a sought after village in nottingham and this plot is 1.4 acres got a lovely garden wrapping around the back of the house and this property is an entire smart home so you can control the lighting your cctv anything you can think of off your phone which is obviously pretty cool awesome and there's so much more parking area as well so you've got the area in front of the garage yeah and it also continues around here yeah so the front door is actually round this corner and you've got more parking on this side let's go meet you guys inside now we're in the main entrance of the house before we get into the tour i'm going to pop the floor plan up on the screen so you can have a look at the layout and overall this property is around 9 000 square feet wow incredible where should we start first should we go on this side there we go okay i'll just quickly show you what these doors look like clothes because i think they look amazing look at these bespoke door handles really cool so this is the living space led lighting all around the ceiling massive tv yeah again led lighting all the way around both the floor and ceiling and you have sliding doors onto the patio for the garden and you can see your you can see all your cars in the garage from here but this is a gorgeous lounge let us know down below what you guys think to the house when we're touring it around we love to hear all your thoughts i'm loving the color the design the interior design yeah and then over here there's a triple glazed glass oh you've that's probably one of the coolest things i've ever seen in a house i would say that is cool it's quite scary walk over i want to see you walk over oh god i like it i don't like it well even if you fall you're only gonna land in water i've never done that before that is amazing that's really cool and let's see what we should do yeah i should swim swim along and you can see me maybe we'll do that later this side you've got space for a table they've got a four seater table on this side love that you've got sliding doors all the way around instead of just windows yeah floor to height glass just makes it so much yeah i don't know it kind of feels like james bond california yeah very like badass place yes yeah and obviously you've got um you can control the blinds that come down all from your phone and everything as well yeah and there's actually a remote as well so they're all automatic and they're black lit as well so keep all the light out through here we have a study or home office wow interesting material it's nice i think this is the sorry we haven't been in here yet have we but look who's on the wall james bond behind you and you just said that there we go i'm great at this everyone's a bit of thunderbirds later as well yeah thunderbirds this is the remote for all the curtains um let me see if i press close oh just noticed as well and this whole house has a very smart air purification system so if you have allergies anything like that the air will automatically filter out making a lot a nicer place to be it's like the cleanest air possible and then all the rooms have their own ipads they're not on on at the moment but if you bought this house somebody would come and set them up so every single room got an ipad to control anything that's cool back in the hallway then check out this artwork as well i read that this was designed just for this specific property to go with the interior design and it does it says no pretty sure on the r who i love that art piece yeah that's something i would have yeah and it does go with the house which is cool and they put led lighting behind the art guys by the way down there it's just another level incredible so make sure you stay tuned for that yeah it's the cupboard summer we've got to show everything so you could just shove all your coats in there yeah and shoes another set of double doors into the kitchen wow it's so big we'll put all the dimensions on the screen as well so you can feel how big the rooms are love that island gorgeous miele appliances so you have the induction hob on the island and the extractor fan that goes up like and then three ovens and a melee coffee machine nice what we've got over this side so i think this is all cabinetry maybe there's this is the dishwasher here we go miele dishwasher yep they've sort of gone for a glossy cabinet here and then on the island it's a different color oh yeah we've seen a few houses now where the island is a different color to the tutor and they tell you what i love the ceiling detail how that you've got led light all around there yeah so here's the kitchen from this side i think someone's had a party yeah you've got some ketchup anybody wants it yeah that's what all you need and i'm guessing that's the freezer on that side wow and then when we came in you wouldn't have seen this area that well so yeah we've got a table there at the moment but this is where you probably or your breakfast bar but if you wanted a formal dining room i think you'd eat in that room over there what's this this is like a mila wine fridge yeah pushed it open wow that was cool this is a very cool house yeah oh look at that this is so exciting yeah so this is definitely the formal dining room wow the ceilings this is the table the big eight seater table in there at the moment and there's underfloor heating i think because i can feel my feet getting warm yeah sure that would be in here the ipad's here in this room what's through we've got wine storage through here yeah wow this is a bougie house yeah this is definitely my favorite same i know we would we would live here when we are seen but if i personally was spending five million i wouldn't live in england let us know where you guys would live if you had a 5 million budget let us know down below and i'm guessing these sliding doors open all the way up to your garden should we just have a little sneak peek of the garden we'll go out at the end but amazing that it's snow today so you can see it the first bedroom suite which i believe is the guest bedroom yeah so it's ideal because it's on the ground floor easy access to the driveway yeah we'll quickly show you the toilet first yep cloak room this is the utility room ah nice and the work tops in here in the kitchen are all granite yeah and you still got good detailing like the led lights what just shut open these so we can see i think these are sliding oh there's a water tank that i find yeah oh wow look how big the bed is it's a big bed that is what i need this is what we need that's huge that's that is huge i don't even this is like two kings together we've seen those bed sizes but like only in hotels and fillers and i love the led lighting behind the headboard yeah so from this room then you come in and there's a step down which i quite like because it feels quite cozy and that's got an led light under i've got wardrobe sliding wardrobes over on this side sorry but just just come back to this bed yeah stand in front of it let me lie on it see you could get about 10 of me on here yeah that'd be nice this is the ensuite for this bedroom so shower behind the door and a separate bath there's a shower sure it's just me but i always look a bath and just things go a bit bigger yeah maybe it's because i'm big just this bit too small i think upstairs there's a square bar i'm sure it'll be way better in the main bedroom lots of natural light yeah which is good and the tv on the wall and of course you've got the same pebble remotes to control the lines to come straight down gorgeous bedroom back in the hallway then let's go upstairs first shall we and save the best of the last yeah so the best would last good idea okay meet you upset so these stairs as you can see are glass and you can see through downstairs which is really cool okay so there are four bedroom suites on this floor because there's five in total one obviously on that floor which is so new which way should we go what we'll do now as well you would have seen the floor plan at the start we'll just put it ahead on the screen here the floor plan for this floor so you can see where we're going to go let's go that side first i think i think this is the master okay cool but it's fine let's just show you we can't skip past look at this ceiling detail amazing it's like leaves on the ceiling wait let's do like the big reveal the grand entrance wow this is an apartment in here this is literally a studio apartment in london this will be like a million big studio yeah it's most of this room i mean i'll put we'll put the measurements on the screen so you can see for yourself let me come over to the very end of the room so you can see all of it i just love these beds i mean the size of them they are gorgeous lie widthways wow so i'm five for eight so it's six foot wide so it's one and a half summers yeah the developer has done an incredible job yeah yeah yeah for sure amazing taste and so in here you've got a balcony with sliding doors this side should i see if it opens countryside views all round now in the spring and summer when these trees blossom be amazingly private and you've also got a table out there as well all right so where sorry sorry no as you can see i love when bedrooms have sofas i know seating areas as well you're doing well if your bedroom also has a living room yeah where's the walk-in wardrobe then through there i think you've got it okay yeah lots of rails lots of space in here that's i guess for your shoes yeah did you have a good do you want me i'll come in [Laughter] lots of space lots of rails goes up to about there now around here is the ensuite yes this is what i was talking about with the ah yes with the square bar interesting right so let's sink that side oh yeah i like the blue led light view built in yeah it's pretty cool and the shower around the corner oh yes going to have a shower where the head is built into the ceiling looks so much better than one coming down yeah it does look good let me come this side there we go there is another door in here i assume that will be the other walking wardrobe yes yeah i was going to say that other one i'm sure there has to be two i was going to say that too i didn't want to get ahead of myself yeah yeah some louboutin boxes as well yeah that's good his and hers or his and his and her and her or actually no i wouldn't say that yeah anything i've good that they built space for shoes as well yeah okay and did you see the led lighting under there sure did yep okay let's go into this bedroom suite yeah double doors again this one also has its own balcony yeah and a more regular sized bed yeah love the detailing so each room has a unique headboard with led lighting and looks to be unique wallpaper as well yeah very bespoke okay two wardrobe spaces on the side of each door yep and then the ensuite through here ah nice oh still a very big shower shall i take the camera now and you show us the wrestling emergency thing let's do it all right onwards so i think you can do the lights here as well can't you not because of the blinds yeah pretty cool right no it's not going back out click open what do you think i'm pressing oh god matt's broken it okay just leave it right onwards to the other side of the hallway then we have two more sweets into this one first look at this feature as well i love that okay sorry matt no it's all right i mean this room is just huge i was just taking it all in both of these are look to be similar wow this is really interesting very unique isn't it they put cabinets all along yeah the wall i like that to be fair and here you've got the sliding doors with a glass i think balustrade after it so you can open the doors up there isn't the balcony but garden views all round this is nice as well getting ready for the day and here as well another giant bed not quite as big as the first two but still big and here ah yes another great size walking wardrobe oh wow and here's the ensuite so you've got a shower in here lovely big shower i love that the surface is all even so you can walk straight in it's no steps yeah it's just a walk-in shower and then there's just this other area around here do whatever you want with okay to the other side ah this one has sliding wardrobes in the entrance which are still all bespoke and you've got built-in drawers hanging rails and everything and on the other side as well nice okay into the bedroom wow detailing everywhere like the wallpaper the way this has been done how's that fireplace yeah yeah oh i love that i love seeing fireplaces and bedrooms i wonder if it's connected let's not set the house on fire okay yeah we'll leave that this room has a balcony as well so big sliding doors and somewhere to sit great i've guessed isn't it yeah i love that there's actually only five bedrooms and they're all huge totally agree there's an amazing peaceful retreat here just looking out into the countryside yeah these windows might be triple glazed so it's very quiet isn't it i can't hear anything you literally can't hear a thing lovely and then the ensuite over here oh yeah same shower again so all the ensuites are pretty similar style they haven't kind of changed it up but it works really well brilliant you do have a big window in here as well okay i think it's about time we go show everyone the entertainment floor are you ready to see it yeah let's go click like if you're ready it's more amazing art i know everyone's very opinionated on art but i like that yeah we like cool out don't we yeah wow now this is cool this is really cool i am now i'm in a layer i mean like a bond layer or something like i would just feel here like you've got all your guests around you here just feel like a gangster it is incredible okay let's where should we go first let's go to the pool first oh my gosh i didn't even forgot about this oh i love that cool smell love the walls as well with this oh they're even nice to feel it's not just a pool in here what we've got through here what have we got oh i like a seating area it's a changing room yeah good point and oh there's a sauna on that side and it's is that a steam room yeah so yeah but we've also got some oh no this will be like the plant room matt if you're very close to the edge carry on doing the tour like this is that does that give anyone anxiety so guys we have how many likes to jump in that would be good what's in there then no it's just the plant room so like where you control everything yeah let's go to the other side yeah we've got a seating area for anyone that's not into swimming you can just sit and watch so here's the sauna i'll just lock you in there and this is the steam room oh i think is that a steam room yeah and obviously where we came we saw at the start of the tour you can look straight down yeah and i believe that's a water there's a waterfall on the wall a waterfall waterfall waterfall waterfall yeah yeah there is that would be awesome oh yeah i love this place just needs to be by the ocean and it's pretty much there yeah and maybe in a city rather than yeah that's for us anyway some people like yeah decide oh my god say what would be amazing here what and it's you could basically have a huge poker ring yeah everyone comes down here and suits black tie that would be cool we literally this is the first time we've seen this down here guys you're with us so first thing you notice is we've come down but the ceilings are even higher so this is double height in here now great thing is it's been staged so you can see what you could do with it and our best decision the developer could make if we came down here and there's no furniture it would be hard to envision yeah what you could do so you've got a living lounge area over here big eight season table should we have a game yeah oh wow i just can't get over this this it's absolutely incredible down here beautiful isn't it beautiful it's going to sit and take in for a minute and there's a bar on this side flying fridge shaken not stirred wow thank you very much big glass okay so then over here as you can see you have a cinema area obviously you've got an amazing place to sit and watch your cinema screen you've got the speakers all around for the sun surround sound yeah this is the perfect room for cinema parties games room yeah amazing events you could have down here this is so cool just remembered actually the main bedroom has the some the thing that we didn't show yes on the show okay okay let's go let's walk activated so i think this is the remote but basically they put the tv in the ceiling yep that's working give it time so yeah sorry i forgot to show you that earlier but i thought that is pretty impressive this is so cool this would be like a dream fest yeah what's your show so it hasn't taken up any space and then if you don't if you want it up you can just push it up and it's out of the way i do now let's head back down grab our shoes and meet you outside it is raining a bit so it might be not like great camera quality but we're still going to show you outside all right so we're going to show you around the whole of the exterior starting from this side you'll see that you've got cctv all around the house it's a very private very secure place to live you'll notice another electric gate so this is where you have a second entrance for the staff and everything so that's cool and then a view to the back of the house let's walk around to walk around this way yeah let's do it okay so this is cool i can imagine these on a sunny day it looks funny with snow on them great countryside views oh wow for me the best view is standing back though looking at the house yeah this is an epic yeah it's so our start isn't it yeah it looks the best from this angle i'd say yeah yeah this is the money shot pretty cool hey guys again massive thank you 400k subscribers we really appreciate it we have
