reception and what they did here you can see they have put a reception
where you just get to chill with your visitors whether they've just come in
or for a quick chat or they are leaving and they are not done you can actually
sit there the entrance is so beautiful with the chandelier there and the recessed
ceilings throughout the house with LED lights look at this beautiful & stunning living area
and the furniture just goes with the space very luxurious and a gas heater that
literally heats up the whole house you can ask Xavier right now we are not
cold - it's on a cold day but very warm hear hear - that's correct it warms up this
whole space since we turned it on yeah right space got a beautiful cabinet with a
Boardman fridge there, tinted glass, a wine display Caesarstone tops and the corners as well
are Caesarstone, SMEG appliances this kitchen offers you everything that you
would look for it's a Chef's Kitchen look at that scullery - spacious with cupboards all over
enough space - ample space and what I like about the kitchen is that it has gloss, and a touch
of wood so that modern feel doesn't go away your dining area opens up to the patio and the
deck with your splash pool - very low maintenance I love it I love I love it I like the outdoor
area it's very nice very nice very nice and it's got a big courtyard on your right which
we'll show you later on my left here is the TV room you are actually spoilt for choice because
you have a cinema in this house which will show you later and A/C everywhere - you
can see in this room there's A/C it opens up also here when you're coming out of
the dining - you actually open up to the beautiful natural tranquil greenery I love what they
did here with the covered area they covered the area the deck is so beautiful and here what I
also like Xavier is that the Hollywood garage actually opens up but you can pack as many
cars as you want when you have a party it doesn't matter because it's a panhandle there's
still space enough for parking and what they did also here they actually enjoying the space
they're enjoying the space they didn't close up and it makes the river that passes here
to be part of the house very nice it gives you that tranquility of living on the greenery
birds very nice I love the open space I like it correctly point out from here you already
have a small glimpse of what they actually did with the ceiling or the roof rather yes
yes they put an artificial grass on top there and that also just Blends in with the
grass that is on the floor Xavier very nice interestingly Valley View tell me a little
bit more about Valley View because I didn't even know where it was until we started looking
into this Valley View is actually opposite Blue Valley Golf Estate so it's also
an upmarket estate here in Centurion then here from the living area on my right is
the cinema and on my left is the guest so let's go to the cinema - Xavier, look at the size of this
thing love it very very nice a 6-seater very comfortable it's a 6-seater very comfortable
air conditioning and recessed ceiling with LED lights that just gives you that cinematic feeling
and here is your guest room also spacious big with ample cupboard space the bathroom I like as well
for modern finishes with the shower in the top this is really hot in here look at that very
hot nice and warm we are ascending upstairs stunning greeted with this stunning
office that they closed with glass very beautiful spacious also
has air conditioning inside I think it's so smartly done instead of just
having a pajama lounge, which this pretty much is or was, they've actually converted this into an
office 1-desk, 2-desks, A/C, they've obviously converted it in office because that
was their need but that can be used as a pajama lounge there are so many bedrooms upstairs - here, I'll
show you the one you can actually use as an office here you see what they've done with the wallpaper
very beautiful you can touch that feeling and and feel it Xavier if you want but it's paintable
wallpaper so you can actually change the color if you prefer another color I think this is
such a nice big square area open area and yet with the office it's completely secluded
not have to worry about noises in the house there is recessed ceiling with LED lights, they actually make it beautiful and this space is so lovely what they did
here instead of putting your normal grill they actually put this artwork that gives
it that feeling it's very very beautiful that is the main bedroom suite
I can't even quite say it's a bedroom because it's actually a home on its own - so big you can put your
couch there, you see they just put two couches and this one here the ottoman but you
can actually have a whole set of couches in this bedroom, you can put a kitchenette
and just have your comfort in this bedroom - very nice there you have walk-in
closet - very nice I love the bathroom what they did with the bathroom also here is
something unique that the tab is actually traditional and the walls then they they
put the sink and other finishes very modern this home is beautifully done I love
the wallpaper let's have another look very quality wallpaper it's
actually a paintable one as well very nicely very very nice stunning and for this
price for this price yup this is the space for you back to the probably my favorite area this whole
open space - I would love to have my little office there; lock it off from all the noises of
the house and just do my thing - very nice so here is bedroom number three also air conditioning
and ample cupboard space with a desk there so here you have your scholar in this room and
there's a door that opens to the balcony the background overlooks the the green belt so
these belt these bedrooms all aligned they will take you using the other route here's
the bathroom that is shared by the other three bedrooms so you have your open shower and
a linear drainage floating cabinet very beautiful very nice very nice
bathroom this is bedroom four also opening up to the balcony that overlooks the
green belt with a double cupboard space so here you can actually have two kids as you can see you
have a big desk very nice air conditioning as well leaning cupboard here is another bedroom spacious it has a
walk-in closet full bathroom you have your A/C as well I believe this can be
for that little girl or your other child very nicely done as well with beautiful finishes
the bathroom has full bathroom like I said with the floating cabinets very nice I love the
fact that this has a big bath I'm sure they're going to fight for this one yes definitely they
will everybody wants to have an inside savior wow here is the bedroom in the corner I can say
this one you can still use it as the bedroom but I would say you convert this into an office
while that office there with a glass you do it as a pajama lounge then you're good to
go opens up nicely here all these bedrooms you can see the doors they all open up to the
balcony that overlooks the green belt nice nice nice look at the green on the roof I think it's
such a nice addition they shouldn't have done that and yet look how nice that looks very nicet
very nice it gives you that Tranquility, Xavier awesome there we go I think we've seen the entire upstairs now let's just have another peek
down to make sure that we soak it all in which is your favorite part, Lubona? My favorite
part of this house is actually the main okay very fair - I like it I love it I don't think
I would leave that room for anything on a cold day well you did introduce it as a suite so it's
it's not just a bedroom it's actually it's a whole suite you can actually have your whole setup
like fiber - oh yes oh yes that's the only thing that she didn't put but it can be done
let's have another peek here because I think this is beautiful from an entrance this is setting the
stage the moment you have guests or family coming in look how beautiful and inviting this looks
very nice very nice sorry I'm taking your time here but let me have another peek in the stunning
connecting area kitchen, dining, lounge, all the way up through and again the doors here open as
well they just happen to have furniture here but look at this and they've done it nicely look at
