Step Inside MODERN ENTERTAINERS HOME in Waterfall Country Estate

[Music] [Music] looking to buy a modern Entertainer home in waterfall country estate good afternoon this is Xavier with luxur homes Johannesburg today we are back in my favorite estate together listing agent Mar from luxli Property Group who's going to take us on a tour of this stunner behind us as always specs on the house this is a five bedroom five and a half bathroom three garage home without further Ado Marisha well this uh home is not only absolutely spectacular so you will see how beautifully they have managed to marry modern architecture absolutely gorgeous interior Decor Plus family features so your kids will love it but the adults will love it as well and this home is pure perfection it's just under it's 2 years old so it's almost new and all the furniture is included in the selling price so from the entrance this is our outdoor entrance massive double volume beautiful wood cladding we have the water so we have the natural elements starting from the very entrance and it's very clever what they've done they introduced a bit of green grey here and because it is fully in the shade of course it is U the artificial Greenery so it will always look Lush but everything around you is absolutely gorgeous Lush um garden and um all indigenous trees and plants now I've stepped into the main entrance of the home and you can see it's open plan but all the spaces are also very well defined I absolutely adore these chandeliers they they look like um snowflakes floating just above us super light look beautiful at night it's now lunchtime we tried to shoot this at night but the storms this time of the year we just couldn't get a day without a storm so immediately to the left first is the triple garage and then it's the formal Lounge area and you will notice what I'm working on is this massive tiles and they have a stone effect so so the flooring is Stone effect tiles and then they' started bringing in all these natural elements once again so this is absolutely gorgeous uh composite so again it has this marble or maybe Granite Stones so natural effect then we have the white gray and black marble on the Cabinetry that they've built it's low Cabinetry and what's very clever is it allows you to Showcase your art pieces plus it still gives you space for your TV plus it also with the dramatic colors just brings out all the beautiful China that you've got there and statues and so on and again we've got that crystal chandelier there now because it's a formal Lounge it's getting a little bit heavier than that light entrance chandelier so a lot of thought has gone into this as we're walking now towards the open plan entrance and towards the kitchen note that staircase this is an amazing feature and you will love what big surprise Xavier has in store for you later on would it have to do with this little part it does have to do with this little part but keep watching you will love it all the ceilings here Shadow lines and I like the fact that the ceilings are suspended but also the ceilings also follow the shapes of each room so that is yet another way to to identify what room room you're in for the time being and the room I'm in now is my favorite room it's the kitchen and again here absolutely they've excelled themselves in all the materials all the finishes and the fixtures that they've um employed to make this a very special space so the kitchen is a numa kitchen absolutely top of the range I don't think you get any better or any more high level than that and we've got our tinted uh cabinet she displaying our Crystal we've got the same composite effect on the side of this cabinet as on the breakfast nook area which is quite a big one and it adds that first of all there's a texture to it to the stone here so very nice to the touch and you can feel it almost feels soft yet it is exceptionally hot raisin then we have this white marble for the rest of this entire countertop with the customade sink here also made out of this white marble and here they started bringing in the darker gray the lighter gray and a bit of the um matte and a bit of gloss so all the elements are interchanged here and we even have some gold which matches my t-shirt today so I think it's very cool that gold I love because it is almost like a brushed gold effect it's not shiny but it's so classy it's incredible build build ovens building espresso machine you can't go without there no handles anywhere so everything is soft touch and everything is super slick super modern but also very very easy to use you literally just slot your hand and you open gas countertops and a very cleverly concealed in extractor fan just above them so they've thought of everything very nice and from there you have nice windows open up and you get to see your vegie garden presumably if you've planted your Veges very nice Spotlight and again it follows the line of this specific room and they've brought a bit of the darkness because you've got the countertop you've got the cabinet there so again everything talks to each other we carrying down towards the scullery area massive walk-in uh pantry and this pantry is is actually so big they' they've designed it almost like a second kitchen additional fridges your more coffee machines microwave and anything else you want to put in there and you can just slide the doors closed and there we go very nice touch indeed very very nice and then you also have first of all look at the size of this Pantry width and then this would be your laundry area with a ton of extra cupboard space to pack extra they are blind throughout the space and I'll Point them out to you because the idea is we are on a green belt we have the beauty of the stand and we're going to see it shortly so you want to have it as open as possible but the blinds every now and then will give you a bit of privacy you know those early mornings maybe thoughts so far very nice very impressive I love this open plan the moment you walk in you see everything look at that no wonder like you said entertainers home home family setup if anything this is one of my favorites because this is bang for your buck this is stunning Mara this is it is magnificent notice again this um it looks like a verovski crystal chandelier the same one that we saw across on the other side in the uh formal Lounge area so we have it in the formal dining area so everything talks you know you can see the interior decor also has done a magnificent job if you just look at the backing of these chairs again it speaks to the countertop in the kitchen it speaks to the finish of your customade dining room table this is a 10 seater I always look at how much bigger can we go we can go double we can have a 20 Seer comfortably without actually walking into each other's space and cleverly they've designed this bar area what I love here is that you don't have this cumbersome bar in the middle of your space wondering what to do with yourself it's nicely tucked away super stylish very much James Bond style so you have those dark brushed gold the tinted glass of course you have your wine coolers on both sides and they're still full so they this is clearly the priced possession wine and then the rest of the the cupboards are all in this charcoal black so everything is nicely concealed as a small addition this is done at the same time by the same people who installed the kitchen everything everything this house was conceptualized and built in one go there's no add-ons and Stitch up work here so this door completely conceals into the wall or you can keep it open into your I would say Family TV room setup um entertainment room on the ground floor but just keep in mind if you close it off this room can just become an outdoor room and again we have the blinds everywhere just to note while we here there's air conditioning throughout the space the lightning is absolutely beautifully placed as well and here we've got again that stunning composite stone cladding behind this massive TV and what they've done is again they've built this low cupboard where you can store some of your uh goodies but at the same time it's different from the one in the formal Lounge this is more in the gray in the glass elements but again it display stunning um statues and artwork now remember I mentioned all your um Furniture is included not the artwork and personally I love the artwork but uh it is very special to the owners and again sliding doors everything is sliding doors and now we step into that very special place that makes this home absolutely unique we are on the green belt in waterfall we gate six so this whole home is North facing the best uh direction to be facing they've created a nice private pool area quite a big one I think this is I would say a 10 M Pool in length and um I think a 3 m width with a very deep step so this would be your cocktail step or sanning step whichever way you want to you want to use it composite decking so completely low uh maintenance they've Incorporated some of also this artificial Greenery on the one wall to give you full privacy on the one side and then from the pool area which is literally visible from your TV room we step into the garden space this grass you would think it's artificial but it's not this is natural grass and it literally feels like a carpet it is so soft and so Lush it's incredible stunning patio the entire patio is aimed to show you the the green belt that you on we also can hear the sound of the river I don't know if you can hear it but I can certainly hear it so all you're hearing is the breeze the river and you're looking at this gorgeous Park land area now the Pao you'll see 12 SE table and again this table is cast made that stone this one is custom made marble this must weigh an absolute ton or two tons gorgeous the same Shades of gray and black then in the background here buil-in cupboards gas Bri and you have your own sink so you have quite a lot of space here for for serving but remember you also literally a step away from the kitchen and then across here we've got now we have this built-in bar that fits beautifully in the patio area and this bar is the exact same stone that we've seen in the uh big table here the patio table and behind the bar you'll notice you have your ice maker as well as um your wine coolers and everything else notice also because this house has a lot of curvy elements we have this stunning spiral staircase so they've taken the curvy elements with the exterior architecture as well so while we are standing here it's uh good to note that you've got that curve going throughout the space and inside it's also picked up with some of the decor and interior design they've come up with this family loves also entertaining the children so because we're on the Green Belt there's a stair that goes down into the actual green belt and you'll see even a trampoline has uh lost its way what what this is is uh basically you you get permission to cultivate about 5 m of the space outside of your own stand and you can put your trampoline you can maybe kick some ball you can even cut a puth straight across and this is a communal entertainment area and the river there and they've even built in a beautiful fuy slide so you can literally slide straight into the river or maybe stop short of the river what we've done now is we've stepped into the guest bedroom you think it might be even a main bedroom it's nice and big this is a queen-sized bed can comfortably fit a king-sized bed the same massive very tall customade sliding doors all the doors are tinted as well so it gives you full privacy but this is the view your guests get to enjoy and the sound of water the guest get to enjoy very impressive is it's really magnificent again we have the built-in airons and because everything was built as part of the initial project you notice they're very nicely concealed in the ceiling and then around the corner you will find your bathroom on Suite all of the bedrooms the floor in the bedroom this is um vinyl wood looking flooring and then with the cupboard this is super very light gray with just a touch of black just to give it that dramatic effect and now we stepping into the house and you get to do a nice selfie on this massive mirror wall that takes you into the guest toilet and this is really uh absolutely W effect guest toilet custom made um Basin again with this is now with white marble and I really like how how it's designed you know with with the slope it almost feels like uh you by the ski slopes and the same marble that we see in the guest toilet with all this Crystal Chandelier is the marble that then takes on from there and covers the built-in cupboard space here the continuity really really nice that's some of the things that I've noticed when we walked in that typical the gray the Shades of Gray like you like to point out is viewable throughout even with your tables and your your seating arrangement you have the grace but what's nice about the grace is that they're soft Grace they're not uh industrial style um you know cold color gray now main bedroom so remember this feature watch out because Xavier is going to amaze you not only surprise he will Amaze you speaking of the curvatures we have also the crystal round chandeliers we have some of the round mirrors there and this is followed by the round staircase so emerging up the stairs another note look here so is going to surprise us all taking a mental note so up the staircase the first thing we see is beautiful big cozy pajama lounge or a TV room because it is very well DEC at very well finished again we see that element of the low cupboard that's built down there with the brushed goat with the grce with uh that panel the 3d effect panel so everything speaks to each other and the wood paneling behind the the TV then sliding doors and a privacy screen this little uh patio balcony area they've put a few games there so imagine this the kids can enjoy throughout out day or night it's there and it's completely private from the only neighbor that is literally next to you and while we upstairs we're going to start with the main bedroom it is gorgeous it is so inviting it is so luxurious it's a space that you want to spend a lot of time in whilst we walk into the main bedroom huge balcony the entire length of the this part of the upstairs section and just note again the curvy effect even with the glass I don't know how many panels had to die for these panels to remain but um everything is perfect seamless glass paneling now you can see already from the first two steps double do everything is opulent and voluminous we have a kitchenet section here we have this composite Mar marble effect backs Splash and countertop and here is a mirror effect really beautifully done and here we've got uh the the bottom Cabinetry is in um almost like a brushed wood effect so just some storage and again we seeing all these sliding doors and the balcony starts all the way from the left and it wraps around to give us the benefit of this massive Green Belt section massive all bedroom to allow for a lounge area and your king-size bed and all the views and a vanity cupboard on the one side from this elevated view you also see this is the communo entertainment area Clubhouse uh that invites residents of waterfall to congregate and uh make something else missing not your own garden well put now huge bit just a quick pointer this panel here we we have blinds everywhere okay but this house is designed to benefit from The View you get from everywhere so here if we open the blind which is what I've just done you see this massive very private balcony and the greenery that leads you into your um bathroom area and now we stepping into the walk-in closet and bathroom space and I like the fact that because it's a bathroom maybe they've chosen this very very soft it's like linen white finish onto your cupboards just a touch of again the seethrough to display um all your beautiful pieces stunning eggshell freestanding buff and again massive sliding doors leading you onto this private balcony double showers and this is now the brushed goat so remember we've been seeing the brushed goat finishes you don't often see that with your um Taps but you've got it here and uh toilet completely private if you want to hide the way this is the spot very very nice this is a massive bathroom and I'm surprised we didn't get caught a few more times in the mirror because their mirrors we've just just walked into bedroom number two upstairs so we've seen one downstairs we've seen the main now we bedroom number two also humongous massive I love this massive glass wall on the one side again we have the blinds and it's double blind so you can block out completely but how cool is it that you're able to see all the way down so if the part is looking cool you go downstairs if not you drop the blind this room is huge they've got this uh very nice soft customade headbolt and they've chosen to to display it into two bits you know if you have kids maybe they're friends for sleepovers how fun are these uh night lamp shades I'm sure at night time it also creates this um Starry Night effect and again we have very high ceilings but there are also slightly dropped ceilings just to give you that um uh that that beautiful Ambiance the curvy effect with the ceiling as well we see it here and then then just around the corner a full bathroom and this bathroom is separated with a you know this frosted glass um Door and Window just again to to keep the the big space and um uh the the feeling of volume and then you've got also a door leading into the same balcony as the main bedroom so it can be like a little special secret balcony for everyone or as someone said you know if uh the partners are fighting then it's an Escape Route or the doggy hous is that direction the the na Corner yes notice that I'm zooming in on the staircase because not only doesn't look spectacular but you're getting excited I wasn't going to say that no once again look at that view and nobody's going to take this away because this is like Mara mentioned a few times this is the green belt R A of you I'm not sure if you could see it's actually the entertainment area the communal area as well so there you have it bedroom number three upstairs and four in total bedroom number three upstairs same massive bedroom they've done something different with the ceiling here they've they've done more of the geometric uh the the straight angle shape and again a full on Suite and it's very clever because of the different style and configuration of the room they've created this uh sliding door and the entire door is also a mirror so this is the selfie bedroom Tous to deal with there you go guys or nightmare yes stunning truly truly stunning guys like I said at the start I wasn't kidding this is a gorgeous home with so much to offer mother entertainers home in waterful country estate this is it linen cupboard the same powder white that we saw in uh uh in the dressing room in the main uh bedroom and then again some display opportunity so really here the home invitees you also to Showcase maybe your uh your special pieces that you've collected for throughout your travels or just very very expensive artwork in line with the quality and up uh top end finishes of this home and now we've stepped into the last bedroom every single bedroom has a balcony upstairs and the downstairs bedroom has access to the green belt and then around the corner again we have this beautiful bathroom very spacious again note that all of the air conditioning is um Split unit so you can of course um control the air in each room whichever way you like all of the bedrooms I I said is that wood finish and then the cabet here is the same powder white that we saw this home also comes with an inverter system and uh solar backup power so we are completely free of the escom frustrations and then we also have a ball hole here so on top of being an absolutely gorgeous stylish modern home it is also very practical yep talk about a lifestyle here guys can you imagine the family sitting up here you're sitting right down there in your designer biso kitchen truly truly stunning guys for this price including the furniture small detail yes and that furniture and the finishes that they I've chosen here it really doesn't get better or more exclusive or more high end down to even that countertop in the kitchen the Numa kitchen that is the exclusive range countertops so it is really the best of the best and with those words we finish the tour and bid you farewell guys thank you so much now you keep buying time okay so what is this do you think no it is not a fancy laundry shoot although it can be a fancy laundry shoot of it is actually an Escape Route when you are in trouble so this is a built-in slide it comes with your staircase it is stunningly designed and built and Xavier has been dying to try it out so um here we go Chinese volunteer I'm going to grab the camera and you to go with the camera in you're going to no I'm doing it are you doing it to the camera in why not they are you sure okay then you have to do it twice they can see how good it is okay let's go no screaming it will be embarrassing if you scream okay guys this is how it went I even have my super dead socks on to survive it and you did survive It Well Done guys but now they didn't get to see you emerge so you're going to have to do it again and I'm going to have to wait with the camera so Mara what did you say want me to do the the the road to success the road to success so first you have to go up to the stars and then you have to come down to Earth again so this is how you stay grounded incoming you're really loving this you want to do it again okay let's go here we go okay but let's just Round Up summarize everything that we've just seen today five bedrooms five bathrooms on Suite for each bedroom plus a magnificent um guest toilet beautiful Green Belt only one neighbor on the one side completely concealed from you top of the range finishes there's crystals there's Woods there's a numa kitchen there's marbles there's a special effect and undercounter lights and mood lighting throughout the space there's the boho and the solar it is magnificent home and the interior Decor it is so stunning I wouldn't want to change a single thing and the good news is you're getting it with the house truly truly stunning I yeah especially this part as well also Numa love it I think it's such a nice touch they could have skipped it and yet they decided to have that done as well by them and then here you've got your pretty much another Lounge very much another Lounge so there are two lounges and a dining room and another Lounge upstairs and the pool's just big enough like I said it's
