INSIDE a $4,250,000 Woodland Hills MANSION that has EVERYTHING!

[Music] so what's going on you guys welcome back to another luxury home tour my name is darren crizz and today we are going to give you a full tour of this beautiful los angeles estate right behind me this home is located in the neighborhood of woodland hills in the san fernando valley just next to the well-known city of calabasas and right off the 101 freeway only a short drive to the heart of la this mediterranean estate features seven bedrooms nine bathrooms seven thousand seven hundred square feet of interior space and is currently on the market for four million two hundred fifty thousand 000 there's also a separate guest house behind the backyard with its own private driveway a separate address there's 1300 square feet of interior space three bedrooms two bathrooms and its own swimming pool [Music] i also wanted to thank the listing agents for letting us tour their incredible listing [Music] starting our tour in the front of the house we arrive through two separate motor gates on either side of this semi-circle driveway made completely of paver stone tile you could probably fit up to 15 cars on this driveway and it leads us right up to that three-car garage and as you arrive in here this honestly just feels like your own personal oasis you don't even feel like you're in the valley this is just your own separate resort home honestly and directly in front of the driveway we have a couple of water features surrounded by some beautiful landscaping adding a bit of greenery to your front yard but let's just walk up and take a look at this mansion as we go up a couple steps we've got a 22 foot high glass door that is just a grand entrance at its finest but let's just go inside and show you what's in there and as we arrived inside through that grand entrance we are greeted by 24 foot high ceilings and a curved staircase with a wrought iron railing going up to the second level and just a beautiful chandelier hanging down from the ceiling with three different layers to it and as we keep moving you have the dining room to my right that we're not going to show you yet a living area in front of me but first we're going to take a turn this way right here underneath the stairs you got of course your harry potter room and now let's keep moving this is the elevator that takes you to the second level as well so if you're too lazy to take the staircase there's two staircases in this house actually so you can either use the elevator or just walk right out and go up but let's go this way here's the first bedroom in the home that we're going to show you guys it's currently staged as an office and it is front facing in the house you get a look onto your massive driveway once again there's a glass door that leads out to a side yard there's actually an outdoor bathroom that we're going to show you guys when we go out to the backyard that anyone can use if you're entertaining in the back and they don't want to come inside this office is on suite so let's show you the bathroom first off i love these shiny chevron tiles on the ground in a light gray color then you have a floating bright white vanity white drawers countertops quartz countertops and then we have these wavy white tiles up along the backsplash here that lead you into the shower going all the way up to the ceiling and you have some more of those chevron gray tiles in that shower niche as well large chrome range shower head and then a built-in bathtub in there and the cool thing about this bathroom is [Music] that you have access of it through two doors leading to the hall so you can either come in through the hallway or through the bedroom whichever one you choose we're gonna keep walking out past that elevator and here is this living space just a nice cozy family room with sliding glass doors that lead out to your gorgeous backyard you have a gas fireplace with this massive piece surrounding it and it's nice because there's no tv you can just hang out here drink a coffee read a book do whatever you want and it is right next to your home movie theater i love the location of this home movie theater through those double doors off that family room and it is fully carpeted with three levels to get that prime movie experience [Music] built-in speakers all throughout you have these vaulted ceilings and you got dark colors in the gray and then the black up on the ceiling you have your projector right here and this is your view if you want to watch some great movies this is where you'll be doing it [Music] just out of the theater we're gonna walk across the living area where we were across the front entrance and show you this formal dining room just a great space for the formal dining room right off the front entrance door i love this chrome chandelier hanging above the table and then on the wall here we have these two light fixtures that are a miniature version of the longer linear ones that we saw on either side of the movie theater entrance we have built-in speakers above on this section as well in every section of the house they can all be controlled so you could be listening to different songs in every room but now we're gonna head out of this formal dining room right through this butler's pantry we've got quartz countertops here a wine rack above lots of white cabinet space this door leads you into the pantry room [Music] and then right through to your chef's kitchen we have not one but two islands with gorgeous quartz countertops on both as well as right on this side of your six burner gas stove dual thermador ovens underneath and those quartz countertops extend this entire length of an l shape we have a couple of floating wood shelves above on either side of this sink area one really cool thing right here is that this slider opens up and you can serve guests that you're entertaining out in the backyard you have an extended countertop out there and you just get natural sunlight coming into your kitchen we are almost going out to the pool but not quite yet on this second island here pretty similar to the one that we have the sink on to my right but as you look attached to both we have built-in thermador microwave and then you've got a wine fridge on this one directly behind me built-in thermador espresso machine of course and then you got your thermador fridge and freezer seamlessly blending into the white cabinetry into the white walls both of those islands have a waterfall edge in that same quartz then on the outside of this second island you have some breakfast bar seating and just off the kitchen it has that open concept floor plan right next to the living room and you have a wet bar as well right next to it so you can have a bartender just serving drinks from right here you have the same quartz countertops your sink right here built in wine fridge again that's your second one that we've seen in the last one minute more white cabinetry above and that quartz has the same quartz stone backsplash right there as [Music] well this is an excellent space for the bar you can just see all the way in through the backyard if we have those sliding doors open it'd be perfect for entertaining and then right in front of me is the staircase that leads to the second level that's the second staircase that i was talking about earlier here's the bar seating right off of that wet bar area and this is your formal living room you've got a large linear fireplace and it is extremely warm right now on this cold windy day this would be a nice space where i just have a chair right here get pretty warm and just enjoy the winter time in la right above the fireplace built-in flat screen tv and you can see the built-in speaker directly above it as well as a couple on the ceiling to both sides you have built-in shelf space all in that white color some cabinetry down below but now we're gonna move through the living room and show you this bedroom right off it before we go into that bedroom there is a powder room and this vanity just stands out completely it doesn't really look like anything else we've seen in the house you've got sleek green colored countertops you have your sink that is just freestanding directly on top of that and a bronze accent in this fixture right here a little bit of different vibes in this powder room we have a porcelain texture looking flooring as well as on the wall going up to the ceiling there but now let's head out and show you this bedroom now this is a pretty cozy bedroom it would be considered as the maids quarters guest bedroom there is access from the side yard here so you don't have to walk through the front door to enter this bedroom on this side we have a closet for some storage space a walk-in closet and this room is ensuite as well let's walk into this bathroom so right away you see this bathroom has two separate doors as did the other one right next to the office it can lead out to the hall the stairs and you have your garage right next to it let's close this off take a look into the shower shower's got a built-in bathtub a chrome rain shower head just massive slabs of stone on the wall in that shower [Music] some more chevron tile in the floors in here a lot of bright white colors quartz countertops in the vanity but let's walk through this second door and keep moving directly in front of that door this is your downstairs washer and dryer hookup there's another one upstairs that i'm sure you'll be seeing and right next to that is your three-car [Music] garage that was everything for this first level of this beautiful massive woodland hills house but we still have to show you the backyard because it is one of my favorite parts personally so let's do it and we have the pocket doors opened up giving you that indoor outdoor flow i absolutely love this area how it looks from the living room out to the backyard this is an absolutely incredible backyard and we're going to go through all the details for you guys starting with this covered patio space you have built-in speakers up on the ceilings here gas fireplace you can hook up a tv up here as well if you want to have that outdoor tv experience but you do have a movie theater room inside as well but right off this patio area we have a built-in sedona barbecue you have your sink just a full bar you can have a bartender indoors and outdoors just cooking up meal you know just serving drinks to anyone you want that's enjoying the pool enjoying your house just take a look at it from this angle and there's a massive island here on this bar area you have a lot of barstool seating and just right off that another great touch that i love is this incredible turf space look at how huge this backyard is you can just play catch here maybe have a nice wiffle ball game throw the football around have the entire family just hanging out in a nice sunny december day in la now as i mentioned there is a guest house as well that you will see right over this fence it has its own private driveway its own separate address its 300 square feet with three bedrooms and you're gonna see some drone shots of that right now just a beautiful space if you purchase this house you're purchasing that guest house as well massive turf area as i said you can have your pets run around here just endless opportunities and check this out just a large elevated spa right next to your massive pool and next to that spa almost forgot to mention you have a built-in fire pit just another area to get warm on those cold windy nights here in the valley of los angeles from this angle you can see actually how large that pebble tech pool is you have two waterfalls on either side of that elevated jacuzzi this is one of the largest pools that you'll see honestly check it out as we walk back toward the house you can put some more barstool seating right here below this massive floating piece of stone right off the kitchen and as i said earlier you can serve guests in the backyard from the kitchen out here you have your own barbecue area outdoors you have a bar inside this is just a perfect house to entertain overall now as i said early on there is an outdoor bathroom perfect for your guests that are outdoors so you don't have to go inside the home it is right here on the side of the house just a nice little powder room but it has marble countertops and a diagonal sloping sink there i love the cabinetry down below in a nice gray color and then look at the vinyl wood up here on the wall floor to ceiling just a very nice powder room for your guests overall outdoors that was everything for that entire large backyard now we are almost on a full acre of land out here and towards the end of the video myself and raul behind the camera are going to tell you guys our favorite features of this home and honestly this might be the front runner right now for me but we're gonna walk towards the stairs and show you some of the bedrooms up there finally walking up to the second level you see to my right the raw iron railing that we saw in the front entrance on that curved staircase as well this is the second staircase and immediately to my left you have your upstairs laundry room with your washer and dryer conveniently located right up the staircase up here on this level we have a total of four bedrooms but before we show you the bedrooms if you take a turn to my right we have this indoor outdoor lounging area now this is an incredible space you don't see this too often in a home because we are technically inside but we can open up these sliders and you do have a railing making a bit of a balcony so this could act as a balcony area in most homes but it's completely enclosed with these sliding doors if it gets too windy or too hot or whatnot you can close these off and this room is completely air conditioned as well you see a couple of those vents above the sliding door behind me you've got a gas fireplace and you can hook up a tv above so this can act as yet another bedroom a couple of built-in speakers above that as well and just an incredible space overall might be one of my favorite parts of the house but we're gonna have to wait till the end to see what that is let's walk back into the house and show you some of the rooms just outside of this room is the ipad that controls pretty much everything throughout the house such as the music on the built-in speakers but let's walk into this bedroom currently staged as a twin room you see two twin beds in here with a dinosaur theme now who doesn't love a nice dinosaur but let's walk out onto this balcony now this might be the best view in the entire house rel stands on the opposite side of the balcony and i'm on this side just look at the pool the backyard's incredible we get the sunlight shining right down and it's just a fantastic day pretty much 365 days in the year out here well let's walk back in and of course this room is ensuite so let's take a look at this bathroom taking a look at this bathroom i love the color of the drawers here down in this vanity and you have a massive piece of marble acting as this countertop it's very sturdy right there and i love the aluminum linear tile that laces the entire bathroom going into the shower you have a second line above as well chrome range shower head up against the tiled walls built-in bathtub and there's a walk-in closet here in this bathroom with very sleek modern closet doors out of that bathroom and out of this first bedroom up here on the top level we're gonna walk across the hall and show you the second of four total bedrooms but before that we've got the elevator up here on the second floor that you can easily take from the bottom level if you're a bit too lazy to take any of those two staircases and right next to it is the door for the elevator mechanical room and here's the bedroom so this bedroom is a little bit larger than the one we just showed you guys it also has its own private balcony just going to show you that real quick the first balcony that is front facing so you can get a look down to any of your guests that arrive any luxury cars that come into your massive driveway but let's head back inside and of course this bedroom is ensuite so let's see how this bathroom differs so in this bathroom you have a different sort of tile that almost looks like a fabric but it is not you have a nice floating vanity a very white modern one with quartz countertops you have the same piled stripping in here but of a navy blue color instead of the aluminum one in the last room two lines of that chrome showerhead built-in bathtub pretty much everything you need finishing up this bedroom there's one more to show you guys before the master of course so let's do it now this honestly might be the best bedroom aside from the master of course it's incredible it has two separate bathrooms but wait till you see this bathroom because it honestly can compete with the master bathrooms and this one also has a private balcony just see this one i like this balcony because it's a bit wider a bit larger you have a private wall to my right it is just a bit more private as i've said a few times now it overlooks the driveway we are almost in the very center of the home in the front entrance just a lot of outdoor spaces up here on this level a balcony for everyone so now let's walk into this bathroom as i said does this not look like a master bedroom bathroom but it's not just first of all this shower is insane i love the dark colored tile on the walls all the way up to the ceiling and you have not one but two chrome range shower head one right on the ceiling and then one on those dark tiled walls to my left a handheld shower head as well shower bench of course and then your shower niche matches the tiles on the floors directly across from the shower you have a walk-in closet very similar to the last walk-in closet we saw as you keep walking this way private toilet room with its own door and here's your vanity with a very large linear sink circular mirror above and then you have some real wood cabinetry down here below now it's crazy that this isn't the master bathroom it's the room that should be for your youngest daughter she would be living in luxury right here living lavishly but let's walk out of here and finally you can see how the master bedroom compares to this one as we walk into the master bedroom it's completely on its own on the left wing of the house and you can see to my left right now this is where the brains of the house are all the technology that goes into the intertwining of the home but through these double doors is the master bedroom now you guys are in for a treat in this master there's a lot of details to go about and we're going to start with the main room you see the gas fireplace to my right flat screen tv above a lot of built-in speakers throughout on the ceilings and as i said a little earlier in the video there's not one bathroom but there's two full bathrooms so we're first gonna walk this way so this bathroom would be considered the his but you can decide in the comments below let us know which bathroom you like the best and looking into this insane shower just marble tiles all throughout you have yet another rain shower head on the ceiling as we saw in the last bathroom another one on the wall here up on the marble tile chrome rain shower handheld the same tiles you see in the shower walls are on the floors in here as well just marble throughout two sinks on this floating vanity with sleek quartz countertops and i love this built-in feature right above with two smaller mirrors and two floating wood shelves up here very convenient for all of your toiletries back through here is a private door leading you into your toilet room and just over here this closet features a center island with beautiful countertops and dark wood cabinetry throughout that's why this could be the his because it's a little bit masculine in here and through this door oh my goodness look at this this is a massive safe it almost looks like a bank vault right here you don't see these too often in a house and it has its own separate room so whatever you want to store in there you can whether it's your precious metals jewelry gold whatever you want to keep safe you can do it there let's head out of this bathroom back through the master bedroom through these sliding doors is yet another balcony there's pretty much a balcony attached to every room and i just love the covered awning above with all these dark wood beams and then the light wood planks just next to them and there's just so much space this is almost as big as the entire master bedroom you get a view down into your barbecue grill area your pool i also love the lights that they have intertwined on every single beam above so you can imagine how incredible it looks at night out here on your master balcony gas fireplace right below your flat screen tv on the wall up in the corner security camera you got security cameras throughout the entire house on every section so even in your master bedroom you can feel safe and now we have the hers bathroom to show you as we arrive in this bathroom now this doesn't even feel like a woodland hills bathroom this feels like a 50 million dollar beverly hills hers bathroom it's incredible you just have marble wrapped throughout the entire floors and walls leading into the shower you see you got the vanity over here with very sleek cabinetry very shiny as well quartz countertops and i love the wood bordering this mirror above something a little different in the very center you have your free standing deep soaking bathtub and then as i said your shower enclosed by glass you have once again two chrome shower heads one on the ceiling one on the wall shower bench everything is just marble on marble absolutely incredible just off that shower this is your toilet room and on this side is the hers closet a very symmetrical hurst closet starting with the center island where you can store any of your accessories in those drawers and just sleek wood closet doors throughout this entire hers blending all together very nicely plenty of space for her to put any of her designer bags clothes shoes whatever she wants she can put it there we just gave you a full tour of this beautiful home here in woodland hills of the san fernando valley in los angeles raul let me ask you what your favorite part was with this one yeah so uh first off i would like to say how much i love the fact that this is a very open and big spacious house and right away i felt very warm and one thing that really stood out to me was how big the balcony was in the master bedroom i felt like i can envision myself setting up a little dance floor there just move the couches and get to dancing but i felt like that was one of the biggest balconies that i've ever seen in a master bedroom before so definitely stood out for me yeah i completely agree now this is a perfect house to entertain if you want to entertain down here you can but if you want to do it in the master you can as well make that a dance floor as raoul said but i would have to say my favorite part is this kitchen i love that there's two islands you have a bar over there in the corner behind us and then you have where the sink opens up to the backyards through those sliders so you can entertain guests indoors outdoors pretty much everywhere it's just a great home overall in my opinion but
