- Hi everyone, it's Enes here,
welcome to a new episode. This week we're in Brentwood and about to tour this newly-constructed, Hampton style home right behind me. We got a lot to see today, a
lot of interior square footage, gorgeous kitchen, flat
back yard and a basement, so make sure to stick around. House has six bedrooms, eight baths, 11,300 square feet of interior space built on a 19,154 square feet lot. And this property is
currently on the market for $16,495,000. We will leave more
information about the property down in the description. And before we start our tour, I wanna thank the listing
agent, Todd Baker, from Coldwell Banker, for allowing us to tour
his amazing listing. Now let's begin. (upbeat music) From the street level, we
have the gates opening up to the half motor court,
it's nicely pavered. On my right hand side, we
have the three car garages, and as we come this way,
this is where we can get a really good look at
the exterior architecture of this home. We have the brick and siding
facade, nice simple lines. I love the color palette
and the black accents. Going this way, this is
where we have the entry and of course this solid
wood pivoting door. Let's go inside. As soon as you walk in, we have the double high
ceilings off of the grand entry complemented with the
chandelier right in the center. Another detail, I really
like are these marble floors off of the entry. We actually have chevron
pattern on each side and I love how it's nicely
integrated to the hardwood floors that are no trim work or
anything, so it's seamless. Now on my left-hand side, we have the formal living room and a formal dining room area. On my right-hand side, we
have a hallway and the office. Let's start right here. First off, I really like these steel frame glass doors off of the entry. And as we go in, we have
built-ins on this side, definitely a bold color choice here, all the way to the ceiling. It's where we have the desk,
oversized window on the left and I really like this office
because it's front facing and right off your entry, so you see who's coming into the property and these glass doors makes the space feel a little bit more spacious. Now we're gonna wrap around
here and take this hallway. We have a storage closet right here. Built-ins on this side and right here we have a powder room
with a fabricated sink with each brass fixtures. I really like the dark
pastels colors on the walls. And this is a powder room
for the formal living room and the dining area. Also unique patterns on the
floor here, with the brick tiles and the hardwood floors. And the same brick tiles are
also here at the mudroom, and this door opens up
to the three car garage with epoxy floors. Right across we have the guest suite. This bedroom is kind of secluded
from the rest of the house, looks towards the side of the property, obviously spacious with
crown molding details. And this bedroom has its own
bathroom, which is right here. We have the double vanity
set up, marble countertops, stacked tile, backsplash. And I really like the wall fixtures here, mosaic marble floors
throughout and right behind me, we have the walk-in
closet and going this way is the last part of this bathroom, which is the walk-in shower. They use the same backsplash tile at a stack pattern right
here with marble floors. Now let's go back to the entry and check out the formal living room. What I really like about this space are these roof trusses above. Obviously they give a lot of character and warmth to the space. We have chandeliers on each side and this is your formal living room area. We have the wood clad
walls, gas fire place here, and I love the marble, it's
actually bookmatched above and all the veins and character. And lastly, you even have your
wiring for your future TV. Right next to it is where we have the formal dining room area. And Mikey can we pan up to
the ceiling for a second. I love this detail, they
have barreled ceilings. It has a lot of warmth to the space, obviously gives character. We have two chandeliers
here, table for it, very spacious room. And this is where we have
a connection right here to the kitchen, but we'll
talk more on that later. As we go back to the
landing and the hallway, this is where we have this staircase going down to the basement level, as well as the second floor. And right next to it, let's call it. I think it's actually here. There you go, your elevator access, pretty good size for a residential home. Now let's close this and talk about here where we have kind of two
family rooms and the kitchen. Kitchen is right here, we'll
talk more on that later. Let's cover this section first, very open gets ton of natural light. We have these sliding glass
doors, stacking on each side, all opening up to the backyard. We have wood clad walls everywhere. We even have the shiplap look
on the walls right there. Mikey, I don't know if you
can show it real quick. - [Mikey] There you go. - There you go. And I said family the room, but there's also a section right behind it and we have this gas fireplace right here, double sided, nicely separating
each space from another and same stacking doors
are also here opening up to the patio on each side and then the cozy sitting area. And what's nice about this space is that it's right off your bar area. We have bar seating here,
pendant lights above, gorgeous countertops, plenty
of storage on this side, as well as this side. I really like the
shelving design right here and check this out. They have mirror subway tiles installed at a staggered
pattern as a backsplash here. - [Mikey] Yeah, we, me
and Jason can't hide from the mirrors this time. So I just kinda gave up
on it, so hi everyone. - Mystery is over, all right. Now this way, this is where
we have the sink for the bar. Now, like I mentioned, this
section we have the family room and your kitchen. I'm really gonna take my time
to talk about this kitchen because it looks gorgeous. I mean, where do I even begin? Two tone cabinetry, we have
shaker cabinets throughout. I really like the warm wood tones here. Everything is clad with marble. Starting right here, we
have one of the two islands staged with bar seating
gorgeous countertops. It's bookmatched in the center as well as the waterfall edge. They even bookmatched here, looks gorgeous, love the contrast. Right behind me, nicely paneled. We have the fridge and
the freezer right here. Going this way, a little bit more storage. You have your double ovens and this is where we
have the second island. Again, love it, Mikey,
we gotta do closeup, we gotta show this. - [Mikey] Oh, I thought you were talking about the cabinets below you. But yeah, that bookmatch
was pretty cool too. - It looks so gorgeous, right? In everything look at the symmetry. This island is bookmatched,
it's bookmatched here and it's bookmatched as
a backsplash over there. I love the lines. We have plenty of storage on
this side and going this way, we have more cabinetry
here, another cool detail. They changed the countertops
here, it's a different marble. But they used it as a tile backsplash and they used the same countertop, created this shelf with brass brackets. Looks cool, right? - [Mikey] Yeah, it's really nice. - It's super nice. We have casement windows on each side and this is why we have
the 60-inch Wolf gas stove, actually 60-inch because
regular stoves are 30 inches, and generally the houses we
toured, we see 48 inches, but this is a 60-inch one. You even have your, let's check
it out oh, this right here. You have a griddle here, six
burner, bookmatched again and let's not forget our favorite. We have the pot filler here. Right above it, we have the vent clad with this unique material. I wish I knew what kind of material it is, but it looks gorgeous. Definitely it draws your eye towards this section of the kitchen. Right behind me, again
the secondary island, dishwasher number one, we
have the cast iron farm sink, dishwasher number two, nicely paneled, so you have that uniform look. Going this way, I don't
wanna say it's like a butler's pantry, but you kind of have a small kitchenette here. Your espresso maker, microwave, you get an additional sink here. And Mikey can you come close for a second? This is the connection
we have from the kitchen to the formal dining room area. And let's not forget, this
is where we have the pantry, pretty spacious. Overall, this might be one
of my favorite kitchens. I love the wood clad ceilings, chandeliers, tones, everything. I literally cannot point out anything that I don't like in this kitchen. Another great detail,
this kitchen opens up to your breakfast nook, where
we have the dining area, two skylights above
bringing natural light in and we have the accordion
doors right here, opening up to the backyard. Let's go check it out. All right guys, let's
stack these on one side. Let's open the other and there you go. Now your dining area opens up
to your outdoor dining area and we pick up the elevation
with this decking right here. On our left-hand side,
we have the barbecue area with your gas grill and
your outdoor fridge. Now going this way, decking continues and we have a walkway right here, coming from the front of
the home all the way here. And this is actually a really nice area for you to grow your
vegetables and some herbs. In fact, Mikey, can you show
it to our viewers real quick? - [Mikey] Yeah, let's just show y'all all the way from the front,
straight back to here. - There you go. And this deck extends out and let's talk about the
coolest part of this backyard is this gorgeous tree. I wanna credit the developer
for leaving this tree and working around it. In fact, Mikey can you come close? Look at all the decking around the tree. They wanted to really preserve
it, but at the same time, blend the design of
this decking right here. Normally they would probably
box it or something. It's nice that they kind
of worked around it. And obviously this tree
gives a lot of character to this backyard and gives
actually a lot of shaded areas to the decking space right here. Now, we have the decking here,
grass section in the center and we have the pool on the other side and we have this walkway slash patio space that kind of takes us there. This is where we have the family room and I wanna talk about two details here. Number one is this pergola
design right above us, giving some shade to this patio deck. And if you guys look closely, right on top of each one of those beams, we actually have metal
caps to prevent those beams from rotting in the future. Going this way, we have
the family room opening up. Detail number two is
these sliding glass doors. Mikey, I want you to come
inside just for a second. They're clad with this beach
wood finish on the inside, but on the outside, they're actually clad
with this aluminum finish. So you kind of get the right
looks for the both sides. Obviously they stack and open up and the patio continues
here through this door, we have the bar area and this
patio kind of wraps around. We have the same natural
stone floors also here. And this is kind of the main patio. Again, we have the
pergola design above us. I like these details, they already thought of your future TV, so we have all the connections
and a plug right here and another one down below. And this is where we have the gas firepit. Plenty of sitting areas obviously. And now let's talk about the pool. I really mean it, this
is a good-sized pool. I mean, this thing is definitely big. We have the raised spa here,
Baja shelf on this side and the steps taking you to the deep side. I don't know what kind of plaster this is. It has small rocks in it, but
I think it looks very sleek. It kinda gives darker tones to this pool. It looks gorgeous, I wanted
to mention that as well. And right here we have kind of
the infinity edge raised spa overflowing into the pool,
lounge area on each side, great-sized pool. And Mikey, can we get the look
of this backyard from here? Like I mentioned, you
get your good-sized pool, you have the center area
with the grass section and you have the deck on the other side where we exited from the property. And from here, we can actually
get a really good look at the exterior architecture
on the backside. I really like the pergola design over the living room spaces, same brick and board and batten siding
on the exterior clad, overall beautiful Hampton
style architecture. That wraps our tour for
this level and the backyard. Now let's go downstairs
and check out the basement. (upbeat music) Hi guys, now let's talk
about the basement. Obviously it's a great bonus space. We have the bar setup and kind of like the
entertainment area right here. Before I talk about this section, let's take this hallway real quick. And on my left-hand side,
we have the laundry room. Plenty of countertop space,
two washers, two dryers, some storage area right here. And you get your sink
with a fixed wall facet. Right across we have the powder
room, with marble floors, vanity set up right here,
complementing the basement level. Going this way, let's talk
about the entertainment space. We have a sitting area here,
pool table in front of me, game table, more sitting. We have wainscotting throughout. Even the ceilings are wood paneled. Of course you have your built-in speakers, recessed lights, all that good stuff. And this is where we have the bar. I like the countertops. Not only they're bookmatch, they kinda have the
leathered to finish as well. Boom, you have your wine
fridge right here, bar seating. And I mean, over here, we've
got to talk about these racks, these ceiling mount racks. They look very sleek and
even the pendant lights are kind of matching the
style of those racks. Right behind the bar, kind of as like a statement piece as well, is your temperature
controlled wine cellar, plenty of storage, nicely tiled floors. Again, a statement piece
right behind the bar area. And we're back in the
entertainment section. Again guys, it's such a bonus to have a space like this below grade, because you don't have any windows here. You can have as much as people possible. You can have your music loud and you won't bother your neighbors. That's why a lot of music producers end up putting their studios
in the basement level. Right here we have the elevator, storage closet on the other side. Following the hallway, we have another closet here and a bedroom. The window right here
is your egress access, that's why it has a ladder. So it's an official bedroom,
has a walk-in closet and has a full shower, even on this level finishes are not compromised. We have the marble countertops
floors and a walk-in shower. Room next door is your gym. Or let's just say this
way, it's staged as a gym. We have the shiplap walls
here, same hardwood floors. I love that they left
this kind of wall open with the glass partition
so you can see it through. And obviously we have
the mirrors right here and going this way,
storage for your towels. I don't wanna say it's a walk-in shower, Mikey you need to come in - [Mikey] It's like a steam
room kind of thing, right? - Exactly, this is a steam room. Even the ceiling is nicely clad, you have your steam controls
right there, your steam outlet, but I mean, you still get
your full shower as well. We have one more room left and it's gotta be the
best room in the basement, which is through these doors. Well, welcome to the
movie theater, come on in. Nice elevated sitting, plush carpet and I really like that they
wrapped these sound diffusers with leather to give it a cool
look to the movie theater. Not to mention, I wanna
show this detail Mikey. Can we pan down for a second? We have these plugs here on the steps and they placed this plugs
in case in the future you wanna put several of
these electric recliner chairs instead of regular sofas or
you have the option to do so. And we're in the basement level. I mean, you have a gym,
you have a movie theater, entertainment section bar, it's a great compliment
to a house like this. In fact, we're gonna
take a few minutes off, enjoy this movie theater and
we'll see you guys upstairs. (upbeat music) All right guys, we have
the wide staircase here, wood clad walls bringing us
to the second floor landing. I wanna point this detail out. We've got a skylight right there bringing natural light to this level, level below us, as well as the basement. And we have another one right here, bringing natural light to the
landing of the second floor. Mikey let's show this. Elevator access for the second floor and here's what we're gonna do. Right behind me, we
have the master bedroom, and on the other side, we
have three guest suites. We're going through
the guest suites first, then we're going through the
master bedroom, stay tuned. Going this way, we have the built-ins and right here we have this opening where you can take a look at
the grand entry of the home. To achieve the two story ceilings, they actually left a section open and we can get a closer
look to the chandelier off of the entry. Going this way, first room
on our right-hand side is the first guest suite,
front facing bedroom, 11-foot high ceilings,
crown molding details. And right here, this is
where we have the bathroom, marble countertops, back tile
wall continues all the way to the walk-in shower and not to mention, we have a tub set up
here, clad with marble as well as the floors. Before we leave the room, check this out. This is where we have the closet and right across from this room, nice little utility,
stacked washer and dryer. And we have two other bedrooms here so it's nice and convenient. Going this way right next door, we have the second bedroom suite. We have vaulted ceilings
here, plenty of natural light, bed is situated here, two
casement window on each side and going this way, this is
where we have the bathroom. Same kind of finishes
continue here as well, marble countertops, shaker cabinetry, just like the other bathroom, back tile continues
into the walk-in shower where we have the stack pattern. Now, we have the closet right here and right next door is the third bedroom. This is the biggest guest
suite out of the three same hardwood floors are also here. I really like the bed design and this bedroom gets its own balcony with these stacking glass stories. Going this way, this is
where we have the bathroom. Same bathroom finishes also continue here with the shaker cabinets,
marble countertops, as well as this marble walk-in shower. And right here, we have the
walk-in closet, plenty of space. Now let's go back to the landing and check out the master bedroom. These double doors open up
to the master bedroom suite. Right in front of us,
we have the seating area and I'm immediately drawn towards all these marble details right here, with the openings and the gas fireplace. I mean, Mikey, can we get a closeup here? Look at all these molding details throughout the gas
fireplace, looks gorgeous. - [Mikey] Yeah, it's pretty nice. How long does something
like this take to install? - I would say upwards of a week and you have to get each one of your cuts just right to kind of get the look right. But I think it's worth every penny not to mention this is a
double-sided gas fireplace. We have the bed situated on the other side and Mikey, let's get the
closeup here as well. We have two openings, one on
each side of the fireplace. Again, clad with this
marble, looks gorgeous. In fact, why don't we hop
to this side right here, where we have the bed
situated right in the center, we have the wood clad walls
with the wainscotting, vaulted ceilings. Even the ceilings are nicely
paneled for that warmth. And this is the other
side of the gas fireplace. It has the same marble throughout again, looks gorgeous double-sided from your bed you can actually see all the way to your sitting area. And before we wrap this section, we have wall sconces on
each side of the bed. And we have these two doors
on each side of the bed accessing to the private
balcony for the master bedroom. Now, we have the window
assembly right here where we can get a peek of the backyard. And as I take this hallway,
we have another assembly, pretty much the same size again
looking towards the backyard and these French doors open
up to the master bathroom. Let me immediately mention this, they actually had a
problem with the breaker where we don't have lights
on in the master bathroom. But that doesn't stop us because this master bathroom is gorgeous and we have a lot of details to discuss. Starting right here we
have a double vanity setup, marble countertop and they
use the same countertops all the way to the back walls. Mikey, can we get a shot
of the seam right there? All the back walls are also bookmatched, which is really nice. They have this texture
finish on the vanity and we have a little kick
out section right here. This is more of a traditional home, so we can see details like that. Going this way, we have these
marble floors continue here, where we have a steel freestanding tub, (steel rattling) you can hear it. With a tub filler, window in front of it. And this is the second vanity setup. This one overextends a little
bit, nice little touch, is slightly lower than the vanity setup where you have your makeup
area, another casement window. Let's cover this Mikey. Spacious water closet, I mean, it's not a small water closet. And right next door, we
have the walk-in shower. I'm gonna step inside. This is a really spacious walk-in shower and let's talk about the details. I love that it's in the
center of the bathroom. We have the corner
glass details right here and guys, we don't even have the lights on and it still gets plenty of natural light. We have this wall right here
bookmatched with a bench design and another bookmatched slab right in the center here as well. And not to mention Mikey,
can we pan up to the ceiling? Even the ceiling is clad with marble, not to mention your Chrome rain heads and the same Chrome fixtures are also here with your handhelds as well. Overall, really spacious,
beautiful walk-in shower. Now, going this way, master closet. And I mean, for a bedroom like that, you get an appropriate bathroom and your master closet kind
of has the same scale as well. Obviously, space is not an issue here. You got plenty of wardrobe
space with the hangers, you got your island right in the center, more storage on this side. Some fix windows to bring
natural light and shoe racks. And they even utilize this
space right above the wardrobes to really maximize the
usage of this walk-in closet and get the best out of it. - [Mikey] Yeah, and I'm
assuming this master closet is so large because they
didn't have a his and hers. They decided just to put all
that space into this one, yeah? - Exactly, that's why it's huge like this. And that wraps tour for the
bedroom, let's go downstairs, so I can summarize my
thoughts on this house. All right guys, that's it for the tour. Now that we've finished touring, I wanna briefly talk about
some of my favorite details. Starting with the kitchen, I thought everything was
really well proportioned. I love the contrast between
the wood tones and the marble and the developer's usage of marble continued throughout the whole home, in the bathrooms, fireplaces
and my favorite marble detail was the door jams and the fireplace clad in the master bedroom. In this house, you get a basement, all open spaces and I
mean, they all open up to this incredible backyard,
where we have the decking, center area with the grass
and not to mention the pool. Beautiful compound,
Mikey what do you think? - [Mikey] I really liked the theater. I thought that was really unique to have leather sound installation. And I really liked the archways that we saw over the dining room table. What were those called? Not archways. - Barreled. - [Mikey] Barreled ceilings, there we go. I really liked that,
that was really unique. - I agree, it was a cool touch and definitely unique to this home. And that wraps up our video. I hope everybody enjoyed it. his amazing listing. Thank you guys for watching and we'll see you guys next week. (upbeat music)
