[Music] um what is going on everybody welcome back to another luxury home tour with your host jp today we are in the city of woodland hills more specifically the community of walnut acres here in los angeles county about to tour this amazing property which features 9 bedrooms 11 bathrooms 9 000 square feet of interior space it's built on a 0.82 acre lot and this property is currently on the market for 4 million 250 000 also i wanted to say a big thank you to the listing agent justin shore for letting us tour his amazing listing i will leave all their information in the description down below now let's get started now beginning from the exterior of this amazing property we have this custom wood paneled automatic gateway taking us over into the oversized motor court we also do have the exact same automatic gateway over on the other side of the property making it a nice circular driveway we have tons of beautiful landscaping surrounding the entire exterior of the home right here we
