can be yours for thirty five million dollars come on and take a look [Music] follow me up this grand staircase that's gonna lead you in the home I call this stairway to heaven why because when you get up here all your dreams come true this is all Tuscan leather stone from Italy you have this beautiful water feature what is it is it art after a couple cocktails a playground whatever it is it looks way cooler at night because it fully lights up and then boom you hit the view right when you hit the door we have these big grand ceiling heights about twenty eight foot ceiling heights that's the horror stone so you could see all the veins and the lines everything is touch of a button touch of a button code to get in the house touch of a button for all the windows what I really love about modern homes is the indoor/outdoor you leave your doors and windows they pocket on both sides it's not only a modern it's also luxury so the space lends itself out for the couches to sink in and hang and have a glass of wine and overlook the city and laugh with friends views behind you views on both sides because it opens up and then you got to have the motorcycle just in case one night you want to fire up and then write it down they're out to sunset so we have the big beautiful deck all covering the Sahara stone not only is this the perfect modern pool because it's unobstructed and it completely spills over Los Angeles but it's a double-decker see-through glass bottom pool you can see down to the next pool under the next deck under well what's even cooler you can see right up you have this really great reflecting pool and it also is a great Baja shelf so if you want to lay in it or you have young kids that are here they could play right here in this little pool but what I really dig about these homes is just everything's connected everything is easy everything is on one level on this level while you have your friends tanning you could be doing your work in this office staring over all of Los Angeles this white onyx fireplace bifurcates the formal living room to the formal dining come with me this formal dining room is all adorned by the gorgeous view from the Alexandra von Furstenberg plate where the beautiful cutlery gorgeous bronze designer light fixture everything is a piece of art in this house so here we have the kitchen what I love so much about this kitchen it's not only chic but it's a chef's kitchen the four ovens you've got this top-of-the-line Gaghan ooh hibachi grill and right behind me you have a commercial-grade herb garden it's fully equipped with irrigation you can grow all of your herbs your favorite things that you love to cook with fresh and then pop them right on the grill so this is another favorite feature of mine it is called the top brewer it retails for about $15,000 this takes coffee beans grinds them fresh with the touch of the button you have 16 beverages from espresso cappucino any type of milk and then also sparkling waters and cold beverages [Music] here we are in the chef's kitchen now this is where the real work takes place you've got eight burners full refrigerator sink everything you need for preparation you even have access straight outside in case you're bringing in a catering crew this is behind the scenes where it can get dirty you can leave dishes you could have a mess and in the front of the house is all sleek and modern this family room is super cozy you can watch TV you could just stare out at the view it completely opens up to the outdoors these Fleetwood doors pocket and it makes a seamless transition to outside and I love this corner swing you can sit and just take in the whole view so with all this indoor/outdoor flow you'll never get cold with these very sleek modern heat strips they're very tucked away and beautiful also come with me this way to see where you're gonna do your outdoor dining this is a fabulous setting for a dinner party right off of the kitchen just off the family room you have everything flowing in this house which is really what California Living is about people don't go to the office people work from home so you gotta have the place where all the billion dollar deals get done come in here this is a Space Station hovering over Los Angeles this this is where he closes big deals it goes in full god mode and then when he wants to take a break and he needs to steam off he comes right out here and takes a dip right in that pool we're in the first floor a guest bedroom it's a really beautiful space to rest after a long night out what I love about this room is the floating bed all adorned in satin you've got live bamboo all the way around and a balcony that wraps the entire length of the house and as we talked about this is a smart home so everything is at your fingertips there are blackout shades that are automatic and give you that extra darkness so you can sleep in what more could you ask for in a guest room so come with me and I'll take you down to our lower level we're here in the home theater which has gorgeous purple and gold features throughout it gives it a very modern elegance you have a 25-foot screen and you've got four DS sound system throughout we have candy we have the cashmere blankets you get the entire theater experience and you don't even have to leave your home word down on the third level the third level is when it's 2:30 in the morning and the cops come knocking on the door and want to shut down the party you come down here this is the ultimate adult playground we have everything for you 12-foot fireplace 12 foot ceilings and remember we're underground now and we have 12 foot ceilings we have the full bar fully stacked gold bar whiskey you could pick your poison you have your glass foosball table just for the occasional foosball match billiards gentleman's table you got to have a glass ille your table touch of a button the doors fully automated open up and pocket into the walls and this is the third level patio deck come out and I'll show you guys remember I told you about that double-decker pool well here it is and if you look up you can see through the pool upstairs really really cool I've never seen anybody do it like this we have another seating area over here lounges everywhere this house is meant to have fun enjoy yourself let loose and relax the outdoor kitchen is fully loaded you got the kegerator the deep fryer the pizza oven the ice makers and then you got the swim up bar if you notice there's little seats right here to swim up eat drink do whatever you want you have the Jacuzzi down here and then here is the pool cabana which is really nice because you get people change here take showers here go to the bathroom you don't have to go into the house so everything has already thought of for you every mancave needs a wine cellar there's a special code to get in and be high it holds about 1,500 bottles right in that wine cellar right now it's a quarter of a million dollars with the wine and if you're lucky you could get the code when the developer built this home he felt it was essential to play well what you've seen and also to live well so he right here under roof built a state-of-the-art wellness center so come with me just through the automatic door into the Wellness Center we've got aerial yoga here your free weights you can use the infrared sauna here or a steam shower whichever you prefer and then we even have a cold and hot plunge which is perfectly situated just under this 70 inch screen this is my favorite room in the house this is a hot yoga room with living walls so you can come in here for a great yoga class you could also meditate in here and take in the fresh oxygen you're in the Wellness Center we have a fifty thousand dollar cryo chamber this is amazing for swelling bone and muscle aches it helps to turnover cells rejuvenate it's also known to help shed those few pounds that you might be holding on to it's great for skin there are so many things that this is useful for it is well worth it's fifty thousand dollar price tag so inside this services room you can lie down and get a facial massage you can also get Botox anything you like and then if you come over here we have a salon where you can get your hair done you can get groomed to get your makeup done and get ready for any event right here in your own home this is a sensory deprivation tank it has its own water system salt water you shut the hood you completely float in it and it completely shuts off all stimuli and it really takes away the stress and anxiety that the Sunset Strip could bring to you sometimes especially on a morning when you wake up after a few too many cocktails and right off the sensory deprivation tank there's a button right here press the button and the door magically opens this is the devil's dungeon come on follow me in stop did you really think I was gonna take you in this room come on get out of here I can't show you everything come on let's go get out of here you have seen the lower level Wellness Center you've seen the living floor now let's take a look at the sleeping quarters come with me just over this gorgeous walkway you've got two guest bedrooms and the fabulous master come with me to take a look at one of these guest suites this bedroom has a fabulous walk-in closet it's ensuite with a bathroom but what do you really care about in this room right here the view it's an amazing 280 degree view in the guest bedroom it's the perfect place to take in the Sun overlook the pools just down below you and take in all of LA you see the ocean just over here come on in here this is the master of masters this is where you're gonna really look at the city by yourself and say you know what I've made it this is it and you step up on this pedestal futuristic Japanese bed with the neon lights this is where all that beauty sleep goes into play two walls of glass that fully open up you can hear the city humming you can feel it and you know that you're right up here in your very own space station but just steps away all the action and the entertainment of the Sunset Strip believe it or not this is actually one of my favorite elements of the house the master bath because it feels almost like a spaceship it's got this really cool 3d reflective tile there's a steam shower with six showerheads all over one for each of the sides for you and your partner it's got the big bench to relax jacuzzi tub you've got the big view of Los Angeles and I love these matte black sinks with all the gold finishes you have the TV and the mirrors you got the big skylight and there the towels it's even embroidered with the address 1369 and this is if you had a long night and you forget where you are and you're like oh I'm home [Music] and one of the last features of the master is the master closet this was actually designed after the Gucci store this is all Italian cabinetry all the black glass gold details everything is lined in suede and then you got the big skylight for the natural light and that helps you see the colors get ready and go okay yeah I'm ready to take on the day one of my favorite features of the house is this rotating watch winder it's only accessible by fingerprint so nobody else can get in here and steal your amazing watches and you got to have something like this because you never want your watches to be off because when you're living in a house like this you always got to know what time it is [Music] 1369 Londonderry place your very own live well play
