India's Mega Kitchen - Kalinga Institute Of Social Science (KISS)

students by 2010 the number had skyrocketed to approximately 12,000 at the time the kitchen still practice conventional methods of cooking in large vessels over LPG or liquefied petroleum gas fueled stoves but this system was tiresome as it took up to 67 hours to complete a single meal preparation by looking for alternatives we came across that steam cooking is a batch which is being beaten
