I'm 5'0 and found these great petite friendly styles on Amazon!

is it really possible to order clothes from Amazon that will fit a petite body frame the answer is yes I have 12 looks I'm excited to share with you that I ordered from Amazon and they are all petite friendly welcome or welcome back I'm thrilled that you're here so before we get into the Amazon haul I just want to give you a point of reference so I'm 5-0 for height and I usually wear a petite extra small or a double zero petite depending on sizing and what brand but that is you'll see where things hit me the length and that type of thing you can gauge if you're petite as well all right First dress is this really pretty print this is a light blue with a light pink background and of course the ruffle it is sleeveless I think it is so very flattering the smocking at the waist gives it enough definition now it's not clingy and tight or anything like that and it's you know it hangs Loosely down from the smocked area but it just the silhouette of this is very forgiving and it's very flattering and as you can see it fits me very very nicely in this size I'm wearing it in a size small and I love the length I love the ease and the flow of the dress it's lightweight and comfortable and I think it would be great for maybe a daytime wedding or a graduation or church or anything like that a luncheon it's just very very feminine girly and very pretty the next book is actually not close but it's sort of clothes it is this swimsuit cover-up and I wanted to show you this because first of all I think it's adorable and I love that it you know it camouflages everything but it covers at the same time so it's really comfortable what I want you to notice about this is I love where it hits me the length right above my knee that's just a good swimsuit cover up length and I love the crochet in the holes of course that makes it breathable and all it has these little scalloped edges on the sleeve and as well as the bottom hem is just a slight little scallop now it comes in several different colors I just thought paint was really pretty and this is a size small and you'll notice again it's not real fitted through here which when we have wet bathing suits on we don't want fitted anything we just want something to draw over us so that we can feel comfortable later go grab some lunch or whatever we're doing so great find petite friendly very cute and very affordable too next thing I want to show you is this white dress very pretty and look at the sleeve detail I love the little sort of embroidery right here and then the ruffle Edge on the sleeve and it is a v-neck and it has these if you look close sort of like little Pom-Pom detailing dots right here not Pom-Pom more like dots right here in the v-neck the smocking is from here down to the waist and then it has the same sort of embroidery pattern at the bottom of the dress and it is lined the lining stops right above the knee on me and although I I think this is a pretty dress but if you'll notice on me I think I could get away with it but it did seem a little bit too long in the Torso area so if you'll notice this part of the dress is hitting I think a little bit lower than it's supposed to hit so if you're slightly taller than me slightly taller than five zero this would probably work for you I think I can make it work for me as well but if I'm going to be real nitpicky about whether or not it's petite friendly I would say I could get away with it but if you were slightly taller than me I think that you could more easily if you like this type of video showing fashion for petite women or it doesn't lot of the same thing only in shorter version content on that platform okay moving on the next piece is this really pretty white sweater I love a lightweight sweater in the summer because it just feels soft and good and it's not bulky like we think sweater winter but you can wear there's some really pretty summer sweaters out there so this one is a great example it has a slight little poof to the sleeve right here it's not much very minor and it does have the banding on the edge which is going to hit right below above the elbow and I want you to notice too it has the little holes in it so it's very breathable but if you'll notice in the photo and in the video I'm not wearing another undergarment besides a nude bra under this and you do not notice it you cannot see it so there's your key whenever you wear white and particularly something with the holes in it you want to make sure that you wear a nude color bra not white and not a color but nude because that will just blend in you won't see any any marks of where it is underneath or anything it's just a very smooth and even look so this sweater I have on it is small and I think it fits nicely I I like it it's comfortable easy this is the type of sweater that you could wear as I show it with shorts and sandals and that's really cute you could actually pair it with a pair of black pants or a skirt and dress it up I think you could really do a lot with this depending on what it is your the look you're trying to achieve thing I want to show you okay I think this might have been my favorite this green dress I love it I love the color I love it's got this itty bitty little print and it's just flattering I love the length I love the look the straps that you can wear a regular bra you don't have to worry about a strapless bra it's just flattering it was the smocking through here and the little bow is just so many cute details I loved the ruffle I just think that's feminine and dainty and pretty and this is one again I would wear this too a summer wedding I would wear it again to a graduation to I would wear it to church I would wear so many different places this is a great versatile piece and I have it on in a small and you can see that it is indeed very petite friendly now you know I think maxi dresses can hit in a variety of places so there's there's you know mini which is you know kind of way above the knee and then there's like above the knee and then there's midi m-i-d-i which is kind of in between the knee and the ankle and then there's Maxi and then it's my opinion my common opinion that anything beyond that midi length and down is acceptable for a maxi style dress and that's why a lot of these Styles even though they're not petite if they're not dragging the ground and they're not too long then it's it you know what it still Falls in that category of Max address and we can get away with it so I think this is just flattering pretty and it's my favorite all right the next style that I want to show you is this cute pink cardigan again here we go with sweaters in the summer that are just lightweight breathable and easy so this one has the holes like the other one the white one that I showed you same thing now a lot I see a lot of people wear something like this like all buttoned down and then not wear anything under it they wear this like a shirt and that's cute that's fine I don't know maybe I would do that I don't know but I just put it over a shell just a cami and a pair of jeans I thought that was cute but I love and it comes in several different colors too I just thought the pink was pretty this is a size small I think it fits everywhere in the shoulders I like where the sleeve length hits and it just adds that little extra layer anytime you can throw on a third layer it's going to elevate your outfit and by that I mean third layer could be a hat a third layer could be a cardigan it could be a statement necklace anything that you're adding on that would be considered you know more than just the shorts and top or the pants and top you know it's like that third layer it just will elevate your style a little bit more and make you look a little bit more Vibe or anything like that the really cool thing about this I want to show you is so these are lost my train you can move them up and down and so you can make it as you know tight or Loose as you want and that works so good because when I first put it on it was way too low coming down too low and then I just tightened these up and it worked fine now this one to be fair almost could be too long but again I think if you are anywhere between that midi length and down and you're not touching the floor I think you're safe and so this one is longer on me but I could definitely wear it I will definitely wear it I think it's very pretty I think that it is feminine it has pockets which that's plus which what do we ever put in our pocket Pockets we always say that that that's on a dress and if a dress has pockets it's like that better but what do we really put in our pockets I don't really put anything in my pockets I just like to know that they're there next thing I want to show you this is darling this sweater set now if it looks familiar it's because I am the same thing and it's just the sweater with the sweater pants now this one is the sweater with the sweater shorts and I love this this is in a size small and it's just so elegant and so pretty it is a sort of knockoff if you will of a free people style and I just love it the price point is way better this is the type of look that you can wear with sandals you could dress it up with a little heel it's just it could take you from day to night it's just elegant I think it's anything with that high neck like that just is just a little bit more elegant and sophisticated and that's just me personally what I think and it just elevates the look of it the shorts are um the the crotch on the shorts was a little bit long for me but that's fine I like the length of the shorts and I don't really care so I probably you know what I probably would do next time I probably would just roll this over one time like that to kind of pull it up a little bit in so the crotch area wouldn't hang so so far down it wasn't obnoxiously far down but it was a little bit so these two pieces very cute together all right the next one I want to show you is a second white dress and this one very dainty the sheer sleeves very pretty a little bit of a balloony kind of look to it with the elastic right here I love the v-neck and I love the sort of the Rick Rocky kind of detailing right here it just gives it that extra little something something and it has the smocking at the most flattering part of a woman's body you know that that part right here like under under the breast and it's not quite almost to the waist and it's just like the smallest part of our frame and so and then it'll you know drape nicely down and this one it is it's almost like a chiffon overlay let me show you see it has this over and of course then it's lined underneath and the lining on this one goes see if I can show you well it goes about this far from the bottom Hem of the dress so this is just so this is such a a practical simple dainty pretty feminine white summer dress this next white top is very pretty very feminine I like the crisscross across the front right here and it has the the little holes you can see right there and the peplum style bottom which is always really nice and forgiving for those of us that are cautious about the tummy area we don't really like to tuck in our Tops This is a great option because it's flattering it'll go in at the small part of your waist and then it'll help camouflage parts that we may be what to camouflage so again like the white sweater that I showed you earlier this one you can tell I'm wearing in the photo in the video a nude color bra and you can't see it so definitely keep that in mind always wear a nude color bra underneath white don't wear white or nude so this is a great top for the summer I think that it's it's just lightweight breathable cute uh you could style it with shorts you could do jeans you could do it with a pair of dress pants it's really quite versatile the next piece is that basic black T-shirt feeling dress so this one is it's hard to see black I know but it's tiered so like here's where the first tier is um it's tiered and it is the round neck here sleeveless and I'm wearing a size small and look the armholes are not too big for me they you know it's very petite friendly that's what I'm saying the length is you know it's longer than maybe a typical normal maxi dress but again I'm gonna say I think that that length is okay for us petite girls I think that we can get away with it and if you're not petite and you're watching you definitely could wear this it's super flattering super fun Black's always a little bit more slimming it does have pockets so that's fun too and this would be fun to style with a denim jacket or a straw hat or a fund statement necklace just because it's that one just that one dark black you can you can pop it with a fun handbag or or the other items mentioned but super comfortable and really cute the last piece I have to show you today is this cute cardigan and it's kind of like shrug but cardigan this is so lightweight you can see that it has the holes right there so this is the perfect one to keep with you when you're going out to dinner and you know it's going to be chilly in the restaurant or you're going to be someplace where you know the air conditioner is going to be full blast it's going to give you that extra little bit of warmth without being hot because of the holes in it now I don't know if you can really tell in the pictures in the video but it is a three-quarter length sleeve but on me that's a little bit longer and I'm fine with that that's that's great that comes in several different colors I'm wearing it in a size small and I like the way that it fits again you can pair this with jeans shorts you could pair this with dress pants any anything that you would want that third layer and and again just going back to that third layer roll anytime that you can add a third layer and I understand when it's you know 100 degrees outside we don't always want to add the third
