if The Amazing Digital Circus characters were HUMAN #2

hey brosis it's Sona today I'm drawing characters from The Amazing digital circus if they were human part two last time I did pomy Jax and ragi But be sure to check out part one let's go first up is gangle gangle like everyone else appears in the opening song at the beginning of the pilot where she is knocked over and her face falls off and breaks on the floor making her very sad and she is never happy again no seriously I'm not kidding gangle is like the embodiment of constant sadness on a real note gangle is sad a lot but that probably isn't her only emotion gengle has actually first seen is happy with her comedy mask but when that mask is removed it reveals a more sad and depressed gangle with her tragedy mask we are entirely sure if her mood actually changes from happy to sad when her comedy mask breaks or if the comedy mask is simply just hiding her sadness 24/7 and she really isn't happy Kane the ring Master presumably has control over most things in the digital world so does this mean he has control over the mask controlling gangles emotions I have no idea all I know is that gangle needs therapy and a cookie anyways as shown gangle appears as a mask with red ribbons making up the rest of her body I'd say her design is the second most simple next to Jax and apparently she's 26 wow the ages of these characters never failed to surprise me throughout the episode we often see gengle display traits of a kind and caring person for example when zubble was kidnapped by the glink gingle showed concern for their well-being asking what about zubel as well as asking if kfo was okay before even knowing he was abstracted when gengle and kinger play raw paper scissors to see who will save zubal gengle loses saddening her meing she wanted to be the one to save zubel this all tells me gangle is a very considerate and caring person always thinking of others wellbeing despite clearly not being okay herself so in real life as a human I'd imagine gengle to be a great friend and overall good person the Creator Goose Works has stated gangle loves to draw and also loves anime so that's pretty cool to find out and her favorite anime is azumanga never watched it before but I do like this meme anyways getting to her design I imagine gangle with short slightly messy hair at first I planned on making her hair color brown but after remembering she loves anime I thought she'd totally be the type to dye her hair white in an attempt to look like an anime character or something also it matches her color palette more anyway her eyes are sad and Droopy with a tear dripping down her cheek as well as her face being red from emotional distress gingle is wearing a baggy red hoodie that can be seen slightly drooping off her shoulder on one side with her hair being a bit messy and her hoodie looking sloppy I wanted to further give the impression that she is emotionally unstable of course if you dress this way that doesn't mean you're like that but I just did that to better help emphasize it GLE as we can see is made of ribbons and since they're so thin I imagine gangle as a very skinny person the sleeves are also covering her hands to kind of mimic the same look as her ribbons and she is holding an art Sketchbook with a pen in her pocket as she loves drawing as well as there being a Japanese text on her hoodie for the show azumanga since she loves anime beneath that she's wearing a black plated skirt paired with long white socks one of them being scrunched up at the bottom and in her right hand is a pair of broken glasses since gangle is always breaking her mask in the digital world the broken glasses idea was inspired by a comment I got saying if gangle was a human she'd be breaking her glasses all the time and I totally agree around her neck she's wearing a choker necklace with a cat charm attached also I'm aware gangle is 26 but she honestly gives me Shy anime girl Vibes also gingle has a porcelain mask which makes me think of porcelain dolls so I gave her a more youthful look anyway in the real world I can see gangle as someone who strives to be a mangaka artist since she's passionate about drawing so she may have went to art college and now has a retail job to pay off her debt here's human gangle she's adorable by the way if you like art so far be sure to check out this cute toasted marshmallow Kitty on a sweater made a character from the main cast of The Amazing digital circus pilot and zup is often seen in a very bad mood easily annoyed and clearly does not want to be there they also have a bit of an attitude problem with others as shown when they tell everyone to poop off and also name calling at first glance zubo Mak come off as a not very pleasant person to be around but like everyone else besides Jack they do display a bit of kindness like when they welcomed pomy to the circus however we do see zubal the least out of everyone since at the beginning of the episode zubal is ripped apart and kidnapped by the glink later in the pilot ker and gangle go to try to help zubel however zubel gets eaten by the glink queen wow no wonder why they're always in a bad mood luckily kmo beats the living crap out of the glink queen defeating it and freeing zubo also I know people have mentioned this before but how in the world does zubal eat with no mouth now that I remember kinger also is mouthless we may never know zubal easily has the wackiest and most complex character design in which I don't even know how to describe it I mean the wiki describes it but Jesus Christ it's like reading a short story their species is listed as a mix and match toy which checks out and their gender is unknown I think it's really interesting how zubo can change up their look in a lot of ways Goose Works has actually confirmed zubo will look different in each episode as zubal is always trying out new things zubo can often be seen getting upset when their parts aren't where they want them to be which could very well be due to an identity crisis which I mean who can blame them I don't even know what that is a little while ago on the first part of this video series I did get an interesting comment of a person saying they aren't sure about the characters in the digital world looking similar in real life as at the end of the day their digital avatars are just that digital avatars it's very likely that they in fact look nothing like their digital selves in real life and hey I 100% agree do I 100% think pomy is wearing the same color combo in real life no it's a Jester outfit though I was aiming to draw how they would look in the real world at the same time I still wanted them to resemble their avatars or else I would have nothing to go off of also it's more fun this way someone mentioned they see zubal as a goth in real life which I can totally see seeming how zubal is grumpy and standoffish as a character it makes sense to associate them with dark colors but come on look at this Avatar it's crazy it's colorful it's fun it' be a waste not to make a human design based off of this also grumpy people can be colorful too I should know I had purple hair in high school and I was a miserable human being as goose Works mentioned zub's always always trying out new parts and experimenting so I also think it'd make perfect sense if they had a crazier fashion style as they're always testing out what works best for them maybe for a few months they're Golf and then later down the road they get into Harajuku fashion or maybe they dress colorful to help themselves feel a bit better about how miserable they are anyways I wanted to go for a really colorful Harajuku Style mixed with some punk features so zubu can be their edgy self but still be an exploding rainbow their hair is pink and a spiky messy Korean bun or at least I tried my best to do this hairstyle they have a baggy yellow cropped top off shoulder on one side with a black tank underneath to add more of a punk look I put tears in the shirt and also gave them long fingerless black gloves I around their neck as a choker necklace with the same round piece zubal has on their chest in the original design zubel is also wearing super baggy cargo pants one side purple and one side blue similar to their legs on the digital Avatar aside from it being colorful I was also sure to add lots of accessories I added several hair clips in zub's hair as well as these green lightning bow earrings referencing the zigzag piece on zub's head on the left arm as a bracelet and I also put these elastic silly bands as bracelets too only 2,000's kids will understand on the pants you can see chains with more accessories attached like a smiley face charm a random triangle as well as this old fashioned tiny pocket sized game from when I was younger I forgot what they were called but these games were super popular back then you could feed your pet and stuff and if you didn't they would die comment below what it's called if you remember anyways the reason I'm adding these old-fashioned charms and accessories is because like many of the characters Zub is based off of an old toy so it makes sense they'd have stuff from the '90s and 2000s they got big old chunky shoes I also added Wings to them like the one zubel has on their shoulder and they're holding a triangular bag like zub's head with polka dots to top it off I added some eyebrow piercings for more edginess and stickers on their face here is human zubal for sure a wacky design I think they look so cool though also as their real life occupation I imagine zubble to be a College Dropout working at McDonald's and that's why they hate their life anyways next one last but not least is kinger kinger comes in during the theme song at the beginning of the pilot and at first he's rather closed off hiding in his ultimate pillow Fortress that he describes as impenetrable he's been in the circus the longest out of everyone also being 48 years old by far the oldest in the digital world kinger has often seen very paranoid of everything and overall cowardly eventually his pillow Fortress Is tragically torn apart and taken away by the GLS later in the pilot kinger is paired up with gangle to go find and save zubal after they were kidnapped by the glink though he is thought to be a coward ker is very much capable of Bravery when he did Rock Paper Scissors with gangle to see who would save zubel he won but still rushed in to save zubal anyways this shows he not only has courage but truly cares for others he was also considerate enough to carry zub's head for them as they all exited the cave zubel said to kinger they expected him to abstract before kofo in which he joyfully thanks them for some weird reason I guess being called insane is a compliment I think kinger is a very expressive character and my favorite thing about him is when he gets startled and freaks out and when he did this he could also be described as absent-minded as it's shown many times he forgets what's going on or when someone is standing next to him causing him to be easily startled his reaction in time is also equivalent to the sloth from zootopia his design is very wacky yet very simple a chest piece with a royal purple cloak and a crooked set of bulging eyes and floating hands and look I'm aware kinger is 48 which is mostly considered middle-aged and not super old however I can't help but think of kinger as an unstable sweet old man who forgot to take his meds and possibly has dementia granted his unstableness is most likely due to him being in the circus for so long I wanted to represent the same personality in my drawing regardless I drew him to look like his actual age even though I think he would have been so adorable as an old man I drew him with a tall stature as apparently he is the tallest in the circus I honestly thought Jax was the tallest but I guess I was wrong he's looking down to the side with a nervous look while scratching his face I also gave him a pillow to hold in reference to his impenetrable pillow fort but also because I imagine kinger to be a home body in real life considering he stays in his pillow Fortress all the time a away from everyone up until he's forced to come out in the real world he'd most likely fear outside and stay in the comfort of his own home to match with his pillow he's wearing a plate purple bed robe tied in the front which is very similar to his original design since the king chest piece has a cross on the top he's wearing a cross necklace his hair is super scruffy since kinger is a bit unhinged who needs to do their hair if they never go out anyway I also added some stubble on his chin and he is also wearing a wedding ring and that's because we briefly see a door with a crossed out Queen chest piece which is confirmed by Goose Works to be Queeny so I'm just going to assume they were married and then she died he has blue jeans underneath his bedro followed by purple slippers and socks here is human kinger definitely one of my most simple designs but I think he turned out good hey brosis thanks so much for watching comment below who's your favorite
