Mix well. Place vegetables in a baking bag. Place on a baking sheet. Pierce with a toothpick. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon mustard. 1 teaspoon grainy mustard. Mix well. Grease the surface with the prepared sauce. Place in a baking bag. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 1 hour later. Lubricate the surface with your own juice. Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
