Ice Caverns tips and tricks | Dark and Darker | How to survive

hey what up it's Guido uh we yesterday played the whole day ice coverance map it was a lot of fun honestly and I just wanted to share you some quick tips and tricks about how to not die to stupid stuff in this map as you can see here we're exiting the elevator room right here and one quick tip is that when there's an indigo downstairs who's going to roam around and move around and if you just jump down and try to get the elevator he might aggro you so just the simple strategy here what we're doing we're just hitting them hitting the range guy hits him with the bows if there's some Cobalts as well then you should shoot them as well and one of your teammates jumps down and opens the elevator so that's kind of like safe easy way to do it and uh but this is actually not the most fun part of this video uh if we if we just wait a little bit before we exit then the fun is about to start because as we exit the dungeon now another team shows up and we're like look I'm like already we we're looking at this and like wait a minute these guys they are more or less dead some of them will die and you might say yo bit but there's a lot of time still left how can that die so here's the reason this if the blue Mark is at the middle as you can see the blue Mark is in the middle this means that this is the time when the last boat leaves the before they increased the time to 18 minutes there was a boat like at the end of the timer there was a boat and if you manage to get it like um 30 seconds before the end or like a minute before the end you're good but this is the time when the last Boat Leaves unfortunately we didn't manage to see at end the end of uh of this match but uh they also going the wrong way honestly they might survive if they're really good at this and they knew where exactly are the portals but they probably W cuz look at let's look at the map um here so they're on the top of the they're right here right now and like I said the both options they are gone so the only option is for them to spread out one guy goes to this blue one guy goes to this blue and one guy goes to this blue and if those areas are not cleared they are really really bad spot like cuz and they all run this way for some reason if even even if they try to get to the boat it's too long they're not going to make it and uh they're dead and so that's the kind of the story of the ice coverance because from my experience playing it the biggest thing you have to realize that you don't have time you might look at the timer and be like oh it's you have enough time we have enough time there's like a decent portion the reality is when the marker hits blue you should leave like don't stagger don't wait you will die I'm telling you if you're not in a boat at this time as a three-man group you are more very very very likely to that you have to like you need to have cleared areas just dodge PVE run through it which is absolutely risky so don't do that at this stage of the game you should be like guys we if you're not in a boat we're dead that's your mindset right there and how the map plays out is like we queued up yesterday cuz you know the queue was open you can queue what map you wanted it was one or two teams in the whole Lobby and any reasonable team that is there to play to get some loot will be in the middle or will be trying to get in the middle right so whenever you spawn first thing if you really close to a batroom you go secure the boltro you'll go in kill some monsters so that when the Bol comes or when you come back to the room you're like okay we're safe if you're like far away like this way or like somewhere you spawn like in this part of the map then you go straight to the loot pile room because uh there'll be teams who will spawn closer to the medal and they will get the the loot piles first get to the loot piles first and if you not there early they'll just go back and take the elevator on their boats and get gun and as you might have guessed from what I was saying the loot pile is the center of this map and that's where everyone wants to go and loot and that's where all of our team fights happen all of our team fights happened in this part of the map either there's group looting or we're sitting there we see here a team we wait for them to aggro something or or it's near the room where they even going everyone is a center this room so if you would like to avoid PVP just avoid this room if you want to get the best Loot and you do want to fight teams you go to this room and like I said um if you're like two rooms away from the room that's about the time teams will show up usually uh so if you spawn somewhere here we go clear this little bit out and then we go into the middle if we spawn here we go to the middle if we spawn here we go here here clear the room then we go through here and we go to the middle and again uh you team fight you loot the piles there's some good chest as well there's quadruple quadruple um boxes barrels at one point you got the loot and you get out and uh that's about it I guess very heavily PVP in the middle if you don't want to PP leave and I'm repeating this again if you're not in a boat at this time that's the last boat that is going and you will die um uh that's about it on the video thank you for watching and I hope to hope you're going to have fun more Hot Fun in the ice
