I won ALL my Brawlhalla placement games

I only have one day to get as high a rank as I possibly can in my placement matches so let's see how it goes I'm going to start off with Nicks I really don't know who to play today so we'll just figure that out as we go along here I guess technically I have 2 days today is April 1st season ends on April 3rd but I can't do it tomorrow I've got a school day tomorrow where I don't get back home till 11:00 p.m. so uh today's the day today's the day and I'm starting off with NYX just cuz she's you know the old familiar but I don't know if I'm going to stick with her like I said I'm not really feeling it I wasn't really feeling it in the last game if I'm running into Ragnar down sigs probably not feeling it this game feeling a little sleepies here a little tired so we'll see how these games end up going hopefully it'll go in my favor but not a huge deal if it doesn't you know we all have our good games our bad games our on days our off days and today is certainly feeling like an off day so far but in a way you know these days are some of the most important cuz it's when you're going back to your automatic habits fundamentals and everything like that I'm going to spot Dodge an aerial see if I can get a down Z here that'd be a neat way to end things off and I want to swap Legends I got inspired to lock in the ragar for myself so that's what we're that's what we're picking for now we'll see how this goes we'll see if I'm feeling it got a Dodge read so far almost got that KO we'll see a Dodge right there maybe should have done it the other way or I ned but I think they're damag enough to where hopefully it won't be an issue a clean recovery should take the stock here I think no matter really where it is yeah my game plan right now is to figure out why gadgets are on first of all and then secondly to sniff out their Dodge patterns because I have such a damage lead at this point because I have a full stock they're probably not going to want to take excess damage and I got I don't I don't I don't know why this is here I guess I forgot to turn it off but that means I can use them so that makes me happy we'll see maybe no they're not they're they're not going to get hit but okay okay they're probably going to want to dodge right away cuz they don't want to take even more damage and make this uh an insurmountable comeback you know what I'm saying so probably going to be using those quite all willy-nilly like that for example after every single hit so if I can sniff those out oh not quite it's it's hard to get those chase Dodge punishes when you're on a platform like that I thought I was going to go off stage so I tried to GC down S I don't think it would have worked but I should be able to clean this up right here if I don't mess it up and there we go wait that's so funny I'm in experimental how did that happen I I what that I have two games of ranked okay so I'm not crazy I do I I do I don't even know what Maps these are I'm going to be honest that was so odd I definitely didn't back up into the menu so I don't know how that happened that was that was very strange you've never seen an experimental warm-up game in the middle of a previous rank session before also they were just going from side to side and I couldn't hit them that was interesting I knew a wake up was coming there you could even tell just didn't position myself quite right but that's why that's why we need our one more games you know what I'm saying that's why we need them tars were working quite well so I might as well lock those in again we'll see if they tend to attack a lot at a hit stom I'm expecting things like instant attack he he like says it and it's it comes true and also probably attack in as they land towards the ground you can see I was trying to track their movement right there there's that attack again I was hoping it was going to be the other way cuz I was ready to Sid s and take a stock but not quite I'm getting my Dodge red now down yep lucians love to go for that down Sig so scary a little scary so that's why I was prepped in ready it does help to play the legends that you're playing up against that way you know what people tend to like to go for and I don't think I even needed that side s we're good since I have this extra stock to work with this extra credit I thought I had a spot Dodge but my Dodge was not up um maybe warm up on the axe so that when I get into a more dangerous scenario later where I have to use it I'm not worse for wear that was the wrong Sig I thought it was like a Rayman or something there get some early damage here not get sed s was the scariest thing there since it's the fastest but signature as well they're trying to bait out a Dodge I was trying to bait them to come low so I could do something like that and uh looks like it worked out for me maybe Ragnar is the pick I'm still just so confused on how I played a game of experimental in the middle of this is this like the April Fool's joke is every other game they just boot you into a different game mode also we're already playing up against diamond opponents here in my what is this third or fourth game so I got to be careful oh I was hoping to track the movement there thought a jump s was coming right away looks like they're going for a lot of end lines I'm going to go for a side Sig just to see that was the wrong move um just to see is not a good reason let me tell you it seems like this player likes to go to the opposite side of the stage and then wait for me to come in and then that's right when they attack and then they also like to Dodge in it appears like or Dodge close inward to the stage is more accurate I thought a Sig was oh there's the Sig yeah I felt it coming In My Bones there's the Dodge in I tried to punish with my S couldn't quite do that instant attack there yeah against most Spears that should be fine really but against bin it's so fast that down so I should be more careful I almost ran into it there that could have been bad now that we're in an axe mirror there's a few things I want to be mindful of like right here they're probably looking for a site or a dash and down you can just see based on how they're spacing right they're like just outside that range and then going for it right when they can there's the Dodge in once again honestly I wasn't really feeling the axe this game that a little close I dodge up here I okay I was about to say if I dodge up here I'm getting recovered and I'm might die but yeah maybe maybe I swap off the Raphael I like the guitars okay but what if I did something really radical and I just swapped the both weapons you know you know what I'm saying you know what I'm saying also I'm up against a b Hallen opponent it's my fifth game this might be this this is going to be a tough video I feel like we'll see Rock in here with the Devil Jin which is a zarel crossover I thought they might go for the weapon pick up there seems like they're going unarmed mostly I'm going to do this again I thought maybe it'll knockoff stage but but no I don't really know the distance I do like Zario don't really play them too often to know all the ins and outs of all their unique little niche techniques seems like my opponent is intent on fighting unarmed here which honestly I would say it's probably better in some circumstances but I'm really bad against unarmed don't tell anyone It's My Little Secret okay last game was an anomaly and this game I'm fighting against the map it's like the same player but they're the map I didn't want to do that I wanted to do a side sck so my my bow does outrange the unarmed air that is the advantage I try to I try to GC down you even heard me press it I was just a bit slow and then I try to slide charge this ah it's a mess oh well if they go for a side Sig or a down Sig I can just I can just take it out like that but I'm nervous seems like they're a bit of a spot Dodger so we'll see if I can take advantage of that get get a combo here maybe o didn't I have another jump oh I was so ready I was so ready oh well um that should be the stock unless I'm bad they did wall touch so I am bad but I think they went for a hit and we're stuck in Dodge frames so I'll take it that's a stock off of a single Dodge which you can't complain about really this this dare angle ever since that got changed I don't know how to follow up dare if any of you can tell me what's like a good way to follow up dare that would be that would be great almost sniped that one off stage is probably a different story cuz you can just you can just fall down with it and hit them straight down it's quite interesting like look at that priority that is why unarmed is no longer as good as it used to be I did forget about that it used to be that unarmed could clash with any weapon so doing a down air while EDG guarding just a clash with a recovery was a great Strat but now now weapons beat unarmed so no longer as terrifying which I feel like was a pretty great change to be frank with you there's a a down air or a ground pound coming so I stay just outside the range to hopefully get a punish hopefully get a stock of my own didn't quite get the stock but did get a punish so can't really complain there's that Sid Sig should not have tossed my weapon but I think I get it anyway since they were in the air something funky is just happened in brola I don't know this is the most normal game I feel like I've had maybe it is a weird April fools kind of thing I didn't even mention it cuz I don't know I'm I'm so bad at the YouTube like actually being the YouTube person and doing the YouTube stuff like I'm so bad at asking people to subscribe it does help a lot cuz people that sub tend to watch for longer you know it's just it's just it's just good but I'm I'm so bad at remembering okay here's the this I got distracted by my own thought the separate thing is that I did like a whole April Fool's thing in my Discord where we changed everything in the Discord to like one person and so there's just a server of Captain shy who's just a member of the community it's very goofy but I just remembered and just realized I don't think I've talked about the Discord in like a year so if you're interested join that God I just I just like making videos and then I forget all about this external stuff that I like should be doing but I don't really do that much so you know it's fine I should be focusing on this game right now anyway I have no idea how this person Dodges or how they attack or anything cuz I've just been I've been in my own world so hopefully not getting Dodge string there maybe get a double recovery not going to get a triple I don't think I could have gotten a triple I didn't think they were going to let me get away with it but I think they I think they were I I'm so good at Bow I can't really tell how many jumps this Darth Vader has I should just get better at counting I think is the main thing they're also almost dead one Sig should do it like a down Sig or something maybe if I toss this down to a dare we're good one o the soundtrack on this map is kind of bumping I'm not going to lie I'm up against a woong the background is distracting though I got to blur that more oh my okay okay lesson lesson for later me I kind of maybe want to play Wan but Zio's going well maybe I shouldn't Wan looks so cool though I think this is the battle pass one that I didn't know existed cuz I was doing the Tesa one by accident in that battle pass video I made just fast falling out of that I'm expecting a Sig or a yeah or nare either or was coming they don't seem to go for like n ground pounds off stage kind of just more so going for for uh for Dodge reads and stuff so that makes my job a little easier if I don't have to worry about it although they might mix me up that's the whole thing with having multiple options having more things in your tool kit your opponent just gets get gets a little nervous a little worried cuz they just have more things on their mind they have to think about and more guess worth just a bit off in my spacing there I thought they were going to dash into a sidelight or something so they don't seem too Sig happy which for woong is a little is a little unusual but once again if I'm not looking out for sigs that's pretty nice that was so risky against gauntlets too okay I definitely have to the map cuz I I like focused on the big Buddha in the background and and I got distracted this is not good for someone with my tub of brain it seems like this is another play that enjoys going to the corner to bait out an attack so that means I can walk forward for slightly longer than they expect and then do an attack right you saw right there if I was a bit better with my spacing I would have gotten the punish on that but not quite so that just pulled the trigger on my dare a little earlier yeah so all I'm doing to kind of bait their timing or mix up their timing there's a little bit of TP in not too much though no not bad enough to complain uh is I'm just a attacking a tiny bit earlier or a tiny bit later than expected so if you're struggling against players that do a similar thing maybe they back up to the corner bait your attacks you always get punished you can never really find your way in the timing is just just get hit in the face every time or maybe they jump up into the air lot there's a lot of different strategies like that that are quite similar there's a bunch that you can do and mixing up your timing just a hair to throw off your Rhythm that's a great way to do it cuz their whole game plan kind of does revolve around Rhythm right it's them expecting right when you're going to attack and right when you're going to come in and everything like that so those tiny adjustments can make a world of difference also if you're not keeping count cuz I have not been the best job doing of that of keeping count I think this is game eight if I'm not mistaken I don't know if you've been counting either this have been this have been this has been a weird game of days day of games so let me check real quick yes it was all right so this is this is the final placement game let me get through this is the final placement game right here of season 31 now when the nerves start to kick in all right we got ourselves a sentinel an unusual character which is never fantastic to see when it's your last game I don't know I still get nervous it's not like it matters at all it's not like it's consequential but you can see I'm missing my combos I'm missing my punishes so this is this is this is this is scary but with the music bumping I think I also get home field advantage here I should be fine definitely get home field advantage we're talking about fighting against the map I definitely blend in with the map right now and they are they are like they're on the opposite side this is like a flaming dojo and they're an ice lightning character I don't know it's like Club Penguin rock paper scissors one more stock to take here before I get my rank I did do an extra placement game in experimental which I don't I don't know if that's ever been done before but you know we do things a little different here you know what I'm saying we just see it different I'm going to spot that and down the opposite direction like he just sees it different now I feel like I got to take the stock in a in a cheeky way you know what I'm saying I can't just do it with a normal ground pound or anything I got to do I got to do a little I got to do a little fancy schmancy but maybe this is this is my ranked placement I shouldn't do that but what if but what if nobody expects the jump three times in place when your opponent's on the opposite side of the map and then GC down Sig where you could easily be killed but that's the type of move that gets you 2295 in about 20 minutes thanks for watching Gamers hope you had a good one
