what are you doing huh when Mom gets back you can go in the house in the AC yeah a few products never seen before of his kind folks recently this company reached out to me and said hey we got a few products we'd like to show you we think you're the guy to show them to everybody else right and uh well I looked up their website I looked at the stuff that they sent me and I thought man you guys are sweet you're on to something here and everything just kind of snowballed from there and in fact Chris from Battle Armor Designs just recently came up made the what was it Chris what did he say it was like a 12 14 hour drive some long drive from Arkansas all the way up here to Michigan just to show us these products I mean there was no obligation there was no sign on the down line anything like that it was just to inform us to educate us about these products and to I think well at least it helped paint a picture of how serious they take their product development and how much they want to focus on providing solutions to problems that are out there for customers so we're going to show you three different products today one for a tractor one for like an ATV or UTV but could also be used for a tractor potentially and then another for a backhoe these are very unique designs and and all three products and there's nothing like it on the market that I've ever seen anywhere so I think that you guys are going to be intrigued and we're going to have these available for sale on our website so you can purchase them through us and we're going to ship them factory direct from battle armor anyways let's show you these things first I'm excited to see what you guys think okay Chris we've got a product I have never seen before I don't know if anybody else out of battle armor seen this yet so what I mean I think I know what it is but describe it for us as the most versatile tractor forts attachment brush guard on the market yeah it looks pretty fast they're called the bucket Pro by battle armor okay and I mean we see it on a Kubota is it a Kubota specific product no it's not it's very it's uh the compatibility is with John Deere New Holland okay Massey Ferguson uh we have pretty much every bucket that is this standard package right here is like 70 inch bucket uh with 18 and a half inch vertical depth it'll fit okay so and we actually were coming out with one now for the 3000 Series John Deere so a little bit smaller yes it is okay smaller so that particular bucket is like 60 inches and what we've done is just basically shortened the main rods like five inches and brought everything in so one of the first questions I had because this is going to stay on the bucket all the time and you would like to not have to take components off this how much does it weigh the total weight of the package is uh 225 pounds so you're looking at about 60 pounds for the brush guard which is totally optional it's totally optional you can take it off you can you can purchase just the forks only or you can purchase the brush guard only or those is a package yes okay so 220 total that's not that's not bad at all that's way less than getting a standard set of forks too so it's probably 120 130 pounds less so that's a good thing there too and these are are two thousand pounds you're ready for two thousand pounds yes all right 42 inches the fortune 42 inches which that's your class two class three but it'll go from the inside depth of 15 and a half inches all the way out to 57 and a half inches okay so yeah well that's more flexibility then because I gosh I don't even know what my regular forks go out to but no more than four foot I don't think so yeah it's more more width variant so you have there too so that's a good thing all right so something that caught my eye as well I mean you've even got little hooks that go through here is this part of the brush guard package that would come on there then it is it's part of the package so these right here you know I've pulled logs with it yeah pulling fence posts yeah I mean they're very very versatile in any way you want to use it there so yeah I can see boy I don't I'd be hard-pressed to not want to get that brush guard because that thing is so handy a lot of extra protection way out front you know we we love the grill guards back here but that still leaves all the Hydraulics and everything else exposed up front in front of that where a lot of damage can occur too so you have some crazy good protection there then it just adds like you said a lot of added protection for a log or limbs or brush getting over into your Hydraulics or your main cylinders yeah and possibly even get into the front of your tractor so and this is like we said earlier it's optional if you're coating logs or any kind of stroke any kind of Timber or you want to move that the way the way these are built if the log rolls over it'll roll away from yeah it's kind of got a radius in there that's really nice too now as far as installation goes I mean I see a bunch of bolts in here this is all do it yourself it all do it yourself and here's the thing basically it comes with a template you lay the template out you get your Center you mark it you start off with a pilot hole sure and and drill into the normal bolt size which is 5 8. okay and three quarter inch bolts and uh Mount up and literally uh for the install time is probably honestly like 30 45 minutes no big deal these are very easy these look like they're all are these like a two inch receiver tape it is it's like a two inch receiver it's like a two inch receiver and then it's the retainer pin that holds this part in place there and you can take all that off but not why not leave it on yeah it's added protection so whether you're that guy that's a cattle farmer uh hobby farmer uh in the winter time you don't want to get in and out of the elements you can but we'll get to it in a minute but you can maneuver these into 15 to 18 inches and get under a thousand pound 850 pound bale of hay and still have a three-pointed for the bag to coat around oh that's really nice and you don't have to I mean if you're in the field you got your bucket and you got your forks at the same time you don't have to pick and choose which one you want exactly exactly these tractor ports are removable and you can replace them with optional hay spear so just held on with the linchpin there just for oh they can pop off and just use it replace it back with a hay spear yeah yeah and like I said they're ready for a ton two thousand pounds as well I like that everything about this entire setup besides the the few brackets that are bolted on can quickly come off that's a really nice feature Chris I I am really impressed I'm a little bit upset that I didn't come up with this idea okay it's a cool idea it really is it's awesome that you guys have thank you have put this through its paces and you're close to production on these yeah we posted being ready to sell them we're ready for production okay are you all ready for production okay good good well let's let's see I mean show me how this works you go from Fork setup to bucket setup okay so basically in transport mode yeah it pins pins from the back side so like I said you have all the added protection if you're going down a trail for any kind of limbs or trees that's it that's all that was really hard that was that was really challenging Chris but here we go so hold up and it'll like I said it'll yeah yeah come in 15 and a half inches [Music] you can pick up so much I mean like I said oh yeah square bales roofing material I mean anything and then out the 570s you can go all the way out to 57 minutes wow so if you are carrying a big tree yeah that you can tell you more stability there by having those grab it further out yeah that's really slick we're proud to be sponsored by rim guard Solutions a liquid ballast weight it goes right inside your tires completely hidden we're big on safety on this channel these tractors are just too light and Tippy right out of the factory not only is it going to help with safety keeping those rear tires planted on the ground it helps with loader efficiency and traction too the benefits of rim guard include being the heaviest all-natural liquid ballast weight on the market it's not going to corrode your rims like the old calcium chloride it's not going to freeze and it's available at over a thousand dealers Nationwide find the dealer near you at rimguardsolutions.com all right man well you guys have some pretty sweet products and there's one more now that we're going to talk about yeah I'm excited about so tell us about this completely separate product that you have right now yeah the Culver cleaner yeah yeah so the uh the Culvert cleaner it was uh obviously designed to clean cover yeah so it's just a cost man if you have if you're if you're a residential homeowner and you've got a tear out of Culvert to clean it out uh you take a chance on uh you gotta you gotta obviously dig it out you got to put dirt back in yeah to replace that Culvert a new Culvert the cost yep uh this particular product comes in uh two foot three foot bucket Mount okay which is your two foot is primarily for your 24 inch bucket 18 inch bucket okay your mini X okay that market then we have one is for the 33 foot okay so 38 actually you can call it a three foot Bucket Man with a 38 inch so it'll cover the 24 and 38 so these are going these are just to clarify for folks these are mounting on backhoe buckets bucket any type of bucket it actually sits on the teeth and uh it's got comes with two 10 foot chains uh two ratchet binders that's how it connects okay it's no Hydraulics it's all mechanical wow it comes with 12 15 18 24 inch paddles uh so obviously it's all laser cut so if you're cleaning the 18 inch Culvert driveway Culvert or County Road Culvert uh you just you'll take a tape measure you'll measure the Culvert and see exactly what pedal you want to use okay and you can don't have to you can you can clean a 24 inch Culvert with a 18 inch paddle okay sure so beaver dams rocks mud it doesn't matter clean that what I say is clean each interest of the Culvert out and put the paddle on and it comes standard with 17 foot so it gives you 34 foot of access from both sides of the Culvert wow and you can actually there's an add-on for six foot extension this can be a part purchase that's all three inch three inch tubing uh three by three tubing okay uh three uh 3 16 inch thick the base plate is quarter inch half inch steel wow um has a 180 degrees of Versatility to get in and out of the cover so you don't have to take a chance on bending anything so it lays horizontally into the Culvert the paddles open vertically and horizontally to to displace any material that's done inside the Culvert if I mean these are being sold right now folks are being sold right now what's the feedback like it's great is it oh man with the county of the highway state highway departments the same thing they were having to go out to County Roads and they use they had to dig up these culverts they'd have to replace they'd have to bring in dirt bring in Culvert so you know they they pay for it and yeah one one Culvert right so yeah and we're gonna we're soon about to have a residential package oh okay that'll be offered to just a normal home it has a hobby Farm or 5 000 acre ranch it has Culver's yep they all have culverts they need to be cleaned out wow what a great idea all right crystal now we've got a couple of products here for the back of a ranger and ATV although I think you could put these on the back of a like the Versa bracket that we have on a tractor too but this is a little mini disc here you guys been selling these for a little while yes we have probably around six years okay yeah how's the response been oh man it's been unbelievable yeah unbelievable it's called a big buck plow okay uh which you know for ATV UTV usage or any anything of that nature with a two inch receiver hitch yeah you can use it so you can put in gardens uh fire breaks oh yeah uh food plots yes obviously yeah food plot spring you know everybody's going to Springtime food plot yep but what I like about this is it's very it's a versatile product it's uh that you know obviously not everybody can afford a tractor right so it gives you the option to put this and get those food plots in and just and be able to hunt those areas that maybe don't get uh you know you can't go put in agricultural food plus I call them staging areas sure where you have a have an area back five or six 100 yards off of primary food source that these bigger deer are not showing up till yep dark you know you can put an acre two acres I've put them into up to three acre you know three acre food plot okay so I mean I've seen other types of like pull type discs out there for ATVs utvs that kind of thing but this is a totally different concept a different way to look at it right it is it is so uh at battle armor we say uh work smarter not harder so this kind of you know the thing about it there are other ones out there uh the thing about it is that there if you gotta go from your barn or your house out to a location where you're going to actually put in a food plot or even a garden or whatever it's just sometimes it's inconvenient to take that out and then you've got to use weights to pull behind to get your cutting depth the cool thing about the big buck plow is it uses the weight of the machine and the weight of the rider so like I said uh we'll get to that in a minute how we actually back up on them like we've got some ramps but you can actually use a Ditch you can use I've used a four by four like a treated post or landscape Timber Just anything cut up you can throw in the back of your side side of the side you're just trying to get that rear axle up off the ground that's right just a few inches you're gonna get it up a few inches and then see what you have see if you're getting getting it cut okay and then you can go back after you if you're not satisfied you can back back up and get the right depth you want you don't have to bottom out we're not trying to row crop we're trying to put in a wildlife food plot it takes a half inch of soil 99 of that to germinate and what's cool is the cool thing about the transport mode of this yeah maybe not on this machine but a lot of your machines you can flip flip it over on a on a four-wheeler promise you can you can slide it in and then when you can load it up on your trailer you can transport it but here you can transport it by just taking it off and sitting in the back oh yeah you can easily pick this up in storage like you said I keep mine on the on a I've got some of those husky racks in my shop oh yeah yep I just set mine up there I mean you can leave it outside it's not going to hurt it but yeah I mean you know but I mean storage space is a metabolism benefit too yeah it's got to be way cheaper than the discs that we sell I mean you have the the cost savings there it is you can get those hard to access areas just on your ATV instead of having to drive a big tractor back in there you know or maybe a little bit wetter area where ATV can get through and and a tractor can't but yeah because you can actually go into those areas that you want to plant like uh for ducks Japanese Millet and some of those low water areas and you can put those in so a lot of those places you can't get a four foot even a five foot disc in with a tractor and this gives you an option to do so at a lot cheaper price and then you know the cool thing about this is integrated cleanout system any dirt rolls up in it it'll clean it out and then obviously you have what we call the tree in the middle yep um these are all 10 inch sealed bearing 10 inch or very aggressive uh discs six and eight on a six disc ATV UTV usage eight discs we recommend just because of the uh the pull it's a little bit heavier you can put it on a a bigger ATV okay like it with a four-wheel drive or obviously a UTV yeah a Polaris Ranger Can-Am anything basically like you said earlier even some of these subcompact tractors yeah really good fit it wouldn't work great yeah awesome and you can uh basically obviously we both know it only takes a half inch of soil to germinate right the seed that we normally plant for wildlife and these will go down to five inches what I recommend is is is is uh if the ground's really really hard to start out you know at one inch well because you have adjustability right it does you have adjustability one to five one one inch increments okay one inch and down to obviously five for where the axle will will bottom out yep okay so it doesn't look very complicated to put together what do you got to do when you get it basically everything comes in the Box your your clean out system uh your main axle everything on the blade is together so what you have to do is basically when it comes you take it out of the box you put the u-bolts on on you got four bolts on the six discs or you got six on the uh six total bolts on the uh eight discs that's correct that's easy so you're just you bolting it on the rail that's already there then you're sliding the top of the the vertical shaft down there in whatever position you want that's right and you're ready to go yes just like this oh yeah so here's you know obviously on your utvs you have some the bigger tires but if you get into a situation where the older style you're dealing with the 12 inch tires yeah you flip this over and this gives you an opportunity to be lower okay and see you still have the option for the older Suzuki's oh perfect yeah the inch and a quarter inch yeah and then obviously everything's now is coming standard with your two inch cool so and this ships the UPS grounds ships UPS grounds it's right to your house right to your house yes and I think not to be left in the dust is the fact that these are a fraction of the cost I mean the discs that we sell like a regular three-point disc or two three four thousand dollars these are gonna come in at a fraction of the price absolutely yeah and that's you know we we built this particular disc or there's a market for it yeah like I said I was one of those guys at one time that couldn't afford the tractor yep five foot six foot disk and man I'll tell you if I'd had this back 15 20 years ago yeah it'd been unreal it's not greater we could have probably hired me out I've been putting in food plots everywhere so well it's supposed to work let's do it okay Chris so um I've never done this before so we're gonna hook this thing up now we're using ramps that we're going to back it up onto but again if you have a four by four piece of lumber that you throw in the back of your Ranger or whatever or if you find a little drop off or a ditch or a couple big boulders or whatever the heck it is you just got to get up off the ground a few inches right a few inches yeah you get off the ground a few inches up to five inches start off in one inch yeah start off with one inch and see the the weight of the machine the weight of the rider obviously the center of gravity and the weight is going to disperse a little different from a four-seater or two-seater or an ATV so regardless the way the rider weight of the machine is where you're going to get your down pressure okay yes okay and now um we're going to kind of use this little area here I can you can turn it's okay to turn with this and everything back up to figure it back up you can get very aggressive and you'll see I mean these are all 10 inch and they're very very sharp sharp discs all right well let's do it here let's get this thing hooked up I'll uh hop in and back up on here and then we'll go from there right so right there that's looking so there's your if the bottom of tires are there that's probably pretty deep down in there huh you don't want to get it to where you're you're you're having to be you know you'll see what I'm talking about once you start using it yeah you don't want to be where you're bottomed out to where you're sitting there trying to grab right there's no sense in it no honestly there's no sense in doing that well it almost looks like that rail right now is about even with the bottom of the tires like it should go up a little bit higher you think yeah I can I want to try to get this pen in first okay okay I'm gonna get this two inch receiver there it is it looks like maybe two three inches below which should be pretty good huh okay well I thought we're gonna have to back this maybe back up and make some adjustments but this is looking like it's good to go I think it's perfect yeah all right now dummy question here but high range and two-wheel drive actually uh I recommend four-wheel drive okay and then low range on your side by side that's just common sense yeah oh yeah the same thing as the tractor same exact thing so yep yep cool well let's do it let's do [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
