I Tried YOUR Most Repurchased Drugstore Makeup

I could not believe that a staggering 301 people said that their top mascara that they'd repurchase is hey guys and welcome back to my channel today I'm so excited because I'm gonna be doing a full face of your most repurchase drugstore makeup items you guys know recently I've been really into asking you guys questions getting your feedback getting your product suggestions and turning it into a video so I've done a few of these so far I am not planning on stopping because I just really enjoy these types of videos I find them fascinating to hear from you guys and hear what you guys are into or what you reach for or what you repurchase most so that's what we're gonna be doing I have all the products lined up here it was so fun going through all of your responses you guys okay so I love doing these videos but honestly it takes a lot of prep time to go through the thousands of responses that you guys submit I just like to make sure I'm going through every single one and I actually tally up if people have said the same thing over and over again you guys are gonna lose your minds when you see how many people suggested the same products or said that they repurchase the same products it's so fascinating to me so let's just get right into it here's what my research and development papers kind of look like so we're gonna start off with brows like here I have the elf brow pencil coming in at 48 people saying that this is their top repurchased product I feel like they had this and then I wasn't sure so I bought some more just to make sure that this is the right thing this is the instant lift brow pencil apparently this is two dollars and that's an amazing price for any makeup product um so I have two shades here I have neutral Brown and deep brown alright we're gonna go ahead and brush up the brows and fill this in using the elf pencil I'm gonna start off using this shade neutral Brown we'll see how it goes okay I think that's a good shade for me okay well I'm really enjoying how this is going on okay I feel like that's as good as it's gonna get for right now we are going to move on I think I'm gonna do complexion first which is not usually like me I think I'm gonna keep the I look pretty simple though so or should I do the eyes first mmm that is the question my friends know we're gonna do the complexion first so we're gonna move into primer seven of you said that this is your most repurchased drugstore item it's this right here it's the Angell veil skin perfecting primer this is one of my personal favorite primers ever drugstore and high-end included I just honestly feel like every foundation looks beautiful on top of this so I'm just gonna take a bit of that and I'm gonna go ahead and apply it to the entire face I recently had a facial and she did some extractions so that's why my skin looks a little splotchy but that's okay nothing a little concealer can't fix there's another primer that eight of you said you've repurchased and it's this right here it's the elf poreless putty primer so what I'm gonna do with this is I'm gonna focus this just on the t-zone just to kind of smooth out any larger pores I just took a tiny bit of that because the NYX angel veil is already pretty smoothing okay for a foundation this was a pretty close call look at my chalice here okay seventy six of you said maybelline fit me matte and poreless and 71 of you guys said the L'Oreal infallible fresh wear foundation so just a few off I'm debating whether I should just use the winner or whether I should mix them today I feel like I might need to mix them for the shade and I've never mixed them before I don't know if that's a good idea but I think I'm going to mix them I love both of these foundations to be honest this is the one that I am remembering to reach for more than the Maybelline fit me matte and poreless right now just because this one has been around for a while and there's just so many other new you know drugstore foundations but this Maybelline fit me matte and poreless I think this is probably one of my most repurchase drugstore products I have purchased so many of these in my lifetime it's just a great foundation so I'm gonna go ahead and mix the two of them if you're wondering I use the shade 420 in the fresh wear and 120 in the Maybelline fit me just gonna give that a little twirl on the back of my hand and I'm using a real techniques brush I'm gonna go ahead and start to blend that out all over the skin yeah I feel like mixing them made actually a really nice shade for me fabulous so once I feel like the foundation is pretty evenly distributed with the brush going with my Real Techniques sponge which actually you look through my papers again 14 of you guys said that this was your most repurchase from the drugstore so I thought that was kind of fun that some of you had a sponge that you've purchased most from the drugstore not just a makeup item you know what I'm really excited about I'm excited to see how all of these products work together because so many of these are like absolute staples and are so incredible from the drugstore and I don't know if I've ever sat down and done like a video where I use all of them at once just because I try so much from the drugstore it's rare that I like pair all of the classics together in one video so I'm super interested to see the final result of this makeup look okay mixing those two foundations created the most beautiful base I'm sure it's also the primer combo that made my skin look so smooth my skin is looking really good so far alright moving on to concealer you guys are not gonna believe these numbers at least I couldn't move these numbers so the top two were first Maybelline fit me which came in at 98 people saying that that's their most repurchase I've also definitely repurchased that concealer but the winner in the concealer category was the maybelline instant age rewind concealer coming in at a whopping 191 people saying this is what they've bought most of the drugstore which is great I love this concealer it's absolutely amazing so many people were saying maybelline instant age rewind but actually like a few of you guys more than I expected said that this one is one of your most repurchased so I bought this and then I have the concealer this is actually the brightener which I have never tried before so I was really intrigued by it there are so many different products that I want to try now because of this question that I asked you guys like so many people submitted things that I have overlooked at the drugstore and I'm really excited to go back and try some of those things okay so this brightening shade looks like it's a peach corrector which could be really cool oh my gosh I was like getting ready to film earlier and I looked down at my nails and I had forgotten that last night I was trying on like eight new different nail polishes that I bought on all of my fingers I had totally gone out and like was in public with multi-coloured nails didn't realize it then I realized I needed to film so I quickly tried to remove the nail polish and there was like glittery shades and they weren't coming off and I had to film so I just covered it with a dark shade but there's like little pieces of cotton fluffs from what I was trying to remove the Polish that are stuck on the tip of my nails is driving me crazy this is always a game here when you have a fresh product that you have to twist because they make you feel like you have to twist a thousand times and then all of a sudden like three pounds of product comes out the top and it's not what you wanted you know I don't want to over twist it okay thank there we go okay let's try this out so I'm just gonna go ahead and pop this brightener where I need to brighten my eyes which is right here I always like to kind of brighten up the inner portion here as well now I don't know if the people who said that they buy this the most use this as their concealer alone I personally would layer it up oh wow I'm just gonna take my Real Techniques sponge and blend this out oh wow okay that's clearly helping to really brighten up that area there I feel like I need a tiny bit more on this eye I'm just gonna layer it up wow I feel like that really did help to bounce light from my dark circles so I'm excited about that and I will continue to try it out this is something that's a classic in my book obviously all of us are on the same page about this it's an amazing concealer I'm gonna use the shade fair and I'm just gonna layer that up underneath the eyes right on top of the brightener shade I'm gonna do a little down the sides of the nose a little bit in the center of the face as well and then I'm gonna take a bit of a darker shade this is just the shade light and I like to use this to spot conceal any blemishes that's what's great about this concealer is it such a good consistency for both the under eye area and then also to conceal any blemishes so that's why I like to get it in two shades one that's a little brighter for under my eyes and then one that matches my skin tone if I have something that needs to be covered okay I'm just gonna go ahead and blend that out I'm gonna start off by blending the darker concealer out on the face and then we're gonna go ahead and blend out the lighter shade underneath the eye and down the center of the face oh I forgot this and this okay now we're gonna do the under eyes this concealer has a bit of a thicker formula but it never looks heavy or cakey on the skin or on the under eye area it's one of my favorites things are looking good my friends I'm just gonna go ahead and Pat what's left on the sponge on the eyes to kind of cancel out any discoloration there well look at my skin right now man these are really nice products altogether okay we are going to move on to powder according to my calculations the loose powder that had the most suggestions was the Maybelline fit me loose setting powder 62 of you said was it your most repurchased so that's we're gonna use today I have two shades here I have the shade fair no this one's very eye shade fair and then fair light I like to mix the two sometimes I'll just use fair underneath the eyes which I'll do right now actually so yeah I'm just gonna take the tiniest bit of the shade fair on a smaller brush I'm gonna make sure before I set this that the concealer is not creased otherwise I'm gonna lock in the creases so I'm just gonna take a bit of this and tap it underneath the eye area the thing that's nice about these powders is there is a bit of coverage to them so you get even more of a flawless finish while setting your concealer and foundation all right same thing on this eye and I'm also gonna take a bit of that and set the eyelids I'm also gonna take that fair powder and kind of brighten up the t-zone with that so I'm gonna set the chin around the smile lines and I'm also gonna put a bit right here now I'm gonna mix a bit of fair and fair light Vera is just a little too yellow for me but I like the pink undertone and the fair so I personally mix it for my skin tone I'm just gonna take a bit of that on a fluffy powder brush and I'm going to set the rest of the face with this okay that's good for now let's move on to bronzer the most purchased bronzer I'm sure you guys could probably guess what it is but 221 of you guys 221 people that's a lot of people said the Physicians Formula but our bronzer is their most repurchase bronzer I have to here's the first one that I ever purchased and then I lost it bought a new one then found the old one so that's why I have two but they're the same shade I'm just gonna use the old one cuz might as well try to use that up you know this is in the shade bronzer they do have a few shades this shade has always been my personal favorite shade it smells so good so much do you guys said that in your responses that you love the smell of butter bronzer and I have to agree I love it too so we're just gonna go ahead and warm up the complexion with this I have little pieces of glitter all over my face because yesterday I was testing out some additional looks that I will probably be filming with the new talk to you Beauty palette so I was applying glitters and wiping glitters off and they literally just got everywhere and I still haven't been able to wash them off so after I apply bronzer no matter what bronzer it is I always take my powder brush and just buff over everything I just never want anything to look too harsh and since we already have a powder layer underneath and then you layer up the bronzer if you take your powder brush it just really helps to diffuse it into the powder underneath all right we're gonna do highlighter and then blush and then we're gonna do the eyes I know it's kind of backwards for me I usually do the eyes first highlighter okay for highlight 14 of you guys said you love the Wet n Wild mega glow highlighting powders some of you guys just said you like these in general some of you specified that you love the shade precious petals I'm debating between precious petals and bloom time just because of my skin tone I almost feel like bloom time is a little bit better for me just know that a couple people said precious petals specifically that that shade is what they repurchased but I'm just gonna be using bloom time for the sake of this video so let's take a bit of that tap off the extra and I'm gonna go ahead and highlight the skin with this man this is such a good formula it's super blinding but it's not like overly chunky which is really nice it's extremely smooth on the skin same thing on this side look at that that's so pretty I like to take it in to see shape around the brow and we'll do a little bit down the center of the nose as well you know in the Cupid's bow and I also like to sometimes take the powder brush that we used earlier just kind of blend the edges on the cheeks because I don't want stripes I want the highlighter to look like it's coming from within so this trick sometimes helps if you feel like you have a little bit of a stripy moment you know just buff it in it always solves things okay the blush 13 of you guys said the Milani baked blush in Luminoso is what you buy most this is such a beautiful shade and the formula is beautiful as well there were also a couple people that just said that they enjoyed the Milani blushes in general just the baked formula there was a couple other shades that we mentioned but Luminoso by far was the one that was mentioned most I'm just gonna take that on a smaller brush and I like to kind of smile and apply that to the apples of the cheeks blending it back into the highlighter a little bit honestly with these blushes it's kind of a one and done situation if you are running out of time and you want a little bit of a glow to your skin but you don't have time to do full-on highlighter and things like that or maybe you don't even have time to do bronzer throwing on this kind of a blush will give your cheeks that beautiful luminosity and kind of looks like a blush and a highlighter all in one and I love blush so I know this looks a little crazy right now but it all comes together in the end okay for eyeshadow honestly there were not that many submissions talking about an eyeshadow being their most repurchased probably because it takes a while to go through i shadow z' in my opinion so two people mentioned the Milani eyeshadow palettes there were two different ones though one person mentioned the soft and sultry and the other mentioned the Milani pure passion so I might use both I might do something simple with this one it's been a while since I've used this one actually on camera and then there's this one I feel like I just recently used the soft and sultry I did so I'm gonna use this one plus it matches my sweater a little bit I'm gonna start off with this shade right here this is called always pink of me we're gonna do something pretty in pink you know always my vibe so I'm just running that through the crease and a little bit above as a transition shade and then I'm gonna take a bit of that same color on the same brush I just like to pinch the same brush they use saves time why not and I'm just gonna run that along the lower lash line as well next I'm gonna take this shade right here this is called totally fond of you I'm gonna tap off the extra and use this to kind of deepen up the outer edge or the outer V I guess I should say of the top eyelid and I like to take what's left on the brush and kind of bring that inward and again I'm just gonna use the same brush tap off the extra pinch it and then run it on the outer third of the lower lash line as well going back into the first brush we used that has a little bit of that transition shape left I'm just blending out the edges using this alright I'm gonna take my finger and dip into this one right here this is called afterglow and I'm going to apply this all over the lid that's so pretty there was a tiny bit of fallout from that color so I'm just taking the powder brush that I used underneath the eyes and just kind of dusting that away alright I'm actually gonna take the wet and wild highlighter and I'm gonna take this on a smaller brush and this is what we're gonna use to highlight the inner corner of the eye I'm also gonna drag it underneath the lower lash line a little bit and I'm gonna bring it in further I'm thinking of that tip that I learned from one of you guys when I tried out your makeup tips in a video I'll have that link down below if you haven't seen it yet I learned so much from you guys and one of the tips was to bring your inner corner highlight along the lash line a little bit further especially when you're doing like an everyday look it will just help to brighten that area a little bit I'm gonna take what's left and kind of put it underneath the brow and you know me I'm gonna do a tiny scoop buddy highlighting the inner crease here I don't need it to be too intense today but I am obsessed with how that looks so I'm gonna do it anyway just subtle just a subtle soft situation alrighty next up we have eyeliner and if you guys know me you know I'm not really a huge eyeliner person but I couldn't resist trying this one I'm looking for it because I bought it and I can't find it here it is okay six of you guys said that your most repurchased product is the NYX epic ink liner now I'll tell you I'm not that good with them ink liners which is probably why I should have done my eyes first we'll just cross our fingers and hope for the best give it a little shake and let's try this out shall we I'm probably not gonna talk that much because I'm trying to focus here okay okay that went on smoothly oh my okay this is where things could get botched I'm not the best with winged liner I'll tell you that right now but I'm gonna give myself a little pep talk and I'm gonna tell myself that I am good at wheen liner and maybe it will turn out okay that's not bad okay I'm not mad at that one the issue is going to be if I can match it on the other eye you know all right here we go the nice thing is it is applying a really smoothly so it's making it a bit easier for me you guys this could possibly be one of the best winged eyeliners I've ever done are they completely even no but I think they're pretty close I'm not bad at that and if I could do that with this that means that this is probably pretty good because I am not good at wavy line like at all okay I'm not gonna try to mess with that it's not perfect but I'm not messing with it anymore all right mascara this is another one of those things that you guys are gonna die over the number I can't believe how many of you guys did this now listen you know how like when you do a question thing on Instagram and all the responses are there I literally scroll through every single one I'm not joking this one took me probably four hours to go through all the responses because there were so many this time I could not believe that a staggering 301 people said that their top mascara that they repurchase is of course the lash paradise mascara from L'Oreal there so many mascara entries like I feel like that's probably one of the top repurchased things in general is a mascara I just feel like that's what most people go through most people wear that every day you know but yeah lash Paradise 301 people and I have to say that this is probably my favorite drugstore mascara as well I have several but this will always be a favorite of mine this is actually a brand new bottle so we're gonna go ahead and apply this to the top and bottom lashes and I'm gonna try to build it up I'm saying it's a brand new bottle because sometimes for me and mascara that's fresh and brand new is not as good as a mascara that has set around for a couple days I feel like once you open the mascara a lot of times it starts to get a little drier and it's easier to build up so let's hope that we can build this you guys I'm proud of my winged liner I honestly am you know what's funny I used to wear winged liner every day in high school but I would use the Maybelline gel liner to do that because I was obsessed with Lauren Conrad and I bought all of her like beauty books in high school I guess she only has one beauty book but anyway her classic signature eye look was a cat eye and I was so inspired by that so I did that every day but since then I honestly can't remember the last time that I did like a proper cat eye especially not with a liquid liner okay mascara is on I'm just gonna brush through the brows one more time I feel like they got a little unruly I'm gonna go ahead and wipe off any foundation that's on the lips no I feel like lips are something that kind of were hard to count I will share with you in a minute a gloss that was definitely recommended a ton but so many people had separate colors that they repurchase so I just kind of chose the things that were picked a couple of times two people actually said that they love to buy this lip liner I had never tried this lip liner before this is from Milani and it is the color statement lip liner in the shade 0-3 nude this shade specifically it was talked about twice and I thought that was pretty significant for a lip liner so I'm excited this looks pretty okay so I'm just gonna line and fill in the lips with this ooh this is nice I really like it it looks pretty with the winged liner - wow I love that it's so pretty I'm really happy about this I can't wait to keep using it okay so also two people said that their most repurchase thing is this right here I love this this is probably one of my favorite lip products of all time it's the L'Oreal color riche shine lipstick in the shade now that I put the lip color on I was gonna layer this and then a gloss on top but I think I'm gonna pass on this just for this look specifically but if you have not tried this yet you need to it's my favorite okay 20 of you guys said that your most repurchase thing is the NYX butter glosses a lot of different shades are recommended specifically like angel food cake tiramisu there was another one but this one is tiramisu and I'm gonna go ahead and apply this on top of the lip liner just feel like this color will work well with it oh yeah that's really nice with this lip liner a lot of you also said the NYX soft matte lip creams are something you buy a lot which I love those as well okay so many of you said the wet and wild sprays you talked about the three-in-one sprays the primer waters and so many of you guys said the coconut one and the Rose one you really liked I have the Rose one right here I forgot to do it earlier I was gonna use it to prime I have another setting spray I want to use but I'm gonna do this spray first to kind of smooth everything over wait let's assess the situation first oh whoa ally don't get too ahead of yourself you know we're gonna add a little more of that butter bronzer onto the forehead okay I'm gonna take the wet and wild rose primer water give it a shake and then spray the face oh well it smells really nice and take my handy fan start to dry this off and then once it's almost dry I like to take my sponge and just press it into the skin today I ever tell you how many people said these sprays it was 12 people and then 11 of you guys said the Milani make it last setting spray I have the matte one right here we're going to go ahead and apply that last okay same thing you know let it dry and then I like to press down every okay we're moving back to brows 21 people said that they mostly purchased the essence make me brow gel so we're gonna use this I have the shade 2 brownie brows I'm just gonna go ahead and run this through my eyebrows okay so there are the brows I just realized you guys that I made a big mistake and I forgot to mention this right at the beginning of the video I'm gonna put her comment right here but this video was actually inspired by you guys I'm not sure how to pronounce her name so I'm not going to try but she was the one who said that she would love to see a most repurchased drugstore products and this was commented on a video where I was trying out your suggestions so thank you so much for suggesting this video this was so much fun for me to go through all those products and I actually really enjoy the final makeup look let me know what you guys think in the comments down below and let
