[Music] guys today I'm in London and I'm going to be seeing how far $100 can take me let's go do you believe it's possible to survive with $100 in London n this cost me £6 this is my first time taking U Bo they said it's cash only London is one of the most expensive cities to visit in the world everything in London is expensive is 39 bucks and today I'm going to experience it for 24 hours with just $100 to see how far it can take me in 201 23 the average cost of living in London for a single person was over $4,000 per month which means you are most likely to spend over $100 daily even if you live here how much you spend on a daily basis in London on a daily if I have to go to work and I have to come back sometimes like 150 pound per day even with a small amount like $100 if you know the right places to go and the right things to do you can still have loads of fun as a tourist in one of the world's most expensive cities one of the most significant cost of traveling is accommodation and my solution to this was to stay somewhere closer to the outskirts of the city and then take a train whenever I wanted to head into the city center so I stayed in dford where I was able to get a room for $42 a night at a three star hotel I forgot to film a video for this uh but here is what it looks like this was way cheaper and saved me lots of money as the average hotel nights in London is around 110 $30 this would have been our whole budget and this video would have been impossible to film if you're staying on the outski of London this is the tiet you get uh this is the Tam incline and it cost us uh 66.5 right [Music] here London has so much to offer but with our remaining budget it will be tricky to find something to do we haven't even started yet and our money is almost running out so guys the first thing on our list is to eat cuz I'm super hungry so we looking for somewhere we can get a breakfast in London and that isn't going to be super pricey so guys one of the cool Parts about London is that you can get to eat almost anywhere there are so many places that are like Market places where they have like lots of food stores so this is one of them behind us this is the B market it's one of the most popular places here where you can get to eat food so now we want to go inside and get our [Music] breakfast so guys I was a to get a coffee this is a lactate for 420 and this is a CR for £3 so this is one of the best parts of our coming here you can get a breakfast for less than 8 than if you went to an actual restaurant [Music] yeah so guys one of the best ways to move around lond by using the underground and currently we're about to take the underground to get to where we're going to get on the boats that's going to take us across the tames river this is one of the cheapest and fastest ways to move across London [Music] [Music] a great tip to remember is to always tap out at your destination so you don't get charged the full fee of the [Applause] ride I think all my experiences in London so far has been good cuz every time I come to London I come during the periods where the weather is really good and the weather is kind of like really good now it's currently like 7 not like 20° so we're going on the boat now let's see what that has to [Music] offer one of the things I like about London is fact that there are so many ways to move across the city either you go By by Train by roads by Water by air I've been taking Uber rides before now this is my first time taking an Uber boat boats on [Music] water on the Uber board there are so many sides you can see and we just started our trip well right on that side you can see the Big Ben tower and inside there has more AC outside has L AC he also sell snacks on top let's go inside and see if we can buy something and see how much it costs got some water 2 20 AO took us past the Majestic Big Ben one of the most recognizable landmarks in the United Kingdom we also sailed beside the London Eye an observation wheel that has dramatically changed the South Bank Skyline and remains one of UK's top tourist spots so guys currently we are heading under one of the bridges right here a very dope place to catch a senic view of London from the water but the good part about going on this Uber boat is that you can get to see the whole of London all for the cost of 27 us guys we're at the end of our of our Tri now we're about to jump onto the cable car that's the C car right there take to the other side of the river we finally ended up at green witch the location of the famous O2 Arena I noticed a big Cru ship just existing the dock on a voyage to somewhere far away I'm always in awe whenever I see these big structures towering over [Music] everything so guys behind me is the ifs Cloud this is where you get on the cable cars that take you across the river to seems so let's see what it has to offer so guys I have my CL app and I have the barcode and I'm just going to use it now to get on the cable car what the scan I have access to get on the cable car so now we're in with a cook app we're about to explore L we are currently going all the way up if you're somebody who scared of heights you probably maybe feel dizzy or some type of way about this cuz we're going really really really high and you can see like the whole of London from here this is similar to when I took the London Eye uh but this one is just going across the river TS all the way from one side and it's taking us all the way to the other side and we're going to feel some vibration now cuz we're at the joint while in this cable car I would love to talk about the sponsor of today's video cluk cluke is an experience booking platform with thousands of destinations around the world if you're traveling you need CL just to give you an idea of what CL is and what CL helps you do the tickets for this cable car when I checked it online was actually £24 then the Uber boat ride was also £12 but with cluk I was able to get it for £27 for two tickets which saved me almost £10 and that is even why I'm able to even film this video cuz obviously if I had to spend something pounds almost the whole budget is gone already I also use the CL app to book my Eurostar train ticket from Paris to London and it was very easy and seamless the cluk app is all your travel experiences Under One Roof currently cluk is running a summer campaign that offers massive discounts of up to 50% off on destinations throughout Europe and the US each week different countries are featured with numerous discounted activities so as you prepare for summer download the app and sign up for cluk today using the link in the description to book your trip so guys that's the cable car experience we rode it from this side all the way to the other side and rode it back took like averaging 5 minutes per trip it was an awesome experess one of the best and cheapest ways to explore a city is on food so I walked around the city center until I got to one of the most touristic places in London the London Bridge guys I'm currently on London Bridge at the moment and these are some of the free activities you can come to do here this one of the most visited spots in London everybody knows that song London Bridge is falling down thankfully it's not falling down at the moment it is the oldest river crossing in London bringing River and road traffic together I heard it has been rebuilt multiple times from being built with Timber and stone in the past to now being built with concrete and steel my first time in London I spent so much money taking Uber until I discovered an invention called the London double DEA buses we're about to get on a bus that's is going to take us to the British museum which is also another very prominent side and these are some of the free activities you can engage in here without spending a single pound this is the first time I'm going to be riding on one and climbing above it guys this some of the cool part about the London bus if you wanted to watch a movie B where you're going to like 1 hour away is far they have the things here you can put your phone and just watch Netflix and then there's also the stop button so if you want to drop uh maybe you got to your bus stop you don't need to start shouting to the driver like ah just click on this stop and there's also a port where you can charge your phone too so you can just plug your phone on your earphones so you get to your destination I can literally spend like 2 hours here just watching my favorite movie Avatar London bses are all cashless so you need an oyster card or or some form of contactless payment applications to write I usually tap my phone using my wife's card for contactless payments and a single boss ride cost me around £2 so guys finally we are at the British museum it's just right there but there's so many people and hopefully they're going to allow us the film inside cuz we're kind professional if they don't allow us to film I'm just going to use my phone let's go guys see how long we C is to go into the British m went all the way to the end thankfully this was a free event but the lines were long and I had to wait over 30 minutes before I could go in guys we're finally inside the museum so we want to go inside I'm going to see all the artifacts that uh you know that they have and all those on that they said they discovered in Africa let's go and see it's discovered like [Music] discovered this place has so many things you can see I'm for the African section and this is where we are now this is African section so we're about to head now guys if we are from Nigeria you recognize this bronze heads they're all from the Ben region of Nigeria these are all the brass sculptures that were taken during the periods of you know slavery and the period of when the British came to colonized Nigeria [Music] on my way out I saw a vendor roasting one of London's most famous street foods caramel and peanuts I want to try it out and see what it tastes like just in front of the British museum this was 4 lb it's like peanuts with caramel on it it tastes really like that's this is Long Long Street Food how is it made it's a water vanilla sugar cut water vanilla sugar coconut that's how it's all made so guys we're currently at abbywood we left the touristy part of London and we're currently here to try out fish and chips which is very popular in London there's a place called New Winston and they sell fish and chips there so let's go and try it out I want to see if the chips is different from the nor chips we eat but this one is very special we just went into the restaurant now they said it's cash only I don't have cash so I'm trying to figure out how to buy the fish and chips now we're going to walk 12 minutes to the next shop and this is definitely the best way to get some workouts and also to see more of the town and the area and the city and also to save money actually but yeah I'm super tired now cuz we spend day trying to spend H1 $100 and we're almost at the end this area what's this what's what's the cost of living like here £ 1,400 1,300 for how many bedroom apartment for a three bedroom apartment oh wow do you believe it's possible to survive with $100 in London no you can't even get some nice thing get some nice meal yeah are you sure 100% okay so that means you saying that you can enjoy yourself with $100 no in London no we're here to prove you wrong but there's a fish and chips place down the road I'm looking for where I can get up there oh it's up here yeah oh okay so guys 11 minutes after walking we finally got to the place of so hopefully they don't tell me that they only collect cash here I want to get a fish and chips 5 minutes 5 minutes okay you collect card you with the card yeah pay with C okay guys finally we got the fish and chips let's go and try it out it's [Music] hot I think the first thing I will say is that it's really feeling I bought this for 1050 but the fish is really it's really filling it has a lot of like vinegar and salt on it and I would have wished it had some pepper cuz I'm from Nigeria I love having pepper on everything I eat but in terms of how it is in general I think people who talk to fish and chips they didn't disappoint cuzz it's really feeling I love fish so it's also very healthy s now that the day was over I headed to a traditional British pub in Abbeywood to relax and enjoy a drink so guys today's Friday and if you know the British you know that one things they love is their beer so behind me is a pub called Abby arms I want to grab a pint of beer so yeah let's go inside so guys currently got an apple cider uh I didn't want to drink alcohol today so cheers to you guys this cost me [Music] £6 in total we spent over $110 and I had one of the best experiences ever in one of the most expensive cities in the United Kingdom even though I went over budgets I hope I've been able to prove to you guys that you can still have fun with a small amount once you have the correct information I hope you guys enjoyed this video if you've ever visited London please share your
