today i survived 100 days in an ocean-only hardcore minecraft world ever since the aquatic update i have had a newfound respect for minecraft's oceans you can find sunken ships full of loot you can unearth buried treasure or you could get smacked in the face by a drowned with a trident my favorite minecraft's oceans are full of things to do and stuff to loot that's why when i saw not paul gg's ocean only series i knew that i wanted to try it out this challenge feels like a modern take on old school skyblock except it's in the ocean so i'm going to struggle to get even the essentials like grass blocks trees and food anything that i want i'm going to have to get the hard way and that's what makes this harder than regular hardcore minecraft i'm also sure that you're tired of seeing the i couldn't thank all of you enough for the support anyways let's get straight into my first day in this ocean-only world on day one i set out looking for shipwrecks since there weren't any trees to be found and after not that much searching i found my first wreck and i stole all of its wood i mean it's not like the captain still needed it i looted the chest and i got some wheat carrots and i got super lucky and got some bamboo with this i can make a bamboo farm and have infinite sticks so i don't have to waste any more wood i kept exploring until i found a second shipwreck which had carrots potatoes and a pumpkin inside one of the chests i guess it wouldn't be that hard to find food too bad the saturation and hunger are all pretty awful but i guess beggars can't be choosers then i found an abandoned underwater structure with a chest that was being guarded by an army of mans i swooped in to steal the loot and all i got was a curse of vanishing fishing rod and a stone axe yay i continued exploring through the night until i had the bright idea to use the compass that i had found in the first shipwreck to go back to world spawn and build my base this way i could be lazy and use my compass to find my way home instead of using coordinates and on the way to spawn i found an underwater abandoned portal with almost enough iron nuggets for two ingots i also found a gold sword and two golden pickaxes kind of ironic though you can't mine iron ore with gold so these were basically useless on day two i found this small little island and i decided to dig down for some stone and make a stone pickaxe and while down there i found five iron underwater i made a furnace and cooked my iron and i made an iron pickaxe and axe it's only day two and i'm already moving up in the world plus with this iron axe i can collect wood much faster from shipwrecks while underwater i then used the iron pickaxe to collect the gold block from the abandoned portal and i continued swimming back to spawn after reaching world spawn i built a small platform and i began mining down so i could get some shiny diamonds and before you say it in the comments i know i wasted my limited amount of wood to make ladders sue me on day 3 i used the dirt that i had collected in the mine to start making some farms this way i could have a huge supply of carrots and bamboo i guess after this i continued digging in my makeshift mine and i found the mother lode of coal this super vein gave me a stack in 24 coal unfortunately though i only had enough ladders to get down to y31 i needed 20 more ladders so i went back out at night looking for more shipwrecks i have to be super careful though because soon phantoms will start spawning because the only way i can get wool is from spiders or a shepherd villager while exploring the first ship that i found only had paper and leather boots inside of it but i guess i'll need that paper to make books in the future anyways so this kind of works out i gathered a bunch of oak wood and birch planks that i can make into sticks for ladders and torches and i brought all of my wood home and made the ladders i dug down to y11 to begin mining except i ran directly into a bee cave full of mobs and this skeleton almost 360 no scoped me but i was not having any of it i do only have two pieces of leather on though so i'm definitely not planning on 1v1 in that skellyboy or his zombie and spider friends but while mining down there i did end up with 6 iron for a new pick to replace the one that i had broken so on day 4 i began the day by harvesting my bamboo with a sword this time trust me i have heard you all in the comments last time i planted the new bamboo so i could stop wasting wood for sticks and i crafted myself a brand new pickaxe i went back down to the mine to continue my hunt for diamonds and i kept running into this super dangerous cave i blocked off part of it and i found hello loot i got 19 iron and 20 gold for like two minutes of mining and right after all of that loot i ran directly into an underwater cave and that's gonna be a hard pass for me i went back to the surface to smelt my loot and i began making some armor so i could explore this cave and after smelting my iron in gold i made myself a helmet chest piece and a pair of leggings and now i've almost got full iron i also began adding fences around my base because i'm kind of worried about a drown just walking up here especially a trident boy on day five while down inside the mine i got ballsy and i started fighting some skeletons i also killed two spiders and i got three string if i can get enough string i can make a bed so i don't have to deal with sky satan anymore i also was going to explore this cave until i saw a pile of three creepers over there and i was like uh yeah no and while down here i broke my iron pickaxe and i didn't have enough iron to make another so i just kind of decided to go back to the surface and make sure that my food situation was okay so i traveled back to the only island that i've found so i could use bone mail on the grass to get seeds so i could make some wheat to get bread because i guess that's kind of the best source of food that i have right now on the way there i also collected some kelp as another desperate source of food i mean you know what they say kelp a poor man's lettuce also cool thing about this island is it's my closest source of grass blocks so once i get soaked touch i can actually start growing grass after this i made an iron shovel and i collected some dirt underwater so i could expand my crop platform i also got some sand so i can make glass for some extra protection from phantoms and drowned and the more i build in this world the more i realize that it really feels like i'm playing the game raft let me know down in the comments below if you've played raph before rapt is a super fun game that's kind of just like this minus the whole shark trying to eat your face the whole time but you know anyways i spent the rest of the night expanding my dumpy little platform that is until i was interrupted by the demons that's right they are here and i didn't even make a roof yet on day six i went down to the mines with my beautiful stone pickaxe and i found six iron i went back up to my base to smelt it and while i waited i fixed up my base a little by adding a full roof and windows i harvested my bamboo and i've already got a stack of bamboo if i make a field of this stuff i will have infinite sticks for the rest of the series plus once i get some villagers cured i could start making mad stonks with some beautiful capitalism i spent the rest of the day back in the mines my pickaxe swinging side to side okay i can't anyways i'm like 80 sure that this seat is cursed because there's no diamonds down here but i did run into an underwater ravine which have high chances of fighting diamonds i swam in to check it out and i didn't see any diamonds but there was hell hella iron in here i'm kind of desperate for iron because i keep breaking these picks that is until i find diamonds and then i found it our first vein of diamonds and they were in a ravine i took my time mining them so i didn't drown and i ended up with three diamonds i think i'm actually gonna keep these for armor though because the only use i have for iron right now is making pickaxes right after this i found more diamonds that were hidden right by my tunnel except they turn out to be just one boy after mining my one measly diamond i continued clearing out the wall so i can get closer to some iron and i found out that there were more diamonds hidden and i am now up to nine on day seven i headed back to my house to smell all of the iron and gold that i got except it was already nighttime also there was a spider on my roof that i quickly wombo comboed one mole down two to go i ended up with 56 iron and 10 gold from that ravine and i barely even explored it while waiting for my stuff to smelt the game decided that i was enemy number one i was lighting up my roof when this trident boy showed up these boys are the baddest of the news they could easily kill me in full iron and i didn't even have boots on however i was safe on the roof that is until phantom spawn so i desperately broke through my roof and just kind of hid inside of my house while panicking i decided to start messing with the phantoms which was not a good idea because the trident drown got to an area where he could hit me again so i panicked more and i spammed blocks in a desperate need to protect myself while thinking about what i could do to not die i got super lucky from the area that the drown was spawn camping me he started to burn and he died and i realized just how wrong one trident boy could really make this playthrough go so i really needed to fool proof this area from trident drowns i rolled in my base some more and i added some doors and then i made some iron boots and you know what i said screw it and i made a diamond chest piece just for some extra defense no trident boys are getting me today on day 9 i used the dirt that i had gathered from mining to expand my beautiful platform some more i harvested the bamboo and i began building my empire of bamboo this is probably my most efficient way to trade with villagers after i hear me some zombies then as it became night i came to the scary realization i don't have enough wood to make any more chests and mine are almost full plus i can't really go out exploring because if it becomes night and phantoms spawn they'll probably get me killed so i decided to make a poorly constructed dark platform instead of making a mob grinder so i could kill some spiders to make a bed so i could sleep and the very first things to spawn were two baby zombies and a creeper how lucky i killed a couple of regular zombies until the sky demons came back and then nothing else would spawn so i went back into the mines and tonight was the night that i would finally take on that cave system that i had dug into i made a shield with the remaining wood that i had and i headed back down to the mines and hey this cave was actually super easy i may have over acted just a little i quickly cleared it out and i uh now have enough lava to last me for years hello nether portal on day 10 i began clearing out the cave areas so i could mine in a new direction and hopefully not be super unlucky with diamonds after that i went back to check on my bamboo farm and these boys be tall i harvested my bamboo and wow this is one of the most satisfying things in minecraft anyways though i ended up with seven stacks of bamboo just from my first harvest at this rate i will have enough stacks of sticks what did i write there at this rate i will have enough sticks for stacks of emeralds before i even get one villager i spent the rest of the daylight expanding this poorly made mob platform and i spent the night afk and waiting for mobs to spawn on it and i got two endermen and some spiders to spawn i accidentally looked at one of the enderman and he kind of just let me kill him and the stingy mans dropped me a whopping zero pearls what a guy i learned over the spiders while running from the phantoms and they only dropped me one string my luck for this world is fantastic i killed the second enderman and finally a man with some class he dropped me a singular pearl and after that i used the string to craft my first piece of wool only two to go yay when it comes to mobs in an ocean-only world it is way harder than skyblock because you can't really control the spawns the stuff will spawn in caves down below instead of spawning on your platform on day 11 i jumped in my boat at dawn and i fled from the gross sky demons today i was gonna find some more shipwrecks to get some wood and hopefully find some apples so i could cure zombie villagers while being a boat boy i passed by this nice abandoned portal and i stole the juicy gold block and diluted the chest i continued on until i found my first shipwreck and this boy had seven emeralds a diamond and a whole bunch of iron i collected some wood and i stole the chest because i'm kind of desperate i found a second shipwreck that only had one chest and i didn't really get much from it but i did see in the distance a huge shipwreck with hella wood only problem was it was becoming nighttime and phantoms wanted a piece of me this shipwreck was absolute heaven and it was going to take me a while to mine all the wood and i didn't want to risk a trident drown clapping my cheeks so i marked down the coordinates for the next day and i went back home after getting home i dumped out my loot and i killed a zombie that spawned on my platform i also went to kill this creeper until i phantom yeted me off of my platform and the creeper blew up literally why phantoms why do you exist who voted for you on day 12 i boated my way back to the shipwreck to loot it and i found some more iron and emeralds from one of the chests i stole all three chests and i took all of the wood and i ended up with 67 wood unfortunately it was only two less than the funny number but you know what we'll give it a nice anyways anyways though this was enough wood to last me pretty much forever since i get all of my sticks from bamboo and it was becoming night so i headed home and i struggled to harvest my bamboo while these heathens kept harassing me i also saw this spider on my dark platform that i went to kill for string but he also dropped nothing i truly am cursed i really am you know i placed my new chest and i made one into a bamboo only chest and look at all these future stunks even without one stick emerald trades i'm going to be the top 1 of this ocean only world on day 13 i made the decision that i need to have full diamond armor and tools for maximum safety especially if i plan on going to the nether sun so i began strip mining in the opposite direction than before and while mining coal i finally struck diamonds that were not underwater and on top of that it was an 8 vane which also had some gold in it this is why you should always mine coal when strip mining never leave anything after this i continued mining until i hit another underwater cave except this one sounded like it was full of zombies and spiders i dug up into it and there were some undead symptoms gatekeeping the entrance i quickly deleted them from existence and i found two more diamonds in the cave this cave ended up being pretty small and i still heard a ton of spiders so i figured it was a mine shaft so i continued digging until i i stumbled upon it it was a cave spider spawner i mean i need string but like poison does not sit well when you don't have that much armor so i very carefully tried to find them so i could kill a couple and get some string except these boys ambushed me and they do a lot of damage so i panicked and ran back down my tunnel and i blocked myself in so i could heal from the poison after struggling to heal because i had no saturation i broke my way back into the room and i killed all the spiders and i now had enough string to make the remaining two wolves so i could finally sleep in a bed and i also got a spider eye from this that i could use to cure a zombie villager in the future now all i needed was apples and sugar and i also had this mine shaft that i could use in the future to hopefully find some golden apples and harvest some more spider drops anyways now that i had what i needed i headed back home and i made a beautiful bed just look at it it's breathtaking keanu reeves would be so proud of this bed and i finally slept the night away so the gross sky demons would not bother me anymore on day 14 i began the day by using my diamonds to make a brand new pair of pants and a helmet or more and i will have full diamond armor so i spent the whole day back down in the mines until i broke my pickaxe so i went back to my base and there was my first zombie villager on the platform now was my chance so i made a boat and ran over to capture my mans if this guy stays in the boat then he won't despawn i built him a nice little house so he wouldn't burn during the daytime and i now had my first villager to be honestly i thought this was going to take much longer so you know day 14 i will take a free villager thank you very much on day 15 i went back down to the mine in hopes of finishing my diamond armor except i ran back into the same mine shaft so this time i decided why not i might as well explore it so i went through lighting up and killing the mobs and there were a lot of skeletons a lot of skeletons so i figured maybe i would find a dungeon and then i stumbled into some cobblestone and i was like now is my opportunity a skeleton spawner a spider spawner massive stonks that is until i realized that the cobblestone that i found was actually the cobblestone that i placed a couple days before while trying to hide from the spiders so i kind of played myself anyways i cleared out the mine shaft and there was no chest to be seen sad face so i just went back to strip mining i mined straight through until day 17 when i finally found another eight vein of diamonds the diamonds are super rare in this world but apparently eight veins are not so you know i'll take what i can and while mining i broke my last iron picks so i said screw it and i made a new pair of diamond yeezys and a diamond pickaxe also while i was mining i hit some more lava so i used my fresh new diamond pickaxe to get some obsidian so i could make a portal and also i could make a new enchantment table i continued my excruciatingly long strip mine on until day 18 and while clearing some dirt that i could use to make more crops i uncovered four more diamonds now that i'm back up to five i can officially make myself a brand new enchantment table on days 19-20 i made another portal and i made a new diamond sword i went through the portal and it put me in between a crimson forest and another wasteland with no fortress to be found however i do have all the what i could possibly need now because i'm in a crimson forest i continued exploring around my portal and there was another fortress around the corner finally it has finally happened i finally found a world without an unlucky fortress never out of all the series on my channel not one of them has had another fortress inside a quadrant by my nether portal this was finally my chance so while building over to the nether fortress this gas decided that he wanted to 1v1 me but little did he know i was a wii sports resort tennis champion of 2008 so i heated his fireball right back at his face and he dropped me aghast here which is pretty pog i made my way up to the nether fortress and i got my first blaze rod i have to be very careful in here though because fire or wither effects will kill me because you know dried kelp is uh not exactly the best food to heal you know so i started looting and there were a lot of chests in here and they had nether wart and a bunch of horse armor i also found a netherwart room and i collected all of the soul sands so i could make my own farm back at the base i just got to the nether and i already have a lot of the things that i came here for i killed some magma cubes and i also ran into some weather skeletons although at this point my food was running very low so i needed to leave however on my way out i ran into three blazes and a wither skeleton and they almost got me at this point i was desperately trying to get back to my portal and all i had left was one piece of dried kelp this trip was pretty terrifying my hands were very sweaty my knees were weak and my arms were most certainly spaghetti and there were gassed everywhere and i was pretty much out of sprint but i did manage to escape and i got back to the nether portal i ended up getting 52 netherwort and four blaze rods so once i went back to the overworld i made a brewing stand and i began brewing potions of fire resistance that is so i could be safe and not you know burn to a crisp in the nether on day 21 i realized that all i needed now to cure my villager was an apple and some sugar cane and i think wandering traders have a chance to sell sugarcane and if i'm lucky they might sell me some saplings which i could use to get more apples on this day i also kind of got an idea for what i wanted to build for a long time i said that i wanted to build something with blackstone except in my regular hardcore series i couldn't really i couldn't really do it because it clashed with a lot of the other stuff that i had going on like the stone brick and the spruce wood but now that wood is you know not really an option i decided i wanted to build something out of blackstone and i i thought you know why not make a giant pyramid base so i was going to build a giant blackstone pyramid with basalt and some netherwoods so in order to clap two birds with one stone bet you have a good picture in your head about that one i decided to begin building the massive cobblestone platform that i was gonna need to build the structure plus i could also use parts of it to spawn more zombie villagers and possibly get my first wandering trader on day 22 i ran out of cobblestone so i guess the only thing i could do was go back mining and maybe get some diamonds while down there i spent the entire day just slapping away at that stone on day 23 i enchanted all of my tools with some basic enchantments since it did not look like i was going to be getting books anytime soon and i went back down to the mine and while mining down there as i was thinking you know this world is cursed i can't find any diamonds life is hard kill me now i ran into a vein of four which i can use to replace my poor diamond pickaxe that was almost broken i was not exactly profiting on diamonds right now so after breaking all of my picks i went back to the surface and i harvested my bamboo again gotta keep them stunks flowing i added more dirt to my bamboo platform and i doubled the farm size pretty soon each harvest will be more than an inventory full after expanding the bamboo i continued filling in the cobblestone platform until i ran out of kabul again so i made three new picks and it was back to mining and not shortly after i found another vein of two diamonds and not short after that i found another vein of two diamonds i'm just saying guys always mine coal every time you mine coal you have a chance of unearthing diamonds gold anything so always mine your stuff don't leave stuff and not far after mining that vein i struck another four vein and it looks like my doo-doo butter luck was finally turning around i now had 13 spare diamonds and this mining exhibition took all the way until day 25. on day 26 i begin the day by harvesting my bamboo and look at how much i got i literally have a full chest of sticky boys and to be honest i'm not really sure what else to do today because i really kind of just need a wandering trader to spawn so i can't really go mining otherwise they won't really spawn and i'm also kind of done with mining so now that i had the resources to do it i decided to make a stone slash cobblestone farm on top of my platform this way i could get cobble super fast and way more efficiently and i could do it while afking and hopefully while i'm mining the stone hopefully a wandering trader will spawn so i went down to my cave to get me some lava so i could finish up my stone farm on day 27 i made a brand new diamond pick and i enchanted both of them with some desperate enchantments after this i made an anvil and i combined them together it really hurts me knowing that i just spent six diamonds for an unbreaking one efficiency two pickaxe but i mean i needed to afk some stones so i guess it'd just be like that sometimes anyways i began afk for stone and immediately i heard that typical ah noise that traders make so i stop turn around and lo and behold there he was my wandering rip-off trade artist so i checked his inventory and he he had nothing i did decide to buy some cactus though because i mean i guess how else am i gonna get cactus but i mean well i guess it's time for two free leads anyways now that my brand new guest was dead i went back to mining some stone and i spent the rest of day 27 all the way through day 28 just kind of afk stone mining on day 29 i continued filling in the cobblestone platform and it's now almost complete i didn't really measure it though so i don't even know if this is actually enough space but you know what it's it's progress okay i spent the night fighting mobs on the platform in hopes of getting another zombie villager but i didn't have any luck so instead i just kind of lit it up and i went to bed or at least i tried to go to bed but this family of drowned would not let me rest so i took out the two parents and now that the kid was an orphan i mean you know what we do to orphans right and now that i've destroyed a brand new family it was finally time to go to sleep on day 30 i spent all of my daylight finishing the cobblestone platform and i finally finished it and now that it was done it was kind of just back to waiting for another wandering traitor so i kind of said screw that and i went to the nether to start clearing the crimson forest by my portal i figured that i would get a head start on gathering the supplies for my giant blackstone and basalt pyramid based and while harvesting the trees this gas spawned and trapped himself so i made quick work of him and i got a free guest here after getting some free loot from stepgast i did i really just say that after getting free loot from stepcast i seized the opportunity to capture this piglen because i still had a boat in my inventory as long as he stays in the boat he won't despawn and i can use him to trade for leather so i can actually get some bookshelves i mean i could also kill hoglins for leather if any of them actually decide to spawn but for now this is kind of my best bet so i went back to the overworld and grabbed some gold from my base and i tested out trading with him while he's in the boat and honestly why don't speedrunners do this trapping them in a boat is much easier than putting them in a hole and struggling to get the loot and from now on i'm probably gonna do this whenever i beat minecraft in crazy challenges you know anyways a 13 gold got me nine leather and two ender pearls which is actually pretty good on day 31 i went back to the nether with a stack of gold to trade with my newly imprisoned boy and while trading with him i made two more friends that i proceeded to trap in a hole so they can join my circus hopefully they won't despawn while i go back to get some boats and lucky me they didn't so i put them in some boats and apparently these two had a great love for each other because they they wanted to be in the same boat you know i guess i can't break them up so now i have a spare boat inside the nether for even more piglets that decide to wander over and since i'm in a crimson biome i'm pretty sure there will be more piglets that wander over anyways i went back to the overworld and i was able to make three more bookshelves with the leather that i got if i can get me 15 bookshelves then i could do level 30 enchantments before even getting sugarcane on day 32 i went out hunting for some more shipwrecks because i needed more paper to get more books and i also kind of needed some emeralds and maybe i could get some apples or sugarcane if possible this future me talking it's not possible i was hoping for nothing and my first shipwreck was pretty lucky i got five emeralds and 16 paper and right after that i found a massive nether portal i've very rarely seen them this large it was kind of comical and it a chest with a golden apple in it so now i just needed one more apple and some sugar cane or sugar and i could officially have villagers and i can make me a carrot farm and have them breed i continued exploring until i found another shipwreck and i checked the first chest and it had a bunch more iron and one emerald in it only problem was it was becoming night so i decided to make myself a platform to place my bed and sleep for the night because i really didn't want to risk a trident boy clapping these cheeks you know on days through 35 i finished loading the ship and i ended up with a ton of paper i now have 58 paper from this trip i also realized that i got fortune 3 on this golden pickaxe that i loaded from one of the nether portals so i decided to save it so i could use it exclusively to mine some juicy diamonds i continued exploring until on day 35 i won the minecraft lottery i found an island that had a tree it had an oak tree the perfect tree i mined it and this boy dropped me four saplings and i also got the other apple that i needed i can finally make apples and i can get as much wood as i want and after this i saw another island in the distance and i was really really hoping it had some sugarcane on it because you know my luck was really up today but it it didn't i mean it's okay though because this island had a nether portal near it with another fortune three pickaxe and two blocks of gold also nearby there was another shipwreck that had some more emeralds on it so i now have 21 just from looting ships on day 36 i found and you're gonna be very surprised by this i bet you've never expected it i found another ship and this ship had a bunch of emeralds and a juicy diamond on it so far this trip has gotten me a whopping 43 gold and 39 emeralds nice on day 37 i continued exploring even though i was 5 000 blocks away from spawn and my inventory was pretty full but i did find another small wreck that had another diamond in it after getting this diamond i had to make a tough decision though i had to stop looting because my inventory was officially thicker than the seven seas that i'm looting in i know that was a good joke so i spent all of day 38 just kind of heading home and just look at all of this loot that i brought home it's also safe to say that i now have plenty of books and paper though after dumping my inventory i placed some dirt and planted my four new saplings as long as i continue to get more saplings from these trees i will have infinite wood and apples i also use the books and gross jungle wood to make more bookshelves and i'd now have all 15 that i needed for my nice new enchantment table i began day 39 by harvesting my brand new trees i made my bones into bone meal and i used them to grow some more and my tree army begins and i also got myself another apple after this i didn't really do much else this day i'm kind of just stuck waiting for a wandering traitor and i also need to go to the nether for a ton of blackstone and basalt but if i go to the nether the trader can't spawn and at this point the traitor should be at its highest chance to spawn because of the amount of days that have gone by so my dude where do you be where are you come to me now come sell me your crappy trades i won't kill you i swear i'm totally gonna kill him anyways while afking i decided to kill two birds of one stone and i made some crimson fence and i fenced in this corner over here so that way when it gets to be nighttime i can hopefully get a second zombie villager but i instead got the next best thing a witch spawned which totally didn't almost kill me but i went and got a bow and i sniped this boy and then finished it off with my sword and this man's dropped me to sugar which means i can now make six splash potions a weakness and i technically don't even need the sugar cane now once i get one more villager i could start breeding and infinite stunks await on day 40 i went to make some fermented spider eyes until i realized that i kind of forgot about the brown mushrooms so i went back to the nether in hopes of finding them and uh yeah it was a really difficult thing there was totally no mushrooms anywhere i couldn't uh i couldn't find them anywhere anywhere so anyways i came home with 10 mushrooms and i made two fermented spider eyes and i brewed me some fresh potions of weakness and i cured my first villager you know it feels a lot better when the villager that you cured wasn't one that you were responsible for infecting but that didn't stop me from boxing this man in and i gave him some doors and windows for protection so when he got cured he would have his own little house and later that night my mans was cured i got my first villager in celebration of that villager i spent the rest of the night farming mobs for string and in hopes of getting another one but i didn't really have much luck on days 41 through 42 i harvested all of my trees and man does it you know feel good to get wood from actual trees instead of chips i ended up with more than a stack of wood and an extra 27 oak saplings and four spare apples i spent the rest of that night over at the spawn platform again and it was full moon so there were a lot of mobs things were not going so well on day 42 i decided that while i wait for another villager i'm going to clear out the mine area and look for slime chunks so i could turn my bamboo farm into an automated one since i haven't really been harvesting it as much as i should because it destroys swords i haven't been using my diamond sword on it to save its durability and it breaks like two brand new iron swords every time i harvest it so i spent the whole day mining out the underground chunk until it was nighttime then i went back to the surface for some more mobs and i killed another witch who gave me two more sugar also this skelly boy dropped a power three bow boys living large on day 43 i grew tired of waiting for each night so i built a roof over the mob spawn area and while afking for a zombie villager to spawn both phantoms and a traveling trader spawned this man didn't have any sugarcane for me but he did have a jungle sapling so i bought it i mean i can now make a larger trees and i also have access to one of the ugliest woods my favorite on day 44 i also made two boats and i kidnapped the trader's llamas i separated the trader using a boat and i casually took him out to dinner so the llamas wouldn't be mad at me and before i hear about it in the comments listen i am desperate for some animals okay this island gets lonely all i have is steve the villager over there and all he says i don't know what ah means man anyways i decided to give these two boys the beautiful names like and subscribe after this i went back to check out my poorly made mob farm and it was working like wonders it even works as a ghetto makeshift xp farm so i could start getting enough xp to make my armor not doo-doo butter this also had me thinking that if i decided to make a real mob grinder that actually works the right way it'll probably be insane because i've lit up a lot of the caves underneath my house at this point while emptying out the mob trap i went back to my little house to dump my inventory and when i looked back over there there was a zombie villager so i quickly ran over and trapped him in a boat like i don't know what's up with these skeletons but they are actually insane i was scared that one of these skeletons was gonna just casually pop my boy in the back of the head so i went up to the roof to break some holes and i put some torches in there so hopefully nothing else would spawn while i was cleaning out the remaining mobs anyways though i now have my second villager i grabbed another potion of weakness and some apples and i cured this man and things were looking really really good this was the final step before i could actually turn this dumpy little raft in the middle of the ocean into a kingdom on day 45 i spent the day afk while waiting for my zombie villager to cure also while waiting i built a chamber for my villagers to detroit smash each other in so i could get my island economy booming with some beautiful commerce and you may be asking why would i want my island to have an economy well i mean there's an easy answer for that so i can exploit it duh on day 46 while building a rail track to put my villagers in their brand new forever home i noticed that my totally not stolen llamas are they're gone they're not in the boats anymore no like and subscribe i didn't have any name tags yet so i put them in the boats assuming they wouldn't despawn and they're gone now i'm just stuck with the villagers again after mourning the loss of my only animal friends i got back to working on my infinite villager braider and this process took way longer than normal because i had to keep scouring the ocean floor for more and more sand to make some stained white glass so i could actually check on them and make sure they were okay i wanted to see my villager friends at all times just to make sure nothing bad happens to them because you know you really never know what's gonna happen in the world of minecraft also ever since i lit up that entire mine shaft area with the mob spawners my mob grinder is uh going kind of insane just look at all these splody boys i really do need to tear this thing down before it either becomes the death of me or the death of my villagers and i need to make a real mob grinder so i can get some loot and xp the easy way not this way on day 49 i finished up the villager transfer system and i crafted four new beds so they would make babies after this i made the kidnap system and while finishing the tracks i heard the high pitched hmm noise that babies make and look at that i've already got a new villager this villager reader is now 100 operational and it totally doesn't look like crap like listen there is zero percent chance i'm gonna end off these hundred days with my new kingdom looking so dollar store brand on day 50 i began the day by making a baby auto smelter so i could continuously have kelp i don't really have enough carrots yet and i'm kind of running low on food and right after that i noticed that my first baby villager was now an adult so i tested out my brand new transport system and look at this man go now that i have my first villager i needed books again for lecterns except once again i am out of leather so i went back to the nether to trade with my nether boys and these boys would not trade me leather at all i had to waste half a stack of gold to get two leather there is almost a 10 chance that they give you leather what is this minecraft taxes are whack anyways i went back home to make the lectern and i forgot that it was a bookshelf instead of a book so i didn't need to do those trades and i already had the bookshelf that i needed but you know what it is what it is i mean it kind of works out because i needed the books for these enchantment trades anyways so it's fine it's okay on day 51 i transferred my first villager to this dumpy little cobblestone prison and i re-rolled his trades until i got mending for only 18 emeralds honestly this was super quick and easy for once i never get mending that fast it only takes me like an entire day so i bought two mending books and i put mending on my helmet and my chest piece because all of my armor was just a little close to breaking and i'm not really that much of a big fan of wasting diamonds also later that night another one of my villagers became lorge so i escorted him to his brand new home on day 52 i made my second villager into a basic fletcher i could cure him a bunch for cheap trades but they typically break if you don't have that many other villagers to trade with and i kind of don't want to waste golden apples yet also the more villagers i add to this area the more i kind of realize that it really does look like a prison my bad on day 53 i began the day with my first juicy bits of capitalism for these 100 days man did i miss this i then pushed another villager into his prison cell and i began re-rolling his trades for prop 4 or unbreaking three and i ended up with plot 3 for only 13 emeralds i decided to keep it because 26 emeralds for plot ore is on the pretty cash money side of prices so i bought a whole bunch of them and i put prop 4 on my chess piece for the next three days i continued recruiting new willing traders and getting enchantments that i needed i traded with my fletcher for more emeralds and his enchanted bow was stacked it had infinity and flame on it which saves me two other villagers after that i got a fortune 3 villager for 23 emeralds that i couldn't resist and right after that i used some fish to tame one of the cats that had started spawning around the area i moved the cat over by the awful mob farm so the creepers would hopefully stay away and i could kill the spiders in peace so i could make more beds except the creepers are strong and independent and they didn't need no man and they weren't afraid of no cats so during these days my villager farm was going absolutely ham there were already five adults ready to enter the workforce although i'm kind of running into a bottleneck in the process i don't really have enough stonks to buy the enchants to lock in any trades but i did use the books that i had to give my first diamond pickaxe i horribly named doodoo butter both mending and fortune 3. i kinda i gotta save those diamonds man this world's pretty stingy when it comes to diamonds i also decided that i would start infecting villagers because the emerald getting process was taking way too long i led this zombie over and i learned that apparently rails affect zombie tracking which is kind of interesting actually i could use that in the future i struggled to get this guy into the boat and then he infected the villager and right after that i cured the dude and welcome to hell my friend i also got a second friend and i infected him as well i'm officially only one gold apple short of fully curing both of them six times for profit on day 57 i went to cure both my mans but i missed one of them with the potion so i guess he's now two cures behind the first one i mean i guess it's not that big of a deal kind of sucks though anyways after this i harvested my bamboo and crafted them into some more sticks so i could finish adding mending to my armor i added mending to my leggings and now i don't have to worry about anything breaking after this i went and cured both of my boys again and i looked over and there is a pile of mans over there it's uh it's safe to say that i will not be needing any more villagers for the rest of uh eternity on day 58 i began the day by curing the boys again then i went to practice some more deforestation i mean come on do you think that i'm just gonna let an ocean-only world stop me from deforesting plus i ended up with six apples from it after killing some beautiful nature i cured my first zombie villager for the last time and i bludgeoned his zombie to death with a pickaxe on days 59-60 my first villager cured and i gave the second villager his last golden apple before infinite trades and after getting him into his brand new cell i mean house his brand new house he is officially complete one stick for one emerald hog although for some reason the second trader only had seven stick trades which kind of sucks i was thinking maybe i missed a cure for him or something but i was out of gold and i didn't really want to touch the gold inside of the nether without silk touch so i guess screw it it kind of works for now and i kind of want this series to be a little different from my regular hardcore so i'm going to focus on the blackstone megabase and maybe a giant nether project and i don't really need that many stonks for either of those projects so after this i began amassing wealth with my new stick boys and i bought a mending book and added it to my sword on day 61 i made a diamond axe that i can make my future god axe then i went to do some beautiful capitalism with the boys and the seven emerald guy is at 10 now hell nah this man getting infected again after this i went and rerolled my new librarian's trades and after only two i got a cheap sharpness three so i bought two of them and i added sharpness four to my sword after this i went back to trade with my sticky boys and my one trade guy is now 12 and the other guy is now 23. what is this some kind of villager union well i mean things were going uh pretty meh on the villager trade side but i did get a super cheap unbreaking two trade and i put i'm breaking three on my doodoo butter pick this whole villager process is kind of sus because most of my trades are like the second best thing like on breaking two like sharpness is three plot threes like why can't it just be like sharpness five and breaking three plot four you know it's it really do feel like the villagers are trying to unionize man on day 62 the important trader was back to two emerald trays which i guess was good i was kind of super worried that i flooded the market too fast but this is why i said you need more villagers to maintain cheap trades i mean for constantly getting themselves in prison villagers are actually quite smart they know economics man it's all about the supply and demand boyos anyways after finding out that my most important trader wasn't broken i rerolled another villager and this man gave me sweeping edge i went to put it on my sword and i am officially level poor so i just kind of moved on to the next villager i need efficiency 5 so i could begin excavating the nether for all of the black stone that i inevitably am going to need however this man's gave me silk touch which is also pretty pog after this i put sweeping edge on my sword and i went to sleep on day 63 i began the day with some juicy capitalism and some more trade rolling and i got power 5 for bows i decided you know why not i'm probably gonna need it anyways and then while moving on to my next villager i heard a sound a soundy sound that sounded like a chicken there was a baby zombie riding a chicken inside of my mob farm i really struggled to get him out of the horde of simps and apparently creepers blow up if skeletons attacked them nice at this point i didn't have any way to trade for a name tag so with some quick thinking i thought you know what let's put him in a boat and i plopped him in there as long as he's in this boat he should not despawn i've learned the hard way from my regular hardcore series that chicken zombie riders both count as hostile mobs so the chicken will probably despawn if he's not inside of a boat or if he doesn't have a name tag you will be missed mcchicken anyways not too long after this i heard another soundy sound that sounded like a traitor and this man had nothing i mean i i bought a cornflower i guess because you know why not and then i killed him there will be zero e-girls or simps allowed on this island plus i also got two free leads and three leather from his friends so it all works out in the end i spent all of day 64 rolling the next villager trades with no luck until i finally caved in and settled for a 35 emerald efficiency 4. that means it's going to cost me 70 emeralds for efficiency five ew but i was desperate so it is what it is my dudes on day 65 i bought the second efficiency for book that i needed and i combined them into efficiency 5. i tried to put it on my pickaxe but i needed 13 levels first so it was off to my still non-existent mom grinder anyways though my fortune god pick is officially ready to go and get some blackstone after this i went to go to sleep for the night except there was a drowned spawn camping me and it turned out to be a trident boy joke's on him though i have a pro for a chess piece now so i clapped his cheeks and not gonna lie he he did still kind of hurt actually i want to talk about it day 66 was a massive glorious day i got i'm breaking three and prop four for all of my armor pieces and now that i've got basic god armor i can be more secure while in the nether the last time i went to the nether was uh it was pretty rough especially without you know good food saturation so i wanted to be prepared if i was gonna be in there a while while gathering supplies for my new super megabase on day 68 i went to the nether and built a path across the lava to get to the basalt biome and i spent the next two days getting blackstone to begin my new super vase cue the first montage so [Music] oh yeah and after getting all that blackstone and going back to the surface i uh i realized that my breeder is just just a little ridiculous so i blocked the breeder's view of the beds after this i counted them and there are um at least 15 villagers in there yikes on day 71 i got some more enchantments together and i gave my diamond axe mending efficiency 5 and unbreaking 3. and i named it shinra tensei because i'm a weeb let me know in the comments if you know what that's from i mean it's not like it's a niche anime it's very very common anime i'm sure a lot of you weebs out there will know anyways i did some nice villager trading to repair the axe and then i went back to practice some more nice deforestation i got to keep nature on its toes you know although i was interrupted by another traveling simp that still didn't have any sugar cane so i deleted him from existence after that i went back to chopping all these trees again because i am going to need a ton of wood to make all the chests for my new super bass finally i will have some real organization i've been living in squabble up until now on days 72-74 i began planning and laying out the foundation for my new mega blackstone pyramid i made a metric ton of chests so i could have perfect organization and i left a center area for a downstairs i plan on making an underground nether portal area and a villager training area and i also plan on having an upstairs area with potion brewing and this base is really gonna look clean i also would love to add gold accents in the future after making a gold farm although i do think about this now that the type of ocean world this is is a cold ocean biome and i don't think sea turtles spawn in cold ocean which means any gold farm i would have to make would have to rely on me aggroing the piglens versus using turtle eggs so we'll kinda see how that goes i continued working on the interior of the pyramid until about day 81 i also bought some more bookshelves and made an enchantment table area this base is going to look clean af on day 82 it was finally time to get rid of the poor excuse for a mob farm so i could begin constructing the outside of the pyramid i would love to say how much i will miss this thing but uh yeah no it was a crappy creeper trap plus if i get sniped across my platform by a skeleton one more time i am going to flip on days 83-90 i measured the dimensions of the pyramid and i placed out a massive square perimeter and this man was going to be huge i spent all these days filling in all the edges of this magnificent monster of a build fun fact did you know that pyramids are pointy on top i bet you did but i totally needed something to say while i was showing you me definitely totally go follow me smiley face in the middle of this process i noticed i had another traveling e-girl and once again no sugarcane i'm really starting to think they don't even carry sugarcane and i also haven't found any islands with some yet so i'm just kind of out of luck anyways though i did buy three tropical fish since my world isn't a warm ocean so all i have are lame fish no shiny boys and then i deleted the e-girl and their sims from existence after this i finished filling in the top area and i made another friend while doing it but once again this traitor e girl had no sugarcane and to add insult to injury somehow i messed up the pyramid and it ends in a three versus ending in one block but you know what it's okay because i am not going to go back and change all this it would take literal years and looking at it from the front it looks great i spent all of day 91 adding chains with lanterns to the ceiling inside of my brand new base because it was looking super dark then i spent the night lighting up the top because i may have accidentally created a new mob farm on top of my base on day 92 i made a new diamond pick and i gave it mending unbreaking and silk touch then i went to that small island nearby and i joined some grass blocks so i could begin terraforming and making my new base into an actual island also the boat ride back was pretty nice i got to see my pyramid from a distance and this thing was looking good i can't wait to add more details and lighting so i can remove those gross torches from it in the future and make it into a real spectacle but that's gonna have to wait for 200 days because i am desperately running out of time here after this i went back to the nether to grab some glowstone for lamps because i tried using the shroom lights like i originally wanted and they're kind of too orange i also started collecting the gold around my portal since i now had silk touch after looting the nether i crafted glowstone lamps and i properly lit the whole inside of my brand new base and i got rid of those gross icky torches and i know i've said this a lot already but things were looking real nice also while doing this i realized just how much of a yikes it's going to be to get enough leather for the item frames for all of these chests but i mean i guess that's a problem for another day no organization yet on days 93 through 94 i built the staircase that leads to my downstairs area and i begin filling in the floor with blackstone for almost every surface of this pyramid i alternated between polish blackstone and polish blackstone brick so that way everything had a little more substance to it and looked a bit less flat or bland i also ran out of blackstone today so i had to go back and get more fun fact throughout this entire build i had to keep scouring my local basalt biome for more and more blackstone and uh it's looking pretty rough over there now on day 95 i finished most of the downstairs area and i decided that i would leave this ugly corner of kabul and the weird ceiling issues for now because i was kind of running out of time in these 100 days after finishing the room i built the new houses definitely not prison cells they're houses for the villagers and i made a railway to deliver them to their new homes and get them off my front lawn i spent the rest of day 95 and most of day 96 delivering these bands to their new forever homes on day 97 i added a middle area to the villager housing and i moved my remaining fletcher villagers down here this place is looking pretty nice although i now have to basically mute friendly mobs unless i want to listen to the squidward convention under my house anyways though after this i tore down all of those ugly villager huts so i could finally actually see my new base and i was really happy with it for the area around the pyramid i want to bring some kind of like nether here i was thinking that i wanted to build a crimson and warped forest area around the pyramid before the end of these hundred days and yes that means i probably won't be killing the ender dragon but that's okay because in the future 200 days we will go to the end and we will kill the ender dragon anyways before i begin landscaping the front of my base i wanted to finish upgrading and naming my tools i gave my sword another sharpness 4 so it had sharpness 5 and i named it thought thrower since that's kind of what i used it for then i gave my silk touch pick efficiency 5 and i named it detroit smash because once again i am a weeb i spent days 98 through 99 working on the front lawn landscaping project i wanted to bring the nether to the overworld so i made these nice crimson forest areas in front of my base and i bone meal the ground so i can get all those little nether plants all over it i also bone meal the mushrooms so i can get both crimson and work trees i also don't really have to worry about the mob spawns because of all the light that the true wipes emit plus i'm pretty sure mobs can't spawn on either of the netherwork blocks because they count as transparent eventually when i have enough land i would like for this nether biome to go all the way around my pyramid so that way it kind of blends in better with my future world i can't exactly have a black pyramid in the middle of a grass field and all this cobble definitely has to go after this i added a blackstone brick fence to the perimeter and i gave them lanterns for some more lighting and a nice added touch of flare on day 100 i spent the whole day adding finishing touches to the nether forest and i made a blackstone brick path in front of my base honestly this base really came together and overall i'm very happy with it as i was admiring my new build i realized that the sun was setting and i finally had a chance to catch it before it was too late that's right this is the first hundred days video that i've actually watched the sunset on day 100. after watching the sunset i decided to harvest my bamboo for one last time and honestly this never stops being satisfying oh and in one last desperate attempt to troll me the game spawned a trident simp by my bamboo and guess who didn't drop a trident pretty sure you know the answer to that you know normally i would be okay not having a trident because they're kind of meh and all but in an ocean-only world they're they're kind of okay you know anyways i know my base is kind of a mess and the chests aren't organized and this whole island is kind of a dump and i still have to kill the ender dragon but you know what that just means we have a lot to do in 200 days and 200 days is going to be crazy mark my words i will turn this dumpy cobble island into a sprawling real island with grass fields of crops a mob
