I SPENT 24 HOURS BUILDING PELA in Honkai Star Rail

hello everybody and welcome back to another video today we are going to be stopping the Bell bog train you may go no what well anyways today we're building a new character today we're building Pala this is a character who I've had on my account for probably since the beginning of the game and at the beginning of honai star rail's release I think Pala was considered a not so great character but as people got to learn about her and and what she does you start to realize how op she really is in fact I would argue she may be the best four star in the entire game and would be the perfect fit for a lot of my teams so today we're going to be leveling up our Pala building her to the best of our ability and hopefully using her to beat some hard content but with that all being said let's get in to today's video oh yeah and if you're not already make sure to subscribe to the channel only a small percentage of You Are actually subscribed and it really doesn't take that much time at all but anyways P building time all right everybody Pala is here and in fact she's actually going to be getting an upcoming Banner really soon as well I believe she's coming out on the booill banner she will be on the banner with Luca hook and Boot Hill himself so now's probably the perfect time to talk about her but first let's just get a little bit of an understanding of P's kit because if you do not understand a character's kit then how can you know how to build them so let's talk about it now Pala is a super good character for a multitude of reasons and her kit is fairly simple essentially her whole kit revolves around debuffing the enemy now the first thing to note is just her normal attack which is that of a simple normal attack doesn't do that much damage but it's a little Nifty the next thing to note is her skill ability now unfortunately we won't get to see it really used here because none of these enemies have Buffs and P's scale all revolves around the enemy having a buff because if Pala uses her scale it will immediately remove the buff that the enemy has and increases your speed as well if you did remove a buff with that skill also with Pal's second bonus ability you actually have an 100% base chance to reduce the target's ice resistance by 12% for two turns making her very good with characters like Jing Leu for example however that isn't the greatest thing about Pala the greatest thing about p is her burst which may be one of the best bursts in the entire game Pal's burst is absolutely awesome when we use it we're going to immediately inflict every single enemy with the exposed effect which is going to lower their defense by 34% for two turns meaning all the rest of our characters are now going to do way more damage a really nice debuff one of my favorites in the game and it actually pairs perfectly with her talent because when the enemy is debuffed Pala is actually going to restore energy making it really easy to get up her ultimate again and then also with another one of her bonus abilities whenever an enemy is killed she's also going to regenerate energy from that so there's basically just a ton of ways which you can regenerate energy for Pala allowing you to get that defense reduction very very easily you use it boom all enemies defense shred and you could basically just do that on repeat for a long long time to come and that my friends is what makes Pala so good she's in a extremely powerful fourstar one of my favorites and one I hope can make my account a little better but in order to do that we need to level her so let's start leveling up my Pala she's already at level 40 but I'm going to need her to be even higher than that I'm going to need at least level 70 minimum we can get level 60 Ascend level up again we can get 70 and we need a little bit more for the Ascension let's see here we're going to need three more horns of snow easy enough let's go get them I'm going to go against using Pala in this fight since she isn't built yet but we can use some other good characters and we can go in here and since we have Aron on this team everything should just die in like two hits because it's Acron in fact we may just be able to finish him off on Arron's first turn boom boom boom we win the fight oh that character is way too good another great example of why nihility characters are the best ones in the entire game thank you acaron anyways back to pay we can out Ascend her and I definitely don't have the EXP book to take her any further so we'll leave her there for right now however we do have something to claim and that is the two star roale passes that we're going to get from leveling her up or wait just one oh I already claimed the other two well that's unfortunate a little anticlimactic but it's fine because the onear raal pass that you get from leveling up p is always guaranteed to be a five star watch this never mind it's always guaranteed to Data Bank unlucky well you can't win them all hey Pala let's choose a l cone for you next so Pala has a lot of good light cone options we're going to want to prioritize ones that help us shred defense and ones that give us effect hit rate cuz effect hit rate is really important on Pala in order to get those defense shreds up for example before the tutorial Mission starts is a super good light cone for her increases our effect hit rate and whenever we reduce the enemy's defense We additionally are going to regenerate four energy as well silver wolf signature is another good example of a good lonee for her because of the effect hit rate you can get from it and then it also has a couple other nice bonus effects resolutions shines as pearls of sweat on Luca's body is another good one again more defense shred in the name of the world can give you more effect hit rate eyes of the prey does the same thing and other than that there's not too many light GES I would recommend for her I think those are the four or five best ones you can get because you really just want to try to get as much effect hit rate as possible and as much defense shred personally for me I'm going to opt to go with Luca signature I really like the defense shred I can get from this not to mention we can super impose it get two more Super impositions and we now get 14% defense RADS which is really good anyways we have to level it up let's do that 40 50 60 70 and level 80 let's go now something that's nice to note about my pay specifically is that I actually have idolon tick and the fact that I have idolon tick and I still hav't built is a little bit of an outrage but anyways let's start leveling up some of these traces I need to get these all to the maximum because Pala deserves it all and the out of mats we need more obsidians of obsession I need more of these a lot more and luckily for me thanks to the oneyear anniversary of honkai star rail they're just giving away a crapload of trailblaze power I'll take it all and use it to level up my Pala and in fact let's use her here very first time using Pala why not goodbye Black Swan we're adding Pala let's use her Pala this is your time to shine you're going to help my acaron get a little defense shred and help her do absolutely ginormous damage that's all I really need from you we can use her skill regenerate a little more energy and just like that we have our burst up let's use it shred all the defense goodbye defense 40% woo baby let's go acaron you're about to murder these enemies oh my goodness Acron plus Pala is so broken 230k do it again Pala another P burst let's go again time for a good old counter attack it's so simple yet so satisfying at the same time I can't explain it because every time we do it I know my acon is about to hit crazy high numbers anyways the rest of this will probably be pretty boring so let's skip ahead until I'm done all this boring little grinding okay there we go with that Pala you can get a couple upgrades we're going to need them or maybe just one unless we always got oursel the Embers exchanged that's right I can't forget we have Embers exchanged let's exchange for some of these might as well get these as well and then we can synthesize all those too boom and we can get 14 more that's great that should be enough to max out Payless talents for right now we get one level 10 one level 11 another level 10 and then we could take one more to level 11 but I'm thinking instead we Crown the AL ultimate I want to get this ultimate to 12 cuz the ultimate is so good if we just do a little Material Exchange we should be able to get it yeah I do have some of these Harmony things which I have been grinding for Robin but who cares about Robin we got Pala and Pala is all I need let's max out that ultimate huge and now we have 10 10 12 I'm liking what we're looking at Pala is looking mighty powerful if I say so myself however there's still one more thing we need for Pala and it's probably the most pain thing we're going to to need yet we're going to need us some relics so for Pal's relics we have a couple options for Pala I mostly suggest using two-piece two pieces like for example a two-piece speed set because we do care about Payless speed and then mixing it with something like maybe a two-piece guard of weathering snow for a little more defense because having bulk on your supports is never a bad thing that's also why I suggest something like a two-piece longevous those are all really good options you can also go the two-piece Hunter of glacial Frost for a little more personal damage although I don't highly recommend this the best four piece option you're going to have for Pala is going to be the four-piece Eagle of Twilight line the two-piece doesn't help at all but that being said the four piece is super nice for her because after using her ultimate she's going to advance forward her action which is very good for her specifically but other than that there's not too many four pieces I recommend the four-piece musketeer can be nice for her increases her speed by a little bit and her attack but mostly I just go and mix it two pieces in my personal opinion now as for planner ornaments I would strongly recommend going an energy regeneration set pentacon land of dreams is a good example of that especially if you're using her with somebody like a jinglu the other one is spritely Von wac which is another good option for her giving her more energy regeneration and advancing forward her action upon entering battle broken Kels another good option if you're able to get 30% effect resistance you get a little bit of crit damage and then Fleet of ageless is another really good option just for the personal attack increase and those are about all the sets I would recommend on Pala for my stat goals we want somewhere in the realm of 3,000 HP 1,000 defense we're of course going to want 134 speed and around 67% effect hit rate so let's start with our two-piece for our orb I really only want either defense or HP don't really care about anything else let's see what we can get so I have one on links here with 11% effect resistance that isn't bad if we're going for broken Keel I don't mind that actually this could potentially be really good let's enhance this Auto add give me effect crit rate damn not the best piece ever but we'll live now we're going to need an energy regeneration rope to match that now unfortunately I don't have another broken Keel rope in set for her that I'm willing to take from another character so what we're going to have to do is a little bit of synthesizing and for this video I did save some self-modeling resin so let's get us an energy regeneration rope please give me something give me like speed defense HP and effect hit rate come on that is oh that's a terrible piece that's abysmal okay uh let's try and get another good one please just have good Subs this time I beg of you um that's a lot better that's a lot better effect hit rate on it that's a way better piece okay good let's upgrade this one please just give us bottom two stats I don't really care about the top two they're both flat let's get something good here boom boom pretty good two effect resistance one effect hit rate not bad one more stat effect hit rate great that's a really good piece and now we have a two-piece broken Keel and we already have 30% effect resistance so we don't have to worry about that anymore now we just have to do the four piece which should not be too bad I have pieces like this for example in the hacker space set with speed effect hit rate we love that we're of course going to need some speed boots for her speed's going to be very important do we have any good ones I mean honestly this one isn't terrible this one I actually don't mind let's get some good stats here come on H are you kidding me we hit the one stat I didn't need three times that's abysmal okay ooh but we got effect hit rate on this one wait a minute hold up give me effect hit rate ooh come on that is a banger piece for Pala let's go to defense to affect hit rate equip that one for our body obviously we're going to want effect hit rate we don't really care about anything else and luckily for me I have a lot of effect hit rate bodies for example this one has speed and defense percent those crit stats look nice but honestly we don't really care about them for Pala we honestly just want the top two stats let's go three speed come on let's just max it out Max it out everything into speed every last roll into speed not too bad we'll equip that to p and now all we need is some gloves with honestly just as much much speed as we can get because I just realized we already met all of our stack goals we have 3,500 HP 1,000 defense 148 speed 92% effect hit rate and 30% effect resistance so the only thing I really need is more speed I have a Need for Speed speed damn it there we go that's one speed two speed okay can we get one more though just one more speed one more speed come on ah oh wait hold up wait this could actually be a banger piece do it again do it again please no 10 speed yes let's go it's nine but that's still really good lock it and now we have 158 speed nearly 160 and you know what it just so happens we can get 160 8speed hat here we switch that onto her and we now have a 162 speed p and I think we've officially built the most broken Pala in the game and I think it's time for us to take our P for a little spin in theoc of course Pala let's see what you can really do we're going to bring you on the first half here we're going to pair you with acaron of course silver wolf yourself and fwan this is going to be floor 12 so this is technically the most difficult content in the entire game let's see if you can still perform at a high level pal I'm ready let's in snare them defense reduction and you know what we can get another defense reduction on there watch this and now we just do crazy damage with AAR on let's do it again another defense shred and you know and you know what you know what another defense shred everything is getting its defense shred today I don't care if you're a man woman dinosaur you're getting your defense shred defense shred again now we just need to get the Acron burst up with all this defense shred we should just be able to kill stuff let's go we have Acron burst plus the exposed plus the in sarment plus the type two minus bug now we can kill stuff there we go there we go 500k let's go oh wait he just got another defense reduction 50% defense reduction oh you're dead fwan just killed an enemy didn't think I'd ever see the day die yes the dinosaur's dead it's just kakia left oh gosh ow heal fwan now with all the defense shred we go in oh CIA oh CIA ooh 74% unlucky o 56% and by the way we're still on turn 28 okay we need to get an ice weakness on you we're going to let CIA go because she's about to do that except it's not going to matter because you know what we we can do straight up breaker with Pala and you know what we can do more defense shred silver wolf defense shred and now murder is about to be committed 77 220 312 500k and we beat that in three Cycles oh my goodness floor 12 beaten in three Cycles with a Pala I'm very happy with that I think we've built a mighty damn fine Pala here today definitely one of my favorite characters in the entire game and will be a
