I Made a GLADIATOR Simulation Game!

oh hey you do you remember 12 years ago when Soares and silence 2 was the hottest game on the markets probably not because you're a little bit but when I was your age we didn't play forth like we played swords and sandals - the most amazing game in gaming history you had unlimited customization the sword fights sleep in the middle of a battle shout your enemies to death I mean the possibilities are endless you can you can literally do anything in this game so this inspired me to make my very own gladiator game thing it's probably not gonna get anywhere close to greatness of swords and sounds - but I'm gonna do my very best and we're gonna see how it goes now I might not be the best programmer I might not be the best artist might not be the best with unity I might not be the best game developer in general I'm not really good at anything not sure where I'm going with this this is very depressing I want to die but we're gonna give it a shot anyway and we're gonna see how it goes first off I'm going to open up unity which is the game engine I will be using for this project now we need some players to put in the game and I've already made some active riders for my game of the sticks so I'm just gonna import them into this new project now my favorite camera shake plug-in is dead rest in peace is camera shake so I'm gonna have to make my own instead I'm gonna try something will never cause physical screen shake which is where you basically put physics on the camera instead of manually moving it checkout will note by the way he makes some amazing stuff link in the description down below and here's how the camera shake turned out I'm pretty happy with it and it really has like a natural feel so very cool way of doing camera shake now we need some weapons for the gladiators because gladiators usually fight with weapons since I'm too lazy to make them myself I found some free weapons online link in the description down below I quickly put the sword into the game and our gladiators can now fight each other I added some graphics gave them random colors made the camera follow the players and unlike my future things are already looking pretty good then I implemented all the other weapons spare hatchet dagger battle-ax other dagger thing hammer two-handed sword banana banana I also added some random clothing for more diversity then I implemented random stats so that each gladiator will perform differently they will be given a random value for speed strength and size some stats also depend on others like the attack speed will scale with the size the gladiators will attack kind of slow but small gladiators will have a rather high attack speed I also found a list of Roman names to use for the gladiators but I realized I'm not Roman so I can't really pronounce any of them so I'm just gonna use the names of my top patreon supporters instead since they are a bit easier to pronounce by the way a link to my page found is in the description down some disgusting if statements to determine the titles of the gladiators so for example a small gladiator will get the title this small and a gladiator with all-around bad stats will be called the wack with all of this in place it's time to work on the tournament you I first I made the brackets in Photoshop and then slap them into unity the tournament is going to consist of 16 gladiators with this done we're almost ready for the very first tournament all remitting is some sound effects and we should be good to go so I'm gonna quickly steal some sound effects from YouTube and then we will get this show on the road ladies and gentlemen welcome back to gladiator tournaments with me today I have Roger and Johnny how are you doing today boys thanks Jeff we're just gonna get right into this ladies and gentlemen welcome to the tournament consisting of 16 very strong gladiators we have some interesting matchups on our hands for sure first off Astro the strong versus wave hack the strong wave hack in the right corner wielding a mace and a bucket on his head versus ask for the strong in the left corner and they're just gonna get right into this match charging at each other way back the strong takes to push up a lot of damage actually not looking too different but he glasses the head off of astral and astral bites to dust this way psyche will move on to top eight Wow Roger did you see the hit I told my god yeah way back Wow insane oh man next up we have votes to buff wielding a banana of sorts versus Roger the slow with a classic weapon in hand two-handed sword it seems so we're just gonna get right into this Roger those not wielding it with two hands but there we go he's got both his abs on but wills is doing a lot of damage with that banana mallamma splits flying left and right I don't know what's going on in Morada the slow takes too much damage and votes the buff will move on to top eight very good stuff impressive next up we have death feared the Giant versus Harper the giant clash of titans Harper the Giant in the right corner with his battle axe that feared that giant in his left corner with his hatchet hatchet is known for being a terrible weapon so I'm not quite sure what that feels planet coming into this and Harper is just doing a lot of damage it's not looking too good for death here he's gonna have to do something here but it could've given up and harmful blows the head off of depth here in place next up we have soaked total the average versus Andrew the buff I did the buff in the right corner with a banana on his head and a battle axe in his hands and soak total the average in the left corner with a mace now so total just your average guy very happy you know and these two guys are just flying in the air and after the buff he's trying to go for some serious hits but he can't quite find the opening that is looking for insult early in the air coming down on Andrew Andrews taking on dad drew is that joy soaked Earl and Souter bites the dust Andrew will advance to top eight what a performance my god next up we have safe Rico the strong versus and him Hugh gamer the Giants and a new gamer wielding a banana I'm not sure what's up with these bananas see freak oh the strong also with the banana in the left corner people on it might be a small man but he's got a big banana it's not what it sounds like anyway let's get into this fight and in Uganda champion allows damage is too big you can't seem to find any good hits is it free from the scrum doing a lot of damage but none of you gamer is fighting back but that's not gonna be enough gamer takes too much damage as a freak oh the strong will advance to top eight very impressive stuff oh yeah next up we have Donny the Giant versus Adam the average yet again just your average guy though he is reeling in two-handed sword and he is ready for some action Donny the giant in in left corner wielding a dagger I'm not quite the weapon for his size but he's gonna try it anyway we're just gonna get right into this match I was doing a lot of damage to touch the dummy and Donny can't quite seem to find his opening year and it's just put a slam dunk his head and my god can we get a replay please yes please Johnny my god I was insane crazy yeah my days right next match can't you the strong with a mace in his hands versus our thag too tiny in the left corner with his machete and we're just gonna get right into this match both men charting at each other it seems like catch is doing too much damage to the earth I can't quite keep up he needs to find some damage here he needs to parry those attacks and Kenji but Kenji is just going in time and time again and aren't thank not looking to good friend even though his low HP he's charging it but he takes too much damage and that's going to be it changing the strong will advance to top aides next up we have dull mr. kitten debuff versus gamma is strong strong man gamma the strong wielding a machete in the right corner with his sexy yellowbeard dull mister kitten the buff in the left corner with his quite normal sword and let's just get into this battle [Applause] don't mr. Kidman get some hits and gamma chain questions to keep up he's trying though he's fighting back but it's not gonna be enough of dumb as you can do too much damage there it is the uppercut into the legs of gamma and gamma is going to go down to tell mr. kitten who will advance to top eight and ladies and gentlemen were already in top aides we've seen some crazy battles heads flying left and right bananas in the air talking of bananas we have welts debuff in the right corner with a banana and weight hacked is strong in the left corner now way back known for destroying his enemies with a single blow so let's get right into this match consider it takes the legs off of builds and builds can barely stand and way back takes advantage of that any taste on votes to buff and you will have a goner of that banana because way back he doesn't like bananas I don't know next up we have Harper the Giant versus and in the buff I did the buff in the right corner with a battle ax in hand living up to his name Harper the giant though in the left corner he's a big boy I don't know who's gonna take this one we're just gonna get right into this hit oh my god the buff he's dead for the giantess head is just rolling on the ground and I buff is going to advance can we get a replay it's just amazing Wow next up we have C freak oh the strong vs Adam the average Adam the average in the right corner with his purple hair versus the freako with the banana in hand and a matching torso and we're just gonna get right into this match chance if Rico get the damage done but Adam is clinging at a distance with a two-handed swords taking advantage of the size difference as if Rico needs to find an opening he's going in from above enough because Adams gonna dodge it and take down the banana man and Adam the average just your average guy he will still advance and take down surf Rico is strong very average next up we have Ken Jin the strong versus dull mr. kitty the buff to strong men tell mr. kitten in the right corner vs. Kenji the strong in the left corner wielding the mace well I got a sneeze okay Johnny never mind and we ride into this battle Thomas you kiddin takes a lot of damage engine is strong can't quite seem to fight yo in back I'm just kidding riding the boss have done mr. kitten and he's gonna lie on top of him to assert his dominance and Kenseth his strong takes the victory we're now in top four ladies and gentlemen these fights are flying by an exit we have way back the strong notorious for destroying his enemies but Andrew also very good at just decimating everyone so not sure who's gonna take this one it's gonna be an interesting match way back with the bucket on his head I'm not sure if he can even see anything with a bucket on his head but we're gonna get right into it anyway Andrews taking a lot of damage and whey highQ it's just going in but where's like loses is like that's not gonna matter way back it's still gonna blow up Andrew the buff and said with no leg yeah this man is unstoppable wave hack this strong is going to advance to the final very strong next up we have Adam the average versus Kenji the strong Kenji the strong looking a lot like wave hack with his mace in the right corner versus Adam the average in the left corner with the two-handed sword very good at keeping his distance with that sword so hopefully it's gonna be able to do the same from here it goes for a strong hit on candy but he's holding on to the mace for some reason and Kenji takes advantage and destroys Adam and Adam goes down to Kenji the strong rip Allen ladies and gentlemen Kenji will advance to the finals what a match we have in our hands but before we get into it quick commercial break do you like music yeah of course you do and boy do I have some good news
