khonshu? not in a mood to create anything right now didn't you love making videos? people says my videos are too dark it lacks vibrance feels like DCs Because of these criticism in my last video i changed my style i made that video bright and colorful but now i didn't like that btw didn't you choose Marc spector as it will be easy for you to control him because of his fragile mind and split personality disorder so when we are getting power Almost a month ago i had made a video on Dr strange which was not one of my best yet that video performed well thanks to my genuine audience i let critics define me and changed my style i shouldn't have done that in the mean time marvel has launched in that they promised Action but they failed to show that the show was great but the action wasn't so i have decided that i will add more action in this show because today i'm gonna transform myself into Moon Knight Every big project starts with a simple idea to give it proper structure we need to do some planning in this we will try to collect reference as many as posiible it will help us to build a story and setup a proper mood board now we will use all that previz to create our first concept art lots of beginners do this very common mistake that whenever they get the idea they directly jump to the software and start creating But within few minutes their idea fades away then they wonders what they were suppose to make and what they are making that idea which pop in your mind is a blurry vision to give that a proper structure you need to collect references, create mood board and concept art let just says it is important as important a scripting is for a youtuber because that script/reference will give your content a proper structure this will make it more impactful and the result will be amazing to show the importance of this i make gonna make a challenge video which will be my next video in that you will make a concept art and i will re-create that in 3d You only have to fill a google form which i put in the description in that you can submit your concept art also put some information about your artwork in description about what you trying to covey through that art and what are your visions that art could be a sketch or photo manipulation So you can find a link to that google form in the description below where you can sent your submission so in this part we will shoot all the scenes according to concept art to give poses some life we can use a air blower or cooler i must say from the day i started making this video my respect for the actors grows significantly just imagine doing all the acting in those bulky costumes amd harsh environment hats off i can relate as i also have to do acting in those costume the heat i suffer from no, neither comfortable nor feasible even in the movie no way home there is this scene where dr octavious the character was a CG below neck it's not feasible also that dress wasn't reacting to the environment as well so a CG dress will be great solution now the question comes why do we need to shoot if in the end we gonna replace it in 3d no because those shoot will work as a great reference let me give you a perfect example of a best VFX shot vs Worst VFX shot if you have seen uncharted, there is this scene in which actor falls from airplane they actually shoot that infront of blue screen but they replace it with cg model in post yet that shoot was important it was valuable reference lets take another example in the movie black panther that last fight looks total fake why? because of lack of reference they animate whole scene which makes it cartoonic now this same knowledge i use this in my videos as well in my shang chi video that last jump contain my CG model that was my 3D model i used that 3d model because of two reasons first i don't know martial arts second even if i do know then i wouldn't have that camera movement freedom using 3d model i was able to pan camera as when i shoot i only shoot from fixed angle that shoot looks so real because that 3d model realistic as it was a photoscan of mine which can be made easily even you can also make one using just mobile for that i use an app name polycam this is a photo scanning ap which is available on both platform for free to create a 3d scan you just have to shoot yourself but standing at fix position and ask your friend to revolve around you while taking pictures from all angles just make sure your pose is either A pose or T pose shoot more than minimum as you finished with shooting just upload it and within few minutes it will generate a 3d model now put that 3d model in mixamo to create rig for you to animate or else use there pose library to animate your 3d model now using this method you will be able to create some amazing action sequence you can find the link in description from there you will be able to download that app finally we will use blender to create environment according to CA we have to create 2 scenes first is at top of crane you can find the crane 3d model from production crate for texturing we can use imperfection in the 2nd scene we will jump down to fight soldiers for that we will use various industrial props from sketch fab for texturing we can again use imperfection then just put the keyed GS footages in the environment
