this place that I have for the month I'm still uh looking where I'm going to stay for the whole year um next week I have some more viewings last month also did some viewings for the people asking okay why you got a car in Dubai you also have your your Lambo in the Netherlands you have the penthouse there is because I'm creating a life I don't want vacation of so I have my uh base in Netherlands but also now I'm building my base here in Dubai so therefore I need a car the car I'm going to get what is it going to be one hint it's going to be one that you can drive yourself but also with a chauffeur and it's more expensive than the one I have in the Netherlands so uh it's a very very big purchase yeah it's going to be um absolutely sick I will show you now around here in the apartment campaign zero targeting only Target on the country you yeah you advertise in so for example if you're from America just make USA store and uh get Target on America only in the native count so that's also how we do it same here so our numbers don't lie if I go to the row as you can see here like rows 5 3 6 4 3 4 and go on even row 7 on uh a 31k conversion value what is just uh insane last month we yourself because there are people who've walked the path already and I did so and that made all the change so I started in the street wear Niche where I first found my success testing products so from bag jackets trousers everything and I created a brand out of it which is still my brand to this day icon to them yeah so I went to my first 1K Day first 10K day and then every year since kept doubling revenues so also for young person starting out looking at this video man still to this day it's the best business model out there but you want to look closely who do you listen to because there are so many cappers out there who uh tell you oh this is how you need to do it but then again they only make money from their course I don't like that [ __ ] that's why I share my numbers openly I'm very
