[Music] for this battle belongs to you god [Music] [Music] i am doing a new thing a drawing a stirring an awakening in your spirit you sense it now you are drawn because i have chosen you to be here i pray for you that the scales would be removed i pray god i pray that the scales would fall that you could see things in the spirit as i see them do not fear what you see trust what you feel in me abide in my presence i am birthing new ministries i am calling people i am drawing calling i am calling you do not worry about what you can bring to the table because i've placed it deep in your spirit and i am bringing it into full light you will not have to position yourself in your jobs in your ministry with your family i have already positioned you i have already opened the doors all i'm asking you to do is to abide in me and watch me as i direct one foot in front of the other one foot in front of the other i am doing it it can't be stopped it can't be paused it can't be shaken because my kingdom is at hand and i have chosen you my soldiers my footmen to do the work so accept it lift your hands and accept it you are capable you are called you are a holy people and you are mine and i will do it watch me celebrate it as if it's already done [Applause] in jesus name let's receive that word new ministry a new calling a new thing god is stirring our spirit here today [Music] doors are being opened and when god opens the door it's doors that are open that no man can shut hallelujah use us god we are willing and ready vessels ready to be used in your kingdom in the name of jesus in the name of jesus hallelujah god's visited us here today he visited us in the first service he's visiting us in this service and i'm excited about what god is doing and going to continue to do here today the power of almighty god has manifested itself here and anything is possible at this moment anything is possible at this moment anything can happen in your life in your ministry in your family's life the supernatural is here i hope you're thankful and i hope i'm thankful and i say it right now i'm thankful that i go to a church where the supernatural and the gifts of the spirit operate like they do you may not believe this but that doesn't just happen everywhere there are some places where the gifts of the spirit are locked up and i'm glad that we go to a place where we allow people's giftings and the gifts of the spirit to show themselves mighty and the supernatural power of god can sweep through a service and people can be healed and restored and changed i'm thankful that i go to a church like that hallelujah i'm also thankful for the word of the lord i believe that has been given to me today for this church i'm excited about what god has given me today hallelujah we've already had a great weekend this morning our first service was tremendous power pack god moved in in a mighty way last night we had five people get baptized in jesus name revival's taking place our church is in a tremendous place there's tremendous energy and excitement that's going on here the poa we had 21 new people in discover poa we had our largest wednesday night since before covet last sunday was our biggest sunday since covet there's tremendous energy there's things happening and god is doing a mighty work here at the pla and i'm excited to be a part with all of you and looking forward to what god is going to continue to do next sunday valentine's day hope you men are all planning to bring your loved one to church pastor has a special message next sunday you will not want to miss at 9 or 11 whichever service you choose to come to [Music] but i'm excited about right here right now and what i believe the lord has given me and i'm preaching a very simple subject this morning i hear it coming i hear it coming i can feel it i can sense it and i hope you can as well i hear it coming worship team thank you so much for the prayer the fasting the practice that you put forth before service and then during service allowing god to use you in a mighty way thank you may god bless you thank you you can be seated man i'm happy and excited about what god has laid on my heart for today because i need it you need it everybody watching by way of the web you need it too there is a an old song that we used to sing around here and in the first service i sang it thank you my friend i felt like i did good i felt like i did good but my my voice has gotten a little raspy i preached this morning so i don't know if i can sing it like i sang in the first service but it went like this the presence of the lord is here yeah thank you thank you but it's not about me it's about him the presence of the lord is here i feel it in the atmosphere the presence of the lord is here the presence of the lord is here pastor you can't sing that good pastor's a good singer but he can't sing that good i'm getting a standing ovation pastor i'm joking it's not about me i'm joking it would go on to say a blessing from the lord is here a blessing from the lord is here i feel it in the atmosphere a blessing from the lord is here it's here his presence is here his power is here and there's a blessing that is here i feel it in the atmosphere do you feel it can you hear it can you sense it then the bridge would come in and it would say you can see him working on the outside i can feel him moving on the inside so come and enter in and cast your cares on him he'll open up a window and pour you out a blessing [Applause] for when the lord steps in he brings everything you need healing power and victory thank you kirk carr for some great words it's all up to you whatever you need him to do just trust him in belief and by faith you will receive i can feel the presence of the lord and i'm going to get my blessing i wish somebody would say right now right now i believe it with you i ain't waiting no more i got it i ain't waiting no more i got it i ain't waiting no more i got it my blessing is here the power of the lord is here what are we waiting on are you waiting on me to preach some special message are you waiting on a lightning bolt from heaven there's nothing i can do it's all about him and his presence is here and i ain't waiting no more i got it my blessing is here it's my time for god's favor it's my time to be blessed it's my time for god's favor it's my time to be blessed sing it with me it's my time for god's favor it's my time to be blessed it's my time it's my time it would conclude with step in step in step in and be blessed is there anybody who wants to step into your blessing anybody want to step into what god wants to do for you here today step in step in step in and be blessed i know it's a good old song but i wish we'd put that song into action i'm stepping into my blessing today today is my day to be healed today is my day to be delivered today is my day to be set free today is my day for my family situation to completely turn around today is my day for my financial blessing to show up in my life i'm stepping into my blessing today nothing's going to hold me back nothing's going to stop me i wish we would speak things that are not as though they were speak your blessing into existence it's my time to live pain-free it's my time to get a promotion it's my time to get my dream job it's my time to see my kids and my loved ones saved i'm tired of seeing god bless everybody else i'm happy for them i'm excited what god's doing for all of you but it's my time blessings abound here today because god is here blessings are here who knows today may be the culmination of a prayer request you've had or it may be the beginning of a journey that god's going to take you on but there's a blessing that abounds for each and every one of us here today and to those of you watching by way of the will there's a blessing for you his presence is here and his presence is with you right now also step in and be blessed to those of you watching by way of the will his presence is here the beautiful thing about the blessing of god and thank you for all of you that are participating thank you for helping me preach it always feels good to have people help you preach it's hard preaching to a dead congregation i can tell you that from firsthand experience not here not here maybe once or twice there is no man and there is no devil in hell that can keep god from blessing you no man can stop it no man can shut the door and there's no demon or devil in hell big enough or bad enough to keep god from blessing you to keep god from answering your prayer to keep god from stepping into your situation there is but one individual that can stop god's blessing from entering into your life and point at yourself and say it's me i am the only person that can keep god from blessing me i can't answer for when god or how god is going to choose to bless you but one thing i do know is he desires to bless you he wants to bless you and he's hanging over the balconies of heaven desiring to do something in your life i believe that god wants to bless you i believe scripture tells us that he wants to bless us malachi 3 10 says bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be meat in my house i'm not preaching on giving here today but giving of your tithes and offerings you're blessed on that don't let anybody ever tell you otherwise not to tithe and not to give your offering because god blesses that we here at the poa teach that it's not just a a good thing to do that it is required to give of your first fruits unto god or you're robbing god that's what the scripture says it was so prominent that this book ends and 400 years of years of silence takes place because they robbed god you want to know what began the 400 years of silence before matthew ever came along in his gospel people robbing god not here preaching on giving just food for thought bring you all the tithes in the storehouse there may be meat in my house i love this portion of the scripture prove me god says prove me give me a chance prove me now herewith saith the lord of hosts see if i won't open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing upon you a blessing so large that you don't even have enough room for it it's going to be overflowing just prove me just give me a chance just give me an opportunity to move in your life god is just leaning over here today saying give me a chance give me an opportunity prove me and see what i'll do for you if god made a crooked way straight for a heathen king i think he can do it for us god made a crooked way straight for cyrus he gave him treasures he gave him riches and it was all to fulfill god's purpose of delivering the children of israel from babylon if god will bless a heathen king for his purpose to be fulfilled don't you think he wants to bless the bride of christ his bride those that are joined with him in a blood covenant if he's willing to make a path straight for a heathen king if he is willing to give him treasures and riches and glory and power don't you think he'll be willing to bless you the bride of christ don't you think he wants to do something in your life don't you think he wants to direct you and guide you and lead you and bless you i think so the very first time we ever see the word blessing in the bible very first time it appears is in genesis chapter 12 verses 1 through 3. now the lord said unto abram and i just preached on this a few weeks ago get thee out of thy country and away from thy kindred from thy father's house onto a land that i will show you there's one promise i'm going to show you a land and i will make of thee a great nation another promise i'm going to bless you i'm going to make that name great and you're going to be a blessing and i will bless them that bless you i will curse them that curse you and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed what a promise every time i read this scripture i've read it many many times it's still powerful to think that abraham god promised abraham that he would be blessed and that he would show him a land and that's all he had to go on that's all he had he left his home he left his family left it all behind and he stepped into the favor of god all because god gave him a promise of a blessing that was to come that's so inspiring to me i like to have a road map and i like to have something big appear in my life before i'm willing to take that type of leap of faith but he left everything just off of a simple word from god a simple blessing from god of what is to come not what was happening right then but what is to come and he stepped out in the favor of god god promised him and he would be blessed and we know the story of abraham and sarah very well all of us here and those watching by way of the web if not tune in to genesis and read genesis and you can read all about their life but abraham and sarah's story is filled with hardships and and difficulties that they both had to endure that they both had to go through it certainly didn't always look like a blessing was waiting on them i'm sure there were many times they begin to question where's this promise from god where's this blessing and where is this promised land where is god at in all of this if they were human like i'm human then they asked those type of questions at some point i'm sure they had a battle in their mind of where is god and what is god doing and i'm sure they got tired of hearing the preacher say your blessing is on the way i'm sure they got tired of seeing everybody else's life be blessed i'm sure they got tired of others receiving their miracles i'm i'm sure at some point abraham and sarah probably said to themselves i had it pretty good in a.i maybe maybe we should have just stayed there but thankfully abraham just kept on believing he kept on trusting he kept on enduring through the pain through the heartache through good choices through bad choices we're human through calamities that he created on his own he still kept believing and trusting in god he still kept the faith and god blessed him for that and those blessings still ring true today that blessing and that covenant that was formed in genesis is still flowing today all because one man kept the faith kept believing that his blessing would come to fruition and just as abraham life has bumps along the way ladies and gentlemen it has difficulties it has heartache it has pain it has good choices that we make it has bad choices that we make it has situations that come in our life that are maybe allowed by god and then some that we create on our own in fact it was jesus it's spoken in red letters in your bible that said in this life you will have tribulation we can't escape it there's no way around the heartache and the difficulties and the tribulation that life will throw at us and it's in our tribulation and it's in our difficulties that the devil would love to steal your blessing remember god has prepared a blessing for you and nobody can stop it no man and there's no devil that can stop god from blessing you but in the midst of our tribulation and in the midst of things that we face and that we go through the devil does everything he can to create negative thoughts in our mind and when there is negativity that starts there's unbelief that sets in when unbelief sets in there's not many blessings that's going to come my way look at joseph he knew god wanted to bless him he had seen it he had dreamed it he had seen what god wanted to do in his life he told his brothers about it it caused them to have a little bit of anger towards him and jealousy towards him let me pause here for just a moment i did it in the first service and i want to do it here we don't dream enough okay and i don't mean close our eyes at night go to bed and then start dreaming prophetic things if that happens for you i'm happy for you that that really hasn't happened in my life other than maybe one time i'm talking about in our daily lives we don't dream big enough anymore we don't set goals high enough anymore we don't set the bar high enough anymore to allow god to operate in our life and to move in our life because we're capable of great things i can do all things through christ which strengtheneth me we don't dream big enough anymore i want to remind you here today and i want to speak to somebody in house or somebody watching by way of the web start dreaming again start dreaming about what you want to do in ministry start dreaming about the call of god that was placed on your life and where you want to go with it and what you want to attain and goals that you would like to achieve set the bar high set it beyond even maybe set it beyond maybe what you would expect set the goal to where it's almost unobtainable and the only way that you could attain it is through the help of almighty god start dreaming again start having visions of where you want to go again it's powerful the power of the mind it's a powerful thing start dreaming again joseph dreams and he has a prophetic dream of where he's going a blessing from god who would have ever thought what he would have had to have faced along his journey before that blessing came to fruition roughly 13 years spent as a slave and as a prisoner when he had a dream of where he was going and what he was going to do and who he was going to be a dream and a promise and a blessing that was his alone imagine what he had to face look at what he had to endure hated by your own blood lined on by your boss's wife forgotten about by the butler and it's at that point where if he's human like i'm human it would have been easy for some negative thoughts to set in i thought i was called to do this i thought you you said you would bless me i i thought you said that there was a promise that was waiting on me i i thought there was a calling of god on my life i thought there was a special anointing you wanted to place on my life god and now all of this look at everything i'm having to endure my trials my tribulations life we all have been there i remember a personal time in my life i was a young man i was young in ministry i was still immature mentally and emotionally and spiritually nowhere near where i needed to be in my walk with god i was asked to lead something around here i was asked to lead and i wasn't in a place to do it i said yes because i thought it was the cool thing to do it's what i should do i should step up i should i should lead this ministry and i began to lead that ministry and i failed miserably failed big time because i wasn't where i needed to be emotionally and physically and in my maturity level in life and it was at that point i stepped away from that ministry it was at that point um where you start having some some thoughts of negativity enter in start second guessing yourself hold on a second god you called me when i was 10 years old supposed to be a minister supposed to supposed to lead uh supposed to supposed to be doing all these things and it's at that point the enemy steps in and starts laying those traps those seeds of doubt those seeds of fear and worry and doubting yourself that's the tool the enemy uses to block the blessing the promise the calling that god has placed in your life thankfully i realized that i could still attain what i needed to attain and i'm still on that journey nowhere near the man i want to be and nowhere near the leader i want to be but i know that god's called me to do something i'm going to keep pushing and keep going and keep enduring and keep going through life with all of you and many of you can can have your own story of where there was a fault or failure or a mistake or something you failed at and you you knew god had called you and you knew god wanted to bless you and you knew god had a promise for you but those seeds of doubt come in and the devil lays those traps trying to create negative thoughts just as he did for joseph i'm sure he did it for joseph but joseph never wavered he held on to his promise he held on to his dream and though it was all in god's timing and it was all in god's planning joseph's blessing finally came to fruition he did become the second most powerful man in egypt his brothers did bow before him like his dream said he did spare his family he did spare the nation of israel he did spare the covenant that was set with his great grandfather years before in abraham that covenant stayed alive because there was one man who had a promise that he was going to be blessed and he endured through the hardships he endured through the difficulties because there was a blessing that was coming at some point and i know life has been difficult i know the past year has been probably literal hell on earth for a lot of people but there's a blessing that's on its way i hear it coming i can sense it coming i can feel it coming keep believing keep the faith keep trusting keep your dream alive keep that word of prophecy that was spoken over you alive keep that vision for your life alive i don't care how old you are how young you are how good you've been how bad you've been your successes in life your failures in life i really don't care how bad it's been i sympathize with you and i pray with you but i don't care how bad it's been nothing can stop god from blessing you nothing can stop god from answering your cry answering your prayer and answering your plea it's my time there is a blessing headed your way there is an answered prayer headed your way there's a fulfilled promise headed your way it's my time for god's favor it's my time to be blessed so step in step in step in and be blessed the devil's doing everything he can to keep that blessing from reaching you he can't stop it all he can do is play tricks with your mind and try to cause negativity in your life because if he can create negativity and chaos it stirs unbelief and unbelief stops the blessing second kings chapter six and chapter seven are full of um some very unique stories in the bible if you've never read your bible very much or you've never looked at second kings i encourage you to do so there's some powerful stories but when you get to second kings chapter seven in verse one we're at a place where syria has laid siege to samaria and it's turned into a dire situation there's an enemy that is surrounding samaria they're besieging the city they've cut off all supplies it looks like there's no way out looks like there's no hope looks like there's nothing that can be done in fact it's gotten so bad that they're selling donkeys heads mothers are eating their sons and i know that we've had a difficult year folks covered 19 no joke it's been no joke it's been a rough year but we ain't been selling animal parts for astronomical prices we ain't been eating our kids eating our kids i got my kid here today glad she's here in fact i think i might take a bite out of her right now let me go take a bite out of her i think that people ate this folks i'll take a bite my baby that's the only bite she's going to get right there i'll i'll eat up love but to think that these mothers were eating their kids caused strife because one mother gave up her kid and the other mother that said she would didn't hit her kid so it caused strife and and the king heard this mother complaining about it he started tearing his clothes it's all in your bible right yeah starts ripping his clothes he's got sackcloth on difficult situation and now the king is upset about it he's mad he's blaming god and he's blaming elisha it's their fault that we're in this mess why why does he think this he's got a decent reason i mean don't be so hard on him because back in second kings chapter six that same army that's laying siege to samaria is the same army that surrounded elisha and when his servant was doubting he said open his eyes let him understand that there's more that be with us than be with them and then that army comes in to get elisha and elisha speaks blindness over them right whole army blinded and he said the guy you're looking for he's not here let me lead you to where he's at so he leads them to samaria that's where he takes them and he gets there and the king of israel asks elisha he says should i should i smite this army is now the time to kill him and elijah says no you need to feed them you need to take care of them i don't get god's plan in god's reasoning sometimes but he's god and i'm not that same army that elisha let off the hook and god let off the hook at that time is laying siege to samaria and it's caused this difficult situation in their life animal parts being sold kids being eaten it's a dire situation but chapter 7 verse 1 opens up the king is mad he sent an assassin to go kill elisha but elisha is many many many steps ahead of the king he knows he's on the way he's ready for him assassin shows up then the king right there with him and he says okay o king this has gotten out of hand we need a turnaround we need god to do something we need god to move physically and emotionally and spiritually and financially it's time for god to turn this situation around so chapter 7 verse 1 hear the word of the lord o king thus saith the lord we need to hear the word of the lord thus saith the lord about this time shall a measure of fine flower which you can't find will be sold for a shekel and two measures of barley which you can't find for a shekel in the gate of samaria where they do business so tomorrow the blessing's coming the promise is on its way your deliverance is coming this is all about to change this circumstance that you are in it's about to change the word of the lord that's the promise that's the blessing that's the dream here's the enemy verse 2. then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of god talking to elisha he said behold if the lord opened up the windows of heaven might this thing be he he's paraphrasing he says if god opened up the windows of heaven this still couldn't happen and he said behold this is what elisha says back behold you'll see just wait and see you're going to get to see it take place but you're not going to get to partake of it unbelief first thing that jumps out off the pages of scripture here to me when i read verse 2 is then a lord or an officer or a commander in his all in his army whose hand the king leaned somebody that he trusted somebody that he leaned on you better make sure who you're leaning on in life you better make sure who you're allowing to speak in your life scripture tells us to lean not to our own understanding but in all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy past first and foremost you better have relationship with god and he better be the one speaking into your life that's the preeminent that's the penultimate first and foremost god but right behind that we better have friends in our life and people in our life that speak positive things that speak positively over us that's the people that i want to lean on people that build me up people that offer me words of encouragement people that help build my faith when i desperately need a blessing that's who i want in my life that's why i want to allow to speak in my life i don't want naysayers in my life i don't want people full of negativity to rule in my life i don't want uh people that constantly speak negative things trying to control my life and speak into my life remember there's nobody nowhere and no devil that can stop the blessing of god the only person that can stop it is me so if i allow negative people to speak into my life that controls my thought process that controls my belief system and if it's constant negativity that strips me of my belief and of my faith and if i don't have any faith how can i receive a blessing from god that's the process that the devil is trying to play out in our life if he can ever find a moment or seize an opportunity where he can create negativity in your life the perfect tool that the enemy uses as he tries to get us with negativity so i encourage you here today don't allow negative people in your life hear me well if you're around people who talk negatively think negatively act negatively i'm not asking you to defriend them you want to be people's friends but don't let those people have a voice in your life don't let those people guide your next step in your next decision don't let negative people speak in your life watch who you lean on don't let people speak negative about what you're going through and what you're facing don't let people speak negative about what god can do in your life don't let people tear you down and remind you of your past and mistakes that you have made don't let negative people in your life don't let people talk negative about your church don't let people talk negative about your leaders because negative people will breed unbelief which will create chaos confusion and will not allow a blessing from god to enter into your life separate yourself from negativity not just people i didn't mention this in the first service separate yourself from the news if it's getting too negative it's negative non-stop turn it off get away from it god's doing great things we're going to have mighty revival i don't care what the news says i don't care who's elected or who's in office or who's running the congress or the senate or who's being impeached who cares about all that don't let negativity enter into your spiritual walk with god let's cast out negativity that's what the devil's trying to use to create unbelief which is keeping us from receiving our blessing watch who you lean on this king's officer doubted the prophecy of god and his doubt was based on several false premises first the very first thing he doubted was the power of god if god willed it if god wanted to if he wanted to bless samaria with food from heaven if he wanted to open up the kingdom of heaven and pour food out that away god could have done it this man forgot the way that his ancestors were fed in the desert remember how they were fed manna fell from heaven quail fell from heaven if god wanted and chose to bless samaria in that way he could have done it god's powerful enough to do it any way he sees fit this man didn't even think god was powerful enough to do it the next thing that he battled was god's plan or god's creativity to operate he said i don't think god can do it but even if he could the only way i see it coming is from heaven he never even imagined that god could take resources from the outside and bring them in that speaks so so much to all of us all of us in here i don't think there's a single one of us that doubts that god can god's got the power to do it but it does speak to a lot of us and that we only see it happen in one way oh i think god can do it but unless it's like this unless it happens this way unless god does it the way i want it unless god does it on my timetable he doubted god's plan and creativity he never even imagined that god could do it some other way than opening up heaven and letting food fall in from there doubted god's plan and creativity the third thing he doubted and this is powerful he doubted the messenger that god used this wasn't just some fly-by-night preacher this is elisha very respected his credentials follow him nicely signs and wonders following him miracles prophecies that have come true this is a man with a track record of reliability but he doubted him anyway ladies and gentlemen we have a tremendous pastor tremendous pastor the best there is he's anointed by god to be the angel over this church when he speaks that's god talking to you through him he's anointed for that it's what god has called him to do and anointed him to do so when he speaks take it to the bank if it's god speaking to you through his messenger believe it trust it if pastor gets up here and says it's time for you to be healed then you ought to come running to the front to be healed if pastor says it's time for you to be blessed you better come running out to be blessed if pastor says it's time for your financial situation to turn around you better be ready because here it comes [Applause] if pastor says god's not happy with the way you're living and the way you're walking and you need to choose a different path you better listen to pastor this is god who has anointed that man to lead you to guide you and to direct you and to bring messages straight from the throne room of god to you have faith in it don't doubt it don't have unbelief when the man speaks trust it and believe it and watch it happen amen amen [Applause] but this man this officer was bound by negativity he doubted god's power he doubted god's plan he doubted god's messenger he was bound by unbelief it was his unbelief that said this is a new thing and it cannot be true this is a sudden thing and it cannot be true there is no way for this thing to be accomplished this is the only there's only one way god can work and this man's unbelief says even if god does something it won't be enough don't let that spirit of unbelief enter into your mind enter into your heart because i hear it coming i hear it coming i hear the blessing i hear the answered prayer i hear the healing i hear the deliverance i hear the salvation coming to a lost loved one in your life believe it claim it and watch god bless you i don't have time to go through the whole story go read it for yourself in second kings chapter seven four lepers go into the syrians camp they see that they fled they begin to take all the spoil then they get to feel and bad and say we need to go share this with everybody else good point of information when god starts blessing you share it with somebody build other people's faith build other people's belief up share what god is doing on your behalf they find that spoil is there they go tell the king they go tell the gatekeepers which go tell the king the king says it's got to be a trap they're lying and wait waiting for all of us to come out there i'm going to send a few people to go check it out they go check it out and they see a trail that's been left of these syrians that have hightailed it back to syria because god supernaturally made them hear something that wasn't there when they find out that there's a blessing there that nobody is there the city runs out goes and collects all the spoil gets everything that was promised to them not only has the enemy been defeated in their life not only has the torment that the enemy was creating over their life been broken but god blessed them on top of it with spoils and things and material things that god blessed them with that same officer that doubted that same officer that didn't believe that god could remember elisha said you'll see it but you ain't gonna get to take part in it the king put him in charge over the gate so there he is standing guard at the gate and here comes the blessing the blessing is entering in the blessing that god had just promised is entering in and that man just couldn't get out of his own way he kept trying to block the blessing he kept trying to steal the blessing he just couldn't understand that god wanted to bless and that god had promised a blessing that man was trampled and killed run slap over killed right there in the gate let me tell you ladies and gentlemen there's an enemy that's trying to keep you from receiving your blessing he's standing in the gates of your mind he's standing in the gates of your house and your hole and he's saying you can't have this this doesn't belong to you there's no way god's going to give this to you there's no way god's gonna bless you i've come here to tell you this morning keep enduring keep the faith keep believing in the power of god the plan of god the messenger of god keep believing keep trusting and you run slap over that enemy that's telling you that you can't or that you won't or that you can't receive it [Applause] claim your blessing claim your promise he tried to stop the blessing the whole time but there is no body nowhere no enemy strong enough that when god wants to bless you can stop him there's only one person that can keep god from not blessing you and it's myself and i'm not going to get in my own way here today i'm here today saying god bless me god poured out on me i believe it i speak it i claim it your breakthrough's here today ladies and gentlemen i feel it i sense it i hear it your blessing's coming your breakthrough is here your deliverance is here your blessing is here hey mary hey martha i know it don't look good right now i know it's a dead dry situation it's buried away and you thought jesus was going to come you thought he was going to do it your way you thought he was going to answer your prayer your way you thought god was going to move on your behalf your way but hey mary hey martha it may look dead right now but i hear jesus is coming i've heard jesus is on the road jesus is making his way here it maybe didn't happen when you wanted it or how you wanted it but i hear it coming jesus is on the way your breakthrough is on the way i'm coming to a close if they want to come to the music let's all stand together i feel god's blessing in this place first kings 18 transitioning from elisha to elijah his predecessor first kings 18 the prayers of elijah have shut up the heavens for nearly three and a half years there's a drought and there is a famine in the land he has a standoff top of mount carmel with 450 prophets of baal let's see which god will consume the sacrifice with fire we know the story very well he mocks and makes fun of the prophets of baal and baal must be on vacation etc etc he calls down fire from heaven the sacrifice is consumed and then elijah proceeds to kill all those false prophets the power of god has shown itself strong that's right sister mangan he reminded me the whole nation said he is lord or god they said it twice he is lord our god he is the lord our god you will know but there's still a problem god has shown himself strong they've had a mighty move of the spirit they've had a brand new awakening to who god is once again but there's still a problem there's still dryness that abounds there's still a famine in the land there's still difficulty and it's a desert-bearing place a famine is ravaging the country first kings 18 and 41 elijah went down to the brook to to slay all of those prophets and he comes back up mount carmel sits there with ahab and he says get the up get up eat and drink for there is a sound of an abundance of rain i hear it coming i hear it coming ahead i know it's been dry a long time i know there's been a famine in the land i know y'all haven't seen rain for a long time but i hear something coming i know you've been battling coven for a whole year but i hear something coming i know you've been battling fear and worry and doubt for a whole year but i hear something coming there's an abundance of rain that's on the way he goes up to the top and he tells his uh servant he says why don't you go check and see if you see anything goes up to the top of mount carmel nope nothing there okay i know what i heard i heard something was coming it's going to show itself go do it seven times could you imagine that poor guy now i don't know you're gonna have to let your imagination wonder for just a moment i don't know if he had to go all the way back down to the bottom of mount carmel and then back up seven times let's say he did that's a difficult journey up and down nothing up and down nothing nothing nothing can you imagine that sixth time garnering enough strength to go up one more time can you imagine the fear and doubt that may have been creeping into his mind but he had a promise from the prophet go up seven times he went up that mountain again on the seventh time looked out over that sea what'd you see this time i saw a cloud oh about about the size of a man's hand there wasn't much to it he said oh just wait and see i heard it coming i heard the sound of an abundance of rain it ain't gonna be just a little cloud you ever you ever been outside in louisiana in the summer when it's 100 degrees on the thermometer and feels like 120. and all of a sudden it gets cool you feel like a cool breeze and it starts getting a little dark and then you start hearing some rumblings you start hearing that thunder and that lightning shake up and that summer thunderstorm comes in and that rain begins to pour that's what i imagine it's like in the spiritual it may have been hot it may have been difficult at the moment says 100 degrees but then a little breeze came through clouds got a little dark and it cooled off a little bit and i heard something in the distance i heard a clap of thunder and i saw a flash of lightning there's an abundance of rain that's coming hey ahab you better hurry up you better get dressed and you better get in your chariots and you better get back home before this storm comes you better out run this storm because when it gets here it's going to be an outpouring it's going to be a deluge i've heard the sound not just of a little bit of rain not just of a of a little bit of dew that's going to come up on the ground i've heard the sound of an abundance of rain there's a blessing that is here today i've heard it coming your miracle is here your deliverance is here we had a word of the lord that went forth before i preached and we had a word of the lord that went forth went forth as i ended the first service and the word of the lord in the first service spake and it said i'll hear you from heaven i'm looking over the balconies of heaven and i'm ready to do a mighty thing i hear you so if you will ask i'm going to answer that's what the word of the lord was for this day so i'm here telling all of you in-house and all of you watching by way of the will if you need a blessing from god here today ask it of it ask something big of god dream something big let god's blessing come to fruition in your life step out of where you're standing move forward practice social distancing stay on the balcony rail stay in the second aisle but step out and receive a blessing from god here today ask something of the lord ask something big of god and watch god manifest himself on your behalf those of you watching by way of the will the presence of the lord is with you just as strong as it is right here be blessed of the lord in the name of jesus ask and ye shall receive ask something big of god right now stand firm on the promise of god stand firm on the word of the lord that has been given to you or the prophecies that have been spoken over you what are the blessings that he wants to bestow on
