This video is such a cool idea! It was edited well and I learned a lot of simple tricks. Do you know of anyone else that has done a similar video? It was nice to see 'regular people' tricks instead of 'influencer' makeup tricks.

I loved this video!! I've used the brow trick every day and my brows look way more natural.

I just recently started watching Allie and she seems really sweet and genuine. This video was a bit over the top with her reactions, but it came across to me as she was just trying to make each person whose tip she chose (who each took the time to send her a video clip) feel special, which is really sweet (if .... A bit much watching it all at once). But overall, very cool video idea and well executed (reactions aside), especially in how thorough it was. She really went all out in how many tips she chose, getting some of the specific products mentioned, and showing the clips of her subscribers. So overall, I really liked it!

Wow she was really doing the most with the bad overacting, but it’s a cute idea otherwise.

Such a good idea for a video. On the tip of face shaving, does anyone do that for non makeup purposes? I never wear foundation but do have a lot of peach fuzz that I'm not happy with. Anyone here recommend (or not) shaving it off? Does it get stubbly?

i kinda like her but there's something about the fact that she ALWAYS has the same hairstyle that sorta freaks me out i mean no hate at all but i feel like she's doing a lot of the same things and it feels a little too fabricated to me personallyyyy

I followed her because she has heterochromia ( i have it too) but never ended up watching anything. This video is amazing! Definitely going to see what video she is making now.

you have got to be kidding me this is beautiful oh my gosh and now let's go ahead and apply that to the eyelid oh my gosh are you kidding me hey guys and welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm so excited because I'm gonna be testing out your makeup tips and tricks a while back it got me thinking since I filmed my videos all the time and I post three times a week and in every video I share with you guys my tips and tricks when it comes to makeup I thought it would be really fun to kind of reverse the roles and get some tips and tricks as far as makeup goes from you guys so a few weeks back we actually had a Google form that we created and I posted it on my Instagram and also on my YouTube community feed and I got so many entries first of all thank you so much to everybody who entered with a makeup tip or trick we went through every single one and obviously there aren't enough steps in makeup to where I could try every single person's tip or trick this time I started watching a few of them and then I ended up deciding that I wanted my husband to actually go through all the tips and tricks and compiled them for me so that it's more of a surprise while I'm filming so that's what we're gonna be doing today I'm gonna be going through each tip and trick and I'm gonna be watching your videos that you submitted and then we're gonna put everything to the test I'm really excited I always learned so much from you guys if you didn't get a chance to see the video where I tried out your Holy Grail makeup I will have that link down below I learned so much from you guys and I found so many amazing new products so I can't wait to learn more from you guys today okay so the first video is from Natalie let's go ahead and see what she has to say first of all you guys this is so fun to see your faces oh my gosh I'm gonna have so much fun with this video I already know okay so Natalie wants me to shave my face before going into makeup and actually this is a tip that I have tried out before I could probably be more consistent it and it's been a minute since I've actually done it so I have my eyebrow razor this one is from tinkle I got it off of Amazon and when I do shave my face I normally like to do it at 90 so I can go straight in with skincare but for the sake of this video I'm gonna go ahead and do it now before makeup if you do this at home I would definitely recommend not doing it right before makeup otherwise it can clog the pores so I'm just gonna go ahead and use the razor to just try to get off some of the peach fuzz I don't know how much there's gonna be on my face there's a little bit I was hoping that there would be more but I've actually had to do this more frequently recently because I'm actually getting some laser hair removal treatments and before you go into the treatment you have to shave all the peach fuzz off so anytime I have face treatments I have to do this so there's not actually too much peach fuzz and I absolutely do agree with Natalie is wild how much smoother my makeup goes on when I have a freshly shaven face I don't do it too often maybe once a month but I really do notice a difference okay so I feel like I got as much peach fuzz as I had left on my face thank you so much Natalie for sharing that tip with me okay the next tip we're gonna go into is from Shayla let's see what she has to say oh my gosh that was the cutest thing I've ever seen Shayla first of all you are darling second of all I love the idea of trying a lipstick on before you go into a look I don't think I've ever done that before actually I'm not as prepared in this video as I am in normal videos cuz I honestly like don't really know what tips I'm gonna learn from you guys so let me see what lipstick I feel like I want to wear today I feel like we should pick a fun color not necessarily a nude just to kind of spice this up a little bit I'm gonna go grab something one second okay I decided to bring back a classic since we're moving into more of fall weather and cooler weather I thought it to put on the dose of colors the quit lipstick in the shade stone this is a very old liquid lipstick hopefully it still works well but let's go ahead and put this on and then we can base the rest of the makeup look on it so I guess this is kind of a nude color but it definitely has more of a purple undertone okay so lipstick is on first again I've never done this before but it's kind of fun because I can see the type of direction that I would want to go based off of this lipstick this is so fun thanks again Sheila for that tip let's move on to the third tip this one is from Missy let's see what she has to say before everything okay that is so smart why ever not follow that she is so beautiful oh my goodness why have I not thought of this before it was really fun to see it Missy submit a video I've actually seen some of her YouTube videos she has a channel so if you guys want to check out her channel I will have it linked down below but that tip is so brilliant I'm gonna go ahead and go into the wet and wild ultimate brow highlighter for the waterline I don't know why I've never thought of this before it's so smart so let's go ahead and apply the eyeliner in the waterline and it's nice because I really don't have to worry about ruining any makeup over here that is genius tada we're done with the makeup look get in okay let's go ahead and see the next tip this one is from Gabriella when you're prepping or tweezing your brows you take a white eyeliner and you put it under or over wherever you want to tweeze your brows and it make sure that you whoa I really love that oh my gosh it is seriously so fun to see your guys's faces everyone is so darling okay so I really loved that idea and I've never done that before so thank you Gabriella I'm actually gonna take that same pencil I know it's not a white pencil but it is supposed to highlight the brow so let's go ahead and kind of shape things out I'm assuming this is what I was supposed to do mmm Gabriela I really hope this is correct I'm looking a little wild right now but that's alright okay so I think I see what she's talking about and actually I haven't groomed my brows in a long time so I can see the brow hairs that I really don't need and I'm just gonna go ahead and twist those really quick this is honestly a good excuse to clean up my brows a little bit you want to know a fun fact about me I've never had my brows done I've always done them myself and I'm not sure if that will ever change at this point I just feel like it would be hard for me to trust someone else to do my brows but maybe that's just me okay I'm going in with my eyebrow razor and I'm being very careful but I'm just using that to remove any brow hairs that are straggling above the brows and I don't know if this is part of Gabriella's tip but I'm just gonna go ahead and blend out that pencil now don't be alarmed I don't have that many brow hairs so I usually have to fill in my brows quite a bit with a pencil but I really liked that tip as far as being able to groom the brows because I felt like it allowed me to see where I don't need brow hairs by kind of mapping out the general shape of where I usually fill in my brows okay Wow I think the edges look a lot more clean again don't be alarmed I do not have that many Brown hurts anyway so it'll look a lot more normal once we actually fill in the brows let's move on to the next this one is from Anna now to lock everything into place I'm taking my ascents make me brow eyebrow gel mascara yes and that's it I can't wait to watch your video you guys I love these videos so much okay so I've never seen that before and I had a really good tip for brows let me find a pencil that I want to use I just ran out of my favorite I am Cosmetics pencil I have a backup that's a different shade I think I'm gonna use that today let's go ahead and try out her tip so what Anna suggested was to draw a line in the center of the brow so I'm just taking my em cosmetics pencil and drawing that line and then I'm gonna flip the pencil over and brush that through to really work that into the brow hairs oh my gosh that's actually working I'm gonna do the same thing to this eye I like it because it kind of softens that line and fills in a larger portion than what you would initially start with Anna's brows were a little fuller than mine so I'm gonna actually do that one more time on the edge here and then brush through again same thing on this side and I'm gonna bring both brows in a little bit and then brush that out okay once the general shape is mapped out I need a tinted brow gel I was trying to find my glossy Aboy brow the tinted ones and I can't find him I don't know where they went so I found this this is from hourglass and this is tinted which is why I thought it would work obviously for this so I'm just gonna go ahead and run the tinted brow gel through the brows overtop of what we just did oh my gosh I actually love this I think doing the pencil first kind of helped map out the general shape but it made it so that there are zero harsh lines and then adding a tinted gel on top it really helps to emphasize the brow hairs obviously I'm adding a little bit more than maybe you would have to if you're trying this at home since I don't have too many Brides on the edge especially okay so this wasn't part of her tip but in order for my brows to kind of keep a decent shape on the edge I am just going back in with the pencil a tiny bit just to make sure that they don't lose any shape on the edges I'm not gonna do it too much because I really do like how everything looks that made my brows look so fuzzy and a good wave like it made it look really really soft and then the hairs are nice and defined this is so fun so far you guys because I truly have never ever heard of these tips before let alone tried them so I'm really loving everything so far it thank you guys so much let's move on to the next tip this is from Elise so my tip is to a peach corrector to cover acne so I did one side of my face here and I just applied it using the morphe m17 three left it on there and then i put on mixture of the NYX beer with me tinted moisturizer tinted skin veil and me wink at me on my other side of my face it's pretty cool yeah oh my gosh brilliant why have I never thought of that I've always used peach correctors just for under the eye area I've never thought to use it on any blemishes or places that I need a little extra help before going into foundation at least that was brilliant let's go ahead and do that also Elise had great taste and foundation I love both of those I've actually never tried mixing them I have a couple more foundation tips that I'm gonna be using but I really do want to try her combination of foundation on my own after this video okay so I have a peach corrector it is not a liquid peach corrector like she showed this one's from Charlotte Tilbury it's for the under eyes but I'm assuming it will work I'm just gonna go ahead and use a brush and I'm just gonna start to stipple and buff this on the areas that I want more coverage okay it's like erasing everything genius you guys are seriously brilliant never thought to do this Oh what about on my nose a little bit huh that cancels out redness there too I'm being careful around the lipstick I don't want to smudge that into the foundation or anything so immediately the redness is reduced like crazy and it's kind of funny because everyone always says to use like a green corrector for acne but peach actually looks more natural I've always been kind of afraid to use a straight-up green corrector and using a peach one is absolutely brilliant it works for darkness underneath the eyes why wouldn't it work for dark spots on the face so smart Thank You Elise that was awesome okay so next we have a couple foundation tips the first person that has a tip for us is Evelyn so let's see what she has to say first I already have on my hand I just drop a little bit so spar and mix it up just like that I apply it with the blender so fun I'm excited to try this anyway foundation Thanks oh my gosh I'm so excited to try that that's absolutely brilliant I actually had that serum upstairs and since I have that exact one I'm gonna go grab it but I love the idea and I have never thought to mix a serum into foundation okay I'm back and I have the serum before I apply the foundation I'm gonna watch the second video just to make sure that I don't miss any tips before I go in with foundation so so Evelyn told me to mix in serum and we have another foundation tip from brandy we'll see what she says what I like to do is just use almost weight to help spread foundation easier then I tap it out to moisture and then I just I hope you guys are so smart oh my gosh that's amazing okay I have cushion foundations let me get up in grab that little powder puff it makes sense it works well with cushion foundations why don't I use it to apply my normal foundation that is wild oh my gosh you guys are absolutely amazing all of you are so stunning I can't get over it okay be right back all right I grabbed my little cushion puff I grabbed this from Milan edge cushion foundation looks like this I'm excited to use it so we're gonna go ahead and put some foundation on the back of my hand I'm gonna be using the l'oreal infallible fresh wear foundation i use the shade 420 I just did one pump and then I'm gonna take the Lancome advanced genifique serum this is the exact one that Evelyn used in her tip video so I wanted to copy it exactly and let's add a little bit of serum was that too much oh no Evelyn did I did I ruin this hopefully it's okay I'm just gonna go ahead and mix that in oh it seems to be actually mixing in really nicely it's kind of thinning out the foundation but in a really nice way whoa I'm so excited okay it seemed like for Brandis tip she already had the foundation kind of distributed onto the skin so I'm gonna copy that not really sure how much to use here oh my gosh the consistency is so beautiful with a serum mixed in are you kidding me let's go ahead and take that Laneige puff sponge thing and I'm just going to actually I'm gonna take some of what's left on the back of my hand and let's go ahead and apply the foundation with this brandi knew me very well she knows that I like to apply a foundation with a brush and then a sponge but I mean if you can save time with something like this why not okay the foundation is looking so beautiful and I actually feel like the combination of all that really helped to achieve a nice finish natural coverage oh my gosh I'm really loving this I'm gonna do a little bit more foundation since I just love a little more coverage I'm gonna still add that serum into the mix I'm gonna combine that again on the back of my hand I feel like my complexion looks so nice and I'm just gonna kind of layer that on the areas that I usually like to have a little more coverage which is typically on the cheeks and it's actually funny because I do notice that using that peach corrector over the blemishes or really have helped tone that down even before going into foundation which is really nice make sure to drag that down the neck wow you guys look at the complexion are you kidding me my skin looks so radiant glowy flawless all of the above I'm just gonna try to build up a little more coverage on that blemish right here on the cheek it's a little bit stubborn okay so I really like how the foundation looks I'm gonna stop there I'm seriously learning so much from you guys right now I'm so thrilled with how everything is looking okay thanks again to Evelyn and brandy for amazing foundation tips let's move on to concealer we have a can the tip from Shannon eyeshadows amazing oh my gosh I have all three of those products I'm very excited okay so she's dodging the concealer underneath her eyes and then she's using that L'Oreal dooley setting mist which I love and in Real Techniques sponge which I have and love she splits us back and then what okay she taps off the extra amazing oh my gosh I'm so excited wait did I forget to spray the sponge before amazing okay I'm so excited to try this tip but her spraying the sponge made me think did I forget that when applying foundation hold on oh my gosh when I was applying foundation like Brandi said I forgot to spray so I'm gonna grab two sprays I don't know if it's too late but I'm gonna try to apply just a little more foundation onto the cheek area because I really want to try that last thing I'm taking the Mario Badescu spray which is what Brandi used I'm just gonna spray that a little bit tap out the extra moisture and then I'm gonna go ahead and blend that out okay yeah I definitely feel like that would have helped my entire complexion blend out a little easier because it did take me a minute to blend that out but when this is damp it works even better okay yes yes yes okay luckily that layered up nicely I'm sorry Brandi for forgetting that earlier okay let's try out Shannon's concealer technique um I kind of feel like I need a tutorial on her eyeshadow look okay so it looks like first she took some concealer which was the makeup revolution concealing defined concealer I think that's what it looks like don't quote me on that but I'm just gonna go ahead and do some dots under the eyes like she suggested then I'm gonna take this product right here which is the spray that she used I'm gonna shake it up and then I have my Real Techniques sponge and I'm gonna spray the sponge with this okay and then I'm gonna tap off the extra moisture and I'm gonna go ahead and blend the concealer out with that you have got to be kidding me this is beautiful oh my gosh the under eyes look so fresh wait a minute are you kidding me are you actually kidding me I'm seriously learning so much from you right now Shannon I'm so glad you shared this tip with me it's amazing I'm gonna do the same thing to this eye and obviously I usually do use a damp sponge underneath the eye and that always helps but using a dewy setting mist just like added something extra and it's really helping to make my under eyes feel so hydrated and glowy who doesn't want that I'm gonna tap a little bit of the concealer that's left on the sponge on the eyelid I know that wasn't a tip but I usually like to conceal that okay what an amazing concealer tip my eyes look so fresh and they feel hydrated which is really nice let's go ahead and see the next tip okay we've got something for powder it looks like from Hanna Hanna has to say oh my goodness okay I was wondering why my husband had to run an errand to Walmart to get me baby powder but he picked this up for me and now I know why okay I've never tried that before I'm a little nervous about this one but I am excited so far you guys have not failed me with all these tips and tricks okay Thank You Hanna for that tip we're gonna go ahead and try it out I'm gonna pour a little bit of this baby powder into my hand and before I set the under-eye area I'm actually going to blend that out a little bit with my sponge then I'm gonna take this brush and I'm gonna use the baby powder underneath the eye area okay and I'm pressing it in and she said to make sure to dust it away afterwards so I'm gonna do that as soon as I kind of press that in and then I'm gonna go ahead and wipe that away let's do the same thing on the other eye this smell is so classic I used to use baby powder as dry shampoo a long time ago so this smell is very familiar and I'm actually really liking how it's looking under the eyes what it feels really smooth as well I'm gonna take what's left on the brush and use that to set the eyelid area as well I'm gonna take a different powder for the rest of my face this one right here this is from Wallace so I'm just gonna quickly set the rest of the face but I do want to remember her other tip for the bronzer later so we'll be sure to revisit the baby powder after we apply a bronzer but I'm just gonna go ahead and set the cheeks and everywhere else with the Olalla spouter I'm not sure if Hannah sets the rest of her face with baby powder Hannah if you're watching this can you leave a comment down below letting me know if you only use baby powder for underneath the eyes and to clean up the bronzer or do you apply it to the rest of the face I just didn't want to apply it to my face if that wasn't part of it but honestly like the powder underneath the eyes was very very lightweight which is always good for the under eye area I love how it looks I love how it feels seems like it said everything what is going on here oh dear anyway it seems like it set everything really nicely guys I'm really liking my complexion right now let's go ahead and see what the next tip is this one is from Janelle and she has something to say for bronzer let's go ahead and watch [Music] for you and my Cape has to do with bronzer and so what I do I have someone here right now and typically what I like to do is I like to bring some of it down here onto the jaw line and even into here because I feel like a lot of times you can get this stark kind of line and it doesn't look blended so what I like to do is they obviously like to put it on the ear whoo down the jaw line and then even just barely blend a little bit right here so that you're it all seems seamless and it seems not quite such a stark line so I love your channel I hope you get lots of good tips oh my gosh your guys's videos are so amazing and I'm loving all of these tips I've never really thought about making sure that this area is extra blended and kind of adding more bronzer in that area because I think she's right I think a lot of times it can look muddy and that's where maybe this baby powder tip comes in to kind of clean things up but there's also the opposite end of it where things can look a little too cleaned up and they can look a little too harsh and not as natural so I'm really excited to try Janelle's tips if I feel like I need to clean up the bronzer a little bit I'll go back in with baby powder but let's go ahead and try her tip first I need bronzer oh I just have like random products everywhere right now so I'm gonna be using the Physicians Formula butter bronzer and first I'm going to apply that on to the forehead let's go ahead and bronze up the cheeks and now we're gonna go ahead and try out Janelle's tip and I'm going to apply it right here along the jawline and then a little bit right here oh I like that let's do the same thing on this side going along the jaw line and then buffing it right here and I'm trying not to go too far in word but I'm going in enough to where there's not that harsh line you can still see the cheekbone here and same on this side but it's not like a start and stopping point on the sides of the face which I really like I personally always like to drag the bronzer down the neck so I'm gonna do that you know what let's go ahead and take some baby powder and if I remember right she used a sponge to kind of clean that up and we're doing this right I don't know but I'm just wanting to kind of clean up this area here just a little bit but I'm not gonna go over the bronzer that we just applied okay I think that helped clean that area up a little bit and I'm just gonna dust away the baby powder just to make sure there's no harsh lines I also like to take it over top with a bronzer on the forehead just to make sure it's nice and blended this is just my own tip and I'm gonna do the same thing on the edge here just to make sure that everything is super blended oh my gosh I love how everything looks everything is coming together so beautifully and through all of this my lipstick is surprisingly holding up quite nicely okay awesome thank you so much to Hannah and Jenelle for those last two tips let's go ahead and move on to another tip this one is from Hamza I hope I'm saying that right and it looks like she has a tip for highlighter and blush let's see what she has to say you subscribers and I love your videos blush and what I like to do is take my highlight use my finger and dab it dab it on my cheekbone first a warm blush finish that let's take my blush and then go over that just so that it's it more smoother and like kind of natural look stronger you can take okay I'm so glad I said your name right Hamza thank you so much for sharing that tip I actually haven't really into a layering highlighter before a blush but what I haven't done is applied the highlight with my finger before I don't actually have the Jew vias place highlighter so I'm gonna go grab one I do have Tarte blushes though and I want to copy Hamza and use one of those so I'm gonna be right back I'm gonna grab those two things and we'll try out her tip okay I'm actually really excited to try out this highlighter tip I grabbed one of my Becca highlighters this is just Becca opal it's an a' limited edition packaging but opal is a very popular color I've never actually done this with a powder before where I tap it and I've always done that with creams obviously but we're trying something new we're trying a lot of new things today actually oh man I might have highlighted my blemish there I'm gonna go ahead and apply this to the high points of the face with my finger it's actually working way better than I thought and I like to take the highlight around the brow a little bit in a C shape okay that's actually working really well then I grab the Tarte Amazonian clay blush in the shade exposed I just thought that this shade would be the best of my lipstick the other two shades that I own and this are a little brighter so I thought this would be perfect so I'm just gonna go ahead and take that and I'm going to apply that onto the cheeks kind of going over the highlight a little bit to really blend it it really does make a difference in the end result of your makeup okay and then the video cut off but it seemed like what she was saying is if you want it a little bit more intense you can go back in after you put the blush on I'm hoping that's what she was going to say and I'm gonna go ahead and apply a little more to the very high points of the cheeks amazing I think the cheeks looks so healthy and fresh thank you so much Hamza for your tip and trick and also for being so nice about my channel I really appreciate it and it's always so fun to hear those compliments from you guys and be able to put a name of the face so thank you so much for that tip alrighty next up we have a tip from Megan let's see what she has to say the trick that I'm gonna teach you is makeup on the ears first I bronze the ear a little bit to match the rest of my face then I go in with a highlighter that's like a gold or champagne color and I put it on my finger so fun oh my gosh why have I never thought about putting makeup on my ears the bronzer tip actually did include putting bronze around the ears and I forgot that but good thing we have Megan to remind me about it okay Thank You Meghan for your tips let's go ahead and try that I have never highlighted my ears before so I'm gonna first start off with bronzer okay we're nice and bronzed okay and then I'm gonna go into word that go oh here it is I'm taking that same Becca opal highlighter and I'm taking it on my finger and I'm just going to apply it right here oh oh my ears never looked so bougie wait seriously oh she's glossy she's glowy I'm going a little hand over here I'm putting the highlight all over the ears what never in my life have I ever thought to do that thank you so much Megan for your tip that's so fun especially since I wear my hair up so much like why not bring the makeup all the way to the ears I feel like the ears are neglected a lot of times with sunscreen first of all and then turns out we can bedazzle our ears with some highlight love that thank you so much Megan I love that tip okay it looks like we're gonna move into some eye shadow tips so let's go ahead and hear what Sarah has to say about eyeshadows a little bit so vibrant with the color instead of wetting the brush just with your finger and deepen the color and then apply it on your eye this is without a setting spray it's nice but note that vibrant this is with the setting spray Oh much amazing oh my gosh so I hope you will use this trick and I love you oh my gosh I love this tip thank you so much Sarah for submitting that I seriously am so excited to try that out I'm gonna go ahead and do a couple colors in the crease before we go into a shimmer but that tip I'm so excited to try because it's brilliant like when you think about it like most of us know that shimmers apply really nicely with either a finger or a wet brush but I've never thought to put setting spray on my finger and then use it on the lids that's obviously so smart I'm so excited to try it okay let's go ahead and dip into the kathleenlights and color pops so jaded palette I'm just gonna throw rose quartz into the crease and I'm going to apply it a little bit of that on the lower lash line as well and it's so fun because we already have that eyeliner on and the lip color is really helping me choose which eyeshadows are gonna look nice with this color so I'm sticking to more rosy tones to compliment the lipstick I'm going to take this shade right here called ametrine and I'm going to deepen up the outer crease and outer V with this before going into that shimmer shade okay so we have the base of the eye look down let's go ahead and choose the shimmer shade I'm so excited to try this tip and wanted to use this shade right here called smoky quartz and I'm gonna take that on my finger like this and I'm gonna take the Loreal setting spray that we were using before I'm gonna spray my finger with that okay hopefully I got enough spray on it I think I did and now let's go ahead and apply that to the eyelid oh my gosh are you kidding me oh this is so brilliant do you see how vibrant that is Sarah you are a genius oh my gosh that's beautiful okay let's go ahead and do that on the other I'm just gonna use my other hand actually for this I'm gonna spray some spray on it and then I'm going to apply that to the eyelid oh my goodness I can't believe it and it really does just feel so smooth Wow I absolutely love that I'm gonna take the brush that we were using on the edges and just kind of buff over everything just to make sure there's no harsh lines didn't add any more product on the brush I'm just making sure to blend everything out and I'm gonna actually try that I'm gonna take my pinky and I'm gonna spray that again and I'm gonna take that along the lower lash line voila I love that okay Wow I really loved that tip thank you so much Sara for sharing that with us I thought that was so smart had anyone else tried that before I've literally never heard of that it's so amazing okay so the next step is mascara and we have a tip from Madison has to say about mascara your mascara is not gonna go anywhere it's gonna stay put because you already on that oh my gosh this is another tip that is so good are you kidding first of all Madison I love you - thank you so much for sharing your tip if the thing is I really do avoid waterproof mascara for the things that she talked about like I hate removing it at night I just don't like that but the idea of layering it on top of a normal mascara and making it easier to remove later but then still getting the benefits of a waterproof mascara I mean that sounds amazing so I'm gonna go grab a waterproof mascara okay so I actually found an unopened version of the Monsieur big mascara from Lancome this is the waterproof one and I also have the regular one so I thought I'd be kind of fun to try the same formula well obviously it's not the same formula if it's waterproof but the same mascara just different versions so I'm just gonna go ahead and apply the first coat of mascara I'm going to apply this to lower lashes as well oh man I always kept mascara everywhere oh well we can clean it up later I'm just gonna go ahead and apply a second coat to the top lashes this is again still the original mass Scarah let's go ahead and open up the waterproof mascara and I'm gonna wait until this is almost dry I still feel like I could give it a minute or two okay I'm gonna go in with the waterproof now and I'm just gonna do a thin coat right over top of everything and I'm even gonna do a coat on the lower lashes as well and same thing on this eye the mascara still looks really nice part of me was a little worried that adding a waterproof version on top would mess with the look of it but it didn't at all it looks really good thank you so much Madison for that tip I can't wait to see how this wears and to see how it removes at the end of the day in fact I'm gonna go ahead and leave a note for you guys down below letting you know how the mascara situation held up because I'm really curious about that one okay let's see what Kat has to say about false lashes exact link and what you need to do instead is you just trimmed the last third of the lash off and then when you apply them you sort of double stack them by overlapping them just a little bit and that saves you a lot of time when it comes to trimming and you get a fuller effect because you're using the entire lash I hope you enjoyed it that this was helpful thank you so much for watching oh my gosh first of all you are so cute I love your lipstick second of all that's so smart okay I'm gonna go grab a lash that has a little bit of a longer lash band that I usually have to trim it's so true like I really don't reach for those kinds of strip lashes a lot because it is time-consuming when you're trying to measure you know the length of your eye I'm really excited to try this out so let me go see if I can find a lash that's gonna be pretty long most lashes from the drugstore actually fit my eye nicely so that's why I want to find one that's meant to be trimmed to hold on okay so I found these lashes from House of lashes they're called the serene light lashes and I don't think i've trimmed these I don't think I've ever used them I had a few other pairs that I had already trimmed to fit my eye I'm gonna follow what Kat said and I'm gonna trim off the last third of the lash so here so it looks like we have one third and then two thirds here I'm going to apply the first two thirds on the inner portion because that's where I can kind of measure where I want the lash to start need glue okay I'm just applying some lash glue and I'm just starting by applying that right where I want the lash to begin okay so the first part of the lash is on and then we're gonna go ahead and add the last third so I'm gonna go ahead and take that and apply lash glue to it I'm gonna let the glue kind of sort of dry and then I'm going to apply that on the edge and it did actually overlap a tad oh my gosh that actually was just easier in general like even if you don't have to trim the lashes maybe your eyes do fit cutting off a third I feel like it just kind of helped me apply the entire lash altogether because sometimes I struggle with making sure the entire strip lash is all the way on together so it's way easier any way to work in pieces okay I'm gonna go ahead and do it the same thing on the other eye okay so the lashes are on that particular style of lash kind of moves differently than most lashes I'm familiar with it started out short and then the longest pieces are actually in the center and then it tapers off to something shorter on the edges so I bet it would look a little bit better with a lash that you needed to trim that kind of went smaller in the inner corner and then larger here because then it would overlap on the outer corner and it would make it look even more full but I was just working with what I've got and I really do like that tip I definitely will remember it for when I have lashes that I want to try that I need to trim so thank you so much Kat for sharing okay we have a tip from Lydia oh it says about removing mascara hearts perfect good thing I have some today so smart oh my gosh first of all that's a really cute filter Thank You Lydia for sharing okay I've got to find a spoolie I don't know if I have one that she was holding up I know you can buy those at like Beauty Supply stores but I just have this one from Sigma and I'm hoping that it's clean it seems like it okay I'm gonna try that we're gonna try to dust away the mascara marks with the spoolie ah I feel like that didn't work woah just erase that right away are there any more marks right here oh my gosh there we go voila amazing brilliant okay so thank you Lydia for that tip that's so awesome let's go ahead and say about an inner corner highlight wait a minute I love that I normally do like to add something right here but I never take my inner corner highlight shade and drag it underneath the lower lash line so in Nicole first of all your makeup looks amazing so I trust you a lot with this tip let's go ahead and try it let's just take the highlighter that we used before this is the Becca opal highlight and I'm gonna take that tap off the extra and I'm gonna use that in the inner corner so I'm going to apply that right here first which is what I normally do but then I'm gonna take a little bit more of that and I'm gonna drag it along the lash line a little bit further than what I normally do I usually like to take it about right here but Nicole really encouraged dragging it in even further and I think that looks actually really nice ooh don't you feel like it kind of brightened up the eye look on the lower lash line and really like that amazing oh my gosh thank you so much Nicole for that tip I know this is a little bit more glam than the everyday look at that Nicole was talking about but I'm gonna remember that for next time I do it my makeup on like just a day-to-day basis I think that's a really fun idea okay let's move on to the next tip this is from Sarah and this is about setting spray [Music] anywhere that I really really want the powder to just melt into my skin but also any place that I crease so I like to hit around my nose or on my mouth and underneath my eyes and I feel like this way everything looks very very natural but I'm not wasting my entire bottle of setting spray in two minutes oh my gosh so with some heart Sarah okay I totally get you I definitely am a setting spray waster I spray a lot of setting spray all over the face but if I can cut down and not use so much just by using that tip I'm gonna be really happy okay I'm actually gonna try this with the Urban Decay chill setting spray and now she was using the morphe one and I actually ran out of that I need to buy another one but I'm gonna go ahead and spray the sponge with that I'm gonna tap off the extra you guys never really taught me to tap off the excess moisture here and let's go ahead and set everything I know I didn't step back and assess the situation and I just remembered it honestly right now we're just gonna roll with it I'm honestly happy with how the makeup looks thanks to all of your tips and tricks so I'm just gonna go ahead and do exactly what she recommended and just press everything into the skin and she specifically said to really focus on areas that she creases so underneath the eye area which is where I sometimes crease around the mouth like a smile lines is where I crease the most so I'm gonna go ahead and make sure to press that into the smile lines and it really is looking nice it's really pressing in any of that powdery finish but she's so right I didn't have to use a ton of setting spray Wow amazing brilliant love it beautiful okay I think we have one last tip and then that completes this video I'm so sad that it's coming to an end this last tip is for brows and it's from Maddie so let's see what she has to say little everything last resort for me is hairspray I know it sounds crazy but you can really spray on to a spleen and you can run that through your browser literally just as well if not better than an actual hold your browser all day and I mean you can wear it even without bra product in like right now these are just my natural brows and they're just hot damn fine spray oh my gosh amazing first of all your brows are beautiful Madi and that is brilliant I actually have used clear mascara in the past but it's been so long since I've heard about that tip of using hairspray to actually have some hairspray right here I'm assuming you can just use any this is a strong hold hairspray from Moroccan oil okay I'm actually gonna use that same as fully because it's like all I have let's go ahead and spray this with hairspray and then run the hairspray through the brawls whoa okay same thing on this brow oh that's actually working very nicely I can already feel the hair spray drying down and it feels like those are not going to budge all day long which is what I need because the few brow hairs that I have do tend to uh move about the cabin you know okay you guys so there you have it that completes the video testing out your makeup tips I love how my makeup looks today I learned so much from you guys seriously every single tip that I heard from you and tried was something that I've never tried before and it just made me really excited to continue to use these tips and see how I can incorporate them into my normal everyday routine I'm just so floored by how brilliant all of you guys are and to kind of bring things full circle the first tip was to do lipstick first and I actually really liked that because I felt like I was able to pair the colors really nicely based around the lipstick so I think that's a really smart move to make when you want to wear a specific lipstick like put on the lipstick first and then do everything else and then you'll be sure to make sure that everything matches but I loved everything again I love how my makeup looks thanks again to everybody who's submitted and for everyone that I featured today if you
