I Bought the Most Hated iPhone Ever in 2023

this is the most hated most despised iPhone ever made the iPhone 5c but is it really that bad let's find out in 2023 that's right let's see and he she is what a beauty in the original packaging I repackaged I put it back into here because no it isn't new this is my wife's old iPhone 5C and I tell you what Addie has been great at supplying some products for the unboxing Series so thank you very much in a beautiful hard plastic yes this time capsule is the most anti-environmental packaging that we've seen from Apple in a while why can't things be fun anymore oh a turtle's gonna die because this iPhone 5C and they think it's a delicious crustacean maybe it's so bright and beautiful so let's break it out of its space cryogenic chamber I'll surprise that it comes with a sticker on the front it almost looks like a dummy phone this just seems very un Apple like to have like a little toy thing on the front and as you can see it is still within some plastic packaging called The Case of the phone we will get to that in just a moment let's just have a quick peek through the case as it says hello to us hello how are you here's uh the traditional stickers that come with it so you actually get three stickers there you could probably put this on an old Android phone if you want to look cool uh and trick some people the usual Uh Russian looking uh don't blow yourself up advice on that oh too soon I just realized let's uh let's not mention the explosions and it does show you some things that uh iPhones used to come with such as a home button apparently they're getting rid of the actual volume up and down buttons on the next iPhone and maybe even the switch and they're replacing it with like foot buttons which is never quite as fun and um headphone jack you know they they simply couldn't fit a headphone jack in a modern iPhone there's just not enough room in these they they they they couldn't fit they can't fit them in the new ones you know it's the size there's just too much space to fit it you won't see this in the US anymore as Sim eject the tool hopefully they don't bring that to Europe where we are now which tool invented that uh idea of only having e seams oh yes the uh The Remains the carcass of what would have been the the headphones that these things used to come with you know that you get the pro Max Mega double plus thing it doesn't come with headphones but the cheapest version of the iPhone used to come with headphones in its own environmentally fossil fuel the case of greatness and I I don't mind and the charger isn't with this one but that's fine I think it has some juice okay so let's have a look at this bad boy again we get the plastic case a single camera remember those days we have the power button here let's uh let's turn around that's what he said okay and we are in this is running iOS 13 and it's quite a small device look how much bloat apple pre-installs on it you know you used to not be able to fill in the first page with apps and now they've even got folders but they want you to buy a watch as well we have a watch it's a real watch actually it's my wife's dad's watch I get a lot of stuff it's it's called a dairy no it's not it's joke settle down everyone okay but um at least size wise you might be thinking Sam this seems a bit minimalist doesn't it and that's exactly right because that's what I've been 5c I can hear the kitty doing his own little iPhone 5 crap in the litter box um well done buddy that's in the spirit and he is the excellent back camera of the iPhone 5c okay not not the best but let's try this out in the real world let's go outside that's something I don't do by choice but for you anything all right then outside oh it's it's just two luscious foreign [Music] all right I've spotted a problem here it comes with the the wallet application but excuse me why would I put my wallet in my phone when I can in fact put this phone into my wallet yes I have a big wallet um with a with a pen because you never know you might need to make a note about how my man purse it's very manly uh okay come back come back to me okay speaking of notes let's check out the notes now let's try out this tiny little keyboard it's actually working quite well like I was going pretty quick and I was able to hit these little teeny tiny letters okay and add a little scribble to it beautiful time to check out Safari it actually came up with YouTube fans for a second don't use that it steals my money let's check out some Sammy T it's actually quite responsive oh how did it know I was hungry for delicious things and have a look at that YouTube works fine that's cool music no oh my God Apple enough with your Apple music no I only buy maybe one song a month that's right I said buy with with dollars from the iTunes Store so I'm still giving I'm still giving Apple money but less frequently does the music work yeah okay so you could use this like a little iPod five plus five maths works out fine oh yes FaceTime it's funny you're almost a small on this phone as you are in real life oh it's what's the quality like okay let's see what is compatible with this iPhone the chase Australia I don't need the app I've been there baby and lost I could have had a lot of money but um but I lost oh look they still have a Andrew O'Keefe there here he got into a little bit of trouble oh is it compatible with chat GPT the most advanced AI in the world ah dang it it needs the phone to be older needs the phone to be 16 but it is did it come out in iPhone 16 of 2016. surely not okay let's try a game we've got some games can't download the app it's not compatible okay so it looks like a lot of the apps aren't going to work on this um sadly but something that will work are the classic cases check this out you've got the Classic Blue on Blue oh it's actually got quite a nice little interior there it's like some sort of soft soft lusciousness and you just pop it right in there in case you want to protect that precious plastic get a bit more grip and of course it's still quite tiny you don't see things made out of rubber and um plastic from Apple anymore do you and one thing to note is that um this case that they made for it actually might work with the iPhone 15 as you can see it has all of the camera cutouts that a future iPhone will have for a bit of contrast we can have the green case not bad doesn't that pop in fact uh because it's green we could change that with any color case that we want so that's not a little Advantage heck let's change the iPhone color too beautiful and look at this lastly we have the hot hot pink it's very sort of neon and and Powerful hello I'm making a statement are you now yes and that is the iPhone 5C so what does the C stand for I
