I Bought A $5 Storage Unit... Look What's Inside!

I don't know what's in here I'm kind of scared to look but excited at the same time I spent big monies on the storage unit a whopping $5 trash to cash or did I just waste five bucks we're going to find out welcome to paper and moose and welcome to storage auction day $5 let's see what's inside all right we got our key now most likely the alarm is going to go off so be prepared and there we go let's see what's [Music] inside and this is what $5 has purchased easy to move hopefully clean maybe we'll find some Treasures in here but $5 I mean there's oh I see some coke if I get thirsty there's some Pepsi that's Pepsi I think so if I get thirsty we have Pepsi already but $5 let's start cleaning it out and see what we can find so as other winners of units open their unit you might hear more of the alarm but can't do much about that so let's oh well dig in looks like we might be starting off with some towels yep and some food oo love you bubs oh my gosh this not oh this this smells actually really nice they have it engraved I've never seen a perfume bottle where they have it engraved we have some clear silk and hair dye it looks like and razor what's this makeup is it used y used all righty that's that it's a cologne um but it smells actually really good let's put you down a little more [Music] um juicy cure huding oh oh Chloe some big glasses I was hoping maybe it was Gucci Christmas card any monies no a letter Merry Christmas we have a fire stick from Amazon can you I guess you could use that you just need a subscription what's this Tres ultra fine hairspray an aoso can and we have some more clothes This One S has a tag tick tock on the dot tick tock on the dot oh we have oh there's the cord for the fire stick I don't know what's in there looks like we have lots of a whole stack of the things that come in your prescriptions that tell you about all the side effects yeah whole stack in that medication guide well hair bag and a good s colog what's next back scratcher oh we got some shoes oh a hat this is a hat what do we think please let it be a good hat $3 with a little plant little plant on it you get some jeans that just oh maybe everyone says always check the pockets he actually smell nice oh we got some toothpaste oh that's cuz there's more colog in there Hollister man that smells good memory foam shoes pads more used towels I don't know if they're wet or not so we're just going to just going to put those right back in there at least with the colone it smells good so and the back scratcher this is I was going to say something wrapped up in here but no it's a um like a bed spread I thought it was a blank um a sleeping bag but it's not that might be it's a weighted memory foam we're going to say it's like for a mattress CU it feels very FY well we got solo oh and we have a Victoria's Secret bag filled with all sorts of stuff we have a nice haird dryer gem force that actually looks like a pretty nice hair dryer mouthwash Dove lotion breakage remedy oh this ISS conditioner flipflops these are oh I can use these jaw Clips little clips for your hair um razor shampoo looks like the bottom of the bag is all filled with Raz and um bath products H interesting interesting you ask why do people store the things that they store and the answer I don't think we're ever going to really know the reasons why oh makeup yep all sorts of makeup which is open and used we'll have to go right [Music] into the trash because you do not want to use someone's used makeup now if it was sealed then it could be sold or even if it was vintage like 1950s 1940s 1960s or earlier makeup those s really well online oh oh we got some earrings some jewelry oh we have jewelry boxes this is Macy RH Macy and Company know what in there that's probably sterling silver these are for your belly [Applause] button come on little guy this one probably has a gold in it let's see oh they're all backs for earrings these are awfully tough to open um we have a little pendant oh um this is for Michael Michael Kors little clas to put on your bag o they have a ring this is 14 karat I mean I paid five bucks for the unit so let's inspect and I believe it is is marked 14 karat gold so it's not a $100 ring but it's something so yeah 14 karat ring $5 I say we are winning already have to put that aside oh that pays that little guy pays for the unit Kate and Chloe that one's empty this is fun oh that's probably stering silver K Jewelers little cross and here looks like we have more belly button rings and then this pretty one now that necklace itself uh I don't know if that's 14 karat but we do have that ring so from this one little bag we've already made our money back and we have some other nice jewelry what what else do we think we have in this unit well I was totally wrong it's Dr Pepper now it's going to make me thirsty for Dr Pepper and cream soda and the strawberries and cream Dr Pepper so if I get thirsty oh is this vintage probably not we can take a peek that' be nice nope Aro don't know what that means we have a mask Narcotics Anonymous [Applause] book Alcoholics Anonymous um actual I don't know if you want to call it a a fun fact but um the older AA books some of the original ones they as I say can sell for Big Monies so let's hope that this person um you know got the help that they needed and are on their way to better things so we have those books in there with the Halloween mask um we see what's in that it feels like a sneaker maybe we'll have some rare Nikes which I wouldn't know if if I found them team Hogwarts team Slytherin whichever team you may be on we have this is nice it's really nice I believe it's a skirt it almost look like pants as well let's see oh wait no we have some Johnson's Baby here it is go walk size 13 with a big rock in the bottom so this looks like it's all clothes men's clothes in nice shape and it doesn't smell sometimes I think a lot of the smells from storage units actually come from the garbage bags themselves because there are bags that are scented so sometimes keep animals away so I think that's where some of the smells come from we have some more be Arizona those are nice those are a JC Penny brand I believe yep some more clothes you have some dress pants what's this we're I don't I know oh look like a plastic spoons that's easy enough to go through wash we have a all bunch of unused socks National Guard shirt the twizzle Twizzlers case I case I get hungry I have some Twizzlers to go to my Dr Pepper someone said Twizzlers are like a toy Twizzlers are a candy that that could have been a toy cuz of how it's shaped let's go look at this over here now there was a unit that sold for I think $250 and it had four boxes in it spending $5 on a unit that's clean that's small that's I think a lot easier and you may not come back with you know $1,000 worth of treasures but you're also not spending 5 six hours moving everything out going down the flight of stairs no elevator taking things out to your car um so some sometimes you know spending the big bucks for those big units it's just really not worth your time because there's just nothing of value in terms of reselling in there I spent five bucks have a 14 karat gold ring perfect and we also have this nice threepers Dome Tent that originally oh there was no price on there um I mean it's Walmart but it's never been used never opened worth more than $5 yes looks like we have a little suitcase oops oh Sosi and it's in there what's that worth I don't know it's probably not even the SW sorosi hard word to pronounce but we got some more jewelry H RW air cushion cream that looks maybe like it was somewhat expensive let's see is it a suitcase full of more jewelry we got some clothes paperwork more paperwork shirts is this a flashlight it's like a multi-tool yeah oh no oh it works shoot this would have been five bucks at the store yeah and it has oh my gosh it has um it's like a pocket knife uh flashlight that's great what is this monster and some more clothing jeans oh wow a UVC Light lamp disinfection strip light I'm hey we're not finding vintage video games and old toys but we're finding things that are definitely worth more than five bucks it's like there's some more jewelry in there with gloves and a spoon well we're just going to put that aside because we know what that means poor person we have some Long Island Iced Tea um you have a remote universal remote another back scratcher super sealer have one of those great markers the highlighters we used to get those in elementary school um and some towels some more clothing and what's the bottom tabs I mean these are five bucks at Walmart Maybe not maybe 2.98 but still have to go through that bag a little bit more at home oh yeah have a nice bike lock a brush so we have one more to see if there's anything in this foam cooler do we think it's heavy oh I'm scared I am scared I don't know what's in here I'm kind of scared to look but excited at the same time all righty oh well looks like we have some rocks some gemstones from an aquarium oh it's for an aquarium now this isn't a an apple Smartwatch is it in there it is oh my gosh this is a knockoff Smartwatch but shoot I oh jeez as I break it that's never been worn I don't have a smartwatch but I do now um antifungal cream that looks like a box [Applause] for a razor let's see if it's it smells an electric callous remover we'll just leave that in there we have some more shampoo a butter cookie tin growing up these would you know my grandmother would save these but you would never find actual cookies you would find like buttons and string and things like that um we got some poptarts oh my gosh it's a hug I love those things growing up and we even have some Ramen with shrimp so that wraps it up for this unit not a lot of razzled Dazzle shiver me timbers crazy finds but for $5 for the quantity of items that were in here it wasn't really that it's not that bad We've Come Away with a 14 karat gold ring some other jewelry we have the tent the UVC light disinfection strip light a fake Apple watch some clothing so for $5 I'm I'm happy with this you know I I've gotten worse for five bucks for 10 bucks for 50 bucks I've gotten a heck of a lot worse storage units so not bad at all so sometimes I think you have to take a chance on those units that don't look like they're going to be you know the insane F fun of a lifetime but you're still going to find some decent things in there and that's what this unit has shown and we don't know the backstory about these people you can kind of surmise but I just wish that you know whomever this unit belong to that they're doing better they're up and on to better things but yes five bucks 14 car gold ring a tent UV light a fake smart watch I think it was pretty good I hope you enjoyed this I know I did it was a fun unit and I'm looking forward to hopefully buying more storage units in the future and I hope
