I don't wear this top very often cuz I always feel like it makes me look a bit like Frankenstein I have got an obscene amount of plants to show you today I've gone a little bit mad and I have brought I thought it was only 18 and it's actually about 20 different things from the rhs moven spring show I know I've gone a little bit mad and part of me feels a little bit embarrassed and then the other part of me feels quite proud so yeah I'm really excited to firstly just get a chance to take a proper look at everything that I've got because I haven't had a chance to look at everything properly yet but also share it with you because I've got some really cool things but first if you're new here hi my name's Claire and this is Yoli I make videos all about house plant care sharing tips and tricks I've learned over the years to help keep your plants happy and healthy and yeah this is 100% the biggest haul I have ever done in my entire life I've never come away from anything with this many plants before so so I'm looking forward to showing you what I got so yeah I hope you enjoy it let's get into [Music] [Music] it so I also still haven't found my tripod I'm pretty sure I have left it in Morin which is very annoying so you are currently balanced on the steps that I use to stand and water my plants usually but it's actually quite useful because it's a little mug holder for me so I've got constant coffee just underneath you uh but I don't even know quite where to begin so I think I will probably start with the bigger plants and then we can move on to the arguably more exciting smaller plants is that fair to say oh we don't know they're all quite exciting but I've got some more unusual things that are slightly smaller um but to start with I picked up this gorgeous EP preminum enjoy and don't get me wrong I know I know I have technically already got this plant in my collection I've got several cuttings of it but it's so slow to grow and I saw this one and it's big and it's beautiful and to be completely honest this is a plant that I would personally say if you like it do buy it big because the cuttings I've got I've had for about 8 n months and they are still teeny tiny so what I'm going to do is I'm going to pop them up with this one and then I can get a really gorgeous full plant going I say full plant this one is obviously very full as it is but I just saw it and I fell completely in love I thought it was just gorgeous and I can't remember everywhere that I got things from but I have got um a thing saying the Garden Room just stuck in this one so I think this is where I got this plant from as I say there was so much there and there was so much to take in that I didn't make note of everything so if I bought from you and you were selling that please feel free to comment it down below and I can add that into the description of this video but I just think it's gorgeous and I've wanted a really big one for such a long time as I say I have been trying to grow a really big one for such a long time so this feels like money well spent I'm very glad that I bit the bullet and got a lovely big one cuz I think it is just lovely oh almost dropped it but also if you haven't watched my Morin Vlog that went up a couple of days ago I'll link that down below because I try I really really tried to capture the event not in like um not in like oh let's make a make a video on this kind of way I really tried to make it feel like you were kind of there and experiencing it so if you weren't able to make it and you want a little taste of what the festival was I will link that video down below but then this next one this is a little bit of a mystery one and I have had so many contradictory opinions already on this plant so obviously it is a hoya and it just says Hoya mix on the pot oh and I can see as well this says Cotswold plant house so that is where I got this one from and looking at it initially I thought this was a hoya aralis and I have had a hoya aralis in my collection before and I think I actually took some cuttings of it to the plant swap the last time I went so lots of people that I spoke to at morvin said that they thought this was was was a Hoyer Australis but if you feel it it's much I was going to say waxier that's a bad way to describe it it's got very smooth undersides of the leaves and from what I remember the Australis had quite fuzzy undersides and also I've had the variated ho aralis the ho estris Lisa in my collection before and they also had variegated ones of this and it wasn't the Australis Lisa so I'm just a little bit like oh what is this Hoya it's really cool it's got these beautiful beautiful rounded leaves they're so smooth and they're so satisfying and as I said they did have the variegated variety of whatever this is as well and I was tempted by it but I also think that bearing in mind the space I've got in my flat at the moment and everything is a little bit limited I think this one's probably going to have to go in kind of like a medium light spot unless I invest in some more grow lights and so I was like why bring another variegated plant into your collection that needs higher light at a point where you can't offer it more light so that is why I went for this one but yeah I'm just very intrigued I really want to know what it is so please do cast your votes down in the comments below and I will do some research do some Googling and hopefully can get an accurate ID because I know it doesn't really matter like at the end of the day so long as you know the care of the plant that's the most important thing but there's just something about about I I don't know I just want to know I just really want to know so yeah but it's absolutely gorgeous I'm going to be saying that about all of them honestly I feel so lucky to have walked away with some amazing plants some really really really amazing plants um and then this one oh my goodness so I I'm pretty sure I got this one from aroid attic that is just off the top of my head I'm pretty sure I got this one from there um but I saw this on day one and I was like oh my God I was like that reminds me so much of a really full pepper roia hope and if you watch my other videos you'll know that the peperomia hope is one of my favorite plants of all time I absolutely adore it and this one just looking at its leaves are very very similar but it's actually an ace canthus a lipstick plants and I can't remember the exact type of lipstick plants so I'll put all the names of everything on the screen but I saw it on the first day and I was tempted and I didn't actually buy anything for the first two days and I was like oh my goodness I'm doing so well uh and then day three and four came and I caved like very badly as you can tell but yeah I just think this one is lovely I also just love growing the lipstick plant I've got a couple of different varieties of it in my collection and I just find them a really easy really Hardy plant to grow I find their growth very rewarding so yeah this is one that I'm really excited by and don't get me wrong having this doesn't take away my love for the peonia hope but it does fulfill a little bit of what I wish my peonia hope would do more and I know they're different genuses but this one is just so full and bushy and I feel like I can really appreciate the round succulent foliage uh more so than I can currently with my promia hope so yeah I'm over the moon with that one and then this is quite an exciting one and this is one that I would like to pick your brains on oh in fact I've got a few to show you from this shop but um I got this next one from between two Thorns who I know I already follow on Instagram they're absolutely awesome um so I will pop their Instagram there um but I saw this borrows tail and I've got two barrows tail in my collection already and this one this one looks very very different it's all almost completely white and again this is another one that I was kind of picking people's brains on when I was there because I was saying do you think it's variegated do you think it's just been down to the conditions that it's been grown in cuz I mean typically with variegation unless you've got full moon variegation you tend to see like little patches and splashes of variegation as opposed to just pure whiteness and quite a few people were saying maybe it's being grown in really high light however I'm currently growing both of mine in full sun in a south facing window and they are much Greener so any theories as to why you think this might be happening or if you do just think I've got a weird variegated one then please please please let me know because I just thought it was so cool and the other very exciting thing about it is it's actually getting ready to flower so I mean I think that's quite telling about oh if the camera will focus that's quite telling in regards uh the light it's been getting it's obviously been getting very good light or it wouldn't be flowering um I'm very excited to see what its blooms look like cuz actually my one is quite immature and it hasn't flowered for me yet but they look like they're going to be gorgeous but yeah this is one that is just very intriguing to me and it's one that I feel very excited about I I mean as I say I've got three of them now I really love the Barrow's tail I love the texture of it I find it a very low maintenance very easy to grow so yeah it's however a nightmare nightmare to transport and as you can see down here I've got a section that has completely lost its foliage because honestly this plant just has to brush against something or touch something and bits of it start falling off so I need to find a spot where Y is not going to knock it where I'm not going to knock it and it can just stay very safely and never come into contact with anything but yeah I think it's lovely so drop drop your drop your theories below please and then again from the same shop from between two Thorns I also got two antheriums that I am baffled by slash very excited about so this is the first one that I picked up and the lovely woman who was running the stool said that apparently these came in labeled as silver blush and I took one look at that and I was like that is obviously not a silver blush like if you look at the redness of that leaf that's almost more like I don't know crystallinum magnificum like there there's something in there that is like I don't think silver blushy so I I can't remember exactly how much this was but I think it was only about6 or something and I was like I'm intrigued I need to get it uh so again theories please I'd be very interested to know um but another one next to it that was also labeled as silver blush looks very different and this is the one that I'm really excited about uh cuz if you look at its leaves here obviously it's still quite juvenile so it's potentially quite hard to tell but look at that kind of t- shape in its veins and also the new Leaf that's coming in on this one is not that red so this one is obviously very very different if you just put them next to each other and for that reason I'm like have I got two completely different things and why were they labeled as silver blushes and what are they going to turn into I kind of looked at the vein ation of this and something about it made me think Fetti ey um and I was talking to Emma about this earlier and she was saying obviously Fetti ey doesn't have the loes at the top so I'm like maybe it's a hybrid maybe these like accidental hybrids that have been created in a batch of I don't know with people trying trying to make silver blushes and these are just two I was going to say runts of the litter but I absolutely don't mean that I feel like they're gems of the litter uh so yeah I cannot wait to see what this turns into and although it's only teeny tiny and I'm not sure how well the camera will pick it up but if you look on the new Leaf again you can see that that's got the t-shaped fation as well so yeah I'm really excited about it I feel like I might have potentially got myself a bit of a bargain here so yeah again any theories please please please let me know but I will absolutely let you know updates on these two because it's so exciting I think especially with antheriums it's so exciting when you get something and you don't quite know what it is especially because there are so many incredible hybrids about at the moment so yeah I will as I've already said let you know more when I know more uh and then I brought one of Ross's over to show you he's picked up a few things and to be honest I thought we could show you his plants in a week or two because basically we've had this idea that we want to make a terrarium video together uh I will talk about this more when I get into other things in the video but he's got lots of fonias Bonas um I'm not saying they're not exciting plants but they're potentially things that we could cover in that video so also bearing in mind I'm showing you so much stuff today I was like why don't we keep some new stuff to show you in that video as well um but one thing that he picked up which is definitely not a terrarian plant and I actually don't know much about it is this little succulent and as you can see it's very much a Ross plant it's very pink it's gorgeous and I don't know what it is but I love it I really really love it and I found myself saying that a few times recently about pink and purple plants very out of character for old CLA but maybe times are changing um yeah I think it's absolutely gorgeous and I love how it's kind of like a tear Green in there and then it just Fades to Pink at the tips I think it's so pretty so yeah I'll do some digging and if I can find there's a few of these plants actually that I don't have accurate IDs on so if I can find names I'll put them on the screen but if you know or if you have any theories as always please do let me know down in the comments below um oh and then I got this beautiful so I got this from the dark Orchid uh and in fact I got a couple of things from this Orchid company but this one no surprise is the one for for me it's a little Jewel Orchid and it's so beautiful I think this is probably going to be featured in the terrarium that me and Ross are thinking of making uh and they had to be honest I I know I'm very much I always say I'm not an orchid person but some of the orchids they had on their stand as particularly the miniature orchids were beautiful um and in fact I can grab one and show you as is not in bloom actually um I did buy one for one of my friends who's very into orchid and they are Ju Just so pretty I think I put some footage in my Vlog of their stool cuz I mean when I hear orchids I'm very kind of like I know there are lots of different types but I always think like your bog stand up on that you find down in your local tesos or a petrol station or something like that uh and there were some incredible ones there so yeah but this little Jew Orchid they had a few different types of jewel orchids and I did look at them on the first couple of days but I bought this on the last day and sadly they had sold out of quite a few of the ones that I would have potentially grabbed as well probably a good thing to be honest because I spent too much money and we honestly could barely fit in the car again in my Vlog you'll have probably seen literally I was piled high because we filled the car with lots of stuff and then suddenly went oh my God we're picking up Yoli on the way back cuz Yoli had been staying at my mom's and we were like how the hell are we going to get Yoli in the car uh so it just involved me having all of the plants that you see now literally every single one of them on my lap so that was interesting but yeah I think that one is just lovely the venation is beautiful and when it catches the light very similar to the makod POA it just shimmers it's so pretty and then just behind it here I actually got a few of these and I think I got this from Sprouts of Bristol I think just because again I came away with a leaflet from them um but I just got some little monkey tail cuttings I got three of these and I'm not going to show you all of them but I just thought that they did have full plants there but all of these ones are made up of ones that have obviously broken and I thought that was really lovely that they were growing them as just little ones like this so I'm going to pot them all up together and I'm going to hopefully start my own little plant again because it was one of my favorite plants and I very sadly don't have it anymore because was I managed to kill it so second time lucky is that a phrase uh we're going to give it another go and hope that this time I can be a little bit better the other thing I was going to say as well is I know that I have brought a huge amount of plants and bringing a huge amount of new plants into my collection I have been better this year so far at getting rid of the things that aren't bringing me joy anymore um but the one thing I really noticed and I think this is just is going to kind of encourage me to keep downsizing when I'm not totally in love with something is when I went to stay with Emma the night before we went to moven I walked into her flats and bearing mind I know her collection very well I've seen it many many times I walked in and I was like oh my God I was like everything not that everything doesn't always look lovely but I was like everything looks really healthy like I've never seen her collection look better and she was like yeah she was said that's because I had this massive downside and now I can focus on everything so much better and it just made me go oh you know what like maybe I should be a little bit more brutal like actually I just looked at a spider plant that I like I don't love it would be probably happy with someone else I'm like maybe I should just start having a little clear especially coming into summer where plant care is going to get much more intense and watering is going to be required much more often maybe I should just start having a little bit more of a clear out as I say I've been quite good but I think I could be better and I think maybe it would make me feel better as well um oh okay two things I got from grow Tropicals and you guys know how much I love grow Tropicals the first one is an aloca oh in fact before I show you it let me just change my camera battery because it's going to die bear with fabulous there we go uh so grow Tropicals the first one I got is one that I have wanted for quite quite a few years I I wouldn't say it's been like when I say hi on my wish list it's not one that I've raved about but I've definitely spoken about it before um and it is the aliccia Mellow and they had this little one they had a few as little babies Oh and in fact just looking at in the light here I've just seen some webbing however that very much looks like spider webbing so I will be giving it a check not spidermite so I wouldn't have thought it's anything to worry about um but yeah just look at that and the thing I love with the allocation mellow is the texture of the leaves and I'm not sure how well the camera is picking that up but it's got kind of like these teeny tiny bumps all over it Ross Put it well actually he said it almost looks like plastic and I know maybe that's not something that's not maybe the most desirable thing but there's just something very weird and aleny about it um and I can see the price on this one this one was £9 and the reason I chose this one is because I could already see it's got two little corns coming up in the soil so I was like if I want to propagate this one already it's at a stage at which I could do that it's also in the process of giving me a new Leaf so yeah I thought it was just beautiful it's got those gorgeous Bluey silver leaves and the bumps on the leaves almost make them a little bit matte and I just think that is gorgeous so yeah it's one that I am so excited about so so so so excited about I think I will probably transfer it into pwn I'm probably not going to make there's one actually that I'll show you in a minute I am going to do straight away um but I'm probably not going to make any major changes to any of these plants for at least a couple of weeks just while they're adjusting these plants arguably more than more than like your average plant that you pick up in a garden center have been through been through a lot in a short space of time obviously they were I don't know they were in the shops before the sellers brought them to Movin but let's assume they bought them in specifically for the show because I think that's more realistic they would have come potentially from the Netherlands or a different part of the UK from a grower shipped to the seller then to molver and then to the stool I bought most of these on the last day so they would have been knocking about for 4 days at this point and then shoved into a very hot car and brought back to my environment so I would not be surprised at all if I do get a little bit of acclamation issues with these plants I haven't seen anything yet so far but I think it's probably too soon to tell um but yeah I'm just going to keep them as is for the time being and then yeah once they've had a chance to settle in then I will start doing some stuff and this one will be going into pwn cuz that's how I love growing allocations uh okay the next one the next one is one that I have raved about for so long for such a long time and I'm so happy to finally own and this is the exception to the rule as well this is the one that I will be doing stuff too I'll talk to you through it in a minute but it is the alaka dragon's breath and again you guys know how much I love this plant and how long I've wanted it for again I got this one at the grow tropical stand and it was on there for1 and granted I know it's a very small plant but how much has the price of this one dropped it's crazy this time last year something this size you would be looking at like 30 40 quid here in the UK so it's just insane how much the price has come down and it did have these two other little leaves just here they are starting to turn that one has completely died back and this one is actually as I say in the same size pot as the allocation mellow but this one has been drying up like that like I have watered this one every single day granted I've only had the plant for 3 days but I have watered it 3 days in a row because it has been bone dry every single day um and if I very o carefully lift it out of its pot oh my God look at those roots you can see that is no wonder it's drying out so quickly that one is so ready to move up a pot size so yeah just because as I can see it is starting to cycle that could be acclamation related but I feel like the best thing for the plant would be to switch up and give it a little bit more space immediately so I am probably going to be getting this one into pwn today um when I say Pon as well I mean semih Hydro I use soil nin's equivalent of Lusa but yeah cuz I want to bring out the best in this one this is one that I have had my eye on for such a long time and I honestly can't believe oh just look how gorgeous that is I can't believe that I finally have it it's just so lovely so yeah thrilled with that genuinely so happy oh and this is just so this is a little bonus plant this one I picked up from the floor next to mint plants um I know they were selling this type of plant I think it's maybe either a lepismium or an EPM I'm not quite sure um but this had snapped off and I said to Haley I was like can I can I take it is it going to go in the bin and she was like yeah take it so I don't know exactly what it is so again if you know please let me know but it's obviously some type of I would have thought jungle Cactus uh I might get more cuttings of it to fill it out at some point but equally it's quite well established I might just continue to chop and propagate I'm not too sure yet oh how we getting on okay I've still got quite a lot to get through um oh this is a nice one I'll do this one next so there's a lovely couple that I've met at the plant swap before um I think I met them at the Bristol plants what was the plants I met the up um and they obviously watched my weird plants video recently where I spoke about the Bonia ferox which oh my goodness like it's the more I see it the more I'm just like oh it's so weird but it's so cool Ross is obsessed with it um but anyway they were at the Morin festival and very kindly gave me a cutting and how weird and cool is this I'd never seen this plant before in real life I'd only seen pictures of it and feeling it is it's just so bizarre it's so weird um and it's only been in water for less than uh 24 hours about 24 hours now I would say oh and hang on is that a root or not I was going to say and it's rooting already but actually no that's just a little bit of sludge it wouldn't be common for Bonia to root that quickly though I got one at the again actually the Bristol plant Swap and I put it in water and within the first day it had Roots like that which was insane um but look at the back of the leaf this is the thing that if you've got Tri tripofobia I think it's called might freak you out a bit but yeah look at that how weird is that it's like a crumpet it's so bizarre but yeah I'm really excited to grow this one so yeah thank you Max and I'm so sorry I can't remember your lovely girlfriend but thank you so much I adore it um Holly Max and Holly is that right Max and Holly I'm so awful with names and I saw so many lovely people but thank you both so much I think it is gorgeous and not a plant but a plant related thing a shop there called frond was selling some gorgeous things they were selling self-watering pots they were selling pruning shears and finally I got myself a pair of Little Snips and I know I've been meaning to do it for such a long time uh I will try and remember to use them instead of the kitchen scissors and then a plant here that i' never heard of before but I saw it and I was immediately intrigued it's called The N oh n nean nematanthus Gray garus varata and this is what it looks like and when I first saw it I was like is this like it it almost like it leaves almost look hoyya like and I think actually I might have seen this plant I could be totally wrong about this or I've seen something similar to it growing outdoors in the UK before I might as I say I might be wrong about that but it does look kind of like a type of bush plants that we get here but nonetheless I just I thought the variegation was amazing and I had to have it I think this is one of the first things I bought I think but yeah I just thought it was really really cool and I haven't actually I haven't had the chance to do any research with any of these plants yet so I'm excited to do do a bit of a Google later and have a look and see what they could grow into what their potential is cuz yeah this one is just very different to anything else I own and if I look at the way it's growing as well like if you look at the stem you can see all of those little growth points coming off it so I think it probably is going to like Bush out or turn into a little tree of some sort but yeah very exciting uh oh and one other thing that is not a plant but it's a little plant accessory there was a lovely store there called Oscar and Digby who you might have seen in the Vlog and they make these little plant houses out of off Cuts they make loads of lovely propagation stations and shelves and lights and all that sort of stuff but they gave me this to put in my plant pot and apparently it's a really good way of monitoring the soil as well you can kind of tell by looking at the stick so I thought that's quite cool also stocked up on Liquid Gold Leaf classic I got lots of that but the last lot of plants oh and I also got lot of terra cotta pots because they were doing like um six for £4 or something like that which I thought was pretty good the last lot that I got are terrarium focused and I'm just going to give my foot a moment to regain Consciousness because it is completely dead and then I will show you what I got my God okay that's better and I've also just grabbed a pair of scissors for this next one because there's a few here that I actually haven't opened and haven't seen yet um so in if I'm right and thinking that I've got through everything else which I think I have all of the ones here are from micro Exotics uh and I followed micro Exotics on in for a while and I've never been to one of their stores before I've never bought from them before but basically they do oh my goodness they do such a lovely range of unusual plants for terrariums they do things like isopods and springtails they do um oh oh my God also if you watch the Vlog you will have seen um giant millipedes like I got a shot of one that was about that big just crawling across this woman's hand basically people that are interested in making bioactive terrariums and I know it might sound weird because I am completely phobic of snakes and I've said for ages I really struggle to even look at pictures of them but I was watching this giant millipede that they had there and I was like I wanted basically I've wanted to start doing a little bit of bioactive stuff for a while I've wanted to introduce ice pods and springtails but I really would like to get a giant millipede um and me and Ross have been talking about lots of ways in which we are I mean he's not 100% sold on the milipede idea um but ways in which we're going to create kind of amazing terrariums hence why actually hence why I've got so many lovely terrarian plants here uh but I think one of the things we're going to do and this is what we're thinking of doing as a video together maybe in the next few weeks or something is we're going to get a reptile tank um and it's probably I think going to replace my little white Ikea Greenhouse that I've got at the moment or like in that position I'm probably going to move that somewhere else and we're going to create a lovely beautiful unusual kind of terrarium filled with Gorgeous rare plants and then at some point potentially introduce some life some animal life to that as well cuz I absolutely don't want to bring I don't want to bring a giant millipede or any other creature for that matter into an environment where it's not going to be happy I was tempted to buy some on the day but I was like no go away do your research find out what they like um cuz obviously they're pets but assuming we can create a really lovely space I think it would be awesome to have some animals in there that have space to have a nice life and it' be cool to look at as well so on that note the first plant that I've got is a Bonia amus ayus uh and this is what it looks like as you can see it's got beautiful polka dot foliage but it doesn't grow that big and for that reason it is a lovely one to use in terrariums um and I'm pretty sure this is a cane Bonia I'm not quite like I'm very very new with Bonia I have only started adding more to my collection really within the last kind of couple of months but yeah I've heard that this can make a lovely terrarium plant I feel like the camera is not doing this one Justice actually it's very pale green it's got these bright red polka dots which if I turn you around for a moment sorry for the shaky hands but if you look at it from there you can kind of tell a little bit better see what I mean but yeah I'd already picked up some other little cuttings that I'm going to show you in a moment but I'd already picked up some of them and I was like do I get a big blant as well and I decided to get this one and yeah I think it's really unusual really pretty and it's just got me really excited about terrarium making like there were some incredible terrariums that we saw there grow Tropicals had made a really gorgeous like big display and part of their display was a terrarium uh Ben from Wester terrariums was obviously doing talks and he did workshops as well so there was just lots of terrarium influence and it just made me think that especially while I'm trying to create areas of uh less intensive care requirement in my home um lower maintenance spaces basically areas that I can look at and appreciate that feel planty but they don't require that much to maintain so yeah that is that's something that I am really Keen to kind of get more into because I haven't done much of it yet me and Ross have made maybe six or seven little terrariums we've got them through in the bedroom and they're perfect because we very rarely have to do anything to them but yeah this big exotic potentially bioactive one is one that I'm really excited about and some other things to go in it are these and I got some interesting cuttings again from micro Exotics um and I haven't actually properly looked at these yet because you can kind of see them through the packets but you can't see them that well uh so I thought I would get them out and have a proper look at them um so this first one is pycia namal yeah I was going to say I wasn't actually familiar with any of these plants so yeah these are all very new ones to me and I think what I'll probably do is get these ones straight into a propagation box allow them to root a little bit and when we come to do our terrarium they will still be fine cuz I can imagine they're used to very high humidity conditions oh that is [Music] adorable so yeah that is oh that is the first one look at that little delicate foliage that is so sweet going to very carefully pop these up here so I can put them straight into a prop box afterwards and I believe that most of these ones as well because they grow quite close to the forest floor most of them are kind of like medium light plants they won't do that well in super high lights and I also think I'm right in saying that the uh Giant milliped and the isopods and springtails prefer slightly lower temperature conditions when I say lower temperature I just mean like not like what some of my tropical plants would like at like 30° C uh so I think low light and lower temperature is preferable so for a spot in my room that's why I'm thinking where my Ikea cabinet currently is for a spot there that doesn't get a huge amount of natural light probably just do a little bit of grow light there it might work quite well it's just fun to create something a little bit different isn't it oh I forgot to say as well this one I'm opening now is rapidor Calis o o this is lovely that is really lovely look at that yeah I'm thinking in our really awesome terrarium um I might get some kind of cork bark and stuff to run up the back and things like this like shingling plants can just climb it I think from the way I gather from the way that a lot of them were displayed as well they really like growing on tree fern fiber again I'm pretty sure I put clips of this in the Vlog but lots of even just the little ones were being sold on little blocks of tree fern fiber climbing up them and oh my god there was some incredible ones there was one that I saw um and it was kind of rainbowy and beautiful and I can't remember if I got a shot of it or not but it was it was only about that big and its leaves were teeny teeny teeny tiny uh and it was about 70 quid and I was like oh if I had all the money and I was really into terrarian building I might consider it because it was so pretty but right now I didn't think that was a great idea um and this one's a Marc gravier mini round and Mark graier tends to be a genus of plant that you see a lot in terrariums and one that I know I like a lot when I've seen it in other people's so yeah I can't really tell what this one looks like yet because it's very steamy in the bag [Music] oo oh that's adorable I don't want it to fall off the little piece of moss cuz it's so how am I going to show you this can you see there so there's two sections of that but I'm scared to try and hold that up to the camera anymore in case it falls oh gorgeous is that so yeah the Mark gravier is one it comes in so many different beautiful colors you can get them in kind of oranges and stuff as well um I in fact I think they grow Tropicals big terrarium that they made had quite a lot of those in and the only time before outside of a terrarium that I can ever think of that I've seen one in the flash is when I went to visit the grow Tropicals I guess you like where house grow room a couple of years ago now um and they had this massive great plant in the middle of one of their like indoor green houses and it had all of these beautiful MC gravies growing up the side of it and I was just like wow it felt like a little slice of rainforest it just felt absolutely amazing and I think really if you're if you're able to kind of create an environment in a section of your house or got your whole house if you can it doesn't have to be limited terrariums like you could just kind of very nicely grow things up I was going to say up the walls maybe not up the walls but you know what I mean I would love to do that a little bit more in fact I've like I feel so filled with ideas coming away from more of of ways that I would like to kind of change up certain aspects of my plant collection and certain ways in which I'm growing like looking at some of the ways people were using bark and Moss and things that were very different compared to like traditional pots and it just looks so earthy and natural and lovely and I was like oh I'd like to incorporate a little bit more of that into my collection so yeah I'm feeling very inspired at the moment I'm feeling like I'm ready to make quite a lot of positive changes so yeah um and this one is a cell ginella aninata that that's how it's felt and this is very sweet but again I chose this one just because I felt like it would add some lovely texture to a terrarium like I don't know how you can see but those are teeny tiny little leaves they're so adorable again I feel like potentially from the other way around you can see better but yeah just look how sweet they are oh and then the last one is actually potentially one of the most exciting ones so this is a pelonia rupen that's how it looks and I have had a ponia pulcra before and oh my God the ponia pcra kind of looked like a beautiful rainbowy Vine and it's one that you really don't see very often and I saw p pelonia rupin and I was like I've never seen this one before and even just looking at it through the bag I'm like oh that looks gorgeous and I don't think you have to grow this in a terrarium like I've seen people growing well not the rupin but the pul on Moss poles and stuff like that before oh my goodness but this one is so pretty and it's so unusual look at that and if this is anything like the pelonia pulcra it propagates really easily as well I would love to have lots of little sections kind of dotted throughout terrariums it just looks gorgeous so yeah I'm so happy with that but yeah that is my ginormous molver haul and I said it again in my Vlog video but thank you so much to green rooms for making the house plant Festival possible thank you so much for creating the amazing world that you did at Movin because it was one of the if not in fact the best planty event I have ever been to in my life it was just another level amazing and I had the most wonderful time and often coming away from very social things especially 4 days in a row I just feel absolutely wiped and although physically I'm knackered I also feel really recharged I feel like I I just I saw so many amazing plants I met so many amazing people it really has topped up my battery so yeah it was awesome it was amazing and I'm excited to go and do stuff to these plants now because I've been eyeing them up for the last day and a half wanting to do stuff but then thinking nope I want to show you first so I'm going to go have a play now but I really hope you enjoyed this video and if you did please make sure to give it a thumbs up subscribe to my channel have a lovely day and I will see you in the next video [Music] stay sexy PL lovers
