of protein ten egg white omelet one cup of veggies and a tablespoon of omega-3 fish oil now at the moment I am cutting down and I can tell you I cannot get shredded on five thousand calories a day maybe the rock I'm because he's literally two of me but I can't and everyone you know there goes and the immensity will be different you know depending on their height their weight their activity the best workout it was decent we got a dawn but I definitely felt very like full and sluggish and bloated the rock probably metabolizes that in like 10 minutes okay me not so much I felt like I actually had a rock in my stomach but anyway we got it done it was decent workout and now we're about to go home have meal tree and then we're gonna go for a little bit of a walk cuz there once it's not raining in Dublin that's like an excuse to go outside so yeah feel good give me the news give me the good news about news what's the military the good news is Rob just smashed the bad news is he's three is a nice chicken we've got a cup of baggies and then two cups of rice so I'm just gonna use this bowl pocket yeah I'm very excited for a change in thing that is pretty has a little bit of much worse after previous food challenges leaves a 10 cane whenever I was like I'm gonna go to hospital that was all right right so first of all how are you feeling not that bad obviously very full and of its sluggish yeah all right like I'm definitely like functioning okay which meal did you like the best the best was definitely the steak like the steak and potatoes I was proper good and after today because food not protein shake like I'm Dan and that I was looking it I was I was at one with that protein shake just there I was making sweet love that protein shake who would this diet work for like other than the rock would this work for anyone else on normal no absolutely not well I'm su the same like high weight you know activity occupation everything as the rock it's not gonna work for you and everything when you're doing at a diet train plus should be personalized that's all I do with all my clients since I do myself and it should also be changed as a result lon you know if you're not losing weight maybe need to lower your calories of your exercise of ricardio at the end of day it's all about energy expenditure versus energy intake you know counters in calories a that's the main thing obviously so much more self comes into play but that is like the fundamental of weight loss and weight gain so yeah you know this was really just gonna work for the rock or anyone who's just like it and how long do you think you spent cooking into that was one of the most surprising things of today I spend more time cooking and washing and cleaning off than I did eating like way too high of the day and so like obviously I think the rock I'm imagining has someone practiced meals well yeah I think an area half was on c-span broking what do you think is missing from the diet where you crave than anything throughout the day yes that makes something like sweet and cold like even some yogurt frozen yogurt low-calorie ice cream something like that protein shake was a godsend but yeah definitely thing it just needs something like sweeten it up a little bit like even some fruit it's actually nipple fruit even something like a little bit of fruit our smoothie would be amazing how sustainable do you think this diet is I don't think of the rock and even sustain it hence why you know he has a pin cheat days here and there that's a real number one with me or any of my clients or anyone I work with and I anyone who's like fairly knowledgeable in the field of nutrition training will tell you that there's no point following the best diet plan if you can't sustain it as so sustainability and adherence is just above all house so yeah I don't think it's sustainable what difference do you think it would make add in for example a low calorie condiment such as hot sauce to each and every day Jimmy's hot sauce soy sauce no no no that's all frying out for some soy sauce it's crying out to be put in your mouth that's the only thing it's great I hope there's no soy sauce there's no soy sauce on the Herk diet yeah that is one thing that stood out for me like hot sauce has got little to no calories depending on the brand and a little bit more flavoring like I was using like salt pepper and chili flakes there and you know that helped a lot but I think a bit more seasoning and flavoring to make your meals come alive would go a long way the final question is how will be felt throughout the day a constantly full especially a bowl of oats I honestly think that was the hardest part of the whole day and I actually felt worse when I was working out so it was to do that again or if I was wrong I put more meals later in the day so it's little bit lighter more agile working egg but yeah so that's my feedback hope you enjoyed the video hope you found it interesting
