[Music] [Applause] [Music] yeah yeah there we go [Music] what is up YouTube feel like I haven't filmed my arm day of this program and I it up it's supposed to be a two day so I'm going to be improvising and splitting up in the two days cuz I didn't do this morning doesn't matter but arm day was Mr Von Walker here got a drone flying around in the gym get some cinematic shots and flying everywhere causing a chaos Ruckus but yeah it's arm day and I've been really enjoying these workouts I'm going to show you guys the exactly what I'm doing it's a triple set triceps triple set of biceps and dust your arms and like four four rounds of all that so it feels good stting with triceps I'll show you guys what I'm doing yep come on oh t [Music] all right next Triple Su set some don't know what to call it biceps doing some reverse grip preure curls right here trying to do a slow negative I went too heavy last set so I got to drop this weight cuz it's too much but I'm trying to do a 4sec negative pull it back up and I've never felt and exercise more on my brake Alis trying to get that Phil Heath forearm and I'm moving on to these comford curls you're lying down holding the dumbbell pinky closest to the edge of the dumbbell trying to rotate pinkies up as much as you can really wide and getting a deep thresh at the bottom straight into doing the gym Leo preacher curl that one I'm just trying to do full range of motion so I'm fully locking out the bottom full range triple set by the end your toes so four rounds of this and then moving on for oh go is that your I would not do 4se second there that was heavy was at the pool something me doing full range of motion in dips I get like four or five especially super setting but I'm trying to do super set machine dip body weight dip and normally I like my dips are like this normally and I'm trying to go down to that stretch position you know the theme of this obos seon slow range of motion so I don't even need to explain it anymore you got to get it a oh you play baseball better be on film that's five for five it's hot oh pressure got to my head um all right that's a wrap on today's video today Thursday two days post pregnancy due date no baby yet so we're still waiting my hands are black should probably wash them I should probably be at home waiting for my child to come but we're living life like the baby is not going to come until she comes we're being present in the moment until the moment happens SO waiting for that call or if I'm with Courtney usually happens in the middle of night wake up in the middle of the night wait as long as possible head to the hospital and have a baby so that's life right now still trying to get huge getting in the arm workout so appreciate you guys watching if I think this shot I'll retire not yet sh
