what's up guys welcome back to the TB electric Channel where we do how-to videos for your Emoto today we're going to show you how to wash it so this will apply to any of these SMY motos Eide Pro suron Taria Taria XX pretty much any model this is going to work okay let's get this thing wash cuz it is filthy okay so what we like to do in washing a bike is kind of a a basic wash we like to use some nice heavy degasing dish soap like some Dawn or something oh that's squeaky so we've got we got a nice bucket here we use one of these to kind of scrub our frame we've got a chain scrubbing brush and we have another cool chain scrubbing brush some hot soapy water before we start spraying this down you want to make sure that your charge port is covered so make sure to tuck that up no matter what bike you have that's a good way to do it if you are really worried about getting water in your battery you can open up your battery door unconnect your battery take it out flip your breaker first of course and then you're going to want to put like a bag or something over these connectors to make sure no water gets in there I personally like to leave my battery in and just make sure my charge port is covered so we're going to start hosing this off we don't like or recommend pressure washers cuz they really spray too hard of water and can get it in places that you don't want it in inside bearings and suspension components and things like that along with electrical connectors so the key to making your bike look clean is touching every service with some soapy water otherwise you're going to leave water residue dirt residue it just kind of all still looks like it's dirty after you dry it off okay our bike is all soaked up we're going to rinse it all off and then we're going to move on to our chain which is really going to take some good scrubbing so we have some good products to use that help with that first we'll get this rinsed off next up we're going to show you how to clean your chain this chain actually isn't super dirty we like to use this chain cleanup so we're going to go ahead and spray that on so you're supposed to spray that on Let It soak for about 60 seconds and then we're going to hose it back off we like to give it a little scrub this is a great chain brush with super stiff bristles so we like to stick that on there you can just kind of scrub as you turn your wheel this works super good touches all the sides okay we really got a lot of crap and debris off of that chain so we want to make sure we get all that chain cleaner off step number two we're going to do this mppl so this stuff multi-purpose penetrant Lube this is great for displacing the water after cleaning and just gets your chain kind of soaks in helps it from keeps it from rusting takes good care of it and then we're going to follow it up with our chain guard Lube so after our bike is all dry and everything we'll hit this later on so that is all we need need for our chain at this point we're going to just grab a towel touch dry some of the bike that already hasn't dried in the Sun and we're going to go do some more maintenance okay time to lube our chain now that our bike is all dry ready to go I like to turn the bike on put it in eco mode nice slow mode just gently turn the throttle spin it just give it a light spray till you're all the way around and you're good I like to just keep spinning just a little let that lube soak in all right guys now that your bike is all clean we appreciate you guys watching if you want more how-to videos hit that subscribe button we got new videos coming all the time and if you guys have any more questions drop a comment we'll be sure to help you out thanks for watching we'll catch you next video see you
