glad you know who knows the job of your parents what is it [Music] ah right what is the job of your parents for you what does your parents job when they raise you anyone know yeah a parent's job is to massively raise their kids selfish but they don't know that no one teaches them hey this is how to raise a kid it doesn't matter how much organic broccoli you give them how many languages if you don't raise children with high self-esteem you haven't really done your job now I would never say I was the most amazing parent I learned as I went along and I made a lot of mistakes but I know now what I didn't know then my job was to raise a kid with phenomenally High self-esteem luckily it's never too late to do that so I want to teach you three things today how to massively raise your own self because the truth is if you are looking for yourself as you're in a place outside of you you're never going to find it we'll go I'm gonna wear great Nike trainers I'm going to be an a student I'm going to get a really hot boyfriend I'll go over and then I'll have high self-esteem no unless you're looking in here for it you're not going to find it you cannot find high self as I'm looking for a place outside of yourself so we're going to work on how do you raise your self-esteem we're going to work on how do you dialogue with your own mind how do you become the CEO of your own brain and we're going to put it all together and I'm going to teach you something it's what I call a nicer meditation how to be a powerful manifester so first of all let's talk about your mind you know I trained with very eminent psychologists all over the world and they all told me a lie they didn't know it was like they all said oh you know the mind is very very very complicated if you want to be a therapist well you've got to learn the workings of the mind and by the way it takes a lifetime to understand how your mind works and a second lifetime to apply that well how does that work then that doesn't even make sense the mind would go hey here's a brilliant brain and when you're 85 with a bit of light you might crack it but unless you believe in reincarnation how you can even apply that stuff that just never made sense to me and I've always thought outside the box and challenged everything so then I began to study well what how does the Mind work is it really complex does it really take a lifetime to understand no it doesn't you can actually understand the workings of your mind probably in five minutes and I'll tell you what they are in five minutes and the most important one to understand is the first one your mind does what it thinks you want it to do and it bases it on one thing what you tell yourself I don't want to fail my exams I don't want to mess up in front of this hot person that I'm attracted to I don't want to speak and go oh I look like an idiot and what you're telling your mind is I don't want to do that and your mind's job which is a really interesting job is to make your thoughts real if you know from the time you were two and I'm working a lot now I've got my rtt in schools because I want people to understand your mind's job is to make your thoughts real your thoughts aren't even thoughts they are blueprints every thought you think your mind your body and your psyche work to make real so here's a question if your mind's job is to make your thoughts real what's your job what do you think your job is great job by the way what is it think better thoughts I mean imagine if we talk kids that at five your mind's job is making your thoughts real and your job is think better thoughts because every day your mind makes your thoughts real so when you understand the workings of your mind point one is your mind does what it thinks you want and if you go I don't want to be rejected I want to be dumped I don't want to fail I don't want to get it wrong I didn't want to go to school on Wednesday and take that exam your mind goes okay I'm tuning in don't want to go to school on Wednesday why don't I give you a raging headache chronic diarrhea I don't really care I just understand to give you what you want and you've got to be very careful this is the genie your wish is its command be careful what you wish for if you start saying things like oh I'm not good at attention or I want attention I want lots and lots of attention that sounds like a good thought doesn't it let's imagine I wake up and I'm thinking I want attention I want attention I want so much attention the genie is tuning into what I want attention but I could have explosive gas gonna get lots of attention for that I could go out and start shoplifting I could start acting in a really weird way because I didn't tell my mind I want positive attention for being smart or kind or interesting so the mind is not logical it just tunes into what you think and when you think better thoughts you change your life but in a minute I show you how to do it but understand you only need to know three things about your mind to have it always on your side does what it thinks you want and it bases it on what you tell yourself who's ever done this and thought oh God I'm so stressed I've got so much work and studies I would love a few days off just lying on the sofa anyone ever wished for that anyone notice that they get the flu or they get sick because the mindset well you said you wanted some days off lying on the sofa I've given it to you who's ever thought I'm dreading dreading dreading this exam one of my clients told me that when she was a kid she had to take an exam and she was so anxious she actually went and put her hands on her mother's hair tongs and burnt her hand so she wouldn't have to take the exam another of my client said she put her hand through a plate glass window because she was so anxious about taking an exam but what their dialogue and what they're saying is I don't want to do it I can't do it I go to get out of it if I burn my hand lacerate my hand that's really horrifying when all you have to say to your mind is hey mind I got a great memory I'm going to ace that exam it's going to be amazing I'm smart I remember everything my mind is like Google it takes in everything because the truth is every book you've ever read every lesson you've set so you do remember everything if you tell your mind that so point one is your mind is always doing what it thinks you want if you haven't got what you want but if you've got a lot of stuff you don't want you haven't learned how to expertly dialogue with your mind but I'm going to teach you today point two is the way you feel about everything it's pretty simple it all comes back to two things the pictures you make in your head and the words you say to yourself which you are free to change the way you feel about everything everything everything is down to the pictures you make in your head and the words you say I don't want to get on that plane it's going to crash I love getting on a plane I've got three hours to read a book eat some food do what I like I I don't like being the focus of attention I love being the focus of attention I don't want to go on this date in case I get rejected I'm going to go on a date I'm going to meet someone amazing it's all going to work out so if the way you feel about everything comes down to the pictures you make and the words you say that means that your job is to make better pictures and say better words all the time and it becomes really really easy and the third thing which is very vexing for therapists like me is that our mind loves loves loves what is familiar and really hates what is unfamiliar if our mind could choose it would always run back over here towards familiar and run away from what's over there which is unfamiliar so something unfamiliar I've got to learn a new language go to a new school meet new people I got to do something new and mine goes no no let's go over here you see familiar kept you alive once if you lived in a four you wouldn't go hey a bit bored with life in a four there's some Native Indians I think I'll go and hang out with them because they might kill you so we learned long time ago Familia keeps us safe an unfamiliar might kill us but here's the thing if your mind loves what is familiar all you've got to do is make good stuff familiar and one of the things you can do to make family that will change your entire life is to make self praise familiar I'm good I'm smart I'm kind I'm nice I'm interesting you can say whatever I'm compelling I'm fascinating you have to start to make good words familiar if you want to change your life on a dime I cannot recommend enough make self praise familiar even more familiar go over here to self praise make it so familiar and make criticizing yourself unfamily move away from that I'm an idiot I got rocks for brains I mess everything up you can change your life so quickly by making praise and self-bully familiar by constantly doing it and meanwhile make criticism unfamily see your mind can't go in two lanes here we are This Is A Highway there's that lane and there's that lane and this Lane I'm confident I'm making praise familiar I believe I've got something to offer the world I'm nice I'm smart and this Lane is oh God I'm really anxious and I get things wrong and I'm not very good but you can't be in both lanes there's no way you can drive in both those Lanes simultaneously to decide which lane you're going in which is always that one and stay in it the Mind cannot hold conflict and beliefs I'm good I'm nervous I'm smart I'm anxious I'm a good student I've got a terrible memory people like me but I'm scared of rejection that really messes up your mind because it wants to go into one lane or the other but it can't go into both so you've got to make good stuff Emily who here wears contact lenses whatever worn lenses put your hand up who here put a bit of silicone on their fingers shoved it in there and thought oh I've got to go through these lenses straight away I put it in and I can do it anyone put a lens in and found they got the hang of that immediately because I put one in once I couldn't even get it out I was like I had to keep it in all night because I couldn't get it out you have to kind of squeeze your eyeball with nails and get that thing off and I went to an optician they said we can't touch our eyes in America we get sued and I couldn't get it and then I went to bed I work at the morning it was there and I thought I'm not actually going to do these again but I could have done I could have made lenses familiar but I frankly I couldn't be bothered I thought no it's not worth it but if you put some silicone on your finger and shove it in your eye every day it becomes simple you can do it in the dark you can take your lenses out without a mirror because you make it familiar Once Upon a Time wasn't even familiar going to the bathroom eating a banana wasn't familiar got it in your hair and your eye and your ears eating yogurt you would have got that everywhere so you've got to make stuff familiar and the way to massively boost your self-esteem is to make praise familiar people think praising yourself is arrogant but if we had a scale actually is there a pen let me get a pen if this was a scale and that was arrogance and that was feeling insecure they're kind of the same they're just an opposite thing in the middle is confidence I like myself self-esteem I believe in who I am you see self-esteem doesn't mean what I think of you it means what you think of you if I said I hold you in the highest esteem that's what I think of you but self-ism is what you think of you and when you have self-esteem you're not arrogant but you're also not insecure because you understand that it comes from in here and you have the power to change in here massively when you learn how to dialogue with yourself so we want to be the CEO of our own mind how do we do that well it really is very easy don't complicate it it all comes back to how do you talk to you I've been working with teenagers oh my adult life and I never cease to be horrified by how they don't describes I'm an idiot I'm a piece of you know what I have rocks for brains I'm not very good my dad never sees me so I guess I'm worthless and I always teach them look the most important word you will ever hear to yourself in your whole life and not for some hot girl or some hot guy or even a teacher saying gosh you're smart you are the best kid I've ever had in my course even a parent saying wow parenting you is the joy of my life no the most important word you will ever hear in your whole life come from you because if I said to you oh you're so smart I love what you're wearing I love your hair love your shoes you're amazing could you stay behind today and help me empty out my stuff I've totally manipulated you with praise and the mind understands that if someone is mean we go wow my dad was really mean today but he's got some issues he's fighting with my mum he's got some problems at work he's just having a bad day we can actually work out where someone is mean or nice but our mind believes whatever we tell if you're mean to yourself it's true and if you're good to yourself it's true so let me show you how your mind tunes into whatever you say and makes it real put your hand in front of your mouth so if you're about to eat something put it right up here close your eyes and I want you to imagine you're holding in your hand half of a big fat juicy lemon a gorgeous ripe juicy lemon it's in your hand and I want you to squish that lemon and breathe in that amazing lemon smell I feel like kind of waxy surface of the lemon I want you to squeeze that lemon more so lemon drops come to the surface I want you to stick out your tongue literally stick out your tongue and lick off those lemon drops and now open your mouth and shove that entire half of lemon in your mouth and eat it with your eyes closed bite into the flesh start chewing it sucking it swirling it around your mouth bite into every lemon segment chew it suck it pump it around your mouth eat that entire half a lemon eat all the flesh chew it suck it swirl it around and notice your taste buds are puckering your taste buds are swelling you are pumping out saliva to a thought you're thinking about eating a lemon and already you're making it real open your eyes and here's a question and you cannot get this question because I don't want my hand up in case I'm wrong and I look like an idiot you can't get this question wrong because a bit of a trick whatever you say is right put your hand up if there was no lemon by the way you can't get it wrong put your hand if there's no lemon it's okay put your hand up if there was a lemon it's also okay and put your hand with you never put your hand at whatever the question is put your hand up okay so here's the answer you're both right there wasn't a lemon at all there was no lemon but there was a lemon where was it where was the lemon in your mind your mind didn't go oh come on there's no lemon this is silly even though it knew there was no lemon your mind began to pump out saliva to I thought why did it do that well you know 500 years ago you needed your teeth if you couldn't bite there was no pureed stuff there was no um shakes and bulletproof coffees and smoothies you had to bite stuff them with lemons eroding tooth enamel that was a problem so when you eat anything acidic your mind starts to pump out saliva to protect your teeth you might know something you feel a bit sick the first thing you notice is lots of saliva in your mouth who's noticed that you're going to be sick your mind pumps out saliva to protect your teeth because your mind is working all the time to keep you alive so that's a kind of neutral thing but if you can tell your mind you're eating a lemon and make that real then you can do anything I have a phenomenal memory i ace my exams when I read that question my brilliant mind is like Google it gives me the answer somebody wrote it and my kid was lying on the floor freaking out because she couldn't pass Spanish I don't know what happened but I bought one of your audios passing your exams with these within three days you're at mum I know all the Spanish and her chin was up and she went to school and she got an A in Spanish because I don't know what you did I said well what I did was I put different words in it had different words different pictures that's all it is you remember everything you've got a phenomenal mind as you read those Spanish questions your Genius mind comes up with the answer let's do another one everybody stand up and I want everyone to Point their left arm towards me just like that that's all and let's all use the same arm left I'm using the opposite because it's the mirror opposite left arm left arm to face me and all we're going to do don't do it yet is that please don't poke someone in the eye or touch any part of their body so make sure you've got a bit of space and let's practice it first take your left arm and keeping your feet facing forwards just swing your arm as far behind you as you can get it to go push it to its absolute limit push your arm as far as it will go and then take a look at where it is look behind you at how far you've moved your left arm bring it back and I want you to talk to your arm I think that's kind of weird but we it's a great thing to talk to your body say to your left arm you're super flexible you're like a bendy rubber doll and you are going to go a third further I need you to say it look at your arm and say you are so flexible repeat after me you're so flexible you're going a third further you're like a bendy rubber toy go a third further because I'm telling you to and now swing your arm back and watch as it goes a whole third further because you told it to let's do the other one and we can speed it up now because you know you can do it put your right arm out swing it behind you mark it'll go further because you can Mark how far it's gone bring it back look at your arm and say to your arm you are going way further way way way further more than a third further because you're so flexible and because I'm telling you to and even see in your mind your arm going so far it almost does a 360 degree move close your eyes and see it just for a minute wow my arm is going so if I can see it and I'm telling it go further and I know it will and now swing your arm back and watch as it goes way way way further because you told it to and bring it back so what happened then what happened is you put different pictures and words in your mind you know I work with a lot of athletes and the Olympic Committee is stated many times only athletes you can visualize will ever make it to the Olympics because they have such an advantage over those that can't and many times you'll see a bodybuilder lift away and then they close their eyes and they see themselves lifting a bigger weight someone doing yoga will stretch their leg out like that and hold it and then close their eyes and find wow I can do it so much better the second time because I'm seeing it you'll believe it when you see it seeing as believing so let's just do one more I want you to put your feet together and just put your hands by your side these are completely safe they're not harmful they're totally neutral they just to show you the power of your incredible genius mind because if you have a mind you have a genius mind your mind is brilliant and you've got to learn to tap into its Brilliance and help it with better words better thoughts because I promise you it will change your entire life so put your hands by your side close your eyes just for a minute and I want you to imagine you've got a little magnet implanted in your chin and in front of your chin is the biggest magnet ever one of those huge red magnets and it is pulling you forwards from the chin there is a massive magnet in front of your chin your little magnetic chip in your chin and that magnet is pulling you forwards forwards forwards your chin is moving forwards your head is leaning forward your body is tilting forwards your shoulders are being pulled forwards forwards forward you really want to bend at the waste As you move forwards forwards and you actually notice that you really want to come up onto your tiptoes as that magnet pulls you even more forwards even more forward your knees are locking you're coming up onto your tiptoes you're bracing your legs as that magnet pulls you more forwards even more forwards even more forward you are moving forwards bending forwards leaning forwards because that magnet is so powerful it's pulling you forwards forwards forwards only now that magnetic chip has actually gone to the back of the back of your head and the magnets gone behind your head and this time the magnet is pulling you backwards you are bending backwards your head is going backwards your chin is coming up into the air you are locking your knees your toes are coming forward you're arching like a bow as that magnet pulls you backwards backwards even more backwards your shoulders your head your ears are pulling backwards backwards backwards only now the magnets move to the left if you're left here that little magnetic chip is in your left ear and that magnet is pulling you to the left you're like a tree in a gale you are being pulled over to the left your head is moving to the left your shoulders are moving to the left you desperately want to come right onto the side of your left foot as you lean and move and Sway and get pulled like the Leaning Tower of Pisa all the way over to the left only now the chips move to your right ear and immediately you are being pulled to the right a magnetic force a powerful irresistible magnetic force is pulling you over to the right your head is moving to the right your ear is moving to the right your shoulders are moving to the right you are leaning over to the right like a tree in the wind you are moving to the right wanting desperately to go onto the side of your right foot leaning moving pulling to the right and just be aware of what your body is doing and open your eyes and straighten yourself up and of course here's a question again there was no Magna but your mind doesn't know and I promise you it doesn't care take a seat this is what is so important about your mind it doesn't know and it doesn't care if what you tell it is good or bad useful or pointless beneficial or not your mind doesn't know and it doesn't care and you just proved it with a lemon you proved it with your arm you proved it when you started to do that and that and that and that to a thought because your mind makes your thoughts real every minute of every day your mind makes your thoughts real and if your mind makes your thoughts real you better learn to make better thoughts you know Eminem was talking about what it was like to be a rabbit so when I first wanted a rap everyone said you can't be a rapper he said you know I had a horrible life my mum lived in a trailer she gave me Valium as a kid my mom was very unhappy kids used to spit on me in school and lock me in lockers I don't have a great life and I was so angry I thought well hey I'll be a rapper so I put my anger into rap and they said come on Eminem you're a blonde haired blue-eyed guy you can't be a rapist that made me even more angry and I told myself I'm going to be the best rapper in the world and I love that he didn't go oh yeah you're right look I got blonde hair and blue eyes and wrapping as a black guy's thing and I can't do it because his mind would have made that release I'm going to be the best rapper and I'm going to use my anger and he went to a rap concert and he really wanted to win and he didn't win actually but it became second but Jay-Z was in the audience and saw him and saw something in him and made him amazingly famous and we don't even know who the guy that one was because that's another belief Winner Takes It All no it doesn't winner does not take it all often people who become sick and do better they have a drive I'll show you you know my my father sent my brother to private school but not me because my brother was smart and I had that I'll show you middle children often have I'll show you they often become very successful I'll show you I'll show you and I'm glad I didn't go to private school I'm glad that my father paid for my brother's education not mine my brother's birthday I am way way way way way more money than he will because I had that I'll show you I'm going to prove it to you and Ed Sheeran they said Ed come on you're a lily white skin and red hair and glasses isn't like a rock star but Eminem was the one who said get angry Ed Sheeran slept in bus stops he was busking on the street when he wasn't even 16. he was sleeping in bus shelter sleeping in parks and Eminem said get angry and keep going focus on which lane you want to be in you're going to make it Ed is probably one of the richest music stars in the world so you have to look at your beliefs whatever you believe you're going to make it real and when you believe you're going to do something amazing whatever you believe you'll make it real so you've got to think about your beliefs because first you make your beliefs and then your beliefs turn right around him at you and then there's something called confirmation by us I believe I'm not smart I believe I'm my mind isn't very quick I believe people don't really like me and I've made their belief and it's definitely making me because now I'm kind of shy I'm insecure and now I'm looking for proof of what I believe is true so let's do one thing very quickly before we move on to our manifesting this is a ladder is what I call a ladder of looping thoughts so thoughts always come first you might think feelings come first they do not you might think well I'm feeling scared of a dog but you've got to think that you're scared of a dog apart from the fear of falling backwards thoughts come first so here's a thought and my thought is I'm not enough I think that thought and after the thought comes a feeling and after the feeling comes a behavior or an action and then I justify all by going back to the same thoughts and let's imagine I wake up and every day I think I'm not enough if I wake up and I think I'm not enough what kind of feelings would I feel I give you a clue there isn't a single good one in there shout outs and feelings you would feel if you woke up and you thought well I'm not enough I'm not smart enough not interesting enough not all enough give me some feelings you would feel if you woke up and thought that thought sad more feelings there's lots of feelings sad what else say that say that lonely yeah definitely lonely what else angry good what else anxious sure there's so many hopeless defeated paralyzed with fear unable to communicate so I think a thought I'm not enough I feel feelings are all negative sad anxious lonely angry defeated what kind of behaviors or actions might I or you take if you think that thought and you feel that feeling listen behaviors I wake up and think I'm not enough I feel sad or I feel angry how am I going to behave pick anything again here's a clue none of them are good closed up yeah I I don't take any risk I'm risk averse I stay at home maybe I cry maybe I act out maybe I stop bullying people give me just a couple more behaviors that you might imagine if you think a sad thought feel a sad feeling just pick two more behaviors overeating yeah I'm trying to comfort myself you know the the your the loneliness you The Emptiness you feel inside is always because of the needs that weren't met and one of your needs is to believe in yourself and if you don't have that you feel this emptiness here not enough if I'm not enough guess what I need more more food more praise more followers on my feed more alcohol or something so yeah our our behaviors are I don't take risks I cry I lose my temper I bully people or I just sit in the house so imagine we took out the word not we get rid of that because that's not true we wake up and go I am enough I don't believe it but hey I did a lemon I felt a magnet I did that so might as well say I'm enough and if I said it every day because my mind doesn't know or care if it's true or false if I said I'm enough every day what kind of feelings am I I feel waking up going I'm enough I'm enough I'm going to say it say it say what what kind of feelings would I feel so here's another clue this time they're all good you can't say them enough and feel terrible so give me some feelings you would feel if you started your day with I'm enough you might notice I wear all these I'm enough braces if you go to I'm enough.com we'll give you lots of them have it on my mirror because I want to let that in see words are like balm if my skin was very dry and I put lotion on my mind doesn't goes that From Prada or did you get it free on an airplane doesn't care balm soothes dry skin and word soothe something as words are nourishing so if you use the nourishing words I am enough shout outs and feelings you would feel happy confident would you say over there happy yeah happy is a great feeling what else energized accepted say that again powerful so now we've got great feelings happy I'm not gonna run energized powerful so what kind of behaviors would we do what kind of actions would we take if we think we're enough and we feel happy powerful loved secure self-trusting what kind of things would you do how would you behave if you thought that thought and felt the good feelings how would you behave yeah you'd work on your goals of the belief I can achieve my goals because I'm enough what else say that again I'd commute I talked to people they can't reject me nobody can reject me except me and I'm never going to do that because I'm enough I would take some risks let's have one more behavior that you would Act and where you'd behave if you know you're enough and you feel pretty good about yourself how would you another one more Behavior I tell you yeah I'd go on a great day how can anybody reject me I'm fine I'm kind I'm magnetically sick so you can tell yourself whatever you like you know Muhammad Ali said I told myself I was the greatest before I was you know what happened in everyone's eyes I became the greatest what a concept tell yourself you're the greatest Arnold Schwarzenegger said modesty is not a word that applies to me in any way shape or form and I sincerely hope it never ever does is there arrogance maybe but it's better than saying I'm so self-conscious I can't look at people so oh we're almost running out of time let's go straight into something called niacin meditation I want to show you how to manifest there are three ways to manifest one is just sitting there thinking I'm going to manifest everything but you have to manifest in three ways the first is you must believe you are worth it whether you want love or a great career or promotion or money or your own business if you don't do step one which is believe you are worth it you won't be good at manifesting the second is you're going to really know what that looks like and the third is put into practice so my daughter my daughter is a really cool artist she's very successful and she was little I said darling if you want to be an artist what does that look like because well mommy it looks like having or my art in galleries but what else does it look like and you shouldn't really understand said no look imagine you're looking on a screen you're an artist what does that look like because what it looks like is taking your art into galleries taking a portfolio taking your iPad going hey this is my work and I know you don't want to do that I know you don't want to do it but if you want to be a successful artist you must do what you do not want to do to get to where you want to be you have to talk about your work you know I'm a successful writer I've written seven best-selling books but I have to bring people and go hey do you want to feature my book I go into stores and go oh there's my book let me sign it because they can't send back copies that are signed and so you've got to know you're worth it that's the most important step eighty percent of your success is down to having a success mindset if you believe you're worthy that will take you further belief without Talent takes you further than Talent without belief we'll watch reality TV we all see people with no talent but they have amazing self-belief if you have belief and no Talent you probably will do better than some with huge Talent and no belief if you have both you can go anywhere so believe you're worth it really take a look at what it looks like look at it look at it again look at it again and then you've got to do the work we'll say Oh I thought I could just manifest no you still got to study still got to write your program open your business work because I want to manifest love you I'm sitting on the couch no you've got to go out unless you want to hook up with the app guys and I'm using delivering your Amazon packages I want to be successful what are you going to do so let's do it all together I'm going to teach you this thing called a nicer meditation and the first thing we're going to do is you're going to take these two fingers you're going to touch this area in between your eyebrows you're going to impress upon yourself what you want and part of being a CEO is don't even use the word want I want it I'm wishing I'm Dreaming forget about that you have to say I require it I insist on it and I'm giving it to myself you see if you think of those I'm wishing hoping dreaming because we'll keep wishing and hoping a dream because you probably never pull it off you go no I'm doing it I'm doing it I'm getting it so the first step is to impress upon yourself what you really really want the second step is to code it in by thinking but what does this look like what does it look like and what am I prepared to do to go and get it and the final step which is really easy is you're going to just rock from side to side just like that because you're going to erase and eradicate limiting beliefs and blocking thoughts so let me show you very quickly because do all you're going to do all this with your eyeshadow you're going to touch your two fingers impress upon you some big little indentation impress instruct install into you what you require and you're going to say in a powerful voice I insist on this I require this I'm giving this to myself then you're going to open out your hands and you're going to code it in by really focusing on what does it look like feel like sound like a little voice that goes oh you know you're not going to do that then you're going to move from side to side just a little movement and I'm going to help you erase and erad okay let go of those blocking thoughts so let's go take your two fingers uncross your legs uncross your arms these are very blocking behaviors when you want something being an open receiving position so hands and feet apart don't even cross your ankles just because it's it's a it's a closing we want an open so when you've got your feet and hands apart take these two fingers and close your eyes touch the area right in between your eyebrows and I want you to repeat these words what do you think of what you really want and think about what you really really really desire what do you require for yourself what do you want what do you require what do you need what are you prepared to give yourself and I want you to say with unshakable confidence well I require for myself is say it I need to hear it one eye repeatedly what I require for myself is finish that sentence I need to hear your voice no one's listening to you but we're all doing this say it what I require for myself is confidence what I insist on for myself is knowing radiating that I'm enough repeat that that's a good one let repeat after me what I require for myself is confidence would I insist on for myself is knowing I'm enough what I give to myself every day is the certainty that I'm enough make a little indentation and think of that what do you require what do you insist and what are you going to give yourself let's do it one more time what I require for myself is phenomenal confidence what I insist on for myself is knowing I'm worth it what I'm giving myself every day is the mindset of phenomenal success open out your hands and I want you to notice what does that look like what does phenomenal success and know and you're enough look like I want you to feel it feel that feeling of knowing that you radiate Confidence from your very Paws and by the way confidence is very sexy it's very reassuring everybody loves it so feel the feeling feel what it's like to wake up full of confidence notice what that looks like so see how would you move how would you talk if you had unshakable confidence and enoughness what would that look like what would it feel like and I want you to notice also what would that sound like what does your voice sound like when you speak with confidence when you make eye contact when you tell people hey I'm really good at IIT that's my unique gift oh I T Is My Jam that's what I do and I do it really well feel the feeling of radiating unshakable confidence see what it looks like notice what it sounds like how do you dialogue with you how do you dialogue with others and how do they dialogue back see one of the marks of self-love is how do you talk to yourself because if you love yourself and I've got I'm an idiot I got that wrong you go I did something it wasn't quite right but I learned so I want you to notice what it sounds like when you dialogue with you in a powerful way what does it feel like when you have that confidence in your body what does it look like to you what does it look like to others feel it hear it see it you can taste it smell it you can use all your senses feel that feeling of having the I am worth it mindset feel it hear it sense it smell it taste it that feeling in your body when you say I've got that mindset of success I know how to dial I only use positive words I am responsible for the images and words I put in my head and upgrading them every day after all when you get a bug in your computer someone comes and upgrades your software but you've got to upgrade your own software get rid of the bugs I want you to all say these sentences repeat after me I am worth it I'm enough I'm lovable I matter I'm significant and just one more thing it's only going to take a couple of seconds we often have the voice going no I want you to just move from side to side and just erase eradicate eliminate that critical voice I want you to smash to shatter to end the limiting beliefs and the blocking thoughts move from side to side I'm going to just take 30 seconds to put this all together so I want you to again touch the area in between your eyebrows impress upon yourself how you want to be impressed instruct install into your mind how you want to be impress instruct install use powerful language positive images open out your hands code in and wire in and fire in what that feels like what that looks like what it sounds like and any limiting belief to sway from side to side arrays eradicate eliminate blocking thoughts let those limiting beliefs go and just open your eyes and finally don't be one of those people that says I went to this talk it was good don't just hear it do it this technique won't self-implode every day before your lessons you can go I've got a phenomenal memory I'm awesome what does that feel like well I got a phenomenal memory i ace my exams and if it always goes well last time you messed it up I'm just going to sway from side to side and let that go you have the power to impress upon yourself to install and instruct your mind with how you want to be call it in code it in notice what it looks like feels like in that little voice that goes just erase it stay in the right lane use powerful words powerful languages make
