How to use USB Port for Multiple Display Setup for Laptop

one two three very simple device it will convert your current setup into multiple display take note this is not a splitter this is something that is independent from each monitor so it will be very cool this can be done on a pc or a laptop go across each one of the screen okay let's go ahead i'm going to show it to you how i did it okay this is the device it is startech.com it has a usb 3.0 going to two hdmi port so i'm going to unplug it since i've already set it up so you can see the two display monitors are off and by default one monitor is connected to the computer take a closer look this is the device i've shown you that is previously connected to that computer started.com to hdmi port again this is not a splitter guys you know you can see a lot of things on the internet but it's a splitter so i have the link on the description below if you want to check this one out amazon affiliate link i'm going to get back and plug this back in this will be the second monitor and the third monitor let's plug this at the back of the pc we'll do a laptop version later so plug that one then here we're going to wait for a few seconds so that the new display will be detected by the computer okay left and right is now up and running so when you're going to plug this one you might have some settings issue so the mouse is not going across so go ahead and right click on your desktop go to display settings and then scroll down you need to make sure that you get to set this one into extended to other monitors not duplicate i hope you can see this one so i'm going to change that one with extended one and two and then keep changes then you can try this one right away it will go across the other screen at the same time on the right side as well okay you can scroll up and you can see the orientation of this also so one two and three it should be able to detect three monitors look at that there you go two hdmi ports starting.com going to the usb port and we have the vga cable going to the other monitor let's go and take a look on how it feels and how it looks when you're working on a multi-display setup so it's more of a multitasking kind of work especially that a lot of people nowadays are working at home and you want to do a lot of things on your computer so let's go ahead jump in to using this adapter into our laptop so that you can see the beauty of this adapter is it's a usb device it's a plug and play you can carry it with you you can interchangeably use it on your pc or on your laptop so i'm going to plug this one upon connecting it detected that there are two monitors right away and by default the first setting it detected is it's a duplicate display so we are going to do the same thing like we did with the display of the desktop so right click on your desktop then go to that display settings scroll down you will see this drop down settings here make sure to set it to extended then you get to see how it looks like there you go so let's try this one up there go one two and three let's go and try this one on something that we do every day like opening a browser and then let's open up a profile so let's try to kind of drag again this window from left to right okay how cool is that guys so anyways if you have learned something from this video guys give it thumbs up help me make a dream of 500 000 subscribers i'll have the link on the description below if you want to buy this kind of device yeah you might want to buy it's an amazon affiliate link thank you and see you in my next video guys
