How to Use DSLR as Webcam in OBS

this is my Canon 70D DSLR and I want to use this as my webcam in OBS to do that you need a video capture card this is a very affordable capture card I think I got it in 20 dollars I will put a link in the description a cable that will come with your capture card the USB side will be connected to your laptop the other side will be connected to the capture card the other thing you need is HDMI cable with HDMI port on one side and mini HDMI port on the other side the smaller end of this HDMI cable you connect to your DSLR here there is a port on the side and the bigger end of HDMI will be connected to this capture card once you have made these connections then inside my OBS I have a scene creative webcam and microphone and in the sources I have added my microphone and now I'm going to add my DSLR as a webcam so I click on plus sign video capture device you have to select USB video and click on activate and now my DSLR is acting as my webcam
