How to Use a Laser Level

for construction people it's always been difficult to put a level line in order to build a wall or to level out some construction it's always been easy to do a vertical line by using what's called a plumb line which is just a weight on line but horizontal level has been more difficult until the invention of the laser level this is a laser level and it's very useful and saves a lot of time rather than doing measurements and that sort of thing there's a an opening in the front of this where there's laser light coming out and that laser light will see is it is aligned and the nice thing about a laser is that it does not spread out over distance it stays very focused so if I wanted to have a line that's perfectly level along this wall the way I would do that is to take this this level and then there are windows in here with bubbles just like a normal level so you put this in place and you level the horizontal bubble which is in there once you've done that once you've done that the laser is pointing off level and now if I want to mark my wall I just take a long straight edge and I put it against that deadline and then I take a marking device and mark it and I now have a level line another nice thing that you can do with this is you can do angles this rotates and on this axis are numbers 0 45 90 45 90 now the reason to do that is what if I want to draw a 45-degree line going up like this at precisely 45 degrees first I would set it to zero and then I would use this other level that's leveling showing the bubble that's showing me leveling this way and then I would turn this device until it registers 45 degrees and then once again I have the laser going off at a 45 degree angle and we can simply mark that again with a straight edge like this so I hope that's useful to you and a handy little tip these are not expensive and I hope if you found this video useful that you'll click the little red subscribe button there and you'll get access to other things that we have
