hi guys today we are going to be smoking some ribs stay with us hey guys welcome back well as you can see these ribs are in their packaging from the store and i'll get them out and start to clean them by washing them and getting most of the oil off of them [Music] after washing in my season with some pink yes that's right pink sea salt oh my goodness it makes them taste so tender cover them front and back with the pink sea salt [Music] afterwards i use just a regular barbecue spice seasoning to coat the front and back of these ribs make sure you get the size of the ribs as well [Music] me foreign [Music] all right guys i will let this marinade for about 30 minutes you can also let it marinate overnight if you like i wanted to get these into the smoker so let's go outside and get the smoker ready guys as you can see i'm coming out of the house with a pitcher of water this water will be used to put into the water base which is located inside the propane gas smoker [Music] all right guys you see a train that i'm pulling out this is where i would place the pitcher of water next is to remove the wood chip holder [Music] well i'm going to be using some cherry wood for this smoking process i fill that tray up with the wood chips get it nice and full now let's go ahead and get that pitcher of water fill the basin up um halfway with water [Music] hey guys you know i use a special seasoning in the water and let me go get it and here it is a bottle of wine hey guys you can use any kind of wine but i think the wine gives your meat a different taste the wine gets steamed up into your meat and just makes it so tender the wine of choice is a moscato use about a half a bottle of this delicious wine [Music] we are ready to go let's turn the propane on to the smoker then we go down set it to light and light the smoker then place your water tray mixed with wine in its appropriate place and also the wood chips and we're about to smoke some ribs [Music] guys as you can hear us a little windy but that's okay what you say we can still smoke it [Music] anyway all right guys let's close it up let's let these ribs smoke between two to four hours on a temperature between 250 and 300. [Music] me guys you know with the smoker it can get dark as it did while we were filming because we're in daylight saving times in the usa but that doesn't stop me from getting my ribs out of the smoker oh yeah it looks so good [Music] these ribs are so juicy and tender i have to transfer them onto the chopping board where i can start the process of cutting them up stay with us [Music] uh [Music] so [Music] foreign [Music] is as you notice these ribs are naked sauce is optional well as we say oh my god these look so delicious but be kind to one another and treat the person as you want to be treated and thank you for your time stay blessed
