visco hi everyone welcome to visco today I'm going to show you how to troubleshoot a connect offline status there are few steps that I am going to show you today so before we start let us check the heat connect status on distribution DVR so go to network Advanced and platform access as you can see here the status currently offline so another method you can check your mobile apps so go to your mobile apps open the internet app so as you can see currently the status is device is offline so today I'm going to show you how to solve this issue [Music] so the first step please make sure all your connection connected properly [Applause] connect your Lan cable or network cable to your media or NVR and then the other end goes to your router switch or your network and connect it to the internet access so now you have done the first step [Music] so the second step is to check your network setting so the first one is to check your IP address please make sure that this IP is not conflict with any devices so for this one I've already checked that this IP is not conflict with any device and the next one you need to check your DNS server please change your DNS server to Google DNS which is 8.8.8 and Dot a and click apply to save the settings and now you have done the second step so the third step is to check your second server address there are few server addresses that you can use for heat connect apps for this one currently using dev.sgp.econnect.com so for this case I'm going to change this to light dev.sgp.econnect.com click apply to save the settings so now you have done the third step so if Step 1 2 and 3 is not working then you need to proceed to the last step which is the fourth step so the last step is to do for holding on your router please open the HTTP port and also the server board for this case is 80 and 8000 so for this one I already opened these two port on my router so supposedly the heat connect status now returns to online so let us check the hit connect status on this DVR go to the hit connect setting and the platform access as you can see now the status is already online so now let us check the Easy Connect status on the mobile apps so go to your internet app select the DVR so as you can see now the video is already online which means you have successfully troubleshoot the connect offline status so that's how you do or how you troubleshoot hit connect offline status on your daily Vision DVR and NVR so thank you everyone [Music] your sense of security
