How To Stop "how to get help in windows 10" Popup

hello everybody today i'm going to show you how to stop the how to get help in windows 10 pop-up from showing up whenever you press f1 this page shows up and that can be very annoying if you accidentally press it and my and in my experience it seems to pop up without pressing f1 sometimes like if you're playing a video game or something so i just wanted to disable it all together i looked up how to get rid of it online and i didn't find a good way but i found my own way to do it so type help pane and click open file location and right click go to properties go to security and click advanced and you want to change the owner to whatever your username is i've already changed mine to username but if your username was mike or something you can go to users and find your user and type it in here and click ok and then you'll be the owner it might tell you to reopen this page right here and then all you do is you remove all the the permissions all the permissions and i found that works and so click apply click yes click yes and then press f1 all you want i'm pressing f1 right now nothing's happening so it when it doesn't have permission it just literally cannot open it you can't access helping you can't run oh he's pressing f1 open hill stupid and now it's gone thanks for watching this is my channel post whatever heck i want even cringe good day
