know that a lot of people coming to me talking about i'm 24 25 forget bro so man hey that that's that's huge bro like i'm only 30 myself but to see you at like 31 like you had a real big level we actually sitting in one of his airbnbs right now so he does have multiple streams of income like you guys know we talked about on this channel but specifically we're going to talk about his car rental business so for somebody that just may not know right like can you kind of break it down because i know some people that think that okay i gotta have millions of dollars and we'll talk about the money aspect of it but do you gotta cash out on all these cars and then you insure them and let people use them or however well now we're lucky because it's the 21st century and there's different platforms that you can just upload things on to such as airbnb higher car toro these are all apps where you can actually rent your personal cars out personal homes out to people that are consumers trying to get in hotels and getting rental cars so just you're lucky now so now they broke that fourth wall that we wanted to get break so people can just get in there so you know as far as what you said about being able to have the cash and buy these cars you don't have to you can leverage your credit so i tell everybody any student that i deal with i have you know i want you to build your creditor you know what i mean take the time to go from state to a to z so if the step a is to start getting your equipment together to do any business anything or personal growth for you to get your credit together once you get your federal together you can get cars zero dollars down off the lot pull them off to put them things on toro and then get it going that's just for one car i'll give you a little bit of game off the top if you got a you know toro and higher car these different platforms they allow you to lose people with other other people's cars so you know they get if they give you permission then you're a lot of pet on the platform you don't got to worry about oh that's when you got to order the car so we're not going to cover you as far as insurance total covers you if they give you permission so if i got baby down the street i got my little cousin i got my little brother everybody down there got good credit and i don't want the bad credit we're going to use they credit and i'll make a deal with them so i can put it on my platform and run the bag up fast right so we talk about how we can leverage credit so if somebody does have decent credit because he already let you guys know if your credit is not good that's step one work on your credit or you just won't have to use cash but that's not the smart way to do any business right leverage other people's money that's the way of the wealthy so if they do have good credit like what would you say um dollar wise they need in order to say okay i want to start a car rental business like push man mitch if you want to start like me you got to start from where i started from which was one car okay i started with a jeep wrangler 2008g wrangler i'm in atlanta so they love jeeps here so you know originally i only started their business in order to pay the high car note that i had on so i was like damn this car no high yeah so uh i had to figure a way to uh make it make sense for myself but i wanted to drive that car i wanted to drive a jeep i had a um i had my own personal car i had a prius but i wanted to drive a jeep wrangler that's what i wanted yeah so you know i couldn't even get that car myself with my credit i had like a 400 credit score so when i got my first car i had to leave my brother credit you know what i'm saying he's my brother credit he co-signed for me that's creative flatness all right listen you got to leverage everything so little bro say you're cool with you know i'm responsible i've always been good with money but credit wasn't what i was talking when i was young yeah i was talking money and everything else follow suit cash is king but really credibility yeah because when you can leverage the bank's money to actually make more money on top of the bank's money yeah and then pay them back on the back end bro it's a no-brainer for me so long story short i started if they want to start like me i started with the one card and then went to the two so once i learned the game which i'll give you some more games the game is like basically what i told you um i can get keisha whatever so-and-so and throw it on toro and then have a whole bunch of cars bringing in cash flow i was cash flowing off the jeep along 3 000 a month so if i'm making for a car no that's what 500 i'm making 3 000 that's 2500. what the hell did you just say i was cash flowing off the jeep alone three thousand dollars a month yes so if i'm making for a cardinal that's what 500 i'm making 3 000 that's 2500. you know what i'm saying so i was making 2500 a month one car damn so long story short i found out that clearly i can use other people's that's that one then i can if i own my own personal credit i found out the game how the events work how the lenders work so when i found out if you get a loan let's say i got this perfect credit score i didn't scale my credit up to a 750 credit score now if i go to a lender they're going any lender is going to give me a approval for a car so if i go to individual banks i'm talking about any all these banks at bank of america wells fargo chase all these bank americans will give me a loan if i go directly in there with this perfect credit profile they gonna give it to me right then listen i already got the colors i got the cards now so only thing when i'm going up to a lot and i'm not showing my perfect credit they ain't seeing nothing but my one jeep that i have so they're like oh you got a 750 credit score and he make this much money man i'll give him whatever so now i already had a card that was over 20 000 so how credit works i mean how the car or auto credit works is they say you had a car for this much money so now we're gonna take it to the next tier which is that sixty thousand dollar range i said oh that's tesla bmw i8 maseratis i can go right there so what i do i want to get them zero dollars off the lot so if you want to do it how i did it i went to the lots and i flooded them i went and got every single whip i didn't got like i say from when i made my first jump i jumped to 15. so i jumped from one to fifteen from one and a half so i had the toyota prius too remember yeah that was my personal did i was running the deep box so i went from those two cars to having 15 cars all my personal credit and then i flooded them with my peoples so i got my peoples on and they was like i just told them because i do good business that's all i will say also i always do good business for sure so i hate my peoples when i'm using their credit i'm not just going to just use that credit and then say up i'll let you later i'm going to make sure i'm paying them making sure everybody's happy in the situation and of course i'm scaling my business at the same time so i only did what i could handle so i already knew uh for my one car and when i started doing my little broker deals that i'd be able to handle as many as i want so you know i started getting my locks i started getting my system my my time frames together like i only do business at this certain time i schedule all of them my bookings an hour between each other so i don't got to worry about people coming on top of each other and i made it make sense for myself so now you know once you get up to 15 i would say you i start hiring people okay you know what i mean but if you can handle 15 by yourself more power to you but me in particular giving it to for smalling we've known four years we need to uh hire some people you start getting for the people that's curious how big is your fleet now four years later for four years later i'm at 43 and i only stay around this number because i'm i know the game now to where i don't have to buy no more cars so there's no need for me to buy any more cars unless i'm buying cars cash because now i've got enough money that i want i don't leverage credit anymore because i leverage my credit so good that now that credit that i leverage in the beginning is paying for these cards cash if that that's something that you must be uh if you're gonna be a successful entrepreneur long term but to give value to the person out there that is worried about okay i want to do what he's saying but i'm worried that somebody might say i don't want to rent your car or say anything negative about you in your instagram post when you post about it on facebook do you got any words of encouragement just speaking personally how you stay motivated uh in the beginning before you head because now you've got an empire and it don't matter what they say but when you was first starting out before you had what you have now how did you stay motivated to keep pushing i just had to find a reason why i'm doing it for her so i got a daughter so that means appreciate it so basically me and me for my thing is my daughter so i had to make it make sense i was working nine to fives it wasn't making sense to me like and i was like damn like i'm i feel like i don't have any advices i don't smoke i don't drink i was trying to figure out like how are these dudes around me getting so much money and i'm working this nine to five i'm not you know being provide for my daughter yeah so she was my reason why so when anything happened to me during this time when i'm scaling my business and like i felt like i was gonna quit i just thought of my look it's not about me it's about her and i use that for my perseverance you know what i mean but other than that you gotta have confidence to be in business period because at the end of the day nobody will support you until you come through with that success so so having a lot bigger than money yeah so you know don't worry about nobody supporting you support you yeah until until every time you scale it up enough everybody's going to try to support you then because you already did the work and they don't want what you got and now you got another gift and then you got knowledge the knowledge of the power so now you had a scale where you could put your people on you could put your people on there's no more you ain't gonna need no more that's why i'm so confident i can put my people on around them yeah you know what i'm saying so anybody that you see around me if they don't work with me you know what i mean they building their whole swagger that's how you build your circle man so hey like like you guys are here all the time man your network is your network manager surround yourself around balls i want to try to give as much value to the people as possible so let's address some of the fears that they have so you got some very expensive cars in your fleet right and you're renting the people that you don't know personally it's one thing if it was you know mom dad brother sister you know you know they're going to take care of your car because because y'all got that relationship but you rent cars with anybody why aren't you worried that okay you rent a car to me i'm driving crazy and i wrecked your car granted you got insurance but if that happened too many times you're still gonna go out of business if people going crazy with your luxury car so why aren't you afraid that you know people you don't know damage your cars okay so basically um for me i got it to a point where uh i never lose in that situation okay i win if i if somebody crashed my car you know god forbid the ass or something like that that's something different but if it's an accident then we handle it with insurance and i got it to where i always went that pays that you know i'm saying i'll tell you a couple ways um clearly the car is gonna be covered because of insurance that's one thing the per like clearly um it'll be paid i'll get paid for this accident if it's not total if it's not total and it's an expensive car as you mentioned uh as we have in georgia what you call the depreciation of volume plan so every time if it's my fault if it's the customer's fault if it's a person silly solly and parking lot fault no matter once that accident gets reported and i get the car repaired and the insurance company takes the liability of it i can do a depreciation of audio plan if i do an appreciation body claim on a lamborghini ferrari maserati any of those cars they're high-end resale value if i could resell the car for less now because it was an accident i gotta have them that appreciate the value money of how much less it'll be like insurance almost not not technically but it's like that yeah but whatever like so let's say whenever i'm trying to go sell that car when somebody looks it up there's an accident there so now it's worth less yeah whatever amount worth there's less work now i get that money right there oh that's an insurance company so when you're talking lambos you're talking 50 60 000. you're talking i8 you're talking 25 000. that's probably the highest one i got for it was 25 000. i got one probably two weeks ago for 17 000. oh so this has happened so look the car gets fixed clearly if the insurance takes care of that and then afterwards fix we do the pre-creative body planning i get 17 000 it was sitting out for a while i got other cars making money to hold it down you know what i'm saying so i get 17 000 in my pocket the car comes back it's getting rent out again and we good we're making money the whole time so you i'm set up to win for that situation for the people who worry about their cars and not not having insurance you got platforms like that we'll cover it like tour open higher car but put it on there you make sure you do it like i teach a course as well is how to start your rental car fleet the way i teach it is i i give you the exact steps to go through before you run out on these platforms if you do it this way those platforms will cover you every single time you get an accident you ain't never gonna worry about it they're gonna pay you they're gonna pay you for it happen so yeah if you get you won't every last thing you worry about you got to kind of detach yourself away from it you know these cars are material things absolutely so at the end of the day it's just a car like so people get fascinated by these 200 000 cars and all that when we make up that value in our mind this is a car it's a car when we go fix it you got to get a oil change it's a car yeah putting oil in it you feel exactly that's what i like mitch got to ask you a question man how much prior vehicle knowledge do you need to have in order to get into the vehicle renting business well you don't really need no experience i mean you got to have general knowledge just basically to keep up with the maintenance of the cars then as you go on and as you get the cars to certain cars you're going to learn different stuff by just driving it and actually meeting the people who own them because every time you go to these dealerships and stuff like that or the mechanic they're going to tell you everything you need to know pretty much about them and just kind of um ask questions ask questions whenever you get a new car or before you get a new car kind of check out the maintenance on it the cost all that stuff like that and just make sure you keep the maintenance going with these cars and keep them running on the street you don't want to let them go more than a certain amount of time without doing the oil changing and basic maintenance but after that it's just very small thing that you'll pretty much pick up along the way so do you mind applying that same logic to the person that's going to watch this video and in the comment section say well after 30 days you got 15 cars but now they all hit your credit why why don't you care about that because i mean that's what i got it for i don't mind hit my credit because i know that credit can always be recycled rebuild and reuse facts all that stuff can be taken off my credit if i wanted to if i need to get something like if i need to apply for a home i know it's a way for me to take it off my credit we do we do credit repair around here we understand that it's all too everything is a tool credit is a tool these uh loans is tools cash is a tool i'm not caught up on the money either because i don't work for money you know what i'm saying we don't work for money now so clearly money is important you need it to survive in society but i don't work for money that's why i do social currency it's a game play the game the right way and you win absolutely what would you say to any women entrepreneurs that want to get into this business but they might be a little bit intimidated because we're dealing with cars especially sports cars okay well women they do greatness rental car business i happen to know a bunch of owners in atlanta that are females actually my homie ceo maddie j his wife's run his whole rental car fleet so you know it's pretty much up to the person it's not about gender it's all about you being experienced and wanting to get your feet in the door that's all about it absolutely man you a wealth of knowledge i appreciate you coming on my channel man what makes you want to be an influencer uh all of his contact information will be description below but what makes you want to actually share this game because you can say i'm going to tell anybody i'm going to get rich i'm going to take care of my daughter take care of the people that's in your life that really matter and off as like i wanted to be successful and all of that but now i got my next goal to bring back to the people because it's a freedom and where i the way i live so you know um the way i live now man it's actually unfair to other people i feel like because it's an abundance of things that i'm i have access to now and i feel like it's unfair everybody around me can't have access to this they're all human beings a lot of us are from poor neighborhoods and it's like it's the only reason we are there is because of a mentality and because of a lack of knowledge on these things that can make you money just like i know people when they hear a word credit like they start cringing yeah but really it's a tool bro for you to use to be able to scale it up some people play with credit like it's nothing i use mine oh my daughter next but you got to know that people play with things like that that we take so seriously and don't even use but this is a tool to scale it up so that knowledge i want to give back to my peoples because really once we power up we all together successful there's nobody who can really mess with us we'll never nobody in the neighborhood can be broke if we all got the knowledge of how to make money and everybody who i know don't work for money so it's a social currency thing so i gotta give this game back to my people i got to it's like it's a it's against the law firm all right bro so kobe hit nobody saw it coming how has this pandemic affected your business uh it affected me positively um covey actually boosted my business up probably down to 10 because um actually circumstantially i live in atlanta and atlanta never really closed it close to like a week or so week and a half that's one thing two things i'm a strategist so clearly i've seen that i can take the kobe opportunity to defer my payments on all my loans on my cars so just imagine if i don't have no loans i gotta pay and i'm getting these cars out no expenses now so when you got these thousand dollar two thousand dollar car notes for lamborghinis and stuff like that then you're looking at all profit for for months do you feel what i'm saying until i decided to because i still can do it right now until i decided to because you can't have been in deferment for certain business loans you know when it comes to uh your personal because you see the person that you divert deferred alone yeah so what that being said i had to put something back active you know what i mean and kind of dispute the fact that i had it forever yeah just to play the game yeah so i distributed that boom got it back home and get me rolling but for a couple months i was getting all profit well like all 40 whips yeah you know what i mean so huh yeah we tripled it quadrupled and made it tumbled then also the pandemic actually helped me because they gave up the sba loans and different loans like that which also helped my business so he was able to get those very good apr rates on loans that nobody ever gets and they gave them to us so we had loans also to scale our business up and make us expand our fleet and we had to pay all of our employees and all that stuff so it actually affected me in a positive way so um and it's still like the kovit like it's not good clearly covered is a pandemic and there's a situation that should be taken seriously but from my standpoint and business standpoint
