How to scan a document and make PDF in Samsung Galaxy S23 or S23 Ultra

welcome to the channel in this video I will show you how to scan documents on Samsung Galaxy s23 and s23 Ultra let's get started the first method is using the camera so launch the camera app here go to settings and tap on scene Optimizer enable scan documents and text in the future to scan any document position the document in the center of the camera view the camera app will automatically detect the document press this icon you will get a preview adjust the corners to fine tune the scan output tap save to view the scan document launch gallery here tap camera here is the scan document to convert it into PDF tap this three vertical dots tap on print select save as PDF from this drop down and then tap this PDF icon to download select the path to save the PDF one of the limitations of this method is you can scan only one page we can use the pre-installed Office Mobile app if you want to scan multiple pages and make one PDF to use this method launch Office 365 app tap create from these available options choose scan allow the camera access place the first page in the center of the camera view you will see the borders highlighted next tap the shutter button it will show the preview adjust the borders if required tap next to scan next page tap add and follow the same procedure we did for the first page one scanning of all pages get over tap next review the scanned Pages you can do a few edits here such as crop write on the scan document Etc change the page order tap reorder move the pages by touching and holding the pages tap done to save your changes and tap next on this page you can select the file format between image or PDF here you can choose file sizes low medium and high then select the path to save the scan document that's it for this video on how to scan documents on Samsung Galaxy s23 or s23 Ultra thank you for watching this video please subscribe to the channel if you find this video informative
