How to Reset Forgot Admin Password for XMEye DVR Security Camera

hey guys in this video we're going to take a look at how you can visit the forgotten password on xmi dvr so with this particular box right here so i'm just going to show you the model number so we got the model number right at the back here and tl i hd 9404 so if you have forgotten uh forgotten the password then what you can do is yeah you can take out the screws on the side here then there is another thrill on the side right here and there is another one at the back here as well so what you need to do is remove the cover and inside there is a battery that you need to remove okay so here i'm going to pull out the back cover and inside you can see already we can see the hard drive inside this box and there is the battery right there okay so within this box there is a battery on this motherboard and so to reset your password you need to remove the battery once you remove the battery just wait for around 30 seconds after that you can put this battery back in and once you put you put the battery back in your system should be reset you need to set up your password again and the pass the default password is now so it's nothing so you don't put in any password just the username is admin once you put it in you should be able to set up a new password for your system so give it a try do you see how you go and if you don't want to open up this box another way you can try to do is to try to forget password it might ask you some questions that you need to answer if you answer the questions correctly you will be able to reset the password otherwise if you cannot get the admin password and you don't remember the questions the answers to the questions then you can just simply pull out the battery inside the box and that's it thank you for watching this video please subscribe to my channel for more videos
