sentence structure many of you believe i know that your sentence structure will be formed by reading grammar books but grammar will only explain you the rule once you know the rule it's sufficient once you know okay this is the rule in which it works but actually how the rule is applied in real life in practical life will be understood when you read newspaper therefore when you read a newspaper you will understand how to form sentences and this will help you not only in fluency i mean in speaking english this will also help you in written english as well but this does not mean that today you your general knowledge plays a very vital role you must have good general knowledge you must know what's happening around you so newspaper is going to help you in that regard in that aspect also so if you are a regular reader i mean if you are a first time reader then first start with times of india it is somewhat easy to read and understand okay now uh which news to read see here the first thing is as i said that if you are a first reader first time reader i mean if you don't read regularly i mean that's the reason why you're watching my video you i'm sure that you are the first time readers read simple everyday news simple everyday news why first of all if you read difficult news if you read an editorial there will be lot of new words there and you have to stop you have to jot down the words or to find the meaning of those words it will be very hectic it will be very cumbersome for you and you will feel you will believe that reading newspaper is not my cup or coffee of tea so don't do that another thing is you know everyday news why because as i said like while speaking while writing while reading we need everyday vocabulary we need those words which are used in everyday life i mean there are thousands and lacks of words in english we don't need all the words we need few words which words which are used in everyday conversation every day discussions every day topics as i said like food and all and all i'm just going to take you there and i'm going to actually make you read now let us come here and i will actually make you read i'm sure that you can see this otherwise i will tell my editor to focus on this okay so that you can read so let us move ahead and actually we will read see this is the news from times of india i have scanned it and i put it here and in this news you will get some easy words of course this news is not for your general knowledge your knowledge will not enhance but your common sense will go up let us see here i will show the long term okay well you may feel like who's going to do this it's all it's very boring well see i can tell you one thing you have to pay the price for this there is no shortcut for this vocabulary and all i mean uh this is not as fun as watching any uh netflix video or any any uh funny youtube video this is boring this needs to be focused this needs attention this needs uh discipline and i'm i will actually tell you how to read okay now one more thing one more tip i want to give you try to read aloud like i'm going to read aloud try to read it loud this will help you to turn your mouth muscles if you read aloud loudly okay so here i go the city police will be spreading awareness among citizens about the precautionary measures see the word precautionary measures you can write down this phrase a phrase is also fine precautionary majors now if you go and refer a dictionary precautionary majors means majors which you should take before anything happens precautionary measures you can write down as per the format i told you to be taken to avoid incidence of that's new word if you don't know burglary robberies on the backdrop of on the backdrop of diwali now these words are new well apart from this well i don't feel anything new here all the words are common but still i mean if you don't know the word complaint was loud lodged or if you don't know the word for for example let me check uh huh one more word was there uh yeah here it is a bike born person a bike born person means not a bike born person means a person who was riding the bike it's called as my one person so guys in this way you have to select easy news first once you select easy news then you can go with editorials and all these links okay so this is the way you have to read well hope all of you uh suppose i increase 1 by 0.1 only 365 is as it is so what do you think how much will it increase your answer you may feel like it may go up by 1.2 1.5 some of you will sit at one point something something something but no it's not the case answer will be approximately 37. can you imagine this now this is 0.1 this 0.1 this 0.1 is the small change which you are doing in you means you are reading newspaper every day 20 minutes 30 minutes you you're writing the words but you are doing it every day and suppose there is someone who is not doing anything and he is getting bad he is getting worse 365. okay what will be the answer here the answer will be of course lesser than one let us take like around now if i want to show this in terms of a graph i can i can draw one graph one line fine and here suppose you are and on this axis and this axis here it is right one year okay and here changes positive or negative changes see here is the one year right so the person who is reading everyday newspaper initially he will not see any change and most of the people will quit from here this can be around two or three months but after that slowly the change will be visible and suddenly the change will be very high but most of the people as i said they do not have the patience and they quit here let us go here and see a person who is getting worse towards worst he will also get worse and he will come down here worse means what he is not reading anything he is not working on his communication not working on his vocabulary this is the magical effect of reading every day so when you are reading a newspaper read it every day and see that you are having the patience it is going to take some time and the best tip i'll give you to have patience is you forget you forget your english
