How to Print a File || Print a Documents || Computer Basic for Beginners in English

a file or document when you're done with the document or file and you want to submit it you cannot do it in a CD format or any other source hence you have to print out the file or documents before printing out check to see whether the computer is connected to the printer and the settings are configured for printing if yes follow these procedures to print a file open the file and select the file menu choose the print option or press ctrl + P and the print dialog box opens in the print dialog box first you will notice the name box where it displays the name of the connected printer in the page range there are a few options all if we check this option then all the pages in a file will be printed current page in this option you can select the specific page suppose we want to take a printout for three pages in the middle of the file then we can opt for the pages option in this option we can mention the page numbers we want to give for printing and there will be a few instructions below this option just follow them in copies we can select the number of copies for printing there are a few other options like print wot print and zoom option which is not of much importance and click OK if the system is not configured then when we click on the print option in the file menu a dialog box appears the dialog box with a message informing us that there is no printer installed there are a few other options which will be discussed later in upcoming lessons now you can print out a file by yourself the color or black and white print out is based on the type of printer you have
