[Music] [Music] all right guys so we're taking a quick break you guys just saw i just finished not finished but i'm doing the 600 grit and the goal is to sand down the clear which is this wet sandpaper [Music] [Music] until you're at the bare metal [Music] just like so so i have all this to do still but the hardest part in my opinion is this center here so i already did that so i'm pretty i'm getting there let's continue [Music] with all the lies [Music] all right guys here's the update so you guys can see the whole wheel and spokes are already done i just need to do the rim the outer ring you can see hopefully you can see 600 all this is 600 right now i'm gonna do the outer ring and then i'm gonna go to a thousand [Music] oh [Music] all right guys so pretty much the whole wheel is sanded with 600 now we're gonna jump to a thousand you guys didn't know about sandpaper the higher the bigger the number the smoother the sandpaper is so 600 is more aggressive than a thousand so let's go ahead and hit it with a thousand [Music] we just finished with a thousand [Music] now we're gonna hit it with 1500 you want to go up smoothness in other words [Music] so [Music] oh [Music] all right guys we're jumping to 2500 now and this is the final step before we hit it with the mothers [Music] [Music] [Music] hey [Music] [Music] all right guys so now pretty much for the sanding for the sanding for the buffing or polishing i'm gonna be using my machine from harbor fry but you can do it by hand i'm going to show you guys a little piece here of me doing it by hand so you guys could believe me [Music] i'm not sure if you guys can tell but it's already getting shiny using the mothers mag and aluminum polish let's go ahead and set you guys up all right guys so here's my rig essentially this is the harbor freight machine the warrior is about 30 40 bucks i think it's 40 bucks and you buy this pad seven inches from harbor freight also for like 10 bucks i bought this one last time for the other blades and i threw it away and accident at the end so how to buy a new one so you could use any pad pretty much so you just stick it on here like that and you go to town with the wheel just uh here's what i do this this uh pad is a little a little aggressive it's a little bit harder than normal and i'm on four and a half settings [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so first pass we're still recording the towel hello sheesh let's go ahead do another pass i'll probably call it quits there it's shiny as [Music] [Music] i just can't let you go lord knows that i've tried to you said i was the only one no one likes being like two you made this mess and left me with the pieces oh my goodness you guys see that i could use another coat just to get the finer lines out but i'm happy with it honestly oh check it out sheesh do one more call yeah my phone turned off there it is guys for about 30 40 minutes of work happy final touch the a points towards the valve stem sheesh as you guys know i did all five at this point so this is my spare it looks amazing thank you guys for tuning in today to today's video i hope you guys enjoyed it i'm really happy with the results on the gsr blades and i'm really grateful to having them back thank you to the homie dumpling stay tuned for more like comment subscribe and i'll see you guys on the next one
