How to plant a Wildflower Border!

[Music] so we're getting ready to plant our wildflowers chuck made me this awesome shaker jar put some holes in the top i also have some seeds that we got from the seed swap that that we went to so we got a wildflower mix here and several other packets a couple years ago we had some sunflowers that we had ordered but we didn't ever get to planting them and i'm hoping that they come up but we're just going to kind of sprinkle them in between all the wild flowers and see what happens [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] all right we're not going to let this go to waste this is everything that was tilled up for the area we planted the wild seed wildflower seeds and so this is some soil and this is some straw and there's some weed seed weeds mixed up in here and so we're gonna take all this and we're gonna dump it in this cage and this is gonna be for the compost to help offset our feed costs for the chickens so we're gonna add to this when we clean out the coop here next week it'll be the pine shavings and all the manure from the birds and then wood chips are going to constantly go in here leaves that i saved from last fall and grass clippings just make sure you look [Music] so [Music] [Music] so [Music] so we're just gonna water this a little bit because there's rain in the forecast [Music] you
