okay how to merge or combine multiple lines into a single paragraph and word document open microsoft word on home select the paragraphs that you want to merge into one paragraph then go to the find and replace dialog box in the find and replace dialog box under the find tab enter carrot the the sign carrot and the letter p into defined what text box and then select current selection option from the find and drop down then go to the replace tab and leave the replaced with text box empty and then click replace all button and two all done
