hi my peeps what's up wagwan so guys this is my updated version of my Jamaican food cake wanky black key a wedding key a crumb cake however you want to call it guys it's the same thing alright I'm gonna start off with 1/2 pack of this unsalted butter it's from Walmart it's a no-name brand I'm gonna use a whole lemon you can use lime if you want and I'm gonna use the zest I'm gonna be using about 4 cup of this soft fruit I mean have wooly playful or tight right now so guys who believe I know Santiago add some more rain if you're wrong my rarely the wine is all done because I soaked it with the fruit this is the next best bet spare on cream over that's maybe even better it's so good it's our dark red wine over here guys we're gonna use six of these bad boy six eggs to get started we're gonna blend the fruit just semi blended someone smells like heaven oh now I'm gonna add about a tablespoon of rum with drunk round here guys and I add rum before okay I will leave the link of how I soaked or how I do my fruits in the description box and with this I'm gonna add about let's see mode 1/2 cup mmm look at that guy's all right no we're gonna take a look at it whoo so you want it to be blend but see you have some chunkiness in it all right that's how you want it can you see that guys you have little pieces in it so that's how I do mine all right we're gonna cream the butter and sugar together and to my half pack of butter I'm gonna add a cup and a half of your own sugar that will do so cop on quarter to cup and a half no we're gonna cream everything together oh and you want your body to be at room temperature okay take it out from few hours before all right guys I think that's enough of creaming I'm gonna grab my six figs these little white stuff in the egg known as kalasa or the little white part or the eyes you know I have to take them out cause I think that's what makes the cake more raw you know so I'm gonna take them out and then I'll be back I took them out and then I'm just gonna add it gradually don't add all at once zest it first before you add the lime juice so I'm gonna sprinkle that in and I'm gonna give it a little mix and now I'm gonna add the lemon juice and now guys I'm gonna add my flavor to it 1 teaspoon rose water 1 teaspoon among extract whoops too much 1 teaspoon but I'm gonna put 2 teaspoon vanilla or 1 tablespoon and that's it for the liquid for now I'm gonna give it a little mix and I'm gonna set it aside I have my two cups of flour and I'm gonna put about 1/2 teaspoon salt I put about half you can put 1 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon mace 1 teaspoon Jamaican mixed spice 1 teaspoon cloves baking powder I'm gonna add 2 TSP I have to clean my spoon and we're just gonna save everything together all right guys just give it a little mix just like that all right my peeps before I do anything else I'm just gonna grease my baking pans I'm gonna make a big one and a small one and then I'm gonna put some grease proof paper now I'm gonna add my blended fruit that I soaked into this mixture all right and it's about four four to four and a half cups in this kind guys you wanna be here it smells like heaven universe a you really can get old other that I mean III use all of that so I'm gonna put about quarter cup of this wine to mix it all shake out the bottom I'm not using the mixer anymore I'm just gonna mix all of this together alright alright that will do after you give it few mix you are done now we're gonna add our flour gradually a little bit at a time now when you have it at this consistency you want it to drop it's dropping but I want it to be a little bit more liquid I'm gonna put about a quarter cup of wine all right guys no we're gonna add the Browning you need about six tablespoon or quite a cup of browning this color is good enough what do you think yeah if you want to make it darker you can add more browning if you don't want it so dark you add less browning but I don't like it when it's too bit rich when you add more browning it's get too bitter so I think this is good alright just like that oh oh you wanted to drop all right guys okay guys if you have a bigger container you can use it but this is quite big I have it somewhat of cold water and I'm gonna put it in the bottom on the bottom rack before I put my cake in alright and that will keep the temperature down somewhat and remember I'm baking it at 325 I'm gonna bake it for about a hour and a half to two hours we're gonna do the Big Mama first oh it's a lot of stuff guys can you see it Oh smells so good put a little bit more that's it guys you see how my ball is clean yes gonna pop this bad boy in the oven and then I'll come back so I took this one out of the oven this is the small one all right and you want to insert your knife or anything wants it come up clear it's big all right so this one was hour and 45 minutes all right it's done it's a small one I'm leaving the other one in for another 15 minutes or so and then I'm gonna take it out and then we're gonna spray them down together all right guys I'm back and I'm gonna also test this one comes up clear it good to go or one 45 minutes for a small one two hours for the big momma all right now I'm gonna use my knife and I'm just gonna put some all over it just chuck it up this crack it's okay it won't show too much after when it cooled only hot now all right I never gonna joke up this one - all right I think that's enough Duke oh lord have mercy no guys I have some wine and I'm just gonna saturate him somewhat okay I'm gonna leave it for about a hour or so to cool down then I'm gonna come back and then I'm gonna cut it and show you all the cracks and eyelid act somewhat gone yeah yeah yeah and this is the next one over here guys let's cut a little piece cut it here make a good slice out of it asami Craven this a big slice in a guy's your photo and I hit a amusing one huh wait wait guys look oh it pushing my father hit we andhe so we can take it off all right come on oh she's done brother come on come on oh yes look at that goodness guys hmm can you see that yes there are these guys yes yes mighty drop off that's what I want you to see mm-hmm look at it guys you still see some flakes in it but oh look at that moisture all the fruits and stuff in it Oh child Moi's galore look at that guy's can you see that oh yes yes we journey a
