hi guys welcome back to my channel today  I'm gonna share with you guys how to make   some delicious and free coladas in case you  don't know what every colada is and in fre   colada is basically like enchilada but it is  dip and a bean sauce so in case you guys don't   learn how to make this delicious recipe just  stay tuned and I'll show you how already guys   so let's get started with our ingredients so  for this recipe we're going to need 3 cups of   freshly boiled beans I already have a video on  this I'll leave it in the description box corn   tortillas vegetable oil one cannot see Paulette  peppers in adobo sauce 1/2 a teaspoon of oregano   and for your toppings you're going to need  crema or sour cream get-off fresco pico de   gallo shredded lettuce and some avocado so  these are ingredients now let's get started   our suppose we're going to start making our  dipping sauce I'm going to add my beans and   you want to be careful because they are  hot we're going to add them in our blender I infer Chipotle's I'm going to add the  whole camp now if you don't want that and   so much of the taste of the Chipotle's and  you can always add less but my family liked   it so I'm going to at the whole camp  and now I'm going to get extra juice   from my beans and just pour it in my camp  just halfway and then we're going to put   that in a blender so now we're just  going to blend everything into it we   have a smooth sauce all right so once it's  nice and smooth we're going to refer them alright so medium heat I'm going to  add two tablespoons of vegetable oil   I meant pan here and I'm just  going to wait for that to heat   up so we can add our sauce the want  exhale we're going to add our sauce so gesture it just wait time I'm going to get on a   little bit of water just so I can  clean up my the rest of my arms up so you don't want yourself to be I'm too thick  so if you feel like your sauce is too thick just   add a little bit more water I think for me it's  perfect right now so we're just gonna wait for   it to come to a simmer but before it comes  to a simmer we're going to add our oregano add it in there now just keep an eye on in  yeah we're gonna wait for that to come to   a simmer and also I forget to mention if  you're not doing you know the way I do my   beans before you add the sauce you can  always cut up some onion and garlic and   just saute it before you add the sauce  but I do all that when I boil my beans all right so Lancer SAS has come to a simmer we're  going to remove it from the heat and we're going   to start getting our tortillas ready it's bananas  small sauce pan I'm going to add some oil and we   want to add enough oil to dip our tortillas and  you want it a healthier version you can just put   your tortillas on that oh man but make sure that  you don't toast your toes your tortilla because we   just we just want them to be stopped so it'd  be easy for us to roll them and also for the   stars to stick to our tortilla erase' wonder oh  you is highly never going to add a tortilla now   like I said we don't want to tortillas to be like  those tapas you know we won't be rude so we don't   want there to be crunchy like a tostada so as  soon as you see a glittery removal from the oil so we're just going to repeat the process until  we're done without your penis in that dirty ass   you guys there's cold okay so I have not  microwaved a motor or nothing because I   know my previous enchiladas videos like I had  some comments and say saying that the tortillas   break which I never had that problem you know cuz  once you dip them in the oil they turn on soft we don't like to use a mallet  at the edges to drain it all right so once we have all about 30s  already now we can start working on putting   art and flick on us together so I'm going  to use queso fresco for the filling I know   some people use and beans but you know  it's whatever you have or whatever you   decide to fill them in with so now we're  just going to dip osteon into our sauce so we're just going to repeat the  process until we run out of sauce I'm going to add some more sauce and then our grandma I'm going to add lettuce some pico de gallo gonna add some color and of course avocado and that's it ready to be enjoyed pretty good  enough for the bad part okay you guys ready yeah   I'm like this so watery just making sure I up  here do a little bit of everything ready Cheers they're so delicious today and  these are just perfect you know   when those either you don't know what to cook they're serious super delicious I
